This is the worst thing I've had to try in my entire life! I ordered two pizzas and a casserole - an absolute disaster. The pizzas were extremely sparsely topped, a disappointment in terms of taste, and the casserole was a disgrace: in a cardboard packaging, hardly any sauce, you had to look for the ham, and the cheese was apparently completely forgotten. This almost borders on fraud! For the price I expect significantly better quality and appropriate portioning. Never again – absolutely not recommended!

We are repeat offenders! Yesterday we had dinner in the restaurant with three people. We ordered schnitzel twice with champion cream sauce and fried potatoes and once venison goulash with red cabbage and spaetzle and once spicy meat. The portions were plentiful and nicely prepared. The food was all very tasty and the service was very friendly and attentive. I don't understand the complainers. We'll be back on our next vacation!

Great food, but in my opinion the drivers are the unfriendly ones in Zeitz. Drivers stand in front of you and talk on the phone via headphones, not even a greeting. But the food and delivery time are highly recommended.

That was the worst Asian snack I've ever experienced! Chicken with vegetables (only onions) tasted like it had been reheated twice, I couldn't finish it! I would give minus stars. Because the whole store looked like a warehouse.

This time we really tried hard and submitted the order numbers individually, but we didn't get the correct components and the order complete. The food is OK, but communication is unfortunately poor.

Man hat sich mit dem Essen keine Mühe gegeben es war leider nicht genießbar. Die Nudeln waren viel zu scharf und die galzone kann man selbst zuhause besser hinbekommen.

Wat een geweldig Grieks restaurant. De keuze is reuze, vreselijk vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk gegeten. De EK was aan de gang dus stond er een groot toestal buiten. Wat wil een mens nog meer?!?!

Heute war ein sehr trauriger Tag für mich. Seit viele Jahren, schwärme ich von den American Ribs des Chicagos. Es war eine Tradition für mich und meine Schwester sie dort zu genießen. Heute waren wir im Diner und wurden bitter enttäuscht. Leute ist das euer Ernst, bei einem Gericht, welches seit vielen Jahren der Renner ist eine komplette Veränderung vorzunehmen. Der Klassiker wurde laut Geschäftsführung im Juni 20 ersetzt, wo durch? Durch:billig, vorgefertigte in Plastik eingeschweißt Rippchen. Geschmacklich sehr fettig und absolut überwürzt. Es hat nichts mit den gewohnten Ribs zu tun. Ungenießbar!!! Sehr schade!

Wir als Wernigeröder haben erst jetzt das Schnitzelhaus für uns entdeckt und waren begeistert vom Innenhof,dem sehr guten Essen und der schnellen Bedienung. Unserer Meinung nach gehört es zu den besten Restaurants in Wernigerode. Wir kommen bestimmt jetzt des öfteren hierher.

Nicht hundefreundlich bei mittelgroßen und größeren Hunden. Durften als Familie mit unserem ruhigen Hund (50cm hoch) nicht ins Café. Man sagte uns sehr abweisend und unfreundlich, dass nur kleine Hunde hinein dürfen. Lage ist schön, wir haben hier aber auf Grund der Art ein anderes Café vorgezogen.

Food still hasn't arrived after 2 hours. There isn't even a phone number to call. Impudence!
