Outrageous prices!! Super small portions with prices that are way too high! Unfriendly staff! Too bad for this place

The negative reviews don't match the experience we had. We had a farmer's breakfast, venison bratwurst with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut as well as venison meatballs with savoy cabbage. All three dishes tasted great and were freshly prepared. Plus the magnificent view! The two young men in service were friendly, attentive and tried hard (admittedly it wasn't empty, but it wasn't really full either). The prices are absolutely within the normal range.

Both the main courses (especially the cheeseburger) and the waffles (I love them with applesauce and cream) are very tasty and offered at fair prices.

Subterranean poor food quality and expensive.

We were loyal customers for years, ordered there regularly and were satisfied for a long time. Unfortunately, “bad experiences” have been piling up again and again over the last few months. Delivery of wrong dishes, extremely long waiting times and unfriendly behavior on the phone and also from the delivery person, all of this has happened to us the last few times. Today we have been waiting again for 2 1/2 hours after it was said that we would have to expect 1 to a maximum of 1.5 hours. We gave it several chances because we were really impressed with the taste, but now we've reached a point where we're just disappointed. It's a shame, but unfortunately we will now look for an alternative.
