Our order was completely wrong, the burger was cold and instead of ordering large fries, they gave us small fries. We ordered cola with ice, but it came without ice. Simply terrible.

I only ordered two 9-piece onion rings, and three-quarters of them were already overcooked. Even though they made fresh ones, you get old ones that have probably been sitting in the display for a quarter of an hour and are therefore, in my opinion, inedible.

Unfortunately, the store is disappointing. It's too small and only has two employees. There's no restroom, although food can be eaten inside or at a table outside.

(BK itself is fine if you eat in) This review refers to the delivery service Uber Eats = 1/5 I placed an order and waited about 2 hours, only to be told that it "had to" be canceled. After that, everything related to the order was deleted, no record, no proof, so I couldn't even complain directly. This is what online payment feels like: If the order is too "unattractive" for Uber (e.g., due to vouchers or too low an amount), they apparently make customers wait a long time and then cancel under false pretenses. Very disappointing; that's how you lose trust.

Good service and staff was very nice

I had a great experience at Burger King! The food was fresh, tasty, and served hot. The burgers were juicy, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the portion sizes were generous. The staff was friendly and quick, making the service smooth even during busy hours. The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere, perfect for a quick meal or hanging out with friends. Definitely one of the better fast-food places around—I’ll be coming back!

I just bought a €9.99 meal, but unfortunately, I didn't receive my fries, and no one apologized. I'm very disappointed because I always thought the fries here were delicious.

I can't recommend the food there. My double chicken burger was inedible. It seemed to have been kept warm for hours. The pressed meat crumbled, and the sauce had dried out. When I complained, no one spoke my language anymore.

Asked the worker there a question. His answer was literally "Hell no". Very unprofessional. This happened on the 12th of August at 00:45.

The staff, of course, closes the store exactly when it suits them – how convenient! Please visit this wonderful place somewhere else in the future. The food was once again wonderfully cold and as inedible as ever. The staff were not friendly at all. Communication? Oh no, I had to use hand gestures to even be heard – luckily there are pictures at the checkout, otherwise it would have been completely impossible!

You stand at the checkout and want to order...no one comes, or the staff there only processes orders placed at the terminal. And this is the second time I've stood at the checkout, apparently glued to it, without being served. I won't give it a third chance. Next door is the competitor with the "M." I would be served there...

The roll was hard and the Birger could have been put together better. Otherwise, it's okay.

You order at the vending machine. A short time later, you see your food. But the waitress prefers to slowly process the orders instead of bringing out the already warm food. The end result: €8 of food is given away to another customer so they don't miss the boat.

Closing before closing time, supposedly open until 1:00 AM, and then the restaurant closes at 12:38 AM, and you get a stupid look if you still want to go in or knock. But according to the many other 1-star reviews here, you apparently didn't miss anything. It's really sad that "Burger King Germany" doesn't intervene and make an announcement. Then just close the place if you don't feel like it :)

No. I just ordered two burgers, and the long chicken was completely cold. Not even lukewarm. Absolutely unacceptable. The meat in the second one was warm, but the bacon was cold. With the restaurant barely busy at 9 p.m., the burgers and all the toppings should be hot, or at most, warm. Absolutely unacceptable.

The food itself tastes pretty good, but the staff should wear head protection next time because I had hair from one of my colleagues in my burger and I had to throw it away!

You order extra dips, and they're always forgotten. In the past, entire burgers or side dishes have also been forgotten. Check the bags before you leave!

I have to be extremely critical here... I was there with my son and were in a hurry so unfortunately I couldn't check what was packed for me... Junior meal was incomplete, no fries and no toys even though it was wanted 2 wrong burgers and one forgotten. Conclusion really catastrophic there

The first thing that impressed me was the lack of liquid in both sanitizers! Next... I ordered the Burger King menu with deep-fried bacon and onions. They gave it out with French fries... Ok... The potatoes were over-salted. And the Burger is even more salty. This is the first time in 30 years that I have encountered such disgrace. This has never happened in any Fast Food.

This store is an absolute disaster and not recommended! You don't get what you ordered or something is missing, you have to run after it, but you get it without any problems. The quality could really still be worked on, as could the preparation with special requests from customers. It was the last visit for us.

Last dirty shop, they sold me a supposedly "large" fries for €3.99, service was subpar and when I asked, the waitress simply disappeared straight into the back of the shop.

Instead of getting everything to-go as ordered to eat in the restaurant...then we had to pack it ourselves. Instead of a vegan burger there was a chicken wing burger with real bacon in it... The ice cubes were forgotten in the Fanta... Even though there was hardly anything going on, the order took forever to prepare. Never again!

The staff are very friendly, the fries are not flimsy like at McDonald's and the food tastes very tasty and can only be recommended

1 star – Shocking experience at Burger King Halle (Saale) train station I have been a loyal fan of Burger King, but what happened to me at this location was simply unacceptable. I got three cold burgers and politely pointed it out. But instead of making fresh burgers, the cold burgers were simply warmed up carelessly - as if that was the solution! When I insisted that I expected decent, fresh burgers, the staff also yelled at me to “eat” the burgers. I have never experienced such disrespect! The food was disappointing and the service was a complete failure. Burger King, that's not possible. This kind of behavior will scare away even your most loyal customers. I'll never come back here - absolutely not recommended!

Were there on January 15th, 2025 at around 9 p.m. and were bitterly disappointed. I ordered two large cappuccinos and was amazed when I saw the size of the cups and heard the price of 7.58 euros. The cup was 0.3 liters and a little more than half full. Furthermore, the shop was completely dirty and filthy. And what completely shocked me was that the burger buns were on the dirty floor.

The store is quite small, there are few seats and only 2 order machines. The staff is nice and prepared and packed the order (3 burgers to take away) quickly (about 5 minutes). After my visit I can't understand the bad reviews.

I think the store is absolutely terrible. The staff there is absolutely strangely suspicious. I am an absolutely observant tourist or traveler with bags who doesn't have a hand free to do any of the strange things that he would probably suspect me to do. I was able to confirm this feeling again on my second visit, so I can definitely write this recession like that.

There wasn't everything you ordered and you wait until the food comes and you're often pushed back. What we ordered wasn't there. Yesterday we had number 318 and we ordered at 9 p.m. and we got the food 9:20 p.m. and the lady at the counter was very unfriendly then I'd rather go shopping and eating at Burger King in Dessau

So what we ordered for food wasn't complete, something was missing, including we had to wait over 35 minutes for our food, we were pushed further and further back and ordered the food at 8:50 p.m. the service person was at the counter not very friendly. I'd rather go to Bürger King or Mcdonalds in Dessau. So far I haven't had the problem of paying over €50 and missing two meals. Especially when you have to wait so long. So the food was fine.

The Long Chicken Texas Plant Based was dry, the ice cream was forgotten in the Hot Blondie (but was made up when asked) and the Danish King Chicken didn't really convince me. Brother, I ordered plant based and got a DOUBLE WITH MEAT! Honestly, what's the point of this dirt? Also, my brownie is cold, regular cola instead of zero. Sorry, but maybe learn to read properly and not just drool over your job when it comes to eating would be the minimum I still ate half of the burger because it would be a shame but I feel extremely sick now. I would love to get my money back for the trash, but my train isn't waiting I've always enjoyed staying here because it's a relaxed location on the way to the train, but after the event I'll never go there again
