Pizza was really the worst we've ever had and they completely forgot the salad and then it came again, it was also totally disgusting...just like the potato wedges...bad bad bad that we ordered on March 2nd, 2025. There should be 0 stars...absolutely not recommended

Beware of this place! A disaster in yellow and red – McDonald's Schönebeck is an outrage! Anyone who has used the McDonald's drive-thru in Schönebeck in the last six months should prepare for the worst: constantly forgetting items! I've placed my order here several times, paid a high price, and then realized at home or on the way that something crucial was missing. It's not only annoying, but simply outrageous to pay for something you never received! Absolute incompetence and a lack of care seem to be the order of the day here. After the drive-thru has driven me to distraction several times, I thought today I'd try my luck in the restaurant so I could check my order on the spot. What a naive thought! I specifically ordered a burger WITHOUT cheese. What did I get? A burger with DOUBLE cheese! Not only is this the exact opposite of my order, but it demonstrates a complete disregard for customer requests and a shocking lack of attention from the staff. It's unbelievable that a restaurant in such a chain can't manage to execute the simplest orders correctly. The work is either sloppy or there's a complete lack of concern for paying customers. Conclusion: Anyone who values ​​their time, money, and nerves should steer clear of McDonald's in Schönebeck! The constant errors, the disregard for special requests, and the obvious inability to perform basic tasks are absolutely unacceptable. This place seems to have completely lost the concept of customer service and quality control. A solid 6 – put it down! we stopped there on the way back from the Müritz. A short phone call and we quickly got a place for our roof tent, right next to the alpaca enclosure. So we had breakfast guests in the morning. Everything is very uncomplicated and practical. Since we don't have any great demands and didn't need electricity because we are self-sufficient, it was the ideal place for us to stop over and take a closer look at Magdeburg.
