It's a simple McDonald's branch. You won't be surprised by the food. The branch is sufficiently large, clean and tidy. There are enough parking spaces and service is fairly quick. The staff is friendly. All in all, an easy McDonald's experience. There is a small children's play area.

To our guests: We don't have McFrappe. The shake/ice cream machine is serviced on Tuesdays. So it can happen every Tuesday that there is no original/shake.

Unfortunately there was no frozen yogurt 😕

No matter what time of day, night or year you order there, I have never received an MC Frappè.

Regular McDonald's. Nice service, fast food. Not all employees' knowledge of German is really good, but that will certainly be the case.

Branch like any other. Staff semi friendly. Like every fourth branch, the milkshake machine is broken...

We paid €50.00 and I thank you for my missing 20 nuggets which were the most expensive and the cold fries the McDonald's was empty and they still can't manage it!!!!! Very Sad and Angry don't go there anymore

It's just mcs so you can't really say much.

We were at Mc D in SBK a few weeks ago, took away food, larger order (thank God the receipt was included), bag was a bit light, so checked in the parking lot and conclusion 4 burgers were missing. We also followed up without any problems. Went there again today, ordered and paid for 3 double cheeseburgers (unfortunately no receipt this time), unfortunately I didn't look in the bag this time either, nothing will go wrong with 3 burgers. At mom's house the conclusion: 1 burger was missing. I don't know if people are playing dumb there. Conclusion for us: Never there again.

Ordering by computer delayed everything and you had to wait a long time for your food. I would have drunk coffee too but after 10 minutes I left It was clean, people were nice..

At 9.50 a.m. almost everything was sold out and after 20 minutes they said they didn't have everything I ordered and were very unfriendly and the staff had to be replaced

The tables could be wiped down more often. Instead of throwing anything that has fallen under the table with your feet, quickly sweep it up. The relevant customers could also briefly inform the staff that they have dropped something, then the problem would certainly be resolved quickly.

If you get the dirt from the table on your body and the staff says please, it's a mess and you're thrown out of the slide at 17

It's not getting any better... McDonald's just isn't what it used to be.

It's really improved. Fries are still really hot 😋 The branch is relatively clean. I can't say anything about the toilets (I didn't have to). Every now and then you wait longer for your food. Gladly again!

Mcce's stop. If you're lucky, you'll get hot food. However, it is often the case that the fries are only lukewarm and do not taste good. The terminals for ordering are difficult to use and often fail. Sometimes a few things are missing from an order, but they can be clarified without any problems with the staff, who have always been friendly. Otherwise the food is good.

When the number of visitors increases, the staff seems to be overwhelmed, which leads to very long waiting times. (for multiple visits)

Was threatened with beatings by an employee after he repeatedly put a cup back on the floor and kicked it with his street shoes. 03/11/24. 5:35 p.m. Something like that should be terminated immediately without notice!!!!

Dirty toilets, dirty tables, dirty floor, orders forgotten, backlog.

We were there for the third time today and again we didn't have everything in it even though everything was on the checkout bong, there were always at least two things missing, a real juice shop and the cream on the whole is if you say something that's missing you can't get it, you could have hidden it and gets stupid sayings, that was the last time.

McDonald's, like McDonald's. I don't come here often, but sometimes I come for a burger 🙌🏼

Once again the ice cream machine is out of order...it's absolutely no longer worth taking the kids out for a Mc Flurry

Everything was almost perfect, except for the burger buns. They don't taste at all anymore, just like flour. In addition, the dough sticks to your teeth. I used to taste better at McDonalds

The good thing here was that almost everything we ordered was on the tray, unfortunately the sauces were forgotten, but the food was warm, something we've experienced differently elsewhere. The staff was friendly and had a smile on their faces, something you don't find everywhere at Meces.

Check your orders! Three cheeseburgers were missing, again... either sauces or the apples or the toys are missing. I'd rather continue on to Magdeburg. I almost wouldn't give the store a title. Apparently only skilled workers work there. impossible

Bestellung MC Drive war mehrfach nicht vollständig. Pommes waren derart versalzen. 15.01. 19.44Uhr

Sobald eine Bestellung mehr wie ein Burger beträgt, fählt die Hälfte. Zu einem Menü gehören Pommes!!! Ist das echt zu schwer für euch? Unbrauchbares Personal. 40 Euro bezahlt für nichts, bie wieder!!!

Ich wollte nicht hier Online bestellen, schlechte Erfahrung gesammelt! leider hat meine App den MC ausgewählt und Stornieren wollte ich dann auch nicht mehr. Bei den letzten Bestellungen musste ich min. 20min warten und immer fehlte etwas von der Bestellung, was sehr nervig ist und kalt war das Essen dann auch schon. Heute wurde unser Besuch übertroffen, fast 25min. am MC Drive bis zur Bestellung (Code) dann nochmal 20min. bis zur Ausgabe und dann fehlten noch die 20er Chicken Mc Nuggets! Also fast 60min. warten weil drinnen ja nicht besser. Ich bin so enttäuscht von diesem Laden und sicherlich auch andere, die leider keine Bewertung schreiben. Das war heute mein letzter Besuch. MC am Werner von Siemensring ist 100x besser. Das Managment ist sicherlich schuld, denn der Fisch stinkt immer erst am Kopf!!!

Soweit war alles in Ordnung. Was nicht so prickelnd war, war die Lautstärke der Schichtverantwortlichen. Sie hat die Mitarbeiter vor der Kundschaft belehrt.

Zu kalt, Tische dreckig, Toiletten kein Handtuchpapier.. Gäste sitzen in Jacken, Cheeseburger nicht frisch

Leider wurde meine Bestellung etappenweise zubereitet sodass es über 5 Minuten gedauert hat bis der letzte Burger kam..... Man kann aber das Küchenpersonal keinen Vorwurf machen sondern die Leitung die sich lieber mit Pausengesprächen beschäftigte statt hinten auszuhelfen. Mittlerweile nimmt es hier überhand das hier einiges schief läuft

Es ist hier oft ein Glücksspiel, manchmal hat man richtig gutes Essen und einen tollen Service. Es gibt aber auch viele Tage an denen es leider nicht so richtig klappt. Es empfiehlt sich die Bestellung auf Vollständigkeit vor Ort zu prüfen.

Gibt bessere aber auch schlechtere MC'es.

Leider durch ständig neues ungelerntes Personal nimmt die Qualität ab. Beim Drive lieber Inhalt checken bevor man weiterfährt. Wegen den Kindern besuchen wir den Laden, irgendwas zieht sie an. Update Personal ist sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank

It was a great experience. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The best part is that they speak both German and English, which is a blessing for foreign travellers like me.

Könnte alles in allem Sauberer sein, die Hygiene hat leider drastisch nachgelassen, seit Corona. Hauptsache die Preise steigen weiter!!!

Die Bestellung wurde schnell bearbeitet. Zum Glück haben wir im Auto kontrolliert ob alles da ist.. Natürlich haben alle Soßen gefehlt. Also wieder rein. Dort standen die Mitarbeiter fast alle zusammen und haben erzählt. Als ich nach den fehlenden Soßen fragte, wurde ich doof angeguckt. Daraufhin wurde etwas gesagt was ich nicht verstanden habe & eine Mitarbeiterin meinte nur "das stimmt doch garnicht" Als ich nachfragte ob ich die Bestellung wieder rein holen soll und ob es ihr ernst sei mich gerade als Lügnerin darzustellen meinte eine andere nur das war spaßig gemeint.... fand das nur leider so garnicht zum lachen.... Vielleicht sollten die jüngeren Mitarbeiter in Sachen Freundlichkeit bzw. kundenzufriedenheit nochmal geschult werden....

Wir sind gern hier, nicht immer, aber immer öfter. Meine Empfehlung ist das Frühstück. Gratulation auch zum Umbau vom MC Drive, so geht es schneller und man hat mehr Platz, um z.B. mit einem Transporter und Anhänger zu driven .

Nettes Personal, schnelle Bedienung

Es ist halt der einzige MC Donalds in der Nähe. Viele Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, werden aber ziemlich oft harsch angefahren von der Leitung vor Ort, was man vor Kundschaft einfach nicht macht.

Guter Service, freundliches Personal und sogar Blümchen auf den Tischen. Bei unserem Besuch haben wir nicht lange gewartet und es war alles sauber, früher war es hier mal nicht so schön aber hat sich geändert.

Alles sauber. Leider kein Frühstücksangebot mehr. An den Tischen gibt es keine Steckdose wie in anderen Filialen bereits vorhanden. Dennoch ist das sitzen hier angenehm und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und schnell. Der Tischservice wird angeboten und kann auch genutzt werden.

Ich habe ebend etwas bestellt komme Zuhause an und es ist nur die Hälfte in der Tüte.. Umsonst Geld ausgegeben. Das Mädchen nahm die Bestellung entgegen. Rechnung nicht ausgestellt. Burger wurde gestohlen Möglicherweise werden mehr Arbeitskräfte benötigt. Diese Leute sind zu müde

Essen ist ganz gut. Nur das ewige Piepen von der Essensherstellung nervt.

Ich weiß nicht was mit mecces zur Zeit los ist, aber es sollte sich unbedingt was ändern. Das Personal vergisst fast bei jeder Bestellung Artikel dir dort rein gehören. Bzw wirken sie ziemlich gestresst oder genervt. Die Tische sind fast immer dreckig oder kleben. Das schlimmste war das mein Essen vergessen worden ist bei einer groß Bestellung... die Managerin war aber sehr tolerant. Nur blöd das ich danach 1 Tage mit magenschmerzen und Übelkeit im Bett lag.

Sehr voll Personal etwas überfordert

Eigentlich mag ich Mac Donalds doch ,diesmal gefiel es mir nicht erst kommt das Essen ziemlich spät ,dann wird ne Cola vergessen und erst 1h später nachgeliefert, wo ich schon längst fertig war.

Der Service war schnell und höflich, leider vetrage ich seit geraumer Zeit das Essen bei allen MC Donalds Filialen nicht mehr gut... Es liegt mir sehr lange sehr schwer im Magen und das war bis vor 3 Jahren nicht so. Ich steig wohl komplett auf andere Dinge um.

Computergestützte Bestellung. Nette und freundliche Bedienung!

Schon etwas älterer McDonalds. Immer gut besucht. Service und Essen sind ok. Wir haben hier noch nie negative Erfahrungen gemacht. Der Milchshake ist hier so wie sein soll: Schön kalt, dabei nicht zu flüssig - mit Gehirnfrostgarantie 😉.

Nur den Mc Drive benutzt. 2 Autos vor mir und 15 Minuten Wartezeit bis zur Bestellung. 7 Weitere bis zum Erhalt der Speisen. Burger werden gefühlt immer winziger.

Geschmacklich sind die Burger jetzt besser! Dafür sind die jungen Angestellten komplett überfordert. Wir waren vormittags da und wir waren die einzigen Gäste, dennoch mußten wir für zwei Burger über 10 Minuten warten. Meine Frau war vorher noch auf der Toilette und sie war entsetzt über die Sauberkeit. Vor der Eingangstür lagen zwei Müllsäcke und Bierflaschen. Naja, wie ich anfangs schon geschrieben hatte, die Angestellten standen komplett unter Stress. (Da ja zwei Kunden da waren)
