Yesterday we were there again for a long time. No tables are wiped down, there is no more or too little opportunity for children to play, it was much better years ago!!! The seating arrangements used to be more mixed. Parking spaces are far too small.

As I said, I often eat at McDonald’s because I work in the field and don’t have much time to stop off somewhere. But the McDonald's in Sangerhausen was by far the worst store in this chain so far. It started when the woman at the drive-thru was very rude and annoyed when ordering. Then I drove to the counter and the impression didn't get any better, the woman became even more unfriendly. Unfortunately, the corpulent woman who cashed me out on November 5th at around 2:40 p.m. has no business in customer service. I've never experienced anything so unfriendly. Didn't want to accept 100 euros. So I had to get out of my car in this tight waiting line and organize change in the trunk. Then she told me to hurry up a bit because she doesn't have much time. What is that please??? As a branch manager, you should talk to your employees and explain to them how to deal with customers. And people who don't feel like working shouldn't do the job there either. By the way, the food wasn't that special either. Burger grade 4 and nuggets taste very much like cardboard and therefore grade 5 This shop probably only scores points because of its location.

You started weak and faded strong. The prices for what you offer are no longer justified. The milkshake hasn't tasted good for years. And the burgers have never looked so flat.

Food came quickly (but it wasn't that crowded). Usual McDonalds quality, everything was warm. The restaurant area could happily be open longer. From a certain point onwards, only the drive in can be used.

As always, very full, the employees are trying to cope with the rush quickly and efficiently.

McDonald's, I didn't see or hear anything out of the ordinary, the food was good, the drink was good too, the only thing that bothered me was the walk at the drive-in when you have to go there with small, excited children or someone stumbles and a car comes 🫣 my girlfriend is pregnant in the 8th month, of course I try to accompany her all the time, when we were leaving some people with children came towards us, hence my thought above, we then walked through the cars on the street, not very nice but apparently that's how it has to be 🥲

Ordering was quick at the drive in, but the entrance and exit were much too narrow! A van that wanted to get in when we wanted to get out (even though we were standing) almost shaved off my driver's side with too little clearance! How can you build entrances/exits so narrow?? McDonald's hasn't been around that long. Then I was really scared and scared. Everyone drove as they wanted, no one took anyone else into consideration. Catastrophic. The parking bays (at the drive in, parking on instructions while you wait for the food, generally all cars were sent to park during our visit) are also too narrow, so if you don't adjust the passenger mirror, your right front tire will be shaved off to have a view downwards, as the parking bay is relatively narrow and you only have a small angle to turn the steering wheel to the right. The entire entrance lane is relatively narrow, even for normal cars, and almost impossible for vans and CO to take. Exits at the parking lots are also far too short and too narrow. Who builds something like that? The quality of the food was generally okay, but the crispy chicken patties were too dark. The fries were okay, fresh and salty. However, I rate this as absolutely negative and that's why there are all the deductions: Blonde curly hair in the Big Mac? Nobody here has curly blonde hair and it was stuck between meat and rolls. I'm upgrading my last one star rating to 3 stars because everything was perfect today. From 1 star to 3 stars overall. Food went up from 1 to 4 stars, patties were unfortunately too cold when they were served (they had been in storage for too long?), cheese didn't melt well on the burgers, but one star was deducted (but it was also busy and there were about 12 cars in front of us ). Nothing was charred today, but the issue remains with the entrance, which is simply too narrow. No car can fit around the curve in oncoming traffic, and when there's a traffic jam at the drive-in, half the parking lot feels like it's standing still. The parking spaces are too narrow, so instead of class, they simply focus on quantity, no matter how many accidents occur. The passage in the drive is sometimes very poorly constructed. The parking bays when you are sent to park by Mägges are also very inconvenient, as you risk driving over the curb on the passenger side (due to a lack of visibility to the front below). However, they can do it quickly and the order was complete. There were 12 cars in front of us that were completely "cleared" in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately there is still no ambience inside. It is clearly geared towards mass processing and you want to get people through as quickly as possible. The price is okay for the location. However, there is room for improvement in several areas.

It takes a very long time. Both of our chicken burgers were very mashed, had very little sauce compared to the norm from McDonald's and some were extremely dry. The fries were completely tasteless and had no salt.

Disappointing! McCafé coffee and pastries had to be ordered via the portal. No choice of location, because no App. Result: pastries delivered in a cardboard box WITHOUT cutlery and the coffee in a paper cup! So no porcelain... And no tray, so you have to walk twice! And a long wait, because the App orders took precedence. As far as we're concerned, NEVER again McDonald's...

I always enjoyed eating here back then! At the moment the employees seem to be overwhelmed and tend to forget something, so you always have to check your order carefully! Today there was a line of about 7 people in front of me and it took about 30 minutes! The boss just stood around stupidly and wasn't able to open another cash register to speed everything up! I could also observe that the boss usually walked around without a plan and was overwhelmed and didn't know where to do anything! But it could also be because all employees are incompetent and the boss doesn't know what to do next....! In any case, I haven't seen such disarray in operational processes for a long time! It's a shame because it was always great here back then! I will drive here less in the future!

My 11-year-old daughter took a break there with adult carers on a group trip. She was given back 2€ too little, my daughter noticed this as soon as she went to the table and had the receipt with her. When I asked if you could give her the remaining change, she was simply told that it was your own bad luck! A carer also tried to support my daughter again, unfortunately without success. Apart from the service staff, who cannot behave appropriately towards children, my older daughter's fries were almost raw.

We were also amazed at the lack of facilities for children at this truck stop: unfortunately no slide, no climbing opportunity, no outdoor area, just a tiny play area; and toilets that are too narrow for mother and child together.

After we stopped briefly at the MC Drive, my partner just wanted something quick to eat, we ordered 5 cheeseburgers and an MC on Sunday, nothing big. After we paid, it took forever before our order was actually ready, me I then got a strawberry milkshake instead of ice cream and my partner got an MC rip 😅. We stood to the side for a moment and then went back and she asked what we ordered. I then said an ice cream and 5 cheeseburgers. It wasn't the first time there, last time the toy for the child was forgotten. So control is better

I met my long-time stepbrother here. Since he lives in the largest pampa in the world, this wasn't that easy. But luckily there was this Mecces. Hearing the smacking noises and slight swallowing noises he makes when eating his own burger. Words were no longer necessary and we said goodbye without words afterwards. The greatest burger of my life.

We also wanted to give a review today because we can't understand all the bad reviews. We always come from Halle to this McDonald's because for us it is by far the best one in the larger area. We were there today at exactly 12:00 noon. Yes, it's the holidays and yes it was full, but that's what you have to assume. Nevertheless, we found a seat without any problems. Ordering was quick and unproblematic, and the food came quickly and was hot given the circumstances. The woman at the checkout had a lot to do, but was still very, very nice and extremely friendly. In our opinion, everything fits here and other branches are full, but here at least everything was well organized and the food was delicious. We say thank you and will come back...

Typically MC, food always tastes the same, every now and then you need to satisfy your appetite and then this branch is right on your way. Everything you can expect from MC is fulfilled.

I ordered iced coffee and I got milkshake with full cream and caramel… it is so sweet no one can drink this. Additionally, the order was incomplete. I must eat my salad with hands? Because I don’t have any cutlery? Maybe for next time workers should more take care of them work… and listen customers!

So getting something there yourself is a joke. You count what you have ordered and then the wrong thing in the right packaging is 100 times what feels like an employee and without a plan. Despite having a supervisor on site who was just walking around smartly and had nothing better to do than chewing gum

Did you order breakfast and were the drinks served in cardboard? Why why why wasn't even explained to us very very very sad it wasn't a nice breakfast. They could have at least told the guests why it was served in cardboard instead of porcelain. Then at the checkout you are told whether you have time because the change from breakfast is bad, it all takes time…. I don't know if that's very inviting, what happens behind the scenes is none of the customer's business because the customer should feel comfortable... That's really a pity

The MC'D app is terrible at first. Because after a while the order number is no longer displayed on your cell phone. The cleanliness is very good for a fast food restaurant! It's just a shame that the citizens themselves aren't getting any better, they're just getting more expensive. During my 20 minute stay I noticed that some citizens were under "control" for just as long as I was there and probably even longer. This makes the citizens “crazy”, which then calls the price-performance ratio into question.

Tables and benches dirty You first have to ask if the table can be wiped down even though there wasn't much going on. When tables were wiped, the crumbs just fell back and forth onto the bench.

Like every McDonalds, the entrance is not that nice, the cars drive right past to MC Drive.
