The best Greek restaurant in town. Everything is just right here. Friendly, attentive staff, and special requests are always accommodated. Children are also welcome. You can't go wrong with takeout here either! Hopefully, this continues for a long time!
Food okay, but service not customer-oriented. Unfortunately, quantity counts over quality here. Tables are not allowed to be pushed together - for reasons that are unclear - so that groups have to sit uncomfortably apart. Each small bowl of sauce is charged extra... Everything is very inflexible unfortunately! Too bad!
Normally we head to Bremerhaven from Dorum, but today we were in Cuxhaven again and for the first time in the Osteria la Fenice. We each treated ourselves to the 4-course menu with wine accompaniment and were not disappointed. Great taste combinations with high-quality, mostly home-made or regional products in an interesting and exciting menu, with very friendly and courteous service in a relaxed and modern atmosphere - we are thrilled and will definitely be visiting here more often.
If you would like to try authentic and really good Italian cuisine far away from the usual tourist restaurants in Cuxhaven, you should definitely pay a visit to this small osteria.
Very good Italian restaurant.
The food was incredibly delicious.
Super friendly service.
Very clean.
Full marks for value for money.
I'd go back anytime.
Perfect fish buffet on Good Friday
Although both rooms were fully occupied, the service ran smoothly and was very friendly. Very tasty fish, very good side dishes, great dessert. Both rooms stylish and cozy. Everything perfect!
We ate here twice during our vacation and loved it. The service is very friendly and accommodating. The fish is highly recommended and the salad is also fresh and delicious. Finally, espresso and an old apricot.
Many thanks to the beach house team
We went there because of the “Google rating” and didn’t regret it! The steak plate was great and filling!! Great fried potatoes and great bacon beans. The service was very attentive and courteous, even though we were actually there out of season (February).
Will definitely come back again.
Very nice, small and cozy restaurant. Additionally a huge selection of gin.
The food is really excellent and authentic.
Both of our fish dishes were very tasty, prepared to perfection and seasoned very well.
The desserts were also excellent.
The owner is super friendly, helpful and is happy to answer any questions about the dishes, the wines on the ceiling or conjures up super interesting and delicious gin and tonic creations.
This restaurant was stop #4 this week during our corporate events week. Monday (Trattoria Veneta), Tuesday (Björn's Beach), Wednesday (El Continho) and Today Don Quijote. And it was the best evening tonight. Big compliments to the friendly and warm service, wonderful ambience, great atmosphere and super delicious food. A really successful visit to the restaurant with around 40 guests. It will certainly have a permanent place in our annual week of events in the future. 5 out of 5 stars more than justified!
