So-so, for a MC Donald, poor quality food.

McDonald's. The kid kept it. So the food is 3 stars.

The lady at the cash register was very nice. The guy at the counter was a disaster for service. Such an unfriendly person...unfortunately, I had ordered one drink too few. It wasn't immediately obvious to me. I would have liked to order another, but I threw down the slip with the reply, "That's what you ordered and that's it." Completely missed the mark. Especially since there was nothing going on.

Unfortunately, something was forgotten. It CAN happen. But we got the missing food upon request.

the worst McDonalds I have ever experienced

Yesterday we stood in Mc Drive for a measly hour. Nothing was progressing. In the end the bacon was missing from my burger. It's not like you have to pay extra. But going back wasn't an option. It probably would have taken forever again.

If, like me, you don't get off work until just before 11 p.m. and then decide to take a quick trip to McDonald's with your wife because they're open until 12 p.m., I'm usually very grateful to McDonald's. But when you have ordered your food and sit down, it's really not okay and it's a shame to hear twice from the kitchen: "Bring out food after 11 p.m., I love that!!"

This is probably the worst McDonald's branch I know. I've been standing in the drive-in for over 30 minutes and nothing is happening. When I asked what was taking so long, the only answer I got was "What should we do?" I know restaurants where I would have had my food quicker.

Inflexible, 11 p.m., we wanted to have a mc rib with fries and a chocolate shake menu. Nothing, it's supposedly no longer available, just Cola Fanta. But we didn't want to. We left the sangerhausen MC Donald totally annoyed and hungry.

I was hoping to get some quick food during a really long trip, but it was a big disappointment. The nuggets tasted like they had been reheated or refried three times. I ordered a strawberry shake but received a white one. When I told the staff member that I didn’t think it was strawberry, she insisted, “Yes, yes, this is strawberry.” It didn’t taste like strawberry at all. The fries were okay.

Unfortunately my food was cold and carelessly prepared. A burger has to be warm, even hot, mine was lukewarm and dry. The food was on the table immediately after ordering, there is nothing wrong with the service, although I would have preferred to wait longer and have enjoyed the burger

Typically McDonalds, fast, fresh and still delivered to the table despite many guests on the holiday!

Slightly longer waiting times. It's not possible to quickly get something from the McDrive either. Otherwise just usual fast food.

Brought food again for the first time today. It couldn't be more unfriendly. If our grandson hadn't been there, we would have left again. It's a shame given the princely prices...

Tip: Find a seat, order via app and have it delivered to your table. Thank me later 😉. Even though it was packed during the holiday season, we were served quickly and the food was great. The parking lot is initially confusing and relatively narrow, but it's okay.

The service is friendly and the food is of the usual quality Since the restaurant was very busy, the atmosphere didn't get full marks.

The food is prepared very slowly and the burgers are carelessly slapped together. Some of the rolls were burnt. The sauces are incompletely distributed, so the burgers are dry. No recommendation.

Always very busy due to the good location. Staff is friendly and quick. Too crowded for me after regular meal times. I don't know why I never get a milkshake there...

The employees on Sunday April 6th, 2025 afternoon were very rude and not particularly customer friendly. This should definitely be changed so that you don't get contacted straight away when you ask a question. In the Harz, the staff is much friendlier and responds to customers even in stressful situations.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food decreases and the quantity increases. You really shouldn't eat a McToast anymore. Since the cheese sticks to the paper bag... The paper cups dissolve on their own and you then have the coffee in your hand rather than in the cup.... What a shame

Today we were here to have breakfast. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I placed the table service order via the app. After a very short time, the order was brought to my table complete and in good quality, and with a smile. It was a great experience with you. Rarely visited such a great McDonalds!! The employees are in such a good mood, are totally friendly and sometimes warm towards one another. Also very attentive and ask at the table whether everything is ok. I've never experienced anything like that! Really great. The toilets were checked twice during my 30 minute stay!

The employee who worked at the drive was once again very unfriendly. If this person doesn't get along with people, they should consider another job.

Never had any problems in the evening except that the citizen in the pack occasionally had two tops instead of top and bottom But getting a cold coffee this morning after waiting 30 minutes really sucked, at least the rest was warm

Tastes like any McDonald's. Staff is friendly and quick. Unfortunately, the parking lot is very small and narrow and the entrance from the street is a disaster and urgently needs to be repaired. There isn't much set up for small children to play with.

The architect of this branch either doesn't seem to like people or never uses public toilets himself. The blue-colored employees don't seem to mind either.

Autohof A great place to rest for those traveling on this route. From Poland to the Netherlands and vice versa. You can use the toilet free of charge in McDonald's. You can park your car next to the NORMA supermarket and, of course, do some shopping. Shell gas station. I recommend everyone to rest in this place.

A really nice, clean and very well run restaurant! You rarely experience that! Very good quality and super fast service. Here you are even asked at the table whether everything was to your satisfaction. The employee Marvin is particularly worth mentioning. Thank you very much 👍🏻

I actually wanted to eat here while in store. Unfortunately only McDrive from midnight. Then not 🤷🏼‍♂️ and in the future the stop will not be taken into account.

Otherwise it's a good meal that comes quickly and is usually still warm. Unfortunately today I had to wait 20 minutes for my food and the burgers were built very carelessly, were slanted and all the cheese was stuck to the paper

Tried it again after a long time... it came as expected. Almost inedible. I'm now seriously wondering how people can ingest this stuff on a regular basis?! The nuggets are actually ONLY 46% chicken breast meat, the rest appears to be filler and breading. Disgusting. Never again, now final.

Standard McDonald's branch. You have to know in advance about the price/performance...it's just fast food at overpriced prices. But if you like it and like to eat... you can do it when you drive past.

Mega expensive, really like bad fat, so I decided not to eat it

The store started out weak, but then slowed down tremendously. During our visit to McDrive, two burgers were forgotten. When we asked for them inside, we were helped - with the wrong burgers. Unfortunately it wasn't noticed until later, I didn't trust Mcces to be so incompetent Not to mention the ice cubes with cola syrup - or the one-third milkshakes, as the remaining two-thirds were probably filled with milk foam.

Top employees, very friendly, but not enough to wipe the tables clean every now and then. We've been there several times and the older employees served us very friendly and brought us the food

This is an average McDonald's restaurant. Unfortunately, I have to lower the rating due to the cold and disappointing taste of the food, which differed significantly from other branches.

So the fact that this drink can still be sold under Coca-Cola is disappointing for me!! I ordered a coke. - That's not Cola, that's water, with sparkling water, a drop of Coca-Cola syrup + more water in the form of ice cubes in winter at minus degrees. You can't sell something like that. I'm disappointed!

Everyone was really friendly and the store was well stocked.

Dirty branch that only has a minimal offering. You drive 40 minutes and the advertising is no longer there at 6 p.m.

Lazy employees who visibly don't want to work and are unfriendly

Just fast food. A lot of rubbish is left behind after eating. Some of the tables are still dirty from the previous person and the floor is dirty with crumbs. You could really clean the tables.

We're there often. Unfortunately, at the drive-in you really have to check very carefully to make sure you have everything in the bag that was ordered. Almost every time something is missing. Sometimes it's a portion of fries, sometimes it's a toy from the Happy Meal.

It's a good McDonald's. So for a MC Donalds top...

It's a shame that there aren't even gluten-free fries for people with celiac disease. This simply leaves nothing for our little daughter. She is sad and so are we. But the staff is very friendly.

Waiting time was ok. Don't eat. Fries cold, pale, limp and without salt. Disgusting! Burger was lukewarm and topped with 1cm thick pale tomatoes. No recommendation

Unfortunately we waited longer than 15 minutes for food again.

The lady at the pickup counter is very unfriendly. You can lose your hunger there. Burgers were also carelessly prepared. You can get better and cheaper food somewhere else.

Tables not wiped down and not tasty, food cold (after 10-15 minutes of waiting without a lot of customers), employees walk around the store looking for work and chatting LOUDLY. Another visit? No thanks

"Fast" restaurant Aha, when is it supposed to be quick for them? Constantly waiting for food. Once you have it, well, how do you put it in a friendly way... It's no longer completely warm, and sometimes the topping is next to the rolls instead of between them.

After eating, I immediately got a stomach ache and vomited all evening - Eating there again: No thanks!

Yesterday we were there again for a long time. No tables are wiped down, there is no more or too little opportunity for children to play, it was much better years ago!!! The seating arrangements used to be more mixed. Parking spaces are far too small.

Fast, clean and the order is even brought to the table.

Everything inside was great. The parking lot is pretty tight and I don't understand why you walk to the entrance practically next to the drive-in route. But here everything happens really quickly and you get everything crispy and hot

Best branch I know, everything is always fresh and very friendly employees. Only the space to sit outside is a bit tight. Some franchisers could take an example from this.

As I said, I often eat at McDonald’s because I work in the field and don’t have much time to stop off somewhere. But the McDonald's in Sangerhausen was by far the worst store in this chain so far. It started when the woman at the drive-thru was very rude and annoyed when ordering. Then I drove to the counter and the impression didn't get any better, the woman became even more unfriendly. Unfortunately, the corpulent woman who cashed me out on November 5th at around 2:40 p.m. has no business in customer service. I've never experienced anything so unfriendly. Didn't want to accept 100 euros. So I had to get out of my car in this tight waiting line and organize change in the trunk. Then she told me to hurry up a bit because she doesn't have much time. What is that please??? As a branch manager, you should talk to your employees and explain to them how to deal with customers. And people who don't feel like working shouldn't do the job there either. By the way, the food wasn't that special either. Burger grade 4 and nuggets taste very much like cardboard and therefore grade 5 This shop probably only scores points because of its location.

You started weak and faded strong. The prices for what you offer are no longer justified. The milkshake hasn't tasted good for years. And the burgers have never looked so flat.

A McDonalds like almost any other. All the employees were nice and friendly. BUT there is a broken door in the men's toilet that can no longer be locked. It doesn't work at all! Action has to be taken.

Food came quickly (but it wasn't that crowded). Usual McDonalds quality, everything was warm. The restaurant area could happily be open longer. From a certain point onwards, only the drive in can be used.

As always, very full, the employees are trying to cope with the rush quickly and efficiently.

McDonald's, I didn't see or hear anything out of the ordinary, the food was good, the drink was good too, the only thing that bothered me was the walk at the drive-in when you have to go there with small, excited children or someone stumbles and a car comes 🫣 my girlfriend is pregnant in the 8th month, of course I try to accompany her all the time, when we were leaving some people with children came towards us, hence my thought above, we then walked through the cars on the street, not very nice but apparently that's how it has to be 🥲

Since we were heading directly onto the motorway towards Leipzig, we unfortunately only noticed too late that a portion of fries and two burgers were missing. We couldn't go back. It's all ok. McDonald's. But only 4 stars because of the prices. Incredibly high. That's why only rarely... The new coupons are more of a joke.

MC is good for a quick meal, the coffee is great and the "M" is recommended.

Ordering was quick at the drive in, but the entrance and exit were much too narrow! A van that wanted to get in when we wanted to get out (even though we were standing) almost shaved off my driver's side with too little clearance! How can you build entrances/exits so narrow?? McDonald's hasn't been around that long. Then I was really scared and scared. Everyone drove as they wanted, no one took anyone else into consideration. Catastrophic. The parking bays (at the drive in, parking on instructions while you wait for the food, generally all cars were sent to park during our visit) are also too narrow, so if you don't adjust the passenger mirror, your right front tire will be shaved off to have a view downwards, as the parking bay is relatively narrow and you only have a small angle to turn the steering wheel to the right. The entire entrance lane is relatively narrow, even for normal cars, and almost impossible for vans and CO to take. Exits at the parking lots are also far too short and too narrow. Who builds something like that? The quality of the food was generally okay, but the crispy chicken patties were too dark. The fries were okay, fresh and salty. However, I rate this as absolutely negative and that's why there are all the deductions: Blonde curly hair in the Big Mac? Nobody here has curly blonde hair and it was stuck between meat and rolls. Unacceptable. Unfortunately, McDonalds Sangerhausen is not recommended. -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------- Update after a month: We were here again today because it's the only one in the area and we were driving through and didn't feel like anything other than something quick for dinner. I'm upgrading my last one star rating to 3 stars because everything was perfect today. From 1 star to 3 stars overall. Food went up from 1 to 4 stars, patties were unfortunately too cold when they were served (they had been in storage for too long?), cheese didn't melt well on the burgers, but one star was deducted (but it was also busy and there were about 12 cars in front of us ). Nothing was charred today, but the issue remains with the entrance, which is simply too narrow. No car can fit around the curve in oncoming traffic, and when there's a traffic jam at the drive-in, half the parking lot feels like it's standing still. The parking spaces are too narrow, so instead of class, they simply focus on quantity, no matter how many accidents occur. The passage in the drive is sometimes very poorly constructed. The parking bays when you are sent to park by Mägges are also very inconvenient, as you risk driving over the curb on the passenger side (due to a lack of visibility to the front below). However, they can do it quickly and the order was complete. There were 12 cars in front of us that were completely "cleared" in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately there is still no ambience inside. It is clearly geared towards mass processing and you want to get people through as quickly as possible. The price is okay for the location. However, there is room for improvement in several areas.

It takes a very long time. Both of our chicken burgers were very mashed, had very little sauce compared to the norm from McDonald's and some were extremely dry. The fries were completely tasteless and had no salt.
