My 11-year-old daughter took a break there with adult carers on a group trip. She was given back 2€ too little, my daughter noticed this as soon as she went to the table and had the receipt with her. When I asked if you could give her the remaining change, she was simply told that it was your own bad luck! A carer also tried to support my daughter again, unfortunately without success. Apart from the service staff, who cannot behave appropriately towards children, my older daughter's fries were almost raw.

We had to wait a long time for our food and it was also cold. However, it was announced relatively early that the food was ready (probably in order to stick to the times). We actually didn't feel too good after eating and it was quite greasy.

I called and the employee said they had a lot to do and that he would activate it again at Lieferando. A short time later someone else called and the employee said we weren't delivering anymore today because we no longer had drivers. Delivery times are definitely not correct until 10 p.m., or even until 7-8 p.m. Employees are just looking for excuses!!!

The food was tasty, but took longer than 30 minutes to be ready. Far too long for a fast food restaurant. We were also amazed at the lack of facilities for children at this truck stop: unfortunately no slide, no climbing opportunity, no outdoor area, just a tiny play area; and toilets that are too narrow for mother and child together.

I've never experienced a McDonald's like this. You weren't even allowed in at the entrance. Because too full. The parking lot is way too narrow. After waiting outside the door for 15 minutes we simply left. Never again this Mecces.

Ordering was quick at the drive in, but the entrance and exit were much too narrow! A van that wanted to get in when we wanted to get out (even though we were standing) almost shaved off my driver's side with too little clearance! How can you build entrances/exits so narrow?? McDonald's hasn't been around that long. Then I was really scared and scared. Everyone drove as they wanted, no one took anyone else into account. Catastrophic. The parking bays (at the drive in, parking on instructions while you wait for the food, generally all cars were sent to park during our visit) are also too narrow, so if you don't adjust the passenger mirror, your right front tire will be shaved off to have a view downwards, as the parking bay is relatively narrow and you only have a small angle to turn the steering wheel to the right. The entire entrance lane is relatively narrow, even for normal cars, and almost impossible for vans and CO to take. Exits at the parking lots are also far too short and too narrow. Who builds something like that? The quality of the food was generally okay, but the crispy chicken patties were too dark. The fries were okay, fresh and salty. However, I rate this as absolutely negative and that's why there are all the deductions: Blonde curly hair in the Big Mac? Nobody here has curly blonde hair and it was stuck between meat and rolls. Unacceptable. Unfortunately, McDonalds Sangerhausen is not recommended.

After we stopped briefly at the MC Drive, my partner just wanted something quick to eat, we ordered 5 cheeseburgers and an MC on Sunday, nothing big. After we paid, it took forever before our order was actually ready, me I then got a strawberry milkshake instead of ice cream and my partner got an MC rip 😅. We stood to the side for a moment and then went back and she asked what we ordered. I then said an ice cream and 5 cheeseburgers. It wasn't the first time there, last time the toy for the child was forgotten. So control is better

I met my long-time stepbrother here. Since he lives in the largest pampa in the world, this wasn't that easy. But luckily there was this Mecces. Hearing the smacking noises and slight swallowing noises he makes when eating his own burger. Words were no longer necessary and we said goodbye without words afterwards. The greatest burger of my life.

We also wanted to give a review today because we can't understand all the bad reviews. We always come from Halle to this McDonald's because for us it is by far the best one in the larger area. We were there today at exactly 12:00 noon. Yes, it's the holidays and yes it was full, but that's what you have to assume. Nevertheless, we found a seat without any problems. Ordering was quick and unproblematic, and the food came quickly and was hot given the circumstances. The woman at the checkout had a lot to do, but was still very, very nice and extremely friendly. In our opinion, everything fits here and other branches are full, but here at least everything was well organized and the food was delicious. We say thank you and will come back...

Typically MC, food always tastes the same, every now and then you need to satisfy your appetite and then this branch is right on your way. Everything you can expect from MC is fulfilled.

I ordered iced coffee and I got milkshake with full cream and caramel… it is so sweet no one can drink this. Additionally, the order was incomplete. I must eat my salad with hands? Because I don’t have any cutlery? Maybe for next time workers should more take care of them work… and listen customers!

I went inside again today. Otherwise I use the drive thru. Inside it's an overcrowded waiting room with a microscopic toilet. That's not really inviting. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about.

Did you order breakfast and were the drinks served in cardboard? Why why why wasn't even explained to us very very very sad it wasn't a nice breakfast. They could have at least told the guests why it was served in cardboard instead of porcelain. Then at the checkout you are told whether you have time because the change from breakfast is bad, it all takes time…. I don't know if that's very inviting, what happens behind the scenes is none of the customer's business because the customer should feel comfortable... That's really a pity

The MC'D app is terrible at first. Because after a while the order number is no longer displayed on your cell phone. The cleanliness is very good for a fast food restaurant! It's just a shame that the citizens themselves aren't getting any better, they're just getting more expensive. Tables and benches dirty You first have to ask if the table can be wiped down even though there wasn't much going on. When tables were wiped, the crumbs just fell back and forth onto the bench.

Like every McDonalds, the entrance is not that nice, the cars drive right past to MC Drive.

Our table was dirty, but the one waitress who was supposed to do everything couldn't manage that because there was a lot going on. Fast food restaurant is something else... very long waiting times.

So 5 stars for McDonalds? Yes, it hardly fits. But this restaurant at the truck stop on the A38 is something special. I felt like I was in a cafe on the corner in a stylish old town. There were flowers on the table here. An Easter bouquet on the counter. The employees were rather untypical for McDonalds. And the flair and the atmosphere, including between the employees, was something very special for an otherwise rather ubfucking McEcklig. Only the floor was really disgusting. It stuck like hardly ever before. I leave the 5 stars ⭐️ because there are hardly any Mcs like that. You get the impression that everyone enjoys working there and is paid and treated fairly. Oh well. Hardly imaginable. But maybe it really is like that here.

I had fish Mac and a cheeseburger (the cheese didn't fit and didn't taste good) 1 Diet Coke and my husband 1 MC Ribb. The quality has deteriorated a lot. The burgers were almost twice as big and not as tasty. The MC Ribb sauce was barely seasoned. This was definitely my last visit to McDonald's no matter which branch. I really enjoyed eating Mäc's fish. Food is definitely not worth the price. Actually I wouldn't give any stars at all.

Sehr unfreundliche Bedienung. Licht wurde einfach aus geschaltet. Auch auf Toilette. Wir wurden auf terminal Bestellung hingewiesen weil die Dame genug um Ohren habe. Tür wurde verschlossen und wir sollten über Terrasse raus. Passiert am Samstag, den 20.1 .24 gegen 23.00 Uhr...wir waren dort oft, als wir auf Durchreise waren. Aber Samstag war das Letzte . Laut Öffnungszeiten bis 3.00 Uhr geöffnet aber 23.30 Uhr regelrechter Rauswurf.😡😡😡

Waren Sonntag gegen 20.30Uhr in Sangerhausen in der Filiale. Es war nicht voll und alles sauber. Auf ein "Hallo" reagierte eine Angestellte fast verwirrt. Scheinbar werden sie sehr wenig begrüßt. Alle waren nett und freundlich. Die Bestellung kam sehr schnell. Bis auf die viel zu knapp gebaute Zufahrt ist alles ok.

Der Azubi braucht 30 Minuten für 3 Burger beim Mcdrive l. Es nennt sich eigentlich Fast food. Ist nicht ganz so praktisch da ne halbe Stunde zu warten. Ehrlich das aller letzte

Essen ist für Mecces Verhältnisse gut bzw. zu erwarten. Burger war lecker und warm (und es war tatsächlich ein Plant Pattie und Nuggets!), Pommes waren knusprig und gut gewürzt, wir haben auch direkt alles bekommen. Atmosphäre ist hier so lala, ist halt immer sehr voll und relativ unaufgeräumt, man muss aber dazu sagen das diese Filiale direkt an einer Autobahn ist und entsprechend sehr viel Leute ein und aus gehen.

Es ist schon fast eine Tradition, wenn wir die A38 entlang fahren da zuhalten. Es ist ein kleines MCDONALD'S Restaurant. Wenn man zu Hauptzeiten anhält, wirkt jeder etwas überfordert und auch die Hygiene leidet. Außerhalb der Stoßzeiten ist es aber sauber und auch der Service stimmt.

Ein wirklich empfehlenswerter McDonalds.

Ein typisches Schnellrestaurant wie es seiner Art vieler gibt.

Leider waren die Toiletten nicht sauber und es hat stark nach Urin gerochen, Schade kenn ich von McDonalds eigentlich nicht

Tischservice hat funktioniert, der veggie Burger war gut belegt und das Essen war heiß. Zudem war das Restaurant sauber und nett eingerichtet.
