I would advise you to find another pizzeria 🍕 The owner refused to serve me because of negative reviews. Neither the owner nor the staff showed any understanding, and they didn't even wear gloves while preparing the food. This place should be shut down.

Absolutely outrageous. From the local and the supplier. It doesn't matter what was forgotten. The main thing is that the money had already been paid. Will definitely be reported.

Good prices, pizza had generous toppings. Sometimes there's too much cheese, making it very greasy. Still recommended though!

I had the pleasure of eating one of your pizzas for the first time this weekend. The taste was great, but the toppings were very meager. There wasn't enough ham, pineapple, and cheese. The price-performance ratio isn't right. If you can get this under control, you'll give it 5 stars.

I ordered the cheeseburger menu and have rarely had such a bad taste experience. Any microwave burger from the supermarket is far superior to the one you can eat there: old lettuce, rubbery patty, a roughly 2x2 cm slice of cheese on the soggy bun. The fries were also soggy, and the drink was warm. However, the aforementioned shortcomings aren't the reason I'm writing a bad review; rather, the food poisoning that followed that night is. I would advise anyone who cares about their well-being not to order from here.

The food is always delicious and special requests and requests for improvement are taken into account and implemented. Delivery is always quick and the drivers are friendly.

We ordered food today around 7-7:30 p.m. An hour later the message came that food was on the way. At around 10 p.m. the food was still not there. That is a complete disgrace. This is not the first time this has happened in this pizzeria. Therefore a big negative review. Never again.

The pizzas always taste delicious, you can't complain. Neustadt doesn't have to mean poor quality. The staff is also very friendly. You also have to use a thicker pizza base, but they are very juicy. Keep it up and you'll be one of the best in town.

Been waiting for a pizza and a burger for an hour and a half

Sick!! First you wait two hours for your pizza after calling three times! Then the supplier acts as if he is waiving the purchase price because of the long delivery time, only to call again and say that he hasn't received any money. Once and never again!!!

Ich habe bestellt gerade , wurde nicht geklingelt sondern angerufen und das mehrfach , Lieferant verstand kein Deutsch und war sehr ungeduldig . Ich hatte Pizzabrötchen mit Käse und Spinat bestellt , bekam aber mit Dönerfleich . Das einzige was gut ist , das sie überpünktlich geliefert haben und um so schneller war der Lieferant auch wieder weg. Wieviel ich zahlen sollte wurde auch nicht gesagt , sondern einfach gewartet bist ich meine ,,Kohle" rausgeben. Hätte man sich auch sparen können.

Dips wurden nicht mit geliefert obwohl sie auf der Bestellung mit drauf standen. Der Lieferant lachte nur, als wir ihn darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben. Danach hat er noch richtig dreist nach Trinkgeld gefragt.

Von mir bekommen sie 1 Stern, weil stets das falsche Essen geliefert wird. Man bestellt Tortellini spezielle und geliefert wird Tortellini Town 🙄 Möchte gerne das essen was ich bestelle und nichts was ich nicht wollte 😒 Alles andere hin gegen ist super, die Fahrer auch immer freundlich und nett.

Gerade habe ich bestellt gehabt. Klingel ging nicht, wurde angerufen und als ich sagte dass ich runter komme kam keine Antwort als würde man mich nicht hören, als hätte die Person bewusst auf die mute-taste gedrückt. Bin dann runter gegangen und keiner war da. Leider kann ich nicht anrufen da mein Pre-Paid guthaben nicht ausreichend ist. Ich finde dass aber eine Frechheit dass der Lieferant einfach abhaut wenn ich gesagt habe dass ich runter komme?!? Ich habe dafür bezahlt und hätte entweder gerne meine Bestellung oder mein Geld zurück. Unmöglich… Das ist echt dreist. Ich habe sonst immer bestellt und es war immer alles in Ordnung aber das ist echt untwrste schublade. Ich nehme mal an das geld bekomme ich nicht zurück aufgrund dass ich die Bestellung nie erhalten habe selbst wenn das offensichtlich schuld des fahrers war. Vielen Dank, ihr habt mir meinen so schon schrecklichen Tag NOCH mehr versaut.

Ich habe rohes Fleisch erhalten und dann wurde ich nur angeschrien, also das war das letzte mal das ich dort bestellt habe. Ekliges essen einfach !!!!

Ich habe bei dieser Pizzeria über Lieferando bestellt. Das Essen kam innerhalb der Hälfte der Zeit an, der Lieferant war sehr freundlich. Der bestellte Burger ist mit ein bisschen zu wenig Belag leider noch verbesserungsfähig, genau so die Pizza, die hätte noch ein paar Gewürze gebraucht. Sonst alles tiptop, wenn man nach einer typisch amerikanischen Pizza mit viel Belag, Teig und Käse sucht ist man hier richtig!

Bei meiner Pizza waren 2 Haare drinne und der Mitarbeiter war richtig komisch und hat sich die ganze Zeit an den Haaren gekratzt! Sorry aber ich würde nichtmal gratis da hingehen. Schlimmster Laden der Welt

Pizza maximal befriedigend. Hat mehr als zwei Stunden auf sich warten lassen. Schwach.

Die Gerichten waren ok... Bestellt um 14.30 Uhr für 18.45 Uhr, Essen kam um 16.56Uhr. Pizza hatte extra viel Käse drauf, zuviel. Burger war etwas dürftig vom Belag, instant patties, haben nicht sehr lecker geschmeckt Pommes waren wie Gummi und auch nicht mehr sehr lecker... Es gibt hier an allen Ecken noch Verbesserungspotential. Wünsche mir beim nächsten mal mehr davon. Sonst würde ich es nie wieder bestellen wollen.

Wir haben hier schon ein paar mal Pizza bestellt. Ich muss sagen die war bis jetzt eigentlich immer ok...es ist keine kulinarische Reise in ferne Länder aber Preis/Leistung ist ok. Bei Papa Johns zbsp. ist die Pizza vielleicht?! ein bisschen besser (obwohl eigentlich auch nicht wirklich) kostet aber etwa das doppelte.

Pizza kahm ein bisschen zu spät obwohl es hieß 1h Die Pizza an sich naja Ola Ola Hatten Hotdog pizza und der Belag war sehr mikrig gürckchen und kaum wurscht drauf Und der Hammer an Käse wurde nicht gespart sodass die Pizza nur nach Käse schmeckte Also muss nicht nochmal sein schon alleine wenn ich die Bewertungen lesen was.
