Fantastic, right by the sea. Very well portioned meals and very tasty. The crab roll, pollock platter and the roast bass platter were perfect in terms of taste. Particularly worth mentioning was the service, which was very friendly and attentive. Thank you very much :)))))))

Simply great, great view of the North Sea. The staff sometimes have a cheeky saying on their lips which makes it all the more comfortable. They try to make everything possible. Thanks for the great evening yesterday. 👌

Nice welcome, cozy with a sea view. The food was very good, especially the sherry matjes, which I have never eaten so well anywhere else. We would love to come back 😊 Addendum: two days later I ate rolls with sherry matjes and fish cake...very good 👌

Experienced in summer: The good location and the friendly staff are positive. But negatively the hamburger with the bun that is not suitable for a hamburger. Fries must be ordered and paid for separately. Price level high. Will this critical but true review be presented as “slander” by the person being reviewed and deleted by Google?

It doesn't take many words, go and enjoy!! The pasta has become our highlight!! A nice place to end the day on vacation, whether indoors or outdoors!! Thank you, we'll be back!

Delicious fish sandwiches and more with a great view of the sea.

I treated myself to the chicken burger to take away...the burger was so fresh and just so delicious...

So the food is solid, nothing extraordinary but classics that you would expect on the coast if you want something quick to eat. Kibbelinge, fries, shrimps, fish in various variations but nothing unusual. Also burgers and a lot for non-fish eaters. Even a selection for vegetarians and vegans. Price-performance is ok. What really scores is the location with a sea view and directly behind the beach. So if you're in Sahlenburg, definitely take a look.

Very friendly service, delicious food (pollock fillet, fries, rump steak and fried potatoes) and large portions. We really liked it, especially the beautiful terrace.

Pulled pork burger and fries.... luckily I visited Blauths the day before departure and left the restaurant full and completely satisfied! Don't miss the chance too! 😊

Wonderful cocktails, nice to sit with a view of the North Sea. Worth recommending. Price performance perfect. I can't comment on the food. But from what you can tell from other guests, it should be very tasty and even fantastic.

Simply delicious... Plus attentive service and a great view of the Wadden Sea. Particularly recommended: the burgers and the fish dishes including the fish rolls. Positive: many dishes only cost a little more than ten euros. For me, the fried fish roll is in the top 10 on the entire coast.

We were in Sahlenburg for the first time at the dog beach at the weekend and then at Blauths Essen on Saturday and Sunday and we were really excited 🙏🥳👍 Super friendly service and the food was top 👍👍👍 I had the potato waffles with salmon (I can totally recommend it☝️💯), my mother-in-law had the fish platter and my husband had the herring with fried potatoes...it was great👍 The price-performance ratio is also tip top👍 Can really recommend it ☝️💯👍.....we'll definitely be back🤗

Perfect place for families when the weather is nice. Play area with Kettcar and building blocks. There is a kiddy box with a drink, toys and lollipops.

Mega beautiful location with direct sea views. The food is super delicious and there is something for every taste. There is a cute KiddyBox for children. Very good value for money. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! My absolute favorite restaurant in Sahlenburg with the best Aperol Spritz. It's also worth taking a walk there from Duhnen.

We had to ask for our bill three times. By the way: Please don't order this hamburger that I ordered. Grade: Poor.

You can't go wrong with fries and drinks. The location is much nicer inside than outside, but the view is great.

Are no longer so satisfied. Unfortunately, staff seem increasingly stressed and therefore often unsympathetic. The waiting times are quite long and it's not very clean either. The food is what it is and is certainly ok for the majority of guests. Drinks are solid and the gastro prices are also reasonable. The best thing about the restaurant is the location and it is quite pleasant to end the day when there are no food residues on the glass or hair in the glass.

We went there 5 times during a week's vacation in Sahlenburg because the food was delicious, the service was friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was great! Absolutely recommended!

If you want to eat delicious fish, this is the place for you. The service is top and the food is a culinary delight. We ate there 3 times in our 5 day stay. Whether you just want a quick fried fish sandwich or a shrimp roll or a nice dinner with the family, you've come to the right place. This restaurant will be our first stop on our next visit to the North Sea.

We have a table for 8 people at short notice! When we arrived we had a great table with a view of the sea. The food and service were simply top. The service was very accommodating, nice and just in a good mood! We can really only recommend the restaurant and would be happy to come back.

We ate here 3 times in our 9 day stay. Think that says it all. All fish dishes are super tasty. The service was also excellent and the view is simply fantastic

Was pleasantly surprised by the fried fish, large portion, with fries and HOME-MADE tartar sauce🤤🤤 I don't normally like tartar sauce, but it was great!! Fish was crispy, juicy, fresh. Delicious! We ate at Blauths today. The food was super good. The service was very nice and the atmosphere was great, with a view of the North Sea. We will definitely eat there again.

The food tastes fresh and visually it doesn't appear to be any canned ingredients. The waitresses are on point, drinks arrive quickly and are reordered quickly so you're happy to stay for one or two more beers👍🏻

The food was great, the potato waffles are very tasty and everyone can find something on the menu. Sea view guaranteed. Music is okay and service is good too. We felt comfortable and were even able to move around since the table in front of the door and counter was already quite quickly... Thank you 🍀

We enjoyed a great dinner at Blauths. The food was very, very tasty, the staff and service were great. The ambience is also very appealing, with a great view of the sea. We liked it so much that we will eat there again on our last day of vacation. It's best to reserve a table for the evening as it is always very busy. Nice sea view, nice atmosphere. The staff is friendly. We've had it here every now and then for years, it's delicious but unfortunately the price keeps rising as the portions get smaller and smaller. In the future it's just a matter of having the roll on hand.

Any time! When the weather was great, we spontaneously ordered a few drinks in a comfortable lounge chair - very attentive and friendly service from the two brothers, even though it was really full. Later we ate some delicious fish on the terrace: panfish (and the mustard sauce) and pollack were of very good quality. The bread with dip is also recommended as a starter. We were also served very well here. Overall conclusion: you can linger here; We will definitely come back next time we visit Sahlenburg!

It was okay, the pulled pork burger arrived cold after half an hour. The staff could be a little more attentive and the beer is just so bad in terms of taste. Otherwise the burger was very tasty and I won't come here again😁

Unfortunately, the service at Blauths has declined significantly over the course of the season. I had to wait 25 minutes to be able to place an order and another 20 minutes to be able to pay according to my expressed request. Only the beautiful view of the mudflats compensated me.

We were there today around 11:30 a.m. we just wanted something to drink, The conditions came quickly to take our order, since the menu said currywurst with rolls, my husband couldn't resist so he ordered drinks and currywurst. Our drinks came quite quickly and the currywurst about 10 minutes later, it tasted ok, but nothing more. Ok for a quick snack.

We ate here almost every day because we really liked it. All dishes were very good. The service was friendly and accommodating. The ambience is also good, with a view of the sea. Can be recommended at any time.

A clear and therefore great quality menu with fresh ingredients. Despite the summer holidays, the waiting time was great, the staff were very friendly and attentive and also happy to have fun. Reasonably priced for a tourist area.

Flexibility and service are my top priority and lead to the 5 stars. My fish sandwich had been on display for a while and was therefore no longer completely fresh - okay - that's just before 6 p.m. The other fish roll (fried fish) was freshly prepared, was generous in size and tasty. What is particularly noteworthy, however, is that we later got two more Alster "togo". Unfortunately, this service is not normal in Germany and that is why I mention it here. Thanks!

Get a table on the terrace with a sea view on a sunny evening. Staff was super friendly, attentive and quick. Both when ordering, as well as when serving and paying. Both meals (fish platter with North Sea crabs) and redfish were excellent. Nicely presented with salad, fried potatoes and dip. Only one dessert on the menu (waffles with cookies and vanilla ice cream. But very tasty. A very nice location.

Really highly recommended. There's really good service here (blankets if you're cold, an employee is always on hand quickly, ....) everything here is very child-friendly and dogs are allowed too :) and there's also a beautiful view of the sea. Fish sandwiches and quick snacks are also available to take with you to the beach. I would love to come back every year.

I've eaten much better. Portions lukewarm and manageable. Is only suitable for a beer in passing.

The waiters were very friendly, accommodating and also very quick with the drinks. The food order (six dishes for us) was also prepared very quickly and was very tasty! Especially in the evening there is a beautiful view of the North Sea, the island of Neuwerk and some kite surfers. To be on the safe side, a table should be booked in advance.

You can hardly eat better here in Cuxhaven - Sahlenburg. It was a perfect evening to end a lovely week on the North Sea. We'll definitely be back.
