Very unfriendly staff. Long waiting times. If you ask where the food is, you get pat answers. First and last time there.

We enjoyed a great dinner at Blauths. The food was very, very tasty, the staff and service were great. The ambience is also very appealing, with a great view of the sea. We liked it so much that we will eat there again on our last day of vacation. It's best to reserve a table for the evening as it is always very busy. That probably speaks for itself 😃 Have fun and enjoy your meal 🍽️🍷

Unfortunately, the fried potatoes were cold and we didn't like them either. The fish, three types of herring, was good. However, we would have liked more onions. Paying was difficult because the young man couldn't turn on the computer. We sat outside in a rustic place, sheltered from the wind

Nice sea view, nice atmosphere. The staff is friendly. We've had it here every now and then for years, it's delicious but unfortunately the price keeps rising as the portions get smaller and smaller. In the future it's just a matter of having the roll on hand.

Any time! When the weather was great, we spontaneously ordered a few drinks in a comfortable lounge chair - very attentive and friendly service from the two brothers, even though it was really full. Later we ate some delicious fish on the terrace: panfish (and the mustard sauce) and pollack were of very good quality. The bread with dip is also recommended as a starter. We were also served very well here. Overall conclusion: you can linger here; We will definitely come back next time we visit Sahlenburg!

It was okay, the pulled pork burger arrived cold after half an hour. The staff could be a little more attentive and the beer is just so bad in terms of taste. Otherwise the burger was very tasty and I won't come here again😁

Unfortunately, the service at Blauths has declined significantly over the course of the season. I had to wait 25 minutes to be able to place an order and another 20 minutes to be able to pay according to my expressed request. Only the beautiful view of the mudflats compensated me.

We were there today around 11:30 a.m. we just wanted something to drink, The conditions came quickly to take our order, since the menu said currywurst with rolls, my husband couldn't resist so he ordered drinks and currywurst. Our drinks came quite quickly and the currywurst about 10 minutes later, it tasted ok, but nothing more. Ok for a quick snack.

We ate here almost every day because we really liked it. All dishes were very good. The service was friendly and accommodating. The ambience is also good, with a view of the sea. Can be recommended at any time.

Good location, friendly staff. But hamburgers e.g. B. and drinks too expensive. Hamburger rolls disappointed, not a hint of salad or anything similar and fries cost extra for the high price.

Get a table on the terrace with a sea view on a sunny evening. Staff was super friendly, attentive and quick. Both when ordering, as well as when serving and paying. Both meals (fish platter with North Sea crabs) and redfish were excellent. Nicely presented with salad, fried potatoes and dip. Only one dessert on the menu (waffles with cookies and vanilla ice cream. But very tasty. A very nice location.

Flexibility and service are my top priority and lead to the 5 stars. My fish sandwich had been on display for a while and was therefore no longer completely fresh - okay - that's just before 6 p.m. The other fish roll (fried fish) was freshly prepared, was generous in size and tasty. What is particularly noteworthy, however, is that we later got two more Alster "togo". Unfortunately, this service is not normal in Germany and that is why I mention it here. Thanks!

Really highly recommended. There's really good service here (blankets if you're cold, an employee is always on hand quickly, ....) everything here is very child-friendly and dogs are allowed too :) and there's also a beautiful view of the sea. Fish sandwiches and quick snacks are also available to take with you to the beach. I would love to come back every year.

I've eaten much better. Portions lukewarm and manageable. Is only suitable for a beer in passing.

The waiters were very friendly, accommodating and also very quick with the drinks. The food order (six dishes for us) was also prepared very quickly and was very tasty! Especially in the evening there is a beautiful view of the North Sea, the island of Neuwerk and some kite surfers. To be on the safe side, a table should be booked in advance.

We've been there several times now, the food was delicious and the best Aperol so far in Cuxhaven

You can hardly eat better here in Cuxhaven - Sahlenburg. It was a perfect evening to end a lovely week on the North Sea. We'll definitely be back.

Get a table quickly without a reservation. The fries were the highlight, for me the best fries I have ever eaten! Employees were very accommodating and friendly.

The food is delicious. Unfortunately, many of the ingredients for the cocktails shown on the menu were not available. The cocktail itself was ok but definitely not a must!

Also ideal for those of us who work on laptops! I had called beforehand to be on the safe side and asked whether I could stay seated longer with my laptop etc. Directly: “Of course!” And off we went. With a perfect view, super friendly service and free WiFi, I sat at the table for a full 6 hours without any stupid comments or anything like that. Top! Clear recommendation not only to holidaymakers but also to students, home officers, etc. I'd love to come back!

We were sooo hungry after a long journey... and we ate so divinely there, just before it closed of the restaurant.....that's what I call business acumen and satisfactory customer service.....This will be my regular restaurant.....

Location is everything. Otherwise really average cuisine and slow service. Nothing that makes me want to come back. BUT: After my disappointment a few months ago, an update in fairness. We've eaten there twice over Pentecost. Panfish and pollack fillet, both delicious. Beers are generously poured and, above all, nice, friendly service, which tries to fulfill the guests' wishes even under stress. You can definitely go there, we will definitely come again...

We ordered a fried fish in a roll and the sea cone. You can save yourself that food unless you like it very greasy, the deep fryer seems to work very well. The view is very nice, the service seemed overwhelmed.

Just great!!!! Friendly staff and a nice welcome. The ambience is not overloaded, but also not so minimal that you get the feeling that the restaurant is still in the final stages of being furnished. Here you can feel comfortable. And then the food.....great 😋 Delicious. We have already eaten at various restaurants in Sahlenburg and Blauths is the first choice for us. Price/performance is right. Big praise and full stars. Keep it up.

A normal portion of fries costs €5, but you also pay for the view. Fries could have used more seasoning. I had chilli cheese fries with jalapenios, it was spicy as expected, but not worth the €8. But you're at the holiday destination and you had a nice view, then you ignore the prices.

We were there twice and were served very friendly and quickly both times. There are two vegan dishes (burger and potato waffle) that are really delicious!

Leckeres Essen, schöne Aussicht

"Classic" fish offer, my special request was fulfilled, the food was very good; the service was very accommodating.

We ate there twice during our fall vacation. Food was good. Unfortunately, some projects were no longer available as the season ends on November 1st, 2023. Which was therefore understandable. We liked it and probably nowhere else can you watch the magnificent sunset better than there. We'll come again.

Very friendly service, our food: sweet potato fries with a very tasty mango sauce and the tasty pulled salmon burger were served very quickly. Great ambience with a view of the mudflats. We will definitely come back to try other delicious dishes from the menu.

Erst draussen im Strandkorb ein Bierchen genossen und anschließend drinnen mit Blick auf's Meer richtig lecker gegessen! Die Karte ist abwechslungsreich und kreativ, das Ambiente modern und gemütlich, der Service authentisch & herzlich! Wir kommen wieder!! Danke für einen tollen Abend! Maren & Micha

Sitze gerade hier. Der Chef weist alle freundlich darauf hin , dass es die nächste Stunde nix zu Essen gibt . Weil Mittags zu viel los war . Lokal ist schon wieder voll . Akzeptieren alle 👍. Der Ton macht die Musik . Super lage und lecker Essen. Komme vielleicht morgen nochmal.

Lecker und super nettes aufmerksame Bedienungen

Mitarbeiter schnauzen sich vor kunden an, essen war bei mir okay (pommes ohne mayo bekommen, fischburger war lecker). Meine freundin hatte Tintenfisch mit remoulade und "baguette" ( ein halbes trockenes Brötchen). Der frittierte Tintenfisch war schon kalt und schmeckte nach standard TK ware. Portionsgröße war auch lächerlich für den Preis. Aber der Ausblick ist schön.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Preise sind einem Tourismusgebiet entsprechend, vergleichsweise aber noch günstig. Das Restaurant befindet sich direkt am Deich. Blick aufs Wattenmeer und bei entsprechendem Wetter sogar bis zur Insel Neuwerk garantiert. Es bietet ca. jeweils 30 bediente Plätze drinnen und draußen. Zudem gibt es einen überdachten ToGo-/Selbstbedienungs-Bereich mit einigen weiteren Sitzgelegenheiten. Personal ist freundlich. An die direkte Art muss sich der eine oder andere Gast aber womöglich gewöhnen. War unser Lieblingslokal während unseres Urlaubs in Sahlenburg!

Sehr zu Empfehlen 😊tolle Lage, gemütliche Atmosphäre, sehr nettes Personal und mega leckeres Essen. Wir waren von der Fischsuppe sehr begeistert, aber auch vom leckeren Fisch und den Tintenfischstreifen. Meine Tochter hatte einen Burger und meinte es ist der beste den sie je hatte😊 Preislich top und wir hatten keine langen Wartezeiten. Wir kommen immer wieder gern.
