The employees are mostly nice, but unfortunately the processes and organization don't work. Sometimes it's completely closed, then it doesn't open until 12 - but neither is displayed at the entrance, so you wait in vain when driving through, for example. Then there are no Whoppers in stock (!!!) or the sauce or a burger is forgotten etc. etc. There are a few things wrong here when it comes to opening times, customer information or processes - blatant management errors.

It's amazing that the Whooper is sold out in the Nietlebener Straße restaurant but can be delivered via Burger King ( Lieferando ), the same branch... but clearly in the restaurant at the price of 3.99 and via the app 6.99

It's really incredible. I was the only customer at the drive-thru. Waited 5 minutes before the order was taken. 2 BigKings with fries and a Fanta - nothing earth-shattering. Waiting time was over 15(!!) minutes - and the restaurant was also quite sparsely attended. So if you order here, you should bring time and patience. Food was okay - but fast food is different! Update: Ordered a burger and 6 nuggets at the drive thru today. When I got home I thought they were kidding me! The burger (see photo) was brought back immediately and there was an announcement! It's a bottomless impudence! You can blame the dog for something like that, but you can't offer it to a customer! You can guess what kind of burger it should be... Undefinable. For me that was finally it. They should just close the place down. You can't. Has nothing at all in common with a BurgerKing. I won't give you a euro. Under all hell.

We wanted to order in the drive-thru and were rushed there so we had to wait. We hadn't even said anything and the waitress was already shouting through the microphone: The lobby is full too, young woman! Wait! Then we drove.

We were passing through from Berlin towards Thuringia and were a bit hungry. Things always have to be quick when traveling through, so the decision was made: “fast food”. In, ordered from the machine at 12:30 p.m., which is absolute lunch time. Just 25 minutes later we already have our food. The restaurant was almost empty, only 6 people in front of us. Kitchen and service with 3 employees are definitely understaffed at this time. Instead of reusable, there were also disposable cups and which makes no sense at all in the long term: when I asked, an empty reusable cup was simply put on a tray without comment. Toilets were okay, ambience was actually cool, but cleanliness is also different. I certainly won't eat here again...

For 4 burgers we first had to queue for 5 minutes to pay and then another 20 minutes until it was ready to be picked up. This has nothing to do with a fast food restaurant. What's particularly strange is that there were actually only guests in the store waiting for their food. Really a shame

Me and my best friend were just there, although the restaurant soon closed, we were still served with a smile. The staff is very friendly and even though the restaurant was supposed to have closed late, we were able to finish our meal in peace without any time pressure Highly recommended. Minus 5 stars!! Ordered three menus today (8/26/24). Two people had to vomit everything out again after eating. The food must have been bad! The fries didn't taste good. The Fanta and Cola didn't taste good - no more carbon dioxide. As if the drinks were open somewhere... Outside on the terrace you could see several rats running around the rolling cupboard where you put your tray of leftover food and the slide. Disgusting! I gave Burger King a chance after the bad press but now never again!!

The service was very unfriendly, there were fries on the floor behind the cash register, everyone stepped on them instead of cleaning them up. Nobody in front of me waited more than 5 minutes and then the long chicken wasn't put in. Burgers were ordered without tomatoes, this was also noted on the receipt, who would have thought there were tomatoes on the burger. Please train your staff better, especially in dealing with customers.

I go there often and have never had cold burgers or fries. “The annoying little blonde,” as she calls herself, holds the store together and does everything for the well-being of the customers.

The food was nice and hot and the fries weren't sticky. The service was okay but very difficult to understand. The entire floor was glued and not too tightly and no matter where you went it didn't get any better. Parts of the ambience had a lot of wear and tear and damage because the restaurant had only been open for a few years.

We were there a little later in the evening. It was delicious, but I would have liked a milk cake but the machine was broken, what a shame.

Every now and then the cheap burgers for vegetarians simply aren't available and the only alternatives cost almost €7. I can't think of anything else except that in these cases McDonalds is cheaper. ;)

I was in the drive - First there was one burger too many - even after I pointed out that that wasn't true, they insisted - oh well, I'll eat one more - I tried it :D However, the food itself was subpar. I've been to various Burger King branches (too) often lately, but it was just because of an event in Halle. I don't know if I was just unlucky, but I've never had anything so disgusting anywhere. All the burgers were cold, the buns tasted old, the cola was a thin mess and the fries were cold in the rest of the order. Absolutely not recommended, as one too many burgers won't save you anything. At least the dogs enjoyed the fries.

It was fine, food came quickly, friendly staff. Unfortunately there were "fat fingers" everywhere on the furnishings, tables, etc. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about during our visit shortly after 9 a.m. in the week.

Toilets should definitely be checked! Toilet lid chipped, soap dispenser empty and broken, in the Dyson 🙌 Hand dryer was a slurry smelly broth that was blown into the face. I threw the chili 🌶️cheese fries in the trash can after the first fries 🍟 because the sauce tasted so sour and fermented that I didn't try any further for safety reasons. By far the worst restaurant in Halle.

The quality of the burgers has deteriorated extremely. Loud screaming in the kitchen. The music from the kitchen and that from the restaurant have mixed into an unbearable mix of noises. Diarrhea after my burger was a bonus

It's a disaster for vegetarians/vegans!!! I've ordered burgers there several times. So far I've almost always had a burger with meat! It always says right on the packaging and the receipt (Plant Based), but it fails because of the food! You have to ask yourself whether this isn't purely intentional? Prices are also an absolute disgrace for what you get in the end.

A very nice and relaxing visit. The service was incredibly nice and accommodating and extremely fond of children. The actual toys weren't available at the moment, so the employee didn't shy away from pulling out everything that was available and explaining it to the children in order to make the best choice. The meal was complete, warm, and freshly prepared. Children happy, parents happy, great visit!

I took the King menu for €5.99, the ChiliFreas fries were very good, BUT the 2 Cheeseburgers were more than cold and the ChilicheesNuggets tasted so disgustingly like old frying oil that it made me sick and the disgusting old oil was the closest thing I had to it day because I burped again and again. In addition, the music was extremely loud that I could hardly understand a word the person I was talking to was saying. I really thought I was in a discotheque. All in all, I was very, very dissatisfied. I definitely won't recommend it, unfortunately.

Best Burger King I've been to in a long time. Friendly and courteous employees, pre-prepared burgers and a courteous solution to products that are all available at short notice. Calm interaction with people who are unable to order at a terminal and good interaction between the team, as far as this can be assessed in 10 minutes. Keep it up and thank you!

Lots of nice employees, the nicest being the blonde-haired one with the glasses. She not only serves you but also brings humor into the whole thing. It's always great to get in touch with humor again and again :D

I was here today on Sunday around 10:30 a.m. and ordered a double chili cheese and a long chicken and it was absolutely amazing!!! Freshly prepared, lots of sauce (just right) and meat nice and hot. I'm really surprised by the negative review, as the two burgers were probably the best I've ever eaten at a Burger King. I will definitely come back at another time to check, but at the moment I can only say five out of five (I would also give it six). Many thanks to the chef and the very nice service, please keep it up!

Were there yesterday and had already placed an order to take away. The store was almost empty and when we went to the checkout to pay, we saw a wide view into the kitchen. The kitchen employee (the one with the headscarf) wore longer natural nails and no gloves when preparing food, plus jewelry on her arms. She touched her face once and then into the fresh salad. The employee on the other side was fiddling with his cap, touching his hair, waiting to prepare the next order. Hygiene equals 0! It's a disgusting sight there. We threw away the order and left straight away. This shop should be closed because the employees were obviously not informed about the incident in the press. Disgusting!
