NORDSEE Halle Neustadt Center in Halle (Saale)

This store had better close. This has nothing to do with the North Sea. Unfortunately there is no freshness here.

Fried fish sandwiches were horrible. The salad was already dried out and the roll was so hard that you couldn't eat it.

The service was listless and unfriendly, the food was dry and tasteless. It definitely didn't seem freshly prepared, you could clearly taste it.

The food is dry, cold, weathered from the fact that it has been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. Backfisch baguette and fish&chips are not super fancy dishes, but even they managed to sell them as if they had been in the refrigerator for three days ready and another half day on display. It's a shame that they don't even bother to heat it in the oven. We were also shortchanged by a small amount (about 1.5€). Management should take care of the mood of employees, otherwise seeing sad people who disgruntledly throw food like dogs is extremely unpleasant.

My husband and I love this gastronomic chain very much, but in the Neustadt shopping center it looks like a smelly canteen... The untidy blonde did not serve us politely, with such an unpleasant expression on her face, as if we came to her house without an invitation (( And the fish + potatoes set itself the fries were not tasty, I have never eaten such dry and not tasty potatoes... By the way, before the sauce was served in a waffle cup, but this one was served to us the blonde lady just poured it into a plate...it didn't look aesthetically pleasing...well, even thanks to us (Danke), she just kept silent... Some ill-mannered cattle. It was only 4:30 p.m., huh the entrance to the tables, where it was more comfortable, was already blocked... I had to sit in an uncomfortable place and two workers also sat down to chat not far from us, during working hours... I do not advise anyone to come here!

We visited good fastfood restaurants of this network in Poland and Berlin. Even in Halle (Saale) their Lepzigerstr. branch is not bad. This branch in the Neustadt Center mall is very bad. Terrible fried potatoes, cold pieces of fish. All this is served with sauce spread on the plate and looks like yesterday's food. Although, the chain has branded cardboard boxes and waffle cones for the sauce. However, we were served food on a plate. The service is also disgusting. The dyed-blonde lady who served us didn’t even smile once, but even looked at us as if we had come to her apartment and demanded to feed us. It is inappropriate to call this establishment a restaurant; rather, it is a factory canteen. Unfortunately, I have to state once again that restaurant service is not a strong point in East Germany. I don't recommend anyone to come here.

Such a disaster, the store tastes old and the saleswoman was .. It's best to never go to the store again

Old rolls that have probably been there for more than a day. I have been there several times and have given this store more than 1 chance. I recently had a walnut bread with salmon. The salmon was no longer red and the “salad” was old and limp. The fried fish rolls taste like an old shoe sole probably does. Unappetizing and cheeky! Addendum 2023: Went there again today. My Bismarck roll was bad. I will inform the health department immediately about the circumstances there as it poses a danger to customers.

Catastrophic. What is so grandiosely offered on the homepage does not exist there at all. Maybe the employees aren't able to prepare proper food, or they just don't feel like it. Thrown together carelessly. And you pay a lot for it too. 17.00!!!! Not to mention the tone...

Ich finde es dort sehr schön. Man hat viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen.

Gern hätte ich mehr Sterne gegeben!! Ich kaufte das Menü, Scholle mit Salzkartoffeln, Spargelgemüse und extra Dillsosse. Preis 13,69€. Jeder Cent war dieses Essen wert. Fisch hervorragend gebraten, Spargelgemüse lecker und die Soße, ein sehr tolles Gericht. Obendrein sehr nette zwei Frauen. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

17:50 ist schon alles leer und es wird schon alles für denn Feierabend 19 Uhr vorbereitet. Da gibt es nur noch ein Fisch Brötchen.

Freundliches Personal, auf Kundenwunsch bei der Zusammenstellung des Menü sehr gut eingegangen.

Wenig Auswahl obwohl bis 19 Uhr geöffnet und man fühlte sich allein,kein weiterer Kunde obwohl es sich in einer Passage befindet

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin und die Fish & Ships waren auch lecker.

Leider sind noch nicht so viele ehemalige Kunden wieder zurückgekommen wie vor Corona. Darunter leidet das Angebot schon ein wenig.

Mitarbeiter unfreundlich und überfordert. Auf Vorschläge von Gästen zur Problemlösung wird nicht eingegangen, stattdessen pampige Reaktionen der Mitarbeiter. Schade....

Eine Mitarbeiterin war sowas von unkonzentriert und patzig. Bestellungen konnte sie sich nicht merken, musste jeweils 2 Mal nachfragen (lediglich 2 Dinge und ein Getränk). War wohl schon im Feierabend oder im Urlaub. Total gelangweilter Blick und unfreundliche Kommunikation. Die Wedges lagen wohl auch schon den ganzen Tag rum, so haben sie zumindest geschmeckt.

Immer wenn ich dort war habe ich immer gute Qualität bekommen! Es ist sauber und alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich ....Über Preise kann man streiten. ..Aber Fisch Gerichte kosten immer ein wenig mehr

Trotz der Corona Kriese sind die Mitarbeiter bemüht die Wünsche der Kundschaft zu erfüllen. Die Gerichte werden immer frisch zubereitet.

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht verstehen. Das Personal ist echt sehr freundlich und wenn man mal etwas länger auf sein Essen wartet dann ist es wenigstens ganz frisch auf den Teller. Ich komme immer wieder gern in die Fiale Halle Neustadt.

Nordsee finde ich zu teuer für das wa man auf dem Teller serviert bekommt.

Lecker und es wird frisch zubereitet.

Mit Breuninger in Sindelfingen nicht zu vergleichen

Soweit alles in Ordnung. Nur kann es nicht sein, dass Pommes verkauft werden, die schon hart sind und nicht warm gemacht werden .

Hab da lecker Garnelen zum Mittagessen bekommen die waren super

Nordsee ist sehr lecker die Preise sind meine Meinung nach sehr gut Qualität zeigt sich

Fish and Chips lagen leider zu lang, deswegen kalt 😟. Personal ist sehr nett.

Verkäuferinnen sind in Ordnung, Fisch schmeckt nur gut wenn der frisch ist. Sobald er 5 min da liegt wird er schlapprig und man kriegt den auf den Teller.

Heute war ich zum ersten mal bei Nordsee in Halle - Neustadt . Ich bin dort freundlich begrüßt und bedient wurden . Ich weiß , wenn ich wieder einmal Appetit auf Fisch habe komme ich auf jeden Fall wieder zu Euch . Ich kann euch nur weiter empfehlen . Bleibt so wie ihr seid . 👍👍👍👍
