The new M Burger 🍔 tastes really good. It's just stupid when you say it at the drive and you get a hamburger 🍔 it's already happened to me.

Unfortunately there is no indoor play area for children

McSundae chocolate... I've never had such bad chocolate ice cream!!!! Not sweet at all and bitter on the tongue.

I was in Halberstadt last night and wanted to order something at the counter but an employee told me to order at the terminal. I told her I couldn't handle it and to try it. I didn't even get any help and there were several piled up. :/

I enjoyed eating there often. Unfortunately I got something wrong twice and that's why I deducted a star. Staff was quite nice for a Mc's.

Unfortunately, we only noticed that the drinks had been forgotten in the children's Happy Meal when we drove on again. Actually it wasn't hectic so I can't quite understand how that could happen. The rest of the order was fine.

Delicious ice cream and delicious coffee!

I didn't have a cell phone 📱 with me. The staff was OK and helped me with the order. Friendly staff goes without saying, it couldn't have been better today and that with the hut being full.

As always, it was very tasty. Always good before or after going to the cinema. Nice staff, we almost always eat here after the cinema.

Food doesn't look half as tasty as in the advertising pictures. What almost always tastes good is the coffee.

Delicious fast food food (cheeseburgers, fries, menus, vegetarian...). But the fries are sometimes squishy and have too little salt (the curly fries are a delicious substitute). Food comes quickly and you can eat with you Order points. You also have a nice view of the skibidibidi dub dub bub bub toilet

It tastes good but what really bothers me is that when you order something it isn't put in but you still have to pay for it. If something isn't put in you don't even get the receipt so you don't have any proof

Good for a quick meal in between, unfortunately something is often forgotten or mixed up in the orders and you have to laboriously discuss what you ordered. Customer service can therefore be improved

It could definitely be a bit cleaner. Unfortunately, orders are often not completely delivered. It doesn't matter whether you choose on-site or to take away. always check!

Extremely long waiting time for a Mc Donalds, there's no such thing as a quick break here...

Unfriendly bald guy at the checkout. People like that shouldn't be allowed to work in a customer facing area.

I was just there and they forgot my burger at the drive-thru. That was the last time I got something to eat there.

Food was quick. Unfortunately, my citizen wasn't so hot anymore. And the cheese wasn't melted either. And I have no idea why, but the cushions were missing everywhere from the benches.

I'm just upset and angry about "the woman at the first window" at McDrive. A slightly older lady with glasses. I haven't experienced anything so unfriendly in a long time! Patty answers at it’s best! Never again!

Super fast ordering via the app and the offers via the coupons are very attractive. It was relatively crowded for a Sunday evening. But somehow everyone was quite relaxed. That's nice. I liked the chicken nuggets best, so the pack of 20 on offer is just right.

The bestel portal is annoying otherwise great and fast....

At the moment it's a very clean shop, with an excellent service, tables were wiped after I asked kindly and an incorrect order was exchanged without any problems after I received it (vanilla instead of frozen yoghurt). The McCrispyBaconts was also super fresh!!

McDrive Verständigung gleich null,nach 10 maligen wiederholen abgebrochen und weg gefahren. Man sollte dort deutschsprachiges Personal einsetzen oder Leute die gut deutsch verstehen

The store is really chic. Hasn't been here for a long time. But the food was really delicious and the citizens were still really hot. Everything was just great. The milkshake was also really tasty 😋 So a thumbs up from me.

Many people are totally disrespectful and don't even look at you when you talk, you also get stupid sayings. Not my fault if you have to work there then at least be friendly.

The last store has no quality, everything just eats lukewarm, 0 stars and then it's too much

2 happy meals bestellt war nicht einmal Spielzeug oder Buch dabei.. mein Getränk haben sie auch vergessen, ein Quetschie haben sie bestimmt selber ausgetrunken da es schon auf und leer war… unmöglich sowas.. leider habe ich die Sachen erst zu Hause entdeckt und mit Kindern könnte ich nicht mehr hinfahren

Ordered 2 happy meals and there wasn't even a toy or book with them... they also forgot my drink, they probably drank a squeeze themselves because it was already open and empty... impossible. Unfortunately, I only discovered the things when I got home and I couldn't go there again with children

Well ok, it's a McDonalds so let's not get too excited - it was pretty much how I expected it to be and provided what I wanted. I can't really fault it, but I really couldn't give it more than 4 stars for food. I've got to look myself in the eye in the mirror each morning. The doughnuts were good though.

If you like being ripped off! Have fun!!! The citizens for just under 4 euros are now smaller than those for 1 euro some time ago. Then you order, you get told that you have to put it back together and then you don't even have it that you ordered. Only after complaining, strangely enough, did it work. So this McDonald, never see me again!!!

The self terminal was broken, which overwhelmed the employees a little

... I ordered a menu around lunchtime today, with a Hamburger Royal TS and an MC Chicken, both almost cold. At a busy branch. How does it work ??? Maybe I shouldn't have taken a menu. A rogue who thinks evil !!!

The food was like everywhere else at McDonald's. It was exactly as expected, but I've never felt full from an expensive meal before. Or got something like it was shown in the pictures. The expensive doubles with double chees etc. have also become significantly smaller, but not cheaper. But there is nothing further objectionable about this MC store.

Der allerletzte Laden, bestellt werden kann nur am Terminal, nicht direkt am Tresen, wo es viel schneller gehen würde. Auf meine Frage hin weshalb es nicht möglich ist direkt zu bestellen, kam die Aussage "weil wir kein deutschsprachiges Personal haben" ich habe die Servicekraft, die im übrigen der deutschen Sprache mächtig war gefragt, in welchen Land sind wir hier eigentlich? Der Tresen ist leer und an den Terminals staut es sich, weil viel zu umständlich und zeitaufwendig. Ein Konzern der Milliarden Umsätze jährlich macht mit ganz miesen Service, dreckige Filialen, WC's und minderwertige Qualität der Menüs, MC Donalds...ich nicht mehr!!!

You can really forget the store in HBS! Either a burger or something similar is forgotten or some ingredient is missing. And now they can't even wrap the right burger in the appropriate paper. Ordered a double cheeseburger and a hamburger was packed, and that at exorbitant prices! Just concentrate on your work. No wonder the McDonalds in HBS is made up of 80% men with language difficulties. When I see the food being slapped on there, I wonder if I'll go there again. So I don't anymore.

Something is always missing. I think it's an absolute disgrace after all you're paying for it

So the food is no worse or better than in other places. What really pissed me off was that while I was waiting (inside) for my food, I was treated to louder-than-average Arabic music. And in the kitchen they tried to sing and dance. Really annoying... And the employees aren't enthusiastic about having customers in the house either. According to the motto “Customer threatens to order”. Maybe the general situation will change for the better soon if, according to rumors, the competition builds up...

A good place. Can be visited with children. There is a playground for children. Quite tasty food.

Unfreundlich durch und durch wenn man die Angestellten um Hilfe bittet kommt nur die Antwort sie müssen denn QR Code scannen

Nach Angaben der Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse ist es in dieser Filiale nicht mehr möglich am Tresen zu bestellen. Das ist für viele Menschen eine krasse Ausgrenzung. Jeder der nicht lesen kann, Kognitiv oder Körperlich eingeschränkt ist wird damit abgehängt. Warum? Warum wird bei einem Globalen Konzern nicht an die Gedacht die niederschwelligen Zugang zur Bestellung brauchen?

Vielleicht lag es an der Uhrzeit, aber es war proppen voll und deshalb kam das Personal nicht mehr hinter her (verständlicher Weise). Die Tablet-wagen waren Rand voll, die Pommes kalt. Also Sonntag Abend um 19uhr sollte man vielleicht nicht hier sein, aber ich Wette Wochen-tags sieht das hier schon besser aus.

Unfreundlich, schmutzig und kaltes Essen. Trotz wenig Trubel werden auf Wunsch des Kunden keine Tische abgewischt, nein man bekommt selber einen Lappen in die Hand. Essen nur lauwarm

alle sb kassen voll, als ich gefragt hab ob ich an der kasse persönlich bestellen kann, wurde das verneint. ich denke die mitarbeiter wollten lieber in ruhe weiterquatschen, in meinem heimat mcdoof ist an der kasse zu bestellen kein problem… ziemlich komisch

Keine langen Wartezeiten, sehr guter Service am Tisch, gute Auswahl an entsprechenden Fast Food Gerichten. Ein Shake hatte zwar erst gefehlt, wurde aber anstandslos nachgereicht. Beim heutigen Besuch waren wir sehr erstaunt, dass ein Mitarbeiter die Gäste fragte, wessen Hund im Auto verblieben ist. Er bat den Besitzern an, dass der Hund mit ins Restaurant darf. Den Gästen war dies wohl nicht bekannt. Da kann man nur sagen, vorzüglicher und aufmerksamer Service! So etwas erlebt man wirklich selten. Für diesen Mitarbeiter (es war ein Mann) beide Daumen nach oben!

Es ist einfach nicht mehr das was mc Donalds mal war. Es wird an allen Ecken gespart. Zu den softgetränken bekommt man jetzt nicht mal mehr ein Strohhalm, da frage ich mich wie sollen kinder die einen Strohhalm benötigen aus den Bechern trinken ohne das alles entweder auf der Kleidung oder dem Boden landet. Einfach nur noch traurig was aus mces geworden ist.

Sehr zügige Abwicklung der Bestellung ohne dabei gestresst oder unfreundlich zu sein, für Halberstadt ist es ne Wucht.. Eis war auch sehr lecker

Essen war gut und wurde schnell an den Tisch gebracht...uns hat es allen geschmeckt und die Kinder waren happy...einziges Manko...die Strohhalme zu den Getränken wurden vergessen...so war das Trinken etwas umständlich

Die Kinder lieben es und es ist etwas Besonderes hier her zu fahren. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Restaurant ist sauber.

Heute stand ich über 15 Minuten am mcdrive, ohne auch nur einen Meter weiter zu kommen. Das ist entweder Unfähigkeit oder es gab einen Notfall

Beim bestellen stand eine Porzellan Tasse auf dem Prospekt. Bekommen habe ich dann einen Becher 👎 der Burger sah nicht so appetitlich aus und so hat er auch geschmeckt. Brötchen war weich, kaum Salat. Der Kaffee war gut und die Kartoffelringe auch. Die Burger sind verbesserungswürdig. Bedienung war nett und hat gut deutsch gesprochen.

Obwohl es sehr voll war, hat es mit dem Essen nicht lange gedauert. Sehr guter Service, können sich in Magdeburg viele was abgucken.

Etwas versteckt gelegen, sonst alles im grünen Bereich.

Solide McDonald's Filiale ganz im Rahmen des Konzepts. Ich kann sowohl Frühstück, Mittag als auch Abendessen im Restaurant wie auch Mcdrive empfehlen. Gleichbleibend erwartete Qualität, schnelles freundliches Personal, keine herausragenden Besonderheiten.

Wie immer, ohne Überraschungen, wobei der Service in den letzten zwei Jahren nachgelassen hat

Und wieder hatte mein Sohn kein Glück, es fehlte wieder was bei seinen essen, bei allen anderen war alles dabei, nur nicht bei ihn.

MC Donald ist vor einen Kinobesuch immer eine schnelle gute Idee. Essen war super was ich mir herausgesucht habe. Frisch zubereitet. Das Ambiente war auch hell und sauber. Leider nur das Personal etwas unfreundlich. Man hatte das Gefühl das sie ihren Job nicht aus Überzeugung ausüben.

Nicht so sauber, Mitarbeiter kann man kaum verstehen, essen war mal besser

Leider nicht einer der guten McDonald's Filialen das Essen ist ganz okay aber das Restaurant ist leider nicht sauber welches es zu einer Filiale macht wo man gerne zum mitnehmen bestellen kann ich aber nicht vor Ort essen würde

Schlechter Service, Tische dreckig. Oft Sachen in der Bestellung vergessen oder was anderes geliefert. Immer lange Wartezeiten.

Eher schlechter Service und burger die viel zu kalt sind. Eine Schichtleitung die auf Wunsch zum nachbessern eines Produktes pazig reagiert und keiner Kritik fähig ist. Schade!!

Tja was soll ich sagen Die Pommes waren kalt und ohne salz es war 2 Mal die falsche Soße dabei und die Nuggets waren labbrig Damit haben sie sich nicht mit Ruhm bekleckert

Das war heute das ekelhafteste Essen, das ich je gekauft habe. Der Cesars Salat war total vergammelt und matschig, der Käse war ewig alt und einige Salatblätter schon faul. Was geht im Kopf von Leuten vor, die diese Salate zusammenstellen und dem Kunden in die Hand drücken? Das war so widerlich, ich habs weggeworfen. Ich habe es nicht mel den Hunden angeboten. Jetzt ist mir sauschlecht von den Shrimps. Nie wieder dort einkaufen. Eigentlich gehört Euch das Gesundheitsamt auf den Hals geschickt.

Durch eine der Angestellten wurde ich aufgefordert, über den Automaten zu bestellen - sie dürfe keine Bestellungen gemäß Anweisung mehr annehmen. Mit Kundenfreundlichkeit hat das nichts mehr zu tun. Gewinnmaximierung pur!

Nach dem komplett Umbau wieder richtig gut und durch die Bestell-Terminals auch viel effizienter. Die Wartezeit hat sich deutlich verkürzt.
