We ordered and have been waiting two hours for our damn food.

The employee behind the counter was reasonably friendly. That's the only positive thing I can report. The burger was absolutely carelessly thrown together and looked very unappetizing. The fries were mostly cold.

Can do it quickly if you're hungry!

Last dirty shop, they sold me a supposedly "large" fries for €3.99, service was subpar and when I asked, the waitress simply disappeared straight into the back of the shop.

Instead of getting everything to-go as ordered to eat in the restaurant...then we had to pack it ourselves. Instead of a vegan burger there was a chicken wing burger with real bacon in it... The ice cubes were forgotten in the Fanta... Even though there was hardly anything going on, the order took forever to prepare. Never again!

The staff are very friendly, the fries are not flimsy like at McDonald's and the food tastes very tasty and can only be recommended

Were there on January 15th, 2025 at around 9 p.m. and were bitterly disappointed. I ordered two large cappuccinos and was amazed when I saw the size of the cups and heard the price of 7.58 euros. The cup was 0.3 liters and a little more than half full. Furthermore, the shop was completely dirty and filthy. And what completely shocked me was that the burger buns were on the dirty floor.

1 star – Shocking experience at Burger King Halle (Saale) train station I have been a loyal fan of Burger King, but what happened to me at this location was simply unacceptable. I got three cold burgers and politely pointed it out. But instead of making fresh burgers, the cold burgers were simply warmed up carelessly - as if that was the solution! When I insisted that I expected decent, fresh burgers, the staff also yelled at me to “eat” the burgers. I have never experienced such disrespect! The food was disappointing and the service was a complete failure. Burger King, that's not possible. This kind of behavior will scare away even your most loyal customers. I'll never come back here - absolutely not recommended!

The store is quite small, there are few seats and only 2 order machines. The staff is nice and prepared and packed the order (3 burgers to take away) quickly (about 5 minutes). After my visit I can't understand the bad reviews.

I think the store is absolutely terrible. The staff there is absolutely strangely suspicious. I am an absolutely observant tourist or traveler with bags who doesn't have a hand free to do any of the strange things that he would probably suspect me to do. I was able to confirm this feeling again on my second visit, so I can definitely write this recession like that.

So what we ordered for food wasn't complete, something was missing, including we had to wait over 35 minutes for our food, we were pushed further and further back and ordered the food at 8:50 p.m. the service person was at the counter not very friendly. I'd rather go to Bürger King or Mcdonalds in Dessau. So far I haven't had the problem of paying over €50 and missing two meals. Especially when you have to wait so long. So the food was fine.

The Long Chicken Texas Plant Based was dry, the ice cream was forgotten in the Hot Blondie (but was made up when asked) and the Danish King Chicken didn't really convince me. Feel like I didn't get a good package for my money. It happens more and more often that I get products that are only made with half the butt 🤦🏻‍♂️ Annoying

Brother, I ordered plant based and got a DOUBLE WITH MEAT! Honestly, what's the point of this dirt? Also, my brownie is cold, regular cola instead of zero. Sorry, but maybe learn to read properly and not just drool over your job when it comes to eating would be the minimum I still ate half of the burger because it would be a shame but I feel extremely sick now. I would love to get my money back for the trash, but my train isn't waiting I've always enjoyed staying here because it's a relaxed location on the way to the train, but after the event I'll never go there again

I always like to go here to satisfy my hunger when I have to change trains in Halle. The order is ready quickly and it always tastes good. There are also promotions every day!

Food is missing, the burger was simply missing instead of normal nuggets, veggie nuggets were brought even though I chose normal nuggets. They said they were ready to take away. The milkshake was then brought afterwards. Food just felt like it came from the microwave. Milkshake is simply not a milkshake, but rather a mixture of water and ice. I'd rather go, I'm better served at a restaurant and the places outside aren't even cleaned. There were still used tissues lying around everywhere

No breakfast Very sad for a branch right next to the main station. The employees don't even know what a breakfast burger is. If in the future it is no longer possible to place your order directly with an employee and not at such a stupid display, that's it for me, then I'll just eat something else. It's a mess because sometimes someone else takes over the order, which then happens that something is missing. Happened several times. You see it at home and see the disappointed faces of children and adults. That's really annoying. And the fries are all packed together with the citizens. On each visit the order was not as requested. Incorrect or missing products are commonplace. When there are questions or requests for corrections, the response is not exactly customer-friendly. Friendly customer service is something else.

I ordered at the terminal to take my food with me. Instead of a Chrispy Chicken I got a Spicy Chicken, extremely hot.! This was packaged in a Plant Base Whopper packaging.! The other burger ordered a Plant Base Whopper was wrapped in fake paper. Fries were hot and tasty. Burgers were also hot, but not the right order. The store wasn't full. But the staff looked very bored.

The self-service terminals are an absolute disgrace, overall everything takes too long for a BK at the train station. I left without food to catch the train...

Nie von diesem Restaurant bestellen! Das Essen kommt kalt und deine Bestellung ist fast immer inkomplett.

Ich hab lange auf das Essen gewartet, leider wurden bei meiner Bestellung die Extra-Zutaten vergessen für die ich gezahlt habe. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich aber scheinbar unterbesetzt.

Der Franchise-Nehmer hat örtlich bedingt, bei Stoßzeiten mit hohen Kundenandrang zu kämpfen. Ich wollte ursprünglich meine Bewertung negativer gestalten, da mir 4 Leute aufgefallen sind, die in der Pause waren, während die MA mit Migrationshintergund, alleine gelassen wurden. Man kann sich diesbezüglich streiten (ich kenn das Dilemma), aber ich blieb cool, ich hatte ja Zeit (in der Regel hat man das als Gast nicht) .. Da ich Burger King schon lange nicht mehr besucht hatte, musste ich die BurgerKing App wieder installieren und als ich beim Bestellen an der Kasse, mich plötzlich noch "registrieren" sollte (in der App) kam ich in schwulitäten - die älter Frau an der Kasse kam mir aber sofort entgegen und tippte den Code in ihrer Kasse ein. Alle waren "glücklich". Das waren mir 5 Steren wert. Wer hier 1 Stern vergibt (generell Leute die einen Stern vergeben) haben keine Ahnung, sollten ihren Frust woanders loswerden und Rezessionen generell meiden. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Kleuß

Burger trocken, schlecht belegt, zu große und feste Salatstücke und das nicht zum ersten Mal.

Die letzten Pommes haben nach Pfefferminz geschmeckt. Hat da jemand ein Kaugummi verloren? Der Rest war zum Glück okay.

Weiß nicht woher hier die ganzen niedrigen Bewertungen kommen, es war alles völlig normal und cool bei dem Burger King. Es ist halt eine kleine Filiale an einem Hauptbahnhof, daher dauern Bestellungen vielleicht 3 Minuten länger als üblich, weil einfach ein hoher Andrang herrscht & es dort nur eine kleine Küche mit weniger Mitarbeitern gibt. Aber abseits davon war die Qualität des Essens und der Service super. Auch nix vertauscht oder fehlend. Im Gegensatz zum Höhlenmenschen- Burger King in Berlin Hauptbahnhof lassen sich hier auch die Coupons einlösen.

Ganz OK der Laden, jedoch gibt es dort keine Sitzgelegenheiten. Es ist eine reiner To-Go Burger King. Das Essen war nicht schlecht, der Service etwas fragwürdig.

Ich mag Burger King eher wie mc's , sorry aber ... Naja Das Essen hier ist zwar nicht gesünder aber das ist eher Bock Sache . Die Burger sind gut zusammen gestellt und nicht lieblos zusammen geklatscht . Das bestell Panel gefällt mir das spart Zeit . Die Bedienung könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein. Ansonsten komme ich gerne wieder ! 🙂

Moderner Burger King mit Bestellterminals

Leider wurde der Mehrwegbecher vergessen, aber auf Nachfrage das Geld wenigstens erstattet. Ein bisschen versalzen und süß sauer sehr ingwerig. Leider wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten besonders schlecht für Gruppen.

Ist vollkommen in Ordnung für ein Burger King. Essen waren frisch zubereitet und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.

Schwankende Qualität. Aber Verständnis ist auch da, weil gut besucht als Hotspot.

Der Burger King Halle an der Saale (Hauptbahnhof) ist klein, aber fein. Die Mitarbeiter sind zu vorkommend, und klären praxisnah, wie man per App und Terminal bestellen kann. Das bestellte Menü ist bald unmittelbar gemacht. Das Menü schmeckt gut und ist mit Coupons bestellt günstig. Sauberkeit und Service werden hier groß geschrieben.

War ganz nice, am besten ist, alle pettys gibt es auch in Veganer Form.

After a party I went there to eat during the weekend. I was surprised tbh because the manager was super nice ,he spoke English and the service was excellent, they were very fast. I can recommend this restaurant for everyone.

Tolles Essen, tolle Arbeiter, netter Manager. BK ist das Richtige für mich, ich werde nicht mehr zu McD gehen, weil sie hier in BK zumindest schnell und pünktlich sind.

I don't understand the negative comments. I mean, maybe it used to be like that on that time. But because I work near Bahnhof and I go to McFit, I usually I go to grab something from this restaurant on my busy days after work in the late afternoon. First of all, which is very important to me as an international student is that they could speak English. This is still rare in the restaurants of Halle. The second thing is that whenever I order, my food is always fresh and tasty, they are fast too. So I'm 100% satisfied with this burger king, I really hope that things will stay like this there. They're clean, the crew is nice and fast. Clearly, things are under control of great hands.

Sie sind schnell, das Essen ist frisch, lecker und sieht gut aus. Ich gehe normalerweise nachts nach meiner Schicht, ich mag ihr Essen und die Art, wie sie mich dort behandeln.

Das letzte Mal in letzter Minute habe ich meine Meinung über mein Getränk geändert. Ich habe Fanta bestellt, wollte aber Cola trinken. Sie haben bereits Fanta für mich vorbereitet, aber nachdem ich gefragt habe, haben sie mir sofort Cola gegeben. Ich mag die Art und Weise, wie ihr Manager die Gäste behandelt, dies ist der Weg, um die wiederkehrenden Kunden zu halten.

Heute Abend war ich da und habe ich pünktlich mein burger bekommen und hab kein Zug verpasst. +1 Freundliche mit Arbeiter und professionell Manager.

Das Essen dort schmeckt eigentlich recht ok für Fast Food. Wir sind dort ca. 1 - 2 mal im Monat und jedes Mal wird ein Teil der Bestellung vergessen, Man muss wirklich immer nachschauen und kontrollieren. Ist echt nervig…

Ich kam in den Laden und musste ca. 10 Minuten auf mein Essen warten was vollkomen in Ordnung ist. Klar kann man bei einem so kleinen Laden nicht erwarten das jemand das Essen zum Tisch bringt ist aber auch nicht schlimm. Die Tische waren sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch alle sehr freundlich. Und das Essen einfach köstlich, macht richtig satt und wird frisch zubereitet. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen für eine kleine Burger King Filiale 🍔🙂.

Die eingestellter sind nett, Aber nach Rauch Pausen ohne Hände waschen weiter arbeiten.

Wir besuchten das Restaurant am späten Abend (gegen 22:30) und konnten recht schnell mittels der Self-Service-Counter unsere Bestellung aufgeben. Vor uns befanden sich ca. 4 Leute. Zahlen wollten wir in Bar an der Kasse. Nach der Aufgabe der Bestellung kam zügig ein Mitarbeiter zum kassieren, welcher uns freundlich begrüßte und abkassierte mit dem Hinweis das die Bestellung dann an der Ausgabe aufgerufen wird. Unsere Bestellung war nach wenigen Minuten fertig und frisch zubereitet und wurde durch den sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter der die Produkte einpackt und ausgibt fertig gemacht und zügig übergeben. Nachdem wir den Store verlassen hatten, kam der Mitarbeiter (recht klein) uns hinterher gerannt und rief uns zu das er die Saucen vergessen hatte. Wir bedankten uns und nahmen die Saucen entgegen. Wir waren extrem begeistert von diesem herausragenden Service, denn in jedem anderen Restaurant, egal welcher Kette, hatten wir es noch nie erlebt, das der Mitarbeiter hinterher kommt, wenn die Saucen vergessen wurden. Üblicherweise war es immer so das man dann eben Pech hatte. Daher ein wirklich großes Lob an eben jenen Service, welcher uns 3 wirklich begeisterte. PS: Die Bestellung war damit vollständig und alles was frisch und ordentlich zubereitet und sehr lecker.
