Lange nicht mehr so gutes Mc Donalds Essen gegessen. Erdbeershake schmeckte nach Erdbeeren...in den anderen Filialen nicht so gut. Pommes sehr frisch, gut gesalzen und perfekt knusprig. Sehr nette und schele Bedienung.

Im Sommer geht meist die Eismaschine nicht... Daher bin ich hier nicht so gern.

Ein McDonald's wie man Sie von überall kennt. Essen wie immer. Bedienung sehr nett und freundlich. Dem ist aktuell nichts hinzuzufügen.

Einer meiner Lieblingsorte in Schönebeck, ideal zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Nur manchmal ist das Personal etwas langsam.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Der Laden war insgesamt sehr dreckig. Auf Tischen und Stühlen befanden sich fettige Rückstände, auf dem Boden lagen Essensreste. Es machte den Eindruck, als würde die Reinigung nicht regelmäßig durchgeführt werden.

War eben da und dann schicken die mich übelst indem die meine 20er Nuggets vergessen und dass noch nicht alles....DIE SAUCE DAZU AUCH NOCH

Nettes Personal, dass essen war, nun ja, normal. Die Highlights sind super. Leider war auf der Aussenterrasse ein großes Loch im Vordach das einen gewissen Charme einer Baustelle verbreitete.

Zuerst gab es einen falschen Burger. Die Mitarbeiterin hat sich lautstark beschwert, das ich mich über Kleinigkeiten beschwere. Der neue Burger war auf der einen Seite verbrannt auf der anderen noch fast kalt. Das Fleisch war ekelhaft. Zum Getränk gab es kein Eis. Die Pommes waren auch nicht alle durch.

Kein Patty auf dem Burger, Dip hat auch gefehlt. Ich wollte es erst noch prüfen, hätte ich es mal gemacht. Ganz ehrlich ein Burger ohne Patty hab ich auch noch nicht erlebt!

Es könnte stellen weiße schneller gehen sonst okay

Ich stand bestimmt 20 min am Drive in um überhaupt erstmal meine 5 Sachen zu bestellen und dann hat es nochmal 20 min gedauert. Angeblich war es sehr voll. Drinnen waren vllt 10 Personen. Vor mir stand kein Auto. Das ist eine Frechheit. Früher war es definitiv voller und es ging viel schneller. Nie wieder.

Ich war hier schon öfter Essen, heute mal wieder im McDonald's Drive, und es dauerte abartig lang. Haben für 5 Cheeseburger und 2 Getränke 10 min. gewartet

Essen war, wie bei Mc Donalds erwartet. Es wurde recht schnell an den Tisch gebracht. Nette Angestellte. Werde wieder herkommen.

Essen war gut und warm. Der Drive-In ist meist etwas voller aber dennoch okay. Das Personal hat meist keine Ahnung, aber es ist meist freundlich.

MC Muffin nicht genug geröstet,Käsescheibe kalt nicht ein wenig geschmolzen und das Eipetty nicht toll.Habe schon vor zig Jahren Diesen Artikel super gern gegessen. Habe mich geärgert,auch der Burger Brötchen poppig. Schaaade passiert mir nicht wieder!

ich war heute mit meinen freunden da. wir haben 40 minuten auf unsere bestellung gewartet und mussten 5 mal an die theke gehen weil irgendwas immer gefehlt hat. Ich wollte fragen wie lange das essen noch braucht und die frau hat mich böse angeguckt und ignoriert.

Tische dreckig, Fußboden voller Müll und kein Tuschdienst. Also wenn ich schon 50 € hier lasse, dann will ich wenigstens an einem sauberem Tisch sitzen.

Heute Mittag waren mit mit unserem kleinsten(7Jahre) ,der total auf Mario steht dort … allein das wir über 20 min gewartet haben das unser bestelltes Essen kommt… auf Nachfrage warum wir den über 20 min warten ,wurde gesagt das sie auf den TS warten müssen … Leute wir sind im „Schnell Restaurant“ und 20 min auf ein TS ist schon Bitter …alle die später gekommen waren ,hatten ihr Essen schon …dann ging es weiter das die ausgewählte Figur nicht dabei war ,sondern eine andere…da unser kleinster es aber auf der Verpackung nicht gesehen hatte was drin ist und sie geöffnet hatte ….wurde ihm leider der Tausch in den von ihn ausgesuchten abgeschlagen …. Zu den Toiletten ….in 2 von 3 Toiletten,kein Papier und Seife war auch alle …. Sowas darf nicht sein …. Ein sehr enttäuschender Besuch !!!!

Bei der heutigen Bestellung lief einiges schief. Pommes haben komplett gefehlt. Beim Schoko Shake war keine Schoko Soße und der Herr der das Essen raus brachte beim Drive konnte nicht mal Hallo sagen. Ohne jegliches Wort einfach Tüte ins Auto halten war schon sehr unfreundlich.

Wir wollten eigentlich nur kurz die Toilette benutzen. Bei den Damen-Toiletten war die Situation echt schlimm: Die Klobrille war komplett verrutscht, ein ordentliches hinsetzten somit unmöglich, der Boden war nass und schmutzig, es gab kein Klopapier, und in den Toiletten waren überall Urin- und teilweise Kotreste. Die Männer-Toilette soll laut meinem Freund auch nicht besser gewesen sein, ekelig und extrem übel riechend. Vielleicht ist es nicht immer so, trotzdem hinterlässt das einen sehr schlechten Eindruck. Wenn die Hygiene hier schon so miserabel ist, möchte ich gar nicht wissen, wie es im Restaurantbereich aussieht. Wer Wert auf Sauberkeit legt, sollte sich vorher gut überlegen, ob er die Toiletten dort benutzen will.

Update 24.2.26 Der Franchisenehmer teilte mit, dass die Heizung regelmäßig gewartet wird und es nicht sein kann, dass es hier kalt ist.Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn jemand ein Vor Ort Update gibt, ich war am 20.2.26 das letzte Mal dort und hab gedacht, ich wäre im Eiskeller. 20.02.2026: Keine Ahnung, aber diese Filiale ist mit die kälteste Filiale, die ich kenne. Draußen Minusgrade, drinnen Klimaanlage im Kühlmodus.

Jedesmal, bei jeder großen Bestellung fehlt etwas. Anscheinend sind die Angestellten total überfordert oder ahnungslos

Sehr freundliches Personal, das Essen wurde schnell serviert, Pommes und Curly Fries auf den Punkt genau, gut gesalzen, die Tische waren sauber, Burger waren top. Die Damen Toiletten hätten sauberer sein können. Ansonsten war alles super.

Wann bekommen sie es endlich hin, eine Bestellung komplett rauszugeben. Seit Jahren fährt man da mal alle paar Monate hin und jedesmal fehlt etwas bei der Bestellung... Dazu kommen noch Wartezeiten von bis zu 45 Min. am DriveIn Schalter. Nachtrag... Eigentlich minus 10 Sterne! Heute wieder einmal dort gewesen. Und es war *rsch kalt. Es war gefühlt draußen bei 0 Grad wärmer, als in diesem Eisschloss. Eigentlich müsste man den Laden bei der Gewerbeaufsicht anzeigen!

Waren zum Frühstück hier. Leider war dadurch Ei eiskalt, der Kaffee lauwarm. Was mich allerdings am meisten gestört hat: es war so kalt im Restaurant. Draußen 0°C und drinnen so fürchterlich kalt. Alle Kunden saßen mit ihren ducken Winterjacken. Energiesparen ist das eine, frierende Kunden das andere. Des weiteren kam eine Mitarbeiterin (vermutlich eine Leiterin) zu einem anderen Mitarbeiter und kritisierte diesen laut vor uns. Das fand ich sehr unangenehm. So etwas kann man im Büro machen. Das geht gar nicht.

Bei -4 draußen scheinbar die Heizung ausgeschaltet. Wirklich kalt drin gewesen 😒

Eisig kalt im Restaurant. Da macht das essen kein Spaß. Service und Essen ist gut.

Einfach nur enttäuschend. Draußen sind Minus Temperaturen und der Gastraum ist kalt, ein absolutes No Go. Unfreundlich vom feinsten und das Essen lieblos zusammen geschmissen.

Wir gucken immer die Bestellung bei mcces nach, ob alles drin ist, weil darauf nicht Verlass ist. Dieses Mal alles da, aber als wir zuhause ankamen und ich mein Burger essen wollte, war mein Gouda Burger ohne Gouda…???? Ein Viertel Käse auch nur bei dem anderen Burger. Wie ist das überhaupt möglich?! Muss ich jetzt auch nach gucken, ob die Burger belegt sind? Pommes auch pappig. Jetzt kann ich nicht mal nochmal hinfahren, weil Sprit teurer wäre. Auf nichts ist Verlass. Fürchterlich. Wir gehen nicht mehr zu mcces.

Essen war alles Okay, Tische und Böden waren sauber. Leider war der Gastraum sehr kalt , ich musste mein Burger mit Mütze und Jacke essen, bitte nicht an der falschen Stelle sparen.

Heute mc donalds happy meal gekauft und es waren statt 4 nuggets bloß 3 drin und das Spielzeug wurde vergessen. Vor kurzen ein mc Menü und ein Chickenburger bestellt und zu Hause dann die Überraschung der Chickenburger war nicht drin. Es hat extrem nachgelassen bei der nächsten Tour nach MD fahre ich lieber da an ein mc donalds ran da hat der mc Rib wenigstens mehr Soße drauf.

Sorry, dass ich das sagen muss, aber der Laden ist wirklich reudig geworden! Wir waren heute (Sonntag) mit unseren Kindern – nach einem Besuch im Solebad – dort zum Abendessen. Klassisch eben! Aber nicht nur, dass es ganz schön lange gedauert hat, bis unsere Bestellung fertig war, war die Filiale wirklich dreckig (schmutzige Tische/Essensreste unter den Tischen) und es war einfach eiskalt in der Filiale!!! Ja, es hat draußen derzeit minus 15 Grad, aber es schien einfach so, als ob die Heizung aus wäre. Selbst das Personal hatte hinter dem Tresen eine dicke Jacke an. Und ein Hinweisschild hing auch nirgendwo! Da waren die Eiswürfel in den Getränken wirklich überflüssig!

Also ich finde es unverschämt, dass um 23 Uhr kein Eis und kein Milchshake mehr möglich ist, angeblich weil defekt Aber alles Lüge!!! Die Mitarbeiter hatten kein Bock die Eismaschine noch einmal anzuschalten, echt ärgerlich

Lange Wartezeiten. Anzeige zum aktuellen Status der Bestellung stimmt nicht. Essen meistens kalt. Es sei denn man hat Sonderwünsche.

Der Salat stinkt regelmäßig, hatte es jetzt mehrere male bei einen big Mac, Schade kann man da auch nicht mehr hin

It's often a gamble here; sometimes you get really good food and great service. But there are also many days when things don't go so well. It's advisable to check your order for completeness on the spot. The restrooms urgently need renovation or at least repair. The toilet seat in the women's restroom is no longer secure. Sitting on it is a risk of injury.

The food arrived 4 hours late, I almost died of hunger, and the staff is bad and unreliable.

The apple turnover is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS cold. The yuzu turnover is always cold too. The oven has probably been broken for months. They also often forget sauces or the whole turnover. I don't mean to complain, but when I'm there, I want to enjoy my apple turnover hot, not lukewarm. P.S. I always get diarrhea afterwards. Best regards.

We used to go to this restaurant more often, and it was always clean and everything was typically McDonald's clean and fast. This time, we waited 20 minutes for our food, and unfortunately, the entire restaurant was dirty (floor, tables, bags in front of the trash cans because they were full, and all the tray carts were full too). The burgers were just thrown together, and the lettuce was almost entirely loose in its packaging, not on the burger. The McChickens were wrapped in such a way that when you unwrapped them, they were upside down. Oh well. An iced tea was spilled while an employee stood next to us, and they didn't even get a mop, so we had to eat at the tables. The restaurant wasn't even close to being full. Honestly, it's a shame about what was once a nice restaurant.

We were at the aforementioned McDonald's today. When we ordered, the burgers were forgotten on two of our meals, but when I asked for them, they gave them to me right away. I thought, "Okay, no problem - it happens." If I'd known that such a complete rudeness awaited me, I would have thought differently... After the meal, we missed the napkins... But no big deal, if you need them, you can always get some. They were on the counter at the front. Our son said he'd quickly get us some. So far, so good, until a lady from McDonald's came along when my son was about to get some napkins. This lady snapped at him, saying that they weren't self-service for napkins, and if he needed any, he should let her know. Mind you, the napkins had been on top of the counter until then. The lady then immediately took the napkins and took them from the counter. After my son told me about the incident, I went over to clarify the whole thing. The lady in question then told me that it was just a "hint" on her part, showing no understanding at all. (Hint? So that's why she immediately takes the napkins with those words? So her explanation doesn't make any sense.) So, let's be honest... Not putting napkins out with the meal is one thing, but then a reaction like that (and even yelling at a child in the process) because someone takes open napkins that are part of the meal anyway is ridiculous beyond compare. Absolute catastrophe... I don't think McDonald's is going broke because we, with four people, took four napkins. Maybe they should reconsider whether this is in any way customer-friendly... I've never seen anything like this at any other McDonald's. At least there's some consolation: the other employees were very friendly and kept the tables clean in no time.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I've never experienced having food thrown in my face at a McDonald's Drive-In. (October 8, 2025, 2:50 p.m., McDonald's Drive-In in Schönebeck) I didn't even get a response to an ironic "Thank you." This lady is out of place!!!

If I could only give zero stars, the staff forgot a lot of my order

The food and service were okay. But the tables outside weren't cleaned, and the trolley with the tablets and trash wasn't emptied. It could be better. The place wasn't crowded, and there were enough staff.

Great as always. The food was still hot and the lattice potatoes were crispy.

As I've noticed with several orders (unfortunately only at home), part of the order was missing.... When will they finally learn?

Recommended for electric car drivers, as EnBW charging stations are available next door. You can also walk your dog along the street, as there are plenty of green spaces and not just the concrete of a parking lot.

Ice cream was melted but tasted good

The food was mediocre, as always, but the restrooms were very dirty. Two of them were closed, and the other one didn't even have toilet paper. If I were going to eat here, I'd expect average hygiene standards.

We haven't been to McDonald's in a long time, and since my son was curious about the new Samurai Mac, we went there for my birthday. We got it and wanted a Big Caesar Salad, but they only had chicken salad. I got it anyway, and it cost €5.29. When I got home, I realized how awful the contents were: a bit of iceberg lettuce, two crushed beefsteak tomatoes, and a bit of chicken. And then the highlight. The Samurai Mac for €7.09, and what's so great about it? There's just as little on it as there was on my salad. I would have liked to attach a photo here, but I can imagine why they can't do that for McDonald's anymore. What was on it? Small bun, equally small burger meat, wafer-thin cheese, and a few onions with the sauce. It's not worth the price. I'll never go there again. After all, what's going on with McDonald's? They should be closing! Because I buy a cow there and get a field mouse. It's shameful!

McDonald's used to be a better place ☝🏼 but these days you really have to be careful what's in the bag, so it's always better to check. Things are often missing here. I've had this happen so many times, and it's really annoying. If the staff there are unqualified, please put someone else in charge of the packers. The quality isn't that good anymore either; the cheeseburger was missing a pickle, the Big Mac had no sauce, and so on...

Even one star is too much. Lately, this place has become a real dump. I only order via the app and pick up at the MC Drive-Thru (I can't be more specific than that). I've mixed up my meals several times, or forgotten burgers or something similar. It can't be right that you have to check your entire order, including the packaging. Ordered a Big Mac and Chicken Big Mac combo meal (personalized!). According to the sticker, everything was correct, except the Chicken Big Mac had beef patties on it. If you cut back on staff with apparently inadequate German skills... I don't know.

It's a shame that the tables and floor are so dirty in a nearly empty restaurant. And the food was carelessly thrown into boxes. The fries for our meals arrived almost 10 minutes late, and only after we asked. I find that pretty cheeky, considering how much food costs these days.

We went to McDonald's for the first time in a very long time, and it was definitely the last time. We couldn't find a single clean table, and the restaurant was empty. Nobody even wipes down the tables after use. The food took a while to prepare, but you thought it would at least be fresh. The food, if you can call it that, was truly disgusting. Nothing was fresh, everything was soggy, and the texture of the meat stuck to your teeth. We're cured; never going there again.

Orders are often incomplete and/or incorrect

Not even one star, bought dragon tongue ice cream and the extra dragon tongue bag was no longer there, no cooperative solutions offered, supposedly the promotion was only on offer for 3 days, no date specified and no AS LONG AS STOCKS LAST text.... It was easy and the answer was "ALL OF THE ITEMS" was dismissed.... That's it for the future

We waited a comparatively long time for a quick order of two 6-piece nuggets and an apple turnover. This may have been because they miscounted the nuggets several times and ultimately couldn't count to 6. Oh well, you can eat 11 nuggets...

We ordered today at 4:36 p.m. and picked up at the drive-thru. And the burger was MOLDY. The bun was full of mold. We only noticed it after taking a bite. The rest of the food also showed signs of mold and tasted really awful. We will never go to that McDonald's again and complain. Please don't eat there under any circumstances!

Hey, what was that?! I went to McDonald's with my boys, just wanting to treat myself, and then this happened. First, I waited forever, even though it was barely busy. Then the employee talked to me like I was stupid or annoying?! Just because I'm young? Are you serious? I asked for extra sauce in the most normal way, and she looked at me like I'd just stolen something from her. Such a disrespectful tone. I've never been treated so unkindly—to be honest, I feel really insulted. The food was also garbage. The burger was cold, the fries were soggy, and the Sprite tasted like nothing. If I'm going to pay for it, I at least don't want to be treated like a loser. McDonald's, pull yourselves together. That's not how you treat people. I'm out.

A very bad McDonald's. The service leaves a lot to be desired. You wait forever, even when the store is empty. You can tell the employees don't want to work. The store makes you feel very uncomfortable.

I can only give it one star; it was very crowded today. The front door was locked, and you could only get in via the patio. The employees seemed completely overwhelmed and had no system when packing the bags. A very long wait until the food was ready. Sorry, but that's not how I'm used to it. Bought the new ice cream today, and what can I say, it was way too expensive for what was in it. €3.99

Really bad...5 cheeseburgers forgotten, 1 wrap forgotten...was on pickup and not in the store. If you're not able to get the order right, you should consider changing your staff.

The restroom was very dirty...it was very crowded and it seemed as if the staff had no idea what was going on and were overwhelmed.

Went there especially with the kids because of the Minecraft menu. Toys were all. Children very sad. But you can still pay for the menu at full price, even without toys. Or you pay an additional €3. Beware of this store! A disaster in yellow and red – McDonald's Schönebeck is an imposition! Anyone who has used the McDonald's drive-thru in Schönebeck in the last six months has to be prepared for the worst: constantly forgetting items! I have placed my order here several times, paid dearly, and then discovered, at home or on the road, that something crucial was once again missing. This is not only annoying, but simply an impudence to pay for something that you never received! Absolute incompetence and lack of care seem to be the order of the day here. After the drive-thru drove me crazy several times, today I thought I'd try my luck in the restaurant so I could check the order on the spot. What a naive thought! I specifically ordered a burger WITHOUT cheese. What do I get? A burger with DOUBLE cheese! Not only is this the exact opposite of what I ordered, but it shows a complete ignorance of the customer's wishes and a shocking inattention on the part of the staff. It is unbelievable that a restaurant of such a chain cannot correctly fulfill the simplest orders. The work here is either sloppy or there is complete indifference towards the paying guests. Conclusion: If you value your time, money and nerves, you should avoid McDonald's in Schönebeck! The constant errors, ignorance of special requests and apparent inability to complete basic tasks are completely unacceptable. This store seems to have completely missed the concept of customer service and quality control. A straight 6 – bet! Not even worth a star. Something is constantly being forgotten. You buy a menu, spend money on it and in the end there are no toys in it because they are no longer available. Are you crazy? Can't you say that beforehand? When asked, people get cheeky

Went there with the grandchildren to try the Minecraft menu, unfortunately we didn't get it because you can only order it via the app. So we ordered the kids menu and a coffee with milk and a cappuccino. Both drinks were cold and the cappuccino only tasted like milk. There were no coffee spoons and unfortunately no plates for the cake either. It was very unclean on the men's toilet, no toilet box could be locked. So we definitely won't be going to this branch again.

The restaurant is as usual at MC, everything is great. However, I had another negative experience with a guest. My wife and I had eaten in this restaurant, then put our rubbish in the trolley provided and when we left the restaurant across the terrace I was literally called a “Nazi” by a female guest!!! I continued walking, to which her friend then said, “he didn’t hear that.” How did she decide that I was a Nazi? I naturally have short hair (semi-bald), wore a leather jacket and sunglasses. That was enough for this person to call me a Nazi. I never knew this person, never spoke a word to him or made any comments in any form. It alone shows how the political mood in this country is becoming more and more widespread. In addition, in the 30 years that I have been eligible to vote, I have not even voted for the relevant party.

I bought another bacon wrap this morning. When I removed the paper my wrap was completely torn and this isn't the first time something like this has happened. The question is why maybe the employees are just too lazy to do it right who knows.

The employee at the dive in doesn't react at all if you comment on something. You are simply ignored. Even though the store probably can't help it, the smells outside (around the store) are terrible.

Something is often missing. You have to check the bags immediately after receiving them to ensure they are complete, otherwise you will be annoyed at home.

We've been standing here for 15 minutes, bad service. Then they're cleaning upstairs, it's a good thing we didn't take any fries. Fries with cleaning supplies were delicious.
