Einfach nur schrecklich die Mitarbeiter lahm das essen kalt die Cola keine Eiswürfel drinnen und pisswarm man sollte den laden schließen nie wieder

Ich habe heute zum ersten Mal bei Burger King bestellt und ehrlich gesagt war ich extrem enttäuscht. Ich habe fast 30 Euro bezahlt und dafür eine winikleine Portion Pommes und sehr kleine Burger bekommen. Die Burger waren außerdem komplett trocken und haben überhaupt nicht frisch geschmeckt. Die Qualität vom Essen war einfach maximal schlecht. Würde ich wirklich niemandem empfehlen. Da geht man lieber direkt zu McDonald’s.

Ich war schon mehrmals in diesem Burger King. Die Angestellten unterhalten sich nur, anstatt zu arbeiten. Sie sollten wenigstens die Zeit nutzen, um den Laden zu putzen. Er ist immer dreckig. Außerdem ist es unhygienisch, sich an die Nase zu fassen und direkt danach wieder Essen anzufassen.

Eigentlich mag ich Burger King echt gerne und würde so gerne bei euch mal wieder was essen, aber immer wenn ich die letzten male zur mittagszeit vorbeikam, war dort nicht mal n einfacher cheeseburger vorbereitet und die angestellten nehmen irgendwie gar keine Bestellungen an und gucken da nur auf ihr handy oder starren Löcher in die Luft, was ist da nur los bei euch mittlerweile? Voll enttäuscht.

Ich hatte eine wirklich gute Erfahrung in dieser Filiale. Das Essen war sehr frisch und heiß, und der Service war auch ziemlich schnell, was mir sehr gefallen hat. Insgesamt ist es ein guter Ort für eine schnelle Mahlzeit.

Extrem schnell und das beste Eis, sogar um die späte Zeit waren alle sehr höflich und aufmerksam

Ich habe long chicken probiert es ist so lecker ich kann es euch empfehlen die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr Hoflich geht hin probiert es war schön da mit den Kinder

Hast du heute das Öl gesehen? Es war so ein widerliches schwarzes Öl, wie Motoröl. Ich hatte knuspriges Hähnchen bestellt, und das Patty war schwarz. Dann habe ich den Ölstand kontrolliert. Was war das denn? Oh Gott, was für eine schreckliche Erfahrung! Schlechtes Öl, schwarz und einfach nur schlecht.

Das Essen hat super geschmeckt und war frisch. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein sehr kompetenter Manager. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Also Als ich in den Laden kam, war mir ein aufdringlicher Geruch zu spüren (Lampen) dann in Folge wurde mir unterstellt, mir nicht meinen Vanille Milchshake gekauft zu haben obwohl es auf dem Kassenzettel stand mein Milchshake wurde auch nur bis zur Hälfte aufgefüllt und dafür hab ich fast fünf Euro bezahlt in meinem Nuggets waren auch nur drei statt vier und sie schmeckt erbärmlich. Dafür musst du ein Tier sterben. Unsere Saucen fehlten auch

Zu bis auf weiteres wegen angeblichen technischen Probleme , ohne Information hier in den Öffnungszeiten dazu.

Ehrlich gesagt war das einer der besten Fast-Food-Besuche seit Langem. Burger King Long hat mich positiv überrascht. Der Burger sah tatsächlich so aus wie auf den Bildern, die Zutaten schmeckten frisch und alles war perfekt zubereitet (was bei Fast-Food-Restaurants nicht immer der Fall ist). Besonders positiv war, wie reibungslos alles ablief. Keine langen Wartezeiten, keine Fehler, einfach schnell und unkompliziert. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und nicht hektisch, und ich konnte mein Essen in Ruhe genießen. Wer typisches Fast Food erwartet, wird hier positiv überrascht sein.

Ich war bei Burger King Long und war ziemlich beeindruckt. Der Service war schnell und trotzdem freundlich, und man merkte, dass den Mitarbeitern wirklich wichtig war, dass alles stimmte. Mein Burger war heiß, saftig und perfekt zubereitet, und die Getränkestation war sauber und gut bestückt. Es ist genau der richtige Ort, wenn man schnell etwas Leckeres essen möchte. Alles lief reibungslos, ohne Stress – einfach ein tolles Erlebnis von Anfang bis Ende. Definitiv eine der besten Filialen, die ich besucht habe.

Ein wirklich positiver Besuch bei Burger King Long. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt – die Bestellung wurde schnell aufgenommen, die Wartezeit war kurz und das Essen war frisch und gut zubereitet. Der Burger war lecker und die Portionen waren dem Preis angemessen. Das Restaurant selbst war sauber und gemütlich, sodass man dort gerne länger verweilte und das Essen genoss. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungenes und zufriedenstellendes Erlebnis. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Im Speiseraum saß ein Mitarbeiter, der in ohrenbetäubender Lautstärke mit seiner Freundin Video-telefonierte, während er mitgebrachtes Essen aus einer Auflaufform fraß. Fraß deshalb, weil er das mit einer Geräuschkulisse tat, die sonst nur eine 10köpfige Zombiehorde zustande bringt, während sie einen Menschen zerfleischt. Und als ob das nicht genug wäre, um einem den Appetit zu verderben, war die Panade des Burger Pattys labberig statt kross und schwamm im Fett. An der Mayo-packung klebte getrocknete Mayo und die Tüte mit Gitterpommes bestand nur zu 70% aus Gitterpommes. Ich werde hier nie wieder Essen gehen.

Wir kamen um 23:10 Uhr an, und obwohl dort stand, dass sie bis 00:00 Uhr geöffnet haben, hieß es schon, sie hätten geschlossen. An den Türen stand sogar noch, dass bis 01:00 Uhr geöffnet sei. Ich verstehe nicht, was das für ein Laden ist, wenn sie schließen, wann immer sie wollen...

Leider zu viele Mitarbeiter die kaum Deutsch sprechen. Ansonsten okay für nen BK

Mit Abstand das Schlechste BK! Crew nicht Organisiert. Online Bestellung hab Vorrang und Burger werden auch nicht richtig belegt. Bk Deutschland sollte hier mal Eingreifen... -☆

Ich habe gerade einen Whopper bestellt, und da war eine Frau, deren Name mit B anfing, wenn ich mich recht erinnere, sie hieß Baruer. Ich habe mit ihr mithilfe eines Dolmetschers bestellt, und sie war sehr freundlich. In den meisten Burger King-Restaurants runzelt man die Stirn, wenn man einen Dolmetscher benutzt, aber diese Frau hat sich sehr nett mit mir verständigt. Für Sie oder für sie mag das eine Kleinigkeit sein, aber für einen Ausländer, einen Neuling, so eine Behandlung zu erfahren, war ein unvergesslicher Moment. Vielen Dank, Frau Baruer!🥹🤍🤍🤍

Alles war hervorragend! Schneller Service, frisches und leckeres Essen und eine herzliche, einladende Atmosphäre. Das Personal war aufmerksam und sehr professionell. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Lage ist recht günstig und die derzeitigen Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett.

Bin so sauer. Ich hab einen plant based Cheeseburger bestellt und einen doppelten chilli cheeseburger bekommen, der sehr wahrscheinlich nicht mal vegetarisch ist. leider war es zum mitnehmen, sonst hätte ich es noch tauschen können. So habe ich nur mein Geld verschwendet, weil die mitarbeitenden nicht richtig arbeiten.

An employee had taken drinks and food without permission after work. The store remained open for a long time afterward, so it wasn't leftovers. I reported it to customer support immediately, but they couldn't confirm anything. It's obviously frustrating to be lied to by your own employees.

Great location, right next to the main train station, and a popular spot to meet friends. The staff are very friendly and cheerful, and the food doesn't take long to arrive.

The food was terrible. I ate there with two friends and afterwards I had terrible stomach cramps and felt sick, and the other two felt the same. I will never eat there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Very cozy and above all very quiet, staff friendly, no rush

I had lunch with you on September 16, 1925. Afterward, I got food poisoning. It lasted for five days and nights. I actually always avoided you, and that day I was hungry for your food. Afterward, I remembered why I was avoiding you. Thank you for the memorable reminder.

I ordered takeout last night. When I unpacked it at home, two burgers were incorrect. Instead of the Garlic Chicken and Big King, I got a Chili Cheeseburger and a Whopper Jr.—two incorrect burgers. The soda didn't taste good either, so I unfortunately had to throw it away.

Our order was completely wrong, the burger was cold and instead of ordering large fries, they gave us small fries. We ordered cola with ice, but it came without ice. Simply terrible.

I only ordered two 9-piece onion rings, and three-quarters of them were already overcooked. Even though they made fresh ones, you get old ones that have probably been sitting in the display for a quarter of an hour and are therefore, in my opinion, inedible.

Unfortunately, the store is disappointing. It's too small and only has two employees. There's no restroom, although food can be eaten inside or at a table outside.

(BK itself is fine if you eat in) This review refers to the delivery service Uber Eats = 1/5 I placed an order and waited about 2 hours, only to be told that it "had to" be canceled. After that, everything related to the order was deleted, no record, no proof, so I couldn't even complain directly. This is what online payment feels like: If the order is too "unattractive" for Uber (e.g., due to vouchers or too low an amount), they apparently make customers wait a long time and then cancel under false pretenses. Very disappointing; that's how you lose trust.

Good service and staff was very nice

I had a great experience at Burger King! The food was fresh, tasty, and served hot. The burgers were juicy, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the portion sizes were generous. The staff was friendly and quick, making the service smooth even during busy hours. The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere, perfect for a quick meal or hanging out with friends. Definitely one of the better fast-food places around—I’ll be coming back!

I just bought a €9.99 meal, but unfortunately, I didn't receive my fries, and no one apologized. I'm very disappointed because I always thought the fries here were delicious.

I can't recommend the food there. My double chicken burger was inedible. It seemed to have been kept warm for hours. The pressed meat crumbled, and the sauce had dried out. When I complained, no one spoke my language anymore.

Asked the worker there a question. His answer was literally "Hell no". Very unprofessional. This happened on the 12th of August at 00:45.

The staff are very nice, especially Mama. When my order took a little longer, she apologized by giving me more fries and a bag of chips. One of her colleagues also gave me a bag of gummy bears. Top-notch service, I highly recommend it.

The staff, of course, closes the store exactly when it suits them – how convenient! Please visit this wonderful place somewhere else in the future. The food was once again wonderfully cold and as inedible as ever. The staff were not friendly at all. Communication? Oh no, I had to use hand gestures to even be heard – luckily there are pictures at the checkout, otherwise it would have been completely impossible!

You stand at the checkout and want to order...no one comes, or the staff there only processes orders placed at the terminal. And this is the second time I've stood at the checkout, apparently glued to it, without being served. I won't give it a third chance. Next door is the competitor with the "M." I would be served there...

The roll was hard and the Birger could have been put together better. Otherwise, it's okay.

You order at the vending machine. A short time later, you see your food. But the waitress prefers to slowly process the orders instead of bringing out the already warm food. The end result: €8 of food is given away to another customer so they don't miss the boat.

The food was delivered, and all the burgers and fries were cold. It just didn't taste good. We're very disappointed with this restaurant because it happened several times. One star, we'll never eat there again!

Closing before closing time, supposedly open until 1:00 AM, and then the restaurant closes at 12:38 AM, and you get a stupid look if you still want to go in or knock. But according to the many other 1-star reviews here, you apparently didn't miss anything. It's really sad that "Burger King Germany" doesn't intervene and make an announcement. Then just close the place if you don't feel like it :)
