Typical McDonald's. Restrooms weren't that clean.

A fork was left out of my salad. Unfortunately, the staff didn't speak much German and didn't initially understand that I needed another fork. The restaurant wasn't crowded, so table service was quite quick. The burger was quite warm and fresh. I can't comment on the restrooms. I didn't use them.

The place is an absolute disaster. You order food, pay for it, and don't get it. Absolute rip-off!!!

Well, I've written it several times, nothing is my McDonald's anymore. MacCafe is great. The food quality varies greatly between branches. It's often not always completely clean. The employees do the best they can. My respect, I wouldn't want to work there.

The food is typical Mecces, but the place is incredibly dirty. Every single table was completely filthy from previous guests. It definitely gives the impression that these tables aren't cleaned throughout the day.

Okay for the occasional use, but not my first choice. But what wouldn't you do for the kids? I used to be able to order a coffee instead of the sweet Coke, but that's no longer possible. A big minus point: the automatic checkout is creepy, which is another big minus! Plus: Charging station available.

Speechless... you come in here at 11 p.m. and realize you're about to catch pneumonia, because it's 9 degrees Celsius in this place... when you ask the employees if they can raise the temperature a bit, all you get is the answer: if we knew how, maybe we could, but no. The other employees don't understand you when you have questions. The food is brought to the table, but it's simply placed carelessly in the corner... no hello, no please, no thank you.

The food is McDonald's, you get full. However, the staff seemed overwhelmed that evening, despite the perceived overstaffing. I'm used to a different (more structured) experience in similar restaurants.

The wait staff was completely overwhelmed, and the wait was 45 minutes! The food was freezing cold. The tables were dirty and the floor was sticky. The tray carts were overflowing, and no one on the staff felt responsible for these overflowing things.

McRib drenched in sauce in a carton, ham-fisted burgers. I've had better.

Went to Mcdonalds for the first time in 6 years. We ordered the McDrive McChicken Classic menu with Fanta WITHOUT ice cream, 6 nuggets with sweet and sour sauce, McSundae. We got Fanta WITH ice cream but WITHOUT a straw, 6 nuggets WITHOUT sweet and sour sauce...guys, that doesn't work!

They've forgotten to put some products in our Happy Meal three times now...today they didn't put everything in our Happy Meal

The McDonald's itself is clean and tidy. Had the Cris P. BAXXTER menu. The burger is so-so but the strange chips don't work at all. Become rubbery after a few minutes when they get colder. I don't know what they are, I was actually expecting potato chips. You have to decide the price yourself, I now find it too expensive for what is on offer. The strange cardboard lids are terrible, there is so much rubbish being made that you can add a straw. It's definitely less paper than a straw. The lid is probably cheaper.

Food was typical McDonald's with quick service. There was no Minecraft menu. I think you can prepare more for such an onslaught. My son was very disappointed.

Food was okay, but unfortunately there was no McDonald's “A Minecraft Film” menu, so the rating was rather negative and my son was deeply disappointed. Had to comfort him, hope it's there next time.

I was in Halberstadt last night and wanted to order something at the counter but an employee told me to order at the terminal. I told her I couldn't handle it and to try it. I didn't even get any help and there were several piled up. :/

I enjoyed eating there often. Unfortunately I got something wrong twice and that's why I deducted a star. Staff was quite nice for a Mc's.

Unfortunately, we only noticed that the drinks had been forgotten in the children's Happy Meal when we drove on again. Actually it wasn't hectic so I can't quite understand how that could happen. The rest of the order was fine.

Delicious ice cream and delicious coffee!

I didn't have a cell phone 📱 with me. The staff was OK and helped me with the order. Friendly staff goes without saying, it couldn't have been better today and that with the hut being full.

As always, it was very tasty. Always good before or after going to the cinema. Nice staff, we almost always eat here after the cinema.

Delicious fast food food (cheeseburgers, fries, menus, vegetarian...). But the fries are sometimes squishy and have too little salt (the curly fries are a delicious substitute). It tastes good but what really bothers me is that when you order something it isn't put in but you still have to pay for it. If something isn't put in you don't even get the receipt so you don't have any proof

Good for a quick meal in between, unfortunately something is often forgotten or mixed up in the orders and you have to laboriously discuss what you ordered. Customer service can therefore be improved

Food was quick. Unfortunately, my citizen wasn't so hot anymore. And the cheese wasn't melted either. And I have no idea why, but the cushions were missing everywhere from the benches.

I'm just upset and angry about "the woman at the first window" at McDrive. A slightly older lady with glasses. I haven't experienced anything so unfriendly in a long time! Patty answers at it’s best! Never again!

Super fast ordering via the app and the offers via the coupons are very attractive. It was relatively crowded for a Sunday evening. But somehow everyone was quite relaxed. That's nice. I liked the chicken nuggets best, so the pack of 20 on offer is just right.

At the moment it's a very clean shop, with an excellent service, tables were wiped after I asked kindly and an incorrect order was exchanged without any problems after I received it (vanilla instead of frozen yoghurt). The McCrispyBaconts was also super fresh!!
