We really liked it, we were here once with a girlfriend and another time with family. It was very nice. The only thing that bothers me a little is that there are only fries and the like and no potatoes. It's a shame.... But otherwise everything fits :))

Drink knocked over by the waitress and over her lap. Anything can happen, but you should at least make it up to the guest with a drink. The floor wasn't cleaned and the table wasn't wiped properly. Otherwise they were always very satisfied.

Had dinner. It was almost impossible to have a conversation. People hardly understood them. There is music playing and the whole restaurant is generally very restless. The lemonades taste delicious, but we were disappointed with the food. My pasta arrived cold and was simply carelessly prepared and not beautifully presented on the plate. The dessert was ok. Wouldn't necessarily come back now. Edit 1 year later: We ate here again. The ambience is still very loud. Also very uncomfortable seating. The additional topping was forgotten in my meal and was added later. Pinsa was good. Still didn't convince me though.

I recently dined there with my wife and son. First of all, the ambience. Everything is very rustic, clean and attractive, only the location (centre strip of the "highway") is not quite optimal, but it doesn't really bother you much. The staff is very friendly, ordering went quickly and our order came at the same time and in a really reasonable time for everyone. We all ordered something different and my wife and son were satisfied. I had barbecue ribs and can only say: The worst ribs I have ever eaten in a restaurant. Apparently they were just boiled or steamed. They definitely didn't see a grill, no browning whatsoever, absolutely no roasted aromas and unfortunately only lukewarm. I didn't eat them all either, they just didn't taste good. I told the waitress who then cleared the room, but apart from saying I'm sorry, nothing came. I'm not from Magdeburg, but the next time I'm there again, I'll probably go to the Chinese restaurant again. I definitely don't need this experience again...

A nice evening walk through the beautifully designed areas of the 2024 Light Park in the Elbarenpark Magdeburg! This is really great and worth seeing!

It's a schnitzel holiday right now, reorder as often as you can and want.

We were just here for a quick coffee and of course a piece of cake! Both very good and tasty, the atmosphere is very good! Oh yes and of course also very friendly service!

Food was great, everything was beautifully arranged. Unfortunately, the waffles and Kaiserschmarrn were already empty an hour before the end of brunch time and were no longer refilled. Empty plates were not even cleared away during the stay.

We came here on Sunday evening after swimming, relatively spontaneously. It was relatively empty, so we had no problem finding space for three people. Our order was also taken quickly. Afterwards we didn't have to wait long for food and drinks. So we thought it was good here and would come again

Nice ambience, a bit of a train station feeling because of the high ceilings but great design. Food very tasty, also a small children's menu (something healthier would be desirable). Fast and courteous service.

It's a nice restaurant and the service is very nice and friendly. The guest room is clean, as are the toilets. The price-performance ratio is good and you'll be full.

Few visitors, 3 wait staff chatting. Only after a sign from me does a service come. The side salad was smaller than a side dish! I found the cobwebs above the windows in the guest room and the toilet annoying.

We were in the restaurant for dinner, the waiters were okay, the pizzas (they're called something different there) weren't that good, the base reminded me of a bad frozen pizza. I can recommend green tea as a drink.

The service was tried hard but with 2 employees for all the guests...that can't work. My partner's food was very tasty, unfortunately mine was too hard and dry. It was very, very loud, which unfortunately made conversation almost impossible. From 8 p.m. onwards it became quieter, I would recommend reserving a table only then.

We were there on a Friday during prime time. It was correspondingly full and the staff were busy. However, you were very friendly. It took quite a while from ordering to delivery of the food. For me it's okay, it's just not an "all you can eat shop". The food came at the same time & was very good. With 9 adults and 3 children we paid an average of €22. Gladly again.

The food (buffet) was okay... Comparable to AL..X. The service was good despite the local being full. The ambience is pretty nice in itself, but the loud music and traffic noise get annoying at some point.

I've only heard good things about the restaurant so far, some have really raved about it, but today I was convinced otherwise. After placing the order, the waitress was gone for some time until she came back and told me that the starter I had ordered was out, very strange on a Friday evening at 5 p.m. Then rearranged. The curry cream soup with chicken breast strips tasted more like a lemon soup, perhaps it was a splash^^ too much. Chicken breast strips were also in there, two of them. Main course: Burger patty well done, if you offer burgers, I expect you to ask for the desired degree of doneness, or if you don't ask, at least fry them medium. The rocket dominated the Bruger with its strong taste. For me, cucumber and tomato don't belong on a "chilli burger", but you can try it. The fries were ok, there are better and worse ones, the cheese sauce that was specially ordered didn't taste good at all. No cheese taste at all, more sour and an artificial taste. The waiting time wasn't ok either. Arrived at 5 p.m., starter at 5:45 p.m., main course at 6:30 p.m. Frying fries and grilling meat can't take that long and especially not if the "mise en place" is well prepared. It wasn't a brilliant achievement, but I'd be happy to be convinced otherwise on a possible second visit. It would also be helpful to have a holder^^ for the menus or for the waitress to take the cards with them after placing the order. The cards are impractical for the round tables, which are much too small, and are annoying if they lie on the table all the time.

The food was good. My bowl was better than my husband's schnitzel. Service friendly and open-minded. We sat on the terrace. Even though there was traffic on both sides, it was comfortable there. It would have been even cozier if the furniture had seen a rag. Then it would have been four stars for the ambience.

I've been here several times but the burgers have been better. The patty was more than cooked through and the bun was also a bit dry. For a price of €13 just for the burger, I expect more.

Unfortunately, the Del Sol in Magdeburg has lost pretty much everything it had to offer at the beginning. Unfortunately, when it was 33 degrees in summer, the fans inside were broken and the sun outside was so unfavorable that we couldn't sit there with our troops. Sun constantly on your back and no sensible protection against it. We had to wait a while for the drinks even though the restaurant wasn't full. The toilet situation was again what cost a whole star. Unfortunately they were unclean and before we could go to the toilet we did a little cleaning ourselves.

Really very bad service, eternal waiting times even though the shop is empty, and on top of that, dirty coffee cups. It's a shame because the atmosphere is really nice.

Very nice restaurant. We wanted to have breakfast and had reserved the table for 11:15. Unfortunately we were not told that the breakfast buffet would be cleared away at 12:00 p.m.

Was there again after a long time. (The first 3 times it was nothing) nothing has changed in the last 4 years. After over an hour someone came to take a food order and the service always walked past us with our empty glasses. The food wasn't great either. The atmosphere is very cozy but the service still needs practice. Conclusion: Attempt 4 was also a failure and it was the last time I was there.

Yesterday early evening we wanted to eat at Café de Sol. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to get noticed by the waitress within 20 minutes. She pointedly avoided looking in our direction and another employee accepted our hand signal with a nod, but then nothing happened for another few minutes. A total of 5 employees were working outside at times, but none of them made it to our table. So we left the restaurant hungry and thirsty, informing the employee that she didn't have an overview of her area and didn't see us. We couldn't rate the quality of the food and the service wasn't worth a star.

Very nice location. Both indoors and in the large outdoor area. The service is quick and very friendly. You can spend lovely evenings here. Unfortunately I can't comment on the food as we only consumed drinks.

It was well prepared and also tasty. Nice interior. But the meat on the burger was probably bad or left out in the sun for too long. I was completely sick afterwards and threw up 6 times despite having an infusion. Food poisoning maybe. I'll see if tea and rest helps otherwise I'll have to go to the hospital again and I'll find out more. Please pay much more attention to hygiene in the kitchen. The health department is closed.

Ordered BBQ pulled turkey, there was sooo little turkey on it. It was more of a coleslaw burger - that was nothing

After our first visit was a disaster, we gave the store a second chance. He didn't use it. Food simple and nothing special, service virtually non-existent - or why do you wait 35 minutes for your first drinks? Too bad chocolate.

Went for breakfast with the family today (Saturday). Unfortunately, we only saw the service very rarely. But when someone was there, the service was also very friendly. But what was really annoying was the fact that an incredible amount of food was missing and not replenished for more than half an hour or more. We really remembered it better recently.

Good bye We've been to you twice now, even though we come from Munich, and we didn't regret stopping here on our way through on vacation. Location, service and food are wonderful even if it sometimes takes longer to get your order. But overall great service at a fair price. The only drawback: In summer the bees are very annoying when you sit outside. Something should be changed about that.

We've been there several times since it opened and have noticed that things have gotten worse and worse. The schnitzels are now fried brown and dry. The champions were cold but the Jägermeister was warm like every time. The pinsa was also hard and dry. Very unfortunate.

We sat on the terrace and wanted coffee, cake and ice cream. There was enough on offer.

Really, very nice restaurant, with lots of seats inside as well as seats on an outside terrace. Friendly, helpful staff, always on their toes. Food: lots of choice for vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers. Great preparation. Great value for money, you can't complain now.

We meet here with my girlfriend for a few hours 2-3 times a year because we live farther apart and this place is the same distance away for everyone. The staff is friendly and quick. The food and drinks are tasty. This time we chose the spacious outdoor area. As always, it was great, so it will continue to be our meeting place.

Always a smile on their faces and that's sometimes not so easy with the flood of work... ☺️🙏The food and ambience are great and it was a pleasant stay for us... . It's a shame that you can't sit on the nice, sunny terrace inside, we went there with my family at 4 pm, but they said it was booked, and when we left, no one had arrived, so I think it could have been for another reason, even though it would have been really nice there to eat. The food was quite good, everything tasted good, the waiters were also kind, of course by that I mean a somewhat restrained, somewhat cool hospitality kindness, we shouldn't have too high expectations. It's a good place, but not outstanding at all.

We went to Café de Sol for brunch on my birthday (Sunday) and we all enjoyed it. The waiter was very nice and attentive. Always a smile on your face. The meals were good and tasty. There was plenty at the buffet and there was something for every taste. (Meat, fish, sausage, cheese, warm dishes, sweet dishes). I think we'll be happy to come back. The only drawback was that it was very, very warm outside that day and no fans could or were allowed to be turned on inside the café 😓. (Circulation problem inevitable) Too bad.

I love brunch time here. The hustle and bustle, the food, the ambience. But food a la carte is also delicious. The restaurant is furnished in colonial style, we feel very comfortable both in the hall and on the terrace.

Starters were delicious, nothing to complain about! The main course was already cold the last time we ate there (noodles)! This time it was the pinsa which was very dried out and cold! I don't know what goes wrong every time, but you should definitely pay attention to this! Cold food is not an option and is also annoying. The pinsa itself would probably have tasted even better warm!

What do they actually do when it's full? Service at best underground. The waitresses just put you off and you just let them know. Half an hour until the drink order was taken. 2 out of 3 drinks were wrong. After another 20 minutes later there was still no one there to take a food order, we went to the bar to pay and left the establishment hungry to find a good restaurant.

Great furnishings, lots of details, very comfortable. Both indoor and large terrace. We enjoyed the cocktails and food and special requests were also addressed at short notice. Totally within the price range. Friendly and quick service. What more do you want?! :)

The food was great. Nice ambience and comfortable to sit The disadvantage on hot days is that there is no air conditioning. Service was pretty bad. The lady who served us gave us the impression that she wasn't interested and treated us accordingly. She threw the cardboard coasters on our table and was often distracted by her private cell phone. When we left, another employee was sitting outside smoking and drinking beer. This is right in front of the main entrance. It was our second visit and probably our last.

Cafe de Sol- mein zweiter und nun wohl letzter Versuch. Montag Abend, gerade mal zu 1/ 3 Drittel aller Plätze belegt, da sollte die Bestellung zügig gehen. Unterm Strich warteten wir 1 Stunde auf Pommes! Kein Highend- Essen, einfach mal gut Pommes gehen. Selbst die Bedienung offensichtlich überfordert. Dass dies kein Schnellimbiss ist, war uns klar, aber das geht wirklich nicht. Tische nicht abgewischt, 3 unterschiedliche Bedingungen einem Tisch. Hatte das Gefühl, dass die offensichtlichen studentischen Hilfskräfte mit der kompletten Gesamtaufgabe alleingelassen und überfordert waren. Das war alles sehr enttäuschend.

The two of us were here for breakfast. The offer was good. The good morning breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately, the scrambled eggs are less so. We had it returned. Our first waitress took it back without offering us a replacement. The second waitress to whom we paid then took care of it. We didn't have to pay for the egg.
