Da wir Zöliakie haben und selten glutenfreie Imbisse mit Pommes finden, wo nichts anderes frittiert wird, sind wir dankbar hier eine sofort freundliche Bedienung gefunden zu haben, die sich gleich auskennt, ohne komische Blicke ❤️🍀

Kann man machen, die Pommes sind okay. Der Preis hoch, hängt wahrscheinlich mit der Lage zusammen. Die Selbstgefälligkeit des Service erklären wir uns auch mit der Lage, die Hexenwaffel hat in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft keine Konkurrenz.

Die Pommes konnte man essen. Als ich aber nachfragte, weil es keine Bratwurst an dem Stand gab wo es Currywurst gibt, welche Wurst da genommen wird verzichtete ich, weil es hier nur Bockwurst statt Bratwurst zur Currysauce gibt. Daraufhin bekam ich von einem älteren Herren der dort arbeitet zu hören: "Dann müssen sie da bleiben wo sie her kommen wenn es ihnen nicht passt." Ich war in keinster Weise unfreundlich oder respektlos. Daher verstehe ich die Reaktion nicht. EDIT: Ich habe mich auch in keinster Weise abfällig über die Currywurst geäußert. Ich sagte nur zu meinem Schwager das eine Currywurst für mich mit Bratwzrst gemacht wird. Mag halt keine Bockwurst. Einzig der Mitarbeiter (oder Inhaber) war respektlos, beleidigend und... ich muss es leider sagen: Rassistisch. Übrigens komme ich nicht aus dem Rheinland (das war seine Vermutung). Passende Antwort? Rassismus? Ich weiß ja nicht...

The bratwurst was great😁 Of course, the friendliness of the bratwurst owner took some getting used to, especially if you're not from Baden🤣 The price was also perfectly reasonable. There was even an opportunity to ride a pony🤔 Apart from the bratwurst, we didn't have anything there since we still wanted to go to the viewpoints and the Hexentanzplatz😅 It was very busy, though. However, it closed quite early (we arrived around 5 p.m. to catch the train back down)🤔 It was a good Sunday, maybe that's why. All in all, a solid snack bar, at least for the one we used😅

Both the main courses (especially the cheeseburger) and the waffles (I love them with applesauce and cream) are very tasty and offered at fair prices.

Never experienced such stupidly cheeky staff. The one with the ponies and the bratwurst seller is simply cheeky.

Ouch, someone here doesn't really want tourists. 😅 A little tip, maybe change industry. The waffles are really good, but they don't console the bad feeling that the staff is totally annoyed. Then it's better to walk a few meters further.

The tastiest waffles around, if you like something a little heartier you will also get your money's worth, from bratwurst, burgers, stew to the classic currywurst fries, no wish is left unfulfilled. The staff is always very friendly and available for a little chat.

It takes ages to get the waffel, just for it to taste like cardboard. Even the « sugar and cinnamon » taste like nothing.

Classic snack bar on the Upper Selketal to the Hexentanzplatz. Whether bockwurst or currywurst, the prices are very fair. Had a waffle and drinks. Friendly service and the waffle was delicious!

Very tasty waffles and perfectly grilled sausages. My respect for the gentleman at the grill, who answered directions from inquiring visitors almost every minute with peace of mind.... 😅

Yesterday we ate bratwurst at the grill (entrance to the snack bar). The unfriendliness was hard to beat; customers are not welcome here. The bratwurst wasn't fully grilled yet, but was sold. Maybe there should be an introduction, topics would be: 1. How do I deal with customers and why do I need them? Maybe they'll bring the money that the Bratwurst Man lives on. He doesn't know. 2. What do I do with the bratwurst so that the customer is satisfied and the animal doesn't die in vain. 3. How do I ensure a pleasant atmosphere for customers during work breaks? These would be simple and sales-increasing points that this “seller” would have to learn and implement. However, I don't trust him to be able to work in a customer-oriented manner 🤔🤨

Phew, it's difficult to pay 5 euros for a "normal" bratwurst given the quality and service...

My children really enjoyed the waffles! The burger was great, the currywurst too! The plate was empty within minutes!!! Very nice owners too! Would recommend it!!!

The worst waffle and coffee I have ever had….

The waffle was totally salty, not sweet at all and didn't taste good. In addition, the coffee was totally watery and the currywurst stand closed shortly before 5.

I was very happy that the waffle bakery was still open. Due to the current major renovation of the Hexentanzplatz, it was a little adventure to get there. But in the end I was rewarded. I'll be back.
