WORLD OF PIZZA Halle-City in Halle (Saale)

When you look at the prices you almost lose your appetite. But because the employee was so nice and patient with me, I gave it a chance and, despite a lot of packaged and frozen food, I hoped for a pizza that was at least close to restaurant quality. The staff obviously made a great effort, as the pizza was lovingly topped and looked really good. In addition, the employee in question was very quick with my food despite many open orders (she was initially alone in the kitchen, taking the order and answering the phone, which rang every few minutes). Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the taste and wasn't much better than a frozen pizza (although you would only have paid about a fifth). The worst thing, however, was the boss or supervisor who stormed into the store while I was waiting for my food. Not only did he look incredibly grubby and his pants hung so far down that you involuntarily got a very deep insight, he also put down each of his people (whether the delivery man had just arrived or the completely overwhelmed pizza baker) in an extremely dubious and loud manner. He obviously didn't need to wear gloves or at least wash his hands before helping the employee in question with the preparation. I'm glad my pizza was already in the oven at this point. I wouldn't have eaten anything from his hand. My deepest respect for the employees who remained calm and focused on their work despite this treatment. I wouldn't put up with something like that.

The delivery person was nice, everything was good, but the pizza was almost raw, melted and tasted like a frozen pizza, for 40 euros and so bad, sick world

Friendly service..... The pizza was super tasty.... It went quickly and there was hardly anything to complain about.....

We waited 2 hours for the food which arrived cold and inedible. Nice people but shit organization, just order somewhere else

Pizza looks like it can be topped (slapped) in 30 seconds… Supplement was forgotten. Taste wise a 2/10

Pizza dough was extremely watery, thin like a lahmacun and you could see through the dough. Topping didn't taste particularly fresh. Delivery was okay. I wouldn't order it again. There's also a stomach ache

We ordered food here. Small portion for a lot of money. Ingredients were forgotten. Unfortunately, when we asked about a complaint, we were subsequently blocked.

The pizzas were really very tasty, more reminiscent of the American style pizzas. The selection is huge. You can also order salads, bowls and burgers. The staff was super nice, but the atmosphere isn't the nicest. In terms of price, everything here is a little higher than you would expect from other Italian restaurants or pizza services.

It was okay, better served than at Dominos. But too expensive for me. You don't even pay €20 for a pizza in a restaurant. Here you get a delivery sandwich (not an original Italian stone oven pizza) in a cardboard box and then you have to pay a delivery fee for a delivery within the old town.

2 stars only because the driver came across as really nice and the requested delivery time was met! Otherwise, what came to our table is just rubbish for almost 50 euros! Children's burger, consisted of a shoe sole with a lot of ketchup! The same game with the hot dog pizza, dough tasted sour, but actually everything tasted sour. Because the same game! You could also sell this ketchup-mustard pizza with a little dough. But fries didn't work as well! Conclusion, we went back to the kebab shop on Ankerstrasse and got 2 larger pizzas for 12 euros that tasted much better! The citizens were also much better there! You can also add a little something green to a children's burger if they are allowed to eat fast food.

Food... raw burger meat, limp fries Service...disinterested and unmotivated Ambiance...dirty in the preparation area, the tables in the dining area hadn't even been cleaned for a long time, there were still residues from weeks stuck to them. Conclusion... NEVER AGAIN, just disgusting!

Ordered a pizza via the call center, arrived at the branch and the colleagues there knew nothing about it, very annoying! 😡

We paid €55 for a large and a medium pizza and a small Coca-Cola. Even if it was tasty, that's an outrageous price.

Good pizza and burgers, quite expensive.

Delicious gluten-free pizza, specially baked in an aluminum dish to prevent contamination. Employees are not allowed to cut the pizza to prevent cross-contamination from the pizza cutter. All excellently trained.

The branch manager was very unfriendly. When I was there, I saw how he treated his staff. Terrible. That's why only one star... The food was still very tasty and the rest of the staff were very friendly.

I spontaneously ordered pizza on site on Saturday. The pizzas I ordered were absolutely fine. They're not super good, but not super bad either. The price was okay as there was a 20% pick-up discount. I was very disappointed with the service. The gentleman who took my order was so demotivated and unfriendly that I wanted to leave the store straight away. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome as I did that evening.

I like the taste of the pizzas, they do it really well. Unfortunately, it happened that my pizza arrived like this (see picture) and that the promotions via Lieferando were not properly adhered to (lieferando agreed with me, the head of the Halle branch of World of Pizza said I was in the wrong) so definitely 2 points in the service Deduction. But the price/performance ratio (I can only speak of the pizzas) is fine.

It's me again (after about 1 year). From the online order to the waiting time (normal on weekends) and the friendly delivery, EVERYTHING was perfect! They are expensive, but the quality is good 🙋‍♂️🧸

I just tried to order by phone using the restaurant's number stored on Google and was stuck on hold for 6 minutes to no avail. We then took care of other things.

The pizza is decent so far. It can be eaten on site. Credit card is accepted!

After waiting for an hour, I cashed out the money and went to the competition!

Pre-ordered today with 2 hours notice for 9:15 p.m. with 3 friends. It's now 10:10 p.m. and I'm always waiting. When I called the support hotline I was just told to talk to the driver. Well, if this one still arrives, I might try it. Ordered here for the first time, but sometimes it's better to stick with things that you know work. If you're hungry and have a lot of time, you're welcome to try it here.

Ordered at 7:30 p.m. and was supposed to arrive at 9:15 p.m. (was the earliest delivery date) and now it's 10:15 p.m. and still nothing has arrived. A quick phone call wasn't helpful either because the person wasn't there...

Nice staff, not so nice pizzas. Especially with the slightly higher prices (compared to a few other delicious pizza shops) you simply expect more. The pizza base tastes like a combination of edible paper and cardboard. The sauce would definitely be delicious if you had more than a tablespoon on the pizza, and more cheese isn't a bad thing for a pizza like this. Generally just too little of everything. The Happy Slice pizzas that are also made here are much more convincing.

Unfortunately not appropriate for the price. For €23 I expect a ridiculously good pizza. In this order, only the portion of pizza rolls was edible, the pizzas all seemed to be baked two minutes too short, and the toppings also left a lot to be desired. If a pizza is topped with so many chilies that it is still inedible even when you eat it, it should at least be advertised/labeled as HELL HELL hot. I can usually tolerate spicy food very well, but mama mia that wasn't what my stomach needed on New Year's morning.

We've only been ordering recently and we have to say a top pizzeria, crispy base, delicious ingredients and, above all, the toppings are really good and highly recommended!!!

Unfortunately, never again! The high price makes you think of a premium pizza 18€ for a 26 pizza is a lot and I'm willing to pay if it's convincing. The dough doesn't have much to do with pizza. Like soggy cardboard. The hot dog pizza rolls look very appealing on the website. Reality shows a different picture. Not a piece of cucumber was in any of the 8 rolls. These were dry with a slice of sausage in a box and sprinkled with fried onions. The clerk at the checkout was very nice. Waiting time 45 minutes, but this was pointed out beforehand.

Unfortunately, the gluten-free pizza was almost cold after delivery and didn't taste particularly good. It was also very expensive.

The ambience is very nice. I was the only one in the room and still waited 30 minutes.

Unfortunately I can't judge the food. There are plenty of tables and chairs available here. But unfortunately we weren't allowed to sit down and order pizzas. Apparently there were so many orders coming in that we would have had to wait 2 hours. If you have to wait that long for your delivery, then everything is lost. VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!

I have ordered pizza from time to time, which I found very good. Today I had a bowl that also tasted very good and the portion was more than enough. Nevertheless, I have to note that, on the one hand, the cashews were missing and, on the other hand, the edamame and spinach were frozen. Although this was fixed after a few minutes of microwaving, frozen ingredients in ordered food are really unacceptable in my opinion.

Hatte essen zum mitnehmen bestellt. Ca 1 stunde gewartet. Sehr genervte und überforderte Mitarbeiter.

Also der Burger war für das Geld eine Katastrophe aber die Zwiebelringe kann ich echt empfehlen..

Super lecker, wir haben zum ersten Mal bestellt (online). Es hat super geklappt, schnelle Lieferung und der Lieferant war richtig nett und freundlich. Ja es ist etwas teuer, aber die beste Pizza, die wir je von einem Pizza Store gegessen haben! Sie ist ihr Geld wert. Lieber ein paar Euro mehr bezahlen, dafür schmeckt es auch! Weiter so! :-)

Vegan Meksico sehr lecker und groß, ich empfehle einfach.

Vor allem Lieferservice, aber die Pizza ist auchvor Ort ein Genuss. Echt lecker!

Die Lieferung war super pünktlich. Hatte Pizza Ragout Fin und Champis drauf und einmal Penne Pasta mit Spinat, Rinderstreifen und Gorgonzola drin....es war bei Ankunft noch schön heiß und lecker auch! Aber wie manche Vorredner schon erwähnten...ein Tick teuer.

Gerade einen Wrap Miami und einen César Wrap bestellt, essen kam schnell Fahrerin war nett, Miami Wrap wie immer lecker. Allerdings steht bei dem César Wrap: mit Hänchenbrust, rocula , etc…. Alles war mega viel drin außer Hähnchen ,1/4 gegessen dann gefragt ob ich blöd bin oder ob keins drin ist, Wrap aufgemacht garnichts drin. Das ist jetzt nicht so toll

Lieferung war super. Geschmacklich sind die pizzen und Pizzabrötchen auch super. Preis ist mir eigentlich egal, wenn alles stimmt. Das tut es leider nicht. Ich hatte sage und schreibe 1 scheibe schinken, auf meiner schinkenpizza. Meine frau hatte auf der käse pizza 3 würfel feta. Laut bildern wären die pizzen überhäuft gewesen. Ja man könnte es jetzt ignorieren. Leider ist es mir schon öfter passiert, das gefühlt alles fehlt. Das ist bei den Preisen dann schaden :/

War leider zum zweiten mal die Pizza kalt

Wir hatten kurz vor Ladenschluss eine Pizza Salami und einen Chicken Burger bestellt. Beides kam innerhalb von 20 Minuten frisch und heiß an. Geschmacklich war das Essen super. Wir bestellen gerne wieder.

Die Pizzen waren klasse und mit 8 € angemessen, die Lieferung pünktlich. Bestellung wurde über App vorgenommen, da auf der Website keine Möglichkeit zur Bestellung gefunden wurde. Da das aber nichts mit dem Store zu tun hat gibt es 5 Sterne.

Eigentlich war ich immer zufrieden mit WOP aber nach dieser Bestellung ist das Vertrauen so gut wie erloschen. Meine 2 Burger sind so angekommen und ich weiß nicht ob das so sein soll. Schade...

Für mich persönlich die beste Pizza die man bestellen kann. Super leckerer Teig und immer frischer Belag. Dazu noch ne sehr schnelle Lieferung.

Die Pizzabrötchen sind echt super! Ideal für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch. Wir haben sie jetzt schon dutzendfach bestellt und waren nie enttäuscht.

Wir haben gestern das erste Mal bestellt, zwei Pizzen und eine Bowl. Ich finde das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis im Vergleich zu andern Pizzalieferanten schlecht. Die Pizzen waren okay, aber mehr auch nicht. Die Lieferung kam aber zügig an und war noch heiß. Wir werden aber definitiv nicht nochmal bestellen, für das Geld können das in halle sehr viele sehr viel besser.

Wir haben schon öfters bestellt und waren immer zufrieden - außer mit den Burgern. Heute waren wir auch wieder sehr zufrieden. Wir bestellen nicht so oft weil es leider wirklich etwas teurer ist aber es ist das Geld wirklich wert. Der Teig für Pizza und -Brötchen schmeckt unglaublich frisch und lecker. Die Zutaten sind alle frisch. Die Bowl haben wir zum ersten Mal probiert und waren auch sehr zufrieden.

Wir haben hier zur Abholung bestellt. Das Essen war genau zur bestellten Zeit fertig. Die Pizzen waren sehr lecker. Leider war das Kindergetränk bereits 2 Monate über MHD. ( was wir erst zu Hause bemerkten). Bei diesen Preisen darf das nicht passieren Kleiner Nachtrag, der Inhaber hat uns kontaktiert und uns ein Gutschein als Entschuldigung angeboten

War vor Ort dort essen , Beratung war durch das gestresste Personal nicht möglich , lediglich ein Flyer in die Hand gedrückt "such dir was aus an der Seite und sag Bescheid" , Pizza war nach 40 min Wartezeit jedoch mega lecker , Preis war hoch aber das ist für gute Qualität normal ,was dennoch überhaupt nicht ging meines Erachtens das das Personal untereinander sich nicht versteht und alle Kunden es im Laden mitbekommen . Location sehr modern und gut gemacht .

Online bestellt und schnell geliefert. Geschmacklich nicht schlecht aber auch nicht überragend, preislich eher teuer - deshalb 3/5. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Auswahl an alternativen Pizzaböden(Vollkorn, glutenfrei). Kann man machen, muss man aber auch nicht.

Super geklappt, pünktlich angekommen, lecker geschmeckt, Pizza war frisch gemacht und warm! 👏😊

Gut, um sowohl glutenfreie, als auch glutenhaltige Pizza zu genießen. Es gibt auch viele vegane Varianten. Die glutenfreie Karte wurde kürzlich überarbeitet. Es gibt nun eine sehr große Auswahl an glutenfreien Pizzen. Die gröste Auswahl, die mir bisher begegnete. Am besten über die World-of-Pizza-Website bestellen und nicht über Lieferando. Dann hat man viele Vorteile

Ich bestellte mir eine vegane Snackbox. Bei einem Preis von fast 13€ erwartete ich mehr, als nicht Mal einer Hand voll überbackenem Blumenkohl und Wedges. Der Preis ist mehr als unverschämt für diese WINZIGE Portion und der Blumenkohl war fast schon matschig und geschmacklich wirklich nicht genießbar. Die Lasagne meines Freundes war nun auch nicht wirklich fantastisch aber okay. Die Lieferantin war sehr freundlich.
