BURGER KING Deutschland GmbH in Halle (Saale)

I was there on Tuesday, April 22nd, and I have to say, it was a real treat. The two ladies at the front counter had their hands full. I personally noticed "the old lady with the glasses." Awesome. I had a great conversation. She was simply brilliant. She "ran the place" with her witty remarks. As a customer, I thought it was fantastic. I've rarely seen such friendly staff. Ordered products were freshly prepared, which isn't something you'd expect in every bakery.

They were out of many specials. They advertised them everywhere (including in-store), but you couldn't order them because they weren't available at that location or were no longer available. The standard food (burgers, nuggets, etc.) was delicious as usual, though.

Have ordered 4 times and 3/4 times something was always missing Some of it was incorrectly prepared and cold

4/22/25, around 8 p.m.: Service (employee) was 1a. Processed quickly and delivered what was ordered.

Everything was perfect, we've been there several times now and each time the staff shone with friendliness and humor (✷⁠‿⁠✷⁠). The food was always warm and fresh.

Unfriendly and unmotivated employees; eternal waiting time (3 customers who ordered after us had their food long before us); Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, although the store was quite empty with 6 occupied tables; Advertisements for ice cream were on the monitors, but there was no ice cream on offer; definitely not a flagship for the chain.

Even though there were only 2 customers ahead of us, we waited a full 25 minutes for our food, so there was no question of fast food today. The kitchen also seemed very understaffed to me, probably due to the Easter holidays. The food was still flawless, fresh and warm.

Cold burger. The cheese wasn't even remotely melted

I actually had a good experience at the Burger King, everyone is very nice, but the one slightly older employee is disrespectful, racist and doesn't give a straw because she thinks about the environment but how are the 5 of us supposed to drink from a drink without straws? The food is still very tasty, even if the cheese on the cheeseburgers is NEVER melted. But well a few months ago 4-5 stars and now 2

Very tasty and nice atmosphere. The best thing is Mama Bianka, who is very accommodating and great as a person.

We didn't wait long for a relatively large order, but we checked in the store to see if everything we paid for was in the bag. This wasn't the case, so we had to point out that large king fries were missing. When I got home, I wanted to drink my vanilla milkshake, but to my surprise it was chocolate. I've been there several times and something is always missing, the orders are wrong and it always tastes like used fat and I thought after the Burger King documentary this store had learned from that, it's just embarrassing.

So I have to say the service was quick, reliable and the food was very tasty. Only the nuggets weren't that good. The shop itself was super clean. The atmosphere was good. I would go there again and eat there. It's easy to reach on foot and also by car and train. I'm completely satisfied with the place

Unfortunately, most people write a review when something was bad and rarely when something was good. I can't complain myself. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and motivated. Food is as it should be. I like going here.

I ordered a kings beef. Unfortunately to take away. At home the negative surprise was that a normal burger bun was used instead of a broiche bun. But I hadn't ordered this and there was no notice! The burger was also cold. Not even the cheese was melted. This time it also tasted quite strange. Overall, this BK location is not recommended!

This Burger King branch has still been absolutely not worth visiting for 5 years. When you visit, disgust is guaranteed, from dry to sometimes hard burger buns to burger patties that were and are inedible. The managing director can and can be more than ashamed, just disgustingly disgusting. Food and service zero out of five stars. The ambience gets two stars out of five!

Staff touch the ingredients with their bare hands and probably haven't eaten enough during the day to serve themselves to the customers in the evening. Very unhygienic. Service unfriendly and sloppy.

Today we ordered burgers and fries to take away for three people. We wanted to give Burger King another chance but they screwed it up again. When we unpacked our order at home, we noticed that about 2/3 of it was missing. It's an absolute disgrace what's going on there. Since this wasn't the first, I think this is done on purpose. I can only advise everyone not to go there, it's an absolute rip-off. I would prefer to give it -100 points.

Got cold burgers that smell like old fat, awesome 👍🏻 The Action has insoles that don't cost 40 euros. Staff had to question almost my entire order because there were many things that weren't available or were inexplicable to them (no special requests) There's really nothing to say about the cleanliness, as the tiles were too dirty, otherwise a good stay of 35 minutes...

It's a nice bourgeois king with very clean toilets and tables and the staff is also very nice

Really very nice staff, responded well to children and their wishes. Things that were forgotten were brought to us afterwards without any fuss. Really happy to come back :)

The operator should reconsider the term “fast food”. Dropped off a junior bag at the drive in at 3:30 p.m. The store was completely empty and there was a person in the car in front of us. We had to wait 15 minutes. Wait at the edge until the small bag is brought. Apparently totally overwhelmed with a total of 2 orders in there. Next time the good old Mäcens again

Unfortunately, worst Burger King I know. Even though there's nothing going on, you wait forever for your food. The other day we waited about 10 minutes for two coffees, even though the restaurant was empty. It would be nice if something would change, as Burger King was a fast-casual restaurant with high quality back then.

Very bad service I ordered food and the order was processed very quickly. The employee was nice and accommodating. The cook was very bad. But when I went home and checked the food, I found that the order was not as stated.

Closed for technical reasons!! But when the advertising is on you think it's open. Pretty sensible. Gone was for free.

The service was rude, The meat of the hopper was partly not yet cooked through (raw). The other burger was completely cold. We told the staff that, in broken German we were told it should be like this because it melts the paper. I'm not a cook, but I'm not stupid either!!! In general, you get the feeling that the staff don't care about their work. So never again!!!

Went to the BK around 11. 3 customers were on site. Nevertheless, all the sauces were forgotten. It was much worse for the child. No children's drink and no squeeze. But “extra fries”.. without comment, without notice. Only when we asked about it did we get a clumsy answer: "not available at the moment".. at least we had the opportunity to ask the employees before they went into hiding again. the last BK visit here

When I ordered food, I forgot half of it, not a word of German, wrong products and ice-cold food, it felt like it was 5 days old and it was super tasty and when I asked I got the 20 nuggets menu from the app because the PC wasn't working. Foreign words were given to me where they were You can't interpret whether you were insulted or not, nothing has changed, if you love your stomach you shouldn't go there

I was stunned when I wanted to order food today. Behind the preparation counter, the employees didn't wear gloves when preparing the citizens? That doesn't work at all. I've lost my appetite. Thank you!

This Burger King is beautifully designed and kept clean. The food is fine as in every other place. Unfortunately I got a small frie instead of a large one, which I didn't notice until too late. Otherwise the employees are very nice.

What can I say, I have never been treated as unkindly as by Mr. Abdul!!!. How can you treat your customers so disrespectfully and unfriendly? I wasn't just treated condescendingly, no!! Mr. ABDUL booked things on my invoice that were NOT ordered!! There wasn't even an apology on his part, HE even laughed at me and waved me off!!!! It's a shame a Burger King will abolish itself due to its incompetent staff.

The employees are mostly nice, but unfortunately the processes and organization don't work. Sometimes it's completely closed, then it doesn't open until 12 - but neither is displayed at the entrance, so you wait in vain when driving through, for example. Then there are no Whoppers in stock (!!!) or the sauce or a burger is forgotten etc. etc. There are a few things wrong here when it comes to opening times, customer information or processes - blatant management errors.

It's amazing that the Whooper is sold out in the Nietlebener Straße restaurant but can be delivered via Burger King ( Lieferando ), the same branch... but clearly in the restaurant at the price of 3.99 and via the app 6.99

It's really incredible. I was the only customer at the drive-thru. Waited 5 minutes before the order was taken. 2 BigKings with fries and a Fanta - nothing earth-shattering. Waiting time was over 15(!!) minutes - and the restaurant was also quite sparsely attended. So if you order here, you should bring time and patience. Food was okay - but fast food is different! Update: Ordered a burger and 6 nuggets at the drive thru today. When I got home I thought they were kidding me! The burger (see photo) was brought back immediately and there was an announcement! It's a bottomless impudence! You can blame the dog for something like that, but you can't offer it to a customer! You can guess what kind of burger it should be... Undefinable. For me that was finally it. They should just close the place down. You can't. Has nothing at all in common with a BurgerKing. I won't give you a euro. Under all hell.

We wanted to order in the drive-thru and were rushed there so we had to wait. We hadn't even said anything and the waitress was already shouting through the microphone: The lobby is full too, young woman! Wait! Then we drove.

For 4 burgers we first had to queue for 5 minutes to pay and then another 20 minutes until it was ready to be picked up. This has nothing to do with a fast food restaurant. What's particularly strange is that there were actually only guests in the store waiting for their food. Really a shame

We were passing through from Berlin towards Thuringia and were a bit hungry. Things always have to be quick when traveling through, so the decision was made: “fast food”. In, ordered from the machine at 12:30 p.m., which is absolute lunch time. Just 25 minutes later we already have our food. The restaurant was almost empty, only 6 people in front of us. Kitchen and service with 3 employees are definitely understaffed at this time. Instead of reusable, there were also disposable cups and which makes no sense at all in the long term: when I asked, an empty reusable cup was simply put on a tray without comment. Toilets were okay, ambience was actually cool, but cleanliness is also different. I certainly won't eat here again...

I go there about once a month. My orders were always complete, fresh and properly filled. I always enjoy going there.

The blonde at the checkout was super sweet and totally open-hearted. Food was really hot and everything was complete + bonus. Store was clean and tidy.

Me and my best friend were just there, although the restaurant soon closed, we were still served with a smile. Minus 5 stars!! Ordered three menus today (8/26/24). Two people had to vomit everything out again after eating. The food must have been bad! The fries didn't taste good. The Fanta and Cola didn't taste good - no more carbon dioxide. As if the drinks were open somewhere... Outside on the terrace you could see several rats running around the rolling cupboard where you put your tray of leftover food and the slide. Disgusting! I gave Burger King a chance after the bad press but now never again!!

The service was very unfriendly, there were fries on the floor behind the cash register, everyone stepped on them instead of cleaning them up. Nobody in front of me waited more than 5 minutes and then the long chicken wasn't put in. Burgers were ordered without tomatoes, this was also noted on the receipt, who would have thought there were tomatoes on the burger. Please train your staff better, especially in dealing with customers.

The food was nice and hot and the fries weren't sticky. The service was okay but very difficult to understand. The entire floor was glued and not too tightly and no matter where you went it didn't get any better. Parts of the ambience had a lot of wear and tear and damage because the restaurant had only been open for a few years.

We were there a little later in the evening. It was delicious, but I would have liked a milk cake but the machine was broken, what a shame.
