I do not recommend this restaurant. When you came in it smelled very musty. The waitress took our order straight away (we were the only ones) and the food arrived 15 minutes later. As a restaurant that calls itself a steakhouse, you shouldn't serve frozen meat. The schnitzel was a joke and very carelessly prepared. The cheeseburger looked good, but the patty was overcooked and the texture was rubbery. The waitress basically stood behind us the whole time and watched us. We paid far too much money for far too little performance and quality. Never again.
The food was good as always, but I don't like the fact that the cookies I ordered were completely forgotten and when they were brought out, the number ordered wasn't delivered.
The service was very listless and unfriendly. I wanted to order the menu with matjes, Sylter sauce and a drink at 2 p.m. I asked kindly if I could have normal potatoes instead of the fried potatoes. The saleswoman answered me that they make them at 6 p.m. and it wouldn't make sense to make new potatoes. She offered me the fried potatoes again, which were swimming in fat and looked anything but appetizing. Dear Nordsee Neustadt. Please be a little friendlier and pays attention to the quality of the food.
For me personally there are no further visits there. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the store either.
I have been a long-time fan of IKEA and have shopped in IKEA stores in many countries.
However, I have repeatedly had negative experiences with customer service in restaurants here, which I am very disappointed with.
On several visits I was treated very unfriendly by the cashiers. Although I don't want to associate the situation with my Asian heritage, after so many negative experiences, it's hard for me not to think about it.

Pizza was really the worst we've ever had and they completely forgot the salad and then it came again, it was also totally disgusting...just like the potato wedges...bad bad bad that we ordered on March 2nd, 2025. There should be 0 stars...absolutely not recommended
The fries we got were completely frozen.
The kebab was only filled with meat and a small layer of lettuce at the top, outside of the bread.
The worker there didn't say a word and only signaled something with a head sign and miscalculated by a euro too much when paying.
Never again!

I think the salmon roll is very tasty, but it is also expensive having to pay €5 for a roll. I've always found the service to be nice so far, so overall everything is good.
Today, on [03/19/2025] at 12:40 p.m., I was in your “Burger My” branch and had a very unpleasant experience with one of your employees. I politely asked for an email address to apply to you. However, the employee in question, who was wearing glasses, reacted extremely unfriendly.
He told me in an inappropriate tone that he was the "owner" and would not give me an email address. He also said that your company has no sales, does not need any staff and has already laid off employees. His behavior towards me was disrespectful and unprofessional. Even if this information is true, it is unacceptable to speak this way to a potential candidate or client.
I ask you to take this incident seriously and take appropriate action. Treating customers and interested parties with respect should be a given.
