By far the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The lack of toppings was only surpassed by the dry dough. Taste-wise, I can't say anything; the dough was, at best, lukewarm.

We are extremely disappointed. After waiting for an hour, we called and asked where the delivery was (ordered online). They told us, "Oh, sorry, we forgot." Okay, that's what happened. We waited another 30 minutes. The pizza arrived cold and there was really not enough topping. We're used to it differently from Domino's; unfortunately, the crust was extremely high and rock hard. Sorry, but we didn't want a pizza night like that. What's also sad is that they didn't apologize for forgetting it... what a shame 😔

Called several times and asked, "It's almost here, it's already on its way." 7 p.m. - Domino's called - the driver is leaving right away, but doesn't know exactly where to go!!!! That's unacceptable!!!!! It has nothing to do with service. Conclusion: there were no more pizzas, we said no one else needs to come!!!

By far the worst Domino's around. You order two pizzas to pick up, arrive in the store after 35 minutes, nothing's ready. They haven't even started... Then they tell other customers that if you order more than five pizzas, you should order 30 minutes in advance. A complete lie. The 30 minutes doesn't even apply to two pizzas. We ordered milkshakes and pizza on Friday evening. According to the app, they left the store at 9:55 p.m. At 10:10 p.m., we received a notification that the delivery had been made. We called the store at 10:15 p.m., and they said the driver was coming. At 10:30 p.m., the delivery still hadn't arrived; the store was no longer reachable by phone. At 10:55 p.m., someone showed up at the door with the pizza and shakes, but the delivery man disappeared without a sound. The shakes had become milk and were at least 10°C+, and the pizza was ice-cold and rock-hard. Of course, no one was available at 11 p.m., so we tried the next day. The first time they answered the phone, they listened to the problem, fell silent, and simply hung up. Every subsequent call was accepted but not answered. You have great service. 🤝

Ordered through Lieferando. After 2 hours, still no food in sight. No one answers the phone despite repeated attempts. For such overpriced food, I expect at least an employee who knows how to answer the phone and tells me to order from another delivery service because they can't handle it!

We used to have pizza, but now we have a 3 cm crust (a ruler starts at minus 0.5 cm). The crust was correspondingly thin and not properly topped all the way to the edge. I was looking for salami. I bought some really expensive chicken feed today because I can't eat that crust. The music was so loud that no one noticed me. Only when I shouted hello really loudly (before that, I had only said it at a normal volume) did someone turn around and the music was turned down. The second star is only for the friendliness of the staff, the quick pickup, and because the pizza was actually still hot. I'm disappointed this time because I was used to something different. Response to Domino's reaction: I'm not willing to pay for it again to see if I have a better experience. I definitely won't get pizzas with more crust than topping again.

I ordered for our company today. The pizzas had a very thin dough and were bone hard. There was no special ingredient on my pizza but I still had to pay for it. Ordered once and never again. We had a Bombay, a HotDog and a Boston. The Bombay and HotDog were swimming in sauce, the Boston actually ONLY has hollondais as "sauce" on it, 3 pieces of ham and a handful of broccoli. It really stuck in your throat. The dough is rubbery and tastes like nothing. And for 3 small pizzas of this quality ~€27 is really a disgrace.
