Unfortunately, the employees are foreign, which isn't a bad thing, but the problem is you can't communicate, they keep hanging up on you and don't want to take orders several times, so only bad experiences are not recommended

Unfortunately, my experience at this pizza shop was less than satisfactory. The pizza arrived lukewarm and the toppings were sparse and carelessly distributed. The dough was tough and tasteless, and the tomato sauce had little flavor. The service was also disappointing - the staff seemed unfriendly and uninterested. Overall it was a disappointment and I definitely won't be back.

Huge selection of pizzas, all fresh and prepared in a short time. We had 2 pizzas to take away, which we ate at home with great pleasure. Will definitely be repeated.

It's great that you can order via an app and it's also very easy to do. You can set an approximate time and then all you have to do is pick it up. The food and shake were great too

Yes, fast delivery is no longer available. I just waited a whopping two hours for my chicken wings and this other battered chicken stuff. The chicken wasn't even cooked properly... Was the last time I ordered from Domino's. Answer: As a customer, it doesn't really matter to me how many kilos of chicken were sold. I waited two hours and got slightly pink fillets in a soggy breading. As I said, I was very enthusiastic about you, but now, especially with such an answer, I will definitely avoid you.

Never again! If I order a pizza that costs almost €14 and the pesto is forgotten and the cheese is only on half of the pizza, that's enough for me. If the pesto wasn't forgotten, you had to look closely to see it, that's a shame. For me the only options are Wagner or Restaurante, they are far cheaper and offer more. Sry, I don't have to worry about that given the prices. Bye.

The food came way too late and was cold, it didn't look anything like it was advertised in the app and didn't taste as good either, the shakes were still frozen and the pizza was cut in such a way that they could have left it alone. Not even worth a star

I ordered for our company today. The pizzas had a very thin dough and were bone hard. There was no special ingredient on my pizza but I still had to pay for it. That's really bad when you rip off customers like that! Especially since there was generally very little topping on the pizza. That was definitely the first and last time I ordered there. And the crowning glory was that the delivery driver couldn't speak a single word of German.

It was impossible to wait over an hour for food, as stated in the Lieferando app. And when you asked, you were cut off on the phone. You shouldn't offer a delivery service if you don't have the appropriate staff for it.

Ordered once and never again. We had a Bombay, a HotDog and a Boston. The Bombay and HotDog were swimming in sauce, the Boston actually ONLY has hollondais as "sauce" on it, 3 pieces of ham and a handful of broccoli. It really stuck in your throat. The dough is rubbery and tastes like nothing. And for 3 small pizzas of this quality ~€27 is really a disgrace.

The training of the cycling messengers leaves a lot to be desired. Opposite the one-way street and on a footpath that is only 1.2m wide, people push through, of course, people with walking difficulties were also "accidentally" bumped into and then get cheeky and show the middle finger is the height. And this isn't the first time this has happened.

As always, the pizzas tasted very good, clean and nice staff.

The pizza arrived at the requested time and was still warm. It tasted quite good, but I found the edge to be too dry. I also found the pizza for €15.49 to be not particularly large and toppings sparingly. In my opinion the price is too high.

We ordered the box and unfortunately it came 1. with a salami pizza instead of a Margherita (even though it was also labeled as a Margherita) and 2. without the specified Röstisticks. We asked the supplier to change this. He drove off and came back shortly afterwards with the same pizza and nothing else and said "Boss said that's not possible". So be careful 😔

A Dominos employee had to raise her middle finger while riding her bike through the fish market to show the demonstration for peace, freedom and self-determination how democratic she is. And because it was so beautiful, she did 3 laps. This store seems to only be for politically correct social dividers. So be careful when delivering opinions.

Ordered today after work, unfortunately had a bad experience, pizza was cold then tried new milk sake pina colada, that was the worst experience, everything was completely forgotten, the quality of the cream was very questionable

I placed a large order for my birthday, everything was in great shape, but I have stomach problems and nausea that just doesn't work. Even my friends got it easily. But I have terrible problems and couldn't work because I feel so bad.

You could easily give 5 stars for the audacity of today's employee. We had food delivered and it arrived quickly but how bold can you be. Since we don't know his name, we can only say that he was dark-skinned. My partner took the order and wanted his change. After all, you can decide for yourself whether you want to tip or not. This employee wanted to tell him he didn't have any money to change, my partner said several times to check and lo and behold there was enough change in his wallet. He wanted to keep it nice first. That's absolutely not possible and you shouldn't work in this job. I don't want to know how many people have experienced this. It doesn't matter which employee, something like that is AWESOME.

Pizza was totally dry, hardly any toppings on it. Looking at our cell phones was more important to the staff than serving us...

Yesterday I ordered to be picked up again and when I called there was a man on the phone who didn't understand me at all. Then it came to billing and I honestly almost lost my nerve, how can you have employees who don't understand a word of German and it was just a matter of us wanting to pay separately. After a long discussion and hand signals, this was still very bad and I was about to leave the food and leave! Never experienced such service without words. Otherwise the food was ok, I ordered a crazy dog, it was ok but very spartan, sad. At the opening I was actually very surprised at how delicious and well topped it was, but that has worn off.

Unfortunately, my “charcoal sticks” were still a bit white (churros) so only 3 stars. Otherwise quite okay.

Free delivery but each pizza costs 3-4 euros more if you have it delivered. Total fraud in that regard. Pizza is good, selection is great. But that's outrageous. For an order of 60 euros there are 15 euros delivery fees. Haven't experienced anything like that yet.

We have always been regular customers at Dominos and ordered there very often. In December my order was simply dropped off with someone else and it took me 1.5 hours to sort it out and then I reluctantly received a replacement. But that's only because I didn't let up, because on the third call they didn't answer the phone when they saw my number. As When I called with a blocked number, someone answered the phone. Today we wanted to give Dominos another chance. Unfortunately in vain. This time the order arrived, but when we opened the boxes we discovered that the cheese crust that we had specially ordered was only available on one pizza and not on the other. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time and it's very annoying since you pay extra for it. Calling the store doesn't help because no one answers the phone there. It's a shame actually. But we will probably order from New York Pizza or Freddy Fresh in the future.

Well, we really like ordering from Dominos, but with each order it gets worse and worse... in this case the pizza arrived like this (I don't even want to know how it's handled)... Order to delivery in the app takes about 40 minutes... and then the delivery took another 30 minutes! Sorry, but you can do better! When we asked the delivery employee if we could check whether the pizza was still warm, we were met with a blank face, he couldn't understand us and we couldn't understand him because he didn't speak any German! We were supposed to pay €31.25, we gave him €51.25 with the aim of getting €20 back... but the driver only wanted to give us €19 back... after a short while he gave us the €20! 0 stars!!! Neither fast, nor attractive, nor what was ordered. Today I ordered Pasta Tomato and a brownie ice cream from Dominos. My friend ordered pizza rolls. Unfortunately, what we got was not only not attractive, but also more than rude and disgusting!!! My noodles were cold and had been in the cheap cardboard box for so long that everything was stuck together. It looked like it had been vomited into the box. I'm still looking for the grated cheese I promised. In addition, it tasted like NOTHING. My ice cream was simply converted into a strawberry cheesecake ice cream because the other one was gone!? You're charging people a lot of money for this, why don't you call and ask. The pizza rolls were more dough than anything else. The filling had to be found. My ice cream was also melted! So I can't even eat it anymore!!! After a call, I was offered a “compliment” of a €10 voucher. But we paid a total of over €30. Never happens to me again Before I use the €10 voucher, I really have to be completely broke.

Hello, we have ordered from Domino's very often and have always been happy, but it has happened twice since we ordered and no one came. We have now been waiting for another 1.5 hours and when you call, no one answers, only the AI.

There are hardly any pizzas left. Dominos is increasingly letting up when it comes to toppings, so the pizza was also very dry, the base was so thin that you could see the light through and that for over €30 for 3 pizzas. Next time I'd rather go to New York Pizza.

We ordered there for the first time today, unfortunately it was the worst food we've ever had. It ended up straight in the trash. The snack boxes were cold, dry, inedible, as were the noodles. We ordered via the app at 11:13 a.m., after calling twice on our part, the food wasn't delivered until 1:35 p.m. The only positive thing was the driver who apologized 1000 times. A pity

I order there often and have always been satisfied. But what I experienced last week was terrible. A very friendly lady said on the phone that it would take about 20 minutes. After 40 minutes I called again and asked. Now there was a man on the phone who only spoke 5 words of German and answered in English. You cannot assume that everyone knows this language. He told me it was like that and would take another 10 minutes. After another quarter of an hour I called again because the food still wasn't there. But it finally came, but not completely. When I asked the supplier about it, I only got the answer: "Well, they didn't pay extra for the sauce anyway, so it's not that bad." I had to call twice more and wait another hour for my order to finally be complete. The noodles were half raw and were dry. There was no sauce (as it says in the description).

Ordered from Dominos today, it was super tasty, I ordered it from a fitness fan, everything on this pizza just fits together, it's very fresh and it's definitely worth it for this price. My new order service instead of Fredy Fresh

A great alternative for food, but the waiting time was relatively long despite ordering

Were given wrong advice!!! Wanted to order a garden pizza. The statement was that this is no longer in the program, but the Fitness Fan is now on offer. This was then taken. What the employee seems to have completely ignored is the fact that the Garden Pizza is a veggie and the Fitness Fan with chicken strips is not a veggie pizza. Based on this false statement, because the employee does not appear to be familiar with his company's products, considerable additional effort was incurred that he did not know how to regulate. Furthermore, my 20% VIP card was not billed for a lazy reason of not simply re-creating the invoice. All in all, I advise everyone to be careful when ordering from Dominos and to check and consider their order carefully. You simply have to think for your employees. A pity!!!

It's just a system restaurant, but the taste is good. When you eat here you don't expect grandma's cuisine...

Ist nur zum Abholen geeignet. Es gibt keine Toilette, die Bedienung lässt auch nicht die Personaltoilette benutzen, selbst wenn man kurz davor ist in die Hose zu pinkeln. Personal war sehr mürrisch und konnte kaum Deutsch. Wir haben die Pizzen dann mitgenommen. Bestellt hatten wir Chicken Brokkoli und Thunfisch. In den Schachtel war dann Chicken Brokkoli und Meat Lover. Ich hasse sowas, ich mag traditionelle Pizzen. BBQ-Sauce und trocken gebratenes Hackfleisch gehört nicht auf Pizza. Die andere Pizza war auch nicht lecker. Schmeckte hauptsächlich nach Hollandaise. Die Pizzaböden waren nicht keksig, was positiv ist aber etwas zu labbrig. Die Böden waren schön dünn, was ich auch gut finde.

Ich habe in diesem Haus eine Kundin besucht. An der Straße hatte ich geparkt.

Der Pizzaarbeiter namens Jeremy ist sehr süß und nett. Er hat uns etwas über die Stadt erzählt. Er brachte uns sogar eine Kerze für Romantik. Das Essen ist super lecker, alles ist sauber.

Essen ist soweit gut nur werden leider Wünsche nicht entgegengenommen. Hatte geschrieben das gewissen Zutaten nicht dabei sein sollen und es waren trz. Alle Zutaten drin. Sonst schnelle Lieferung und freundliches Personal.

Wir haben fix übers Internet bestellt.. 10 Minuten hingefahren angehalten, reingegangen und konnten schon die Pizzen mitnehmen.. als wir nach der 20 Minütigen Heimfahrt zu Hause ankamen waren die Pizzen leider überhaupt nicht mehr warm und frisch.. auf meiner Pizza war der Teig leider sogar etwas mehr als der Belag darauf.. ich habe es gern anders herum. (Sorte: Pizza mit Hollandaise, Schinken und Brokkoli) Bitte spart nicht so am Belag.. dann zahle ich lieber ein paar Euros mehr, aber dafür will ich auch richtig schmecken was drauf ist!

Ich hatte erst gedacht ich muss traurig sein weil es keine Oliven gibt aber es hat gut geschmeckt und ging fix . Was soll man da wegen einer Kleinigkeit negativ sein .

Essen war wie immer super, Bestellt um 19:35 Uhr, kam an um 20:50 Uhr (lange Wartezeit das Erste mal gehabt), dann hatte ein Milchshake gefehlt. Der Lieferant sagte, er bringe es gleich, 40min später war immer noch niemand da, die Pizza natürlich schon gegessen. Als ich anrief wusste der gute Mann am Telefon nichts davon, dass was fehlte, 10min später war der fehlende Milchshake dann da. Hatte auf eine Art „Entschuldigungsmitbringsel“ gehofft, jedoch kam da nichts, darüber hab ich mich aufjedenfall geärgert. Die Bewertungen über die Preise kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Ich hatte bis heute nie Probleme mit Dominos, Pizza ist immer gut belegt und schmeckt echt klasse. Wäre das jetzt nicht vorgekommen, würde ich definitiv 5 Sterne geben.

Da ich Mal lesen konnte, dass sich einige Gäste beschwert hätten, möchte ich dazu sagen, dass sich die junge Leute hier in diesem Laden wirklich bemühen, dieser Stadt keine halbe Sachen anzubieten. Der Laden ist ja noch eigentlich neu und hier wird Kulanz wirklich gross geschrieben. Solltet ihr Mal eine Beschwerde haben, bitte erstmal telefonisch melden und dann werdet ihr sehen, was ich hiermit gemeint habe, denn ihr werdet überrascht sein. In diesem Sinne lasst euch schmecken und gebt diesem Laden immer wieder die Gelegenheit. Ich sage dazu nur eins: Der coole Grieche wird den Laden ganz schön weiter bringen. Er hat's drauf.

Ich war mal da um den neuen Dominos zu testen und habe mir sonst slushy geholt natürlich pappstrohhalm löst sich im Getränk auf und bleibt in meiner Kehle stecken zweitens keiner von denen kann richtig Deutsch die haben mich nicht einmal verstanden wollte mir auch direkt den teuren andrehen und ich musste insgesamt 15 Minuten warten bis ich mein slushy bekommen habe also nee ich gehe nie wieder dahin

Pizza über App bestellt wollten mit EC bezahlen. Pizza kam pünktlich nur ohne EC-Gerät. Anruf im Store der Pizzabote hat versäumt das Gerät mitzunehmen. Er die Pizzen wieder eingepackt um das Gerät zu holen. Nach 15min war er wieder da mit Gerät und Pizzen die dann natürlich nicht mehr heiß sondern nur nur noch lauwarm waren. Geschmacklich war es auch nicht berauschend.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Bestellt über die App mit Abholung. Pizza war pünktlich fertig und Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Meine Anregung, auf die Kartons zu schreiben, was drin ist, wurde dankend entgegen genommen. Inwieweit die Umsetzung erfolgt, kann ich nicht sagen.

Schnell und köstlich im Vergleich zur hiesigen Konkurrenz..Kommunikation mit Lieferant schwierig, sonst gerne Trinkgeld..vielleicht mal wieder..Danke und beste Grüße Christoph

Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Fahrer war freundlich und cool drauf. Pizza an sich nicht schlecht aber Verbesserungsfähig. Die Sucuk Pizza war sehr lecker, aber den Sucuk musste man suchen. Pizzabrötchen ein wenig trocken.

Ich habe die Veganen Pizzabrötchen bestellt mit käse und überraschenderweise kamen diese mit Fleisch an, nach einem kurzen Telefonat mit dem netten Mitarbeiter, wusste ich dass es vegane Salami ist. Die haben wirklich sehr sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Vegane Pizza war auch gut, aber der Käse ist leider noch nicht perfekt. Das vegan Cinnemon Bread ist sehr lecker, wäre super wenn man vielleicht Apfelmus auswählen könnte. Ich habe es dann abgeholt und das ging alles sehr schnell. Ich hoffe das vegane Angebot steigt noch mehr an. Gerne wieder

Es ist an und für sich lecker, da kann ich nicht meckern. Die milchshakes sind genial unser Liebling holen wir uns in Zukunft häufiger. Bei der pasta mit kochschinken war wenig soße, war dadurch trocken. Bei dem deluxesalat war mehr Salat als Tomate, Mais ect bitte zuerst den Salat in die Schale und dann das bunte Gemüse drauf, sieht so einfach besser aus. Und der Kochschinken war einfach nur zerfleddert gerissen und nichtmal mundgerecht... Dips wurden vertauscht und teilweise die falschen mitgegeben. Mit etwas mehr Struktur, kommen wir gern wieder

Wir bestellen beinahe ausschließlich über die App. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die einfache Bedienbarkeit, die zahlreichen Optionen zur individuellen Gestaltung der Pizza (Zutaten, Rand, etc.) und die zahlreichen Zahlungsoptionen und Coupons. Unsere erste Bestellung vor einigen Tagen lief komplett reibungsfrei ab. Schnelle Lieferung, heiße Pizza wie bestellt, alles gut. Bei unserer zweiten Bestellung war es etwas holpriger. Die Lieferung erfolgte wie schon beim ersten Mal super schnell, 2 Kleinigkeiten fehlten, die Beanstandung bei Lieferung und das darauf folgende erste Telefonat mit dem Store gaben mir nicht zu hundert Prozent das Gefühl verstanden wurden zu sein und eine Nachlieferung zu bekommen (kein Beinbruch, das kann man üben). Beim zweiten Anruf fühlte ich mich sehr gut verstanden und abgeholt. Prompt war auch die korrekte Nachlieferung kein Problem mehr. Alles zusammengefasst: Toller Bestellvorgang, sehr schnelle Lieferung, Pizzen sind (mit Käserand 😋) eine 8 von 10, aktuell schleichen sich wohl vereinzelt noch kleinere Fehler ein aber der Standort operiert auch erst seit ein paar Tagen - es ist menschlich zu Beginn noch nicht perfekt zu agieren, besonders bei der Menge an Bestellungen. Good job. 👍 😊
