We were there for the first time with 3 people shortly before New Year's Eve. Although it was quite busy, the waiting time was absolutely fine at 25 minutes. We had kale, schnitzel and roulade. All 2 dishes were prepared to perfection and very tasty. We'll definitely be back! 👍

Stylish restsurant with a rustic ambience. We were there on a Sunday and had made a reservation by phone. The outside area of ​​the restaurant is beautifully walled with an open stone facade. There are benches and tables on the terrace area. The interior area has a counter and then seating. Everything kept in a rustic style. The food and service are excellent. We always had schnitzel in different variations and side dishes. With 5 people we paid €108 for food and drinks. Overall, highly recommended.

We went to the breakfast buffet at Oxstedter Hof today. There is enough parking space and the restaurant looks very cozy from the outside. Once inside it is very cozy and invites you to linger. The breakfast was plentiful, there was something for every taste. The dining room wasn't overcrowded because there weren't too many tables and you didn't have the feeling of sitting in a "full" restaurant. The volume was also pleasant. The service was unobtrusive and yet always present. No coffee pot remained empty and the empty plates were cleared away almost immediately, so we always had enough room for more treats. The cold cuts were super tasty and the rolls were bakery products. Scrambled eggs, bacon, grilled sausage and even fried potatoes. Care was always taken to ensure that everything was refilled and nothing ran empty. And let's talk about the toilets. 😁 People always only write about food The toilets were really very clean and there were hygiene products in the women's toilets. Everything was modern and clean. The price was absolutely justified. In any case, we wouldn't need lunch anymore. We'd love to come back.

The restaurant is cozy and not too huge. The employees are very attentive and courteous. The food is a 10 out of 10. We felt very comfortable and unfortunately had to forego dessert because there was simply no space left after we had optimistically ordered a starter before the main course. We were looking for a cozy country inn for our dinner after a day of hiking. We were warmly welcomed, very well looked after, the menu wasn't too big or too small, the food was super tasty... One star deducted because it was a bit loud at times - but OK. If we're here again, we'll definitely come back.

We are always there when we take a trip to Dorum Neufeld. The food is of consistently good quality, the service is fast and professional, and very friendly. We ate here a total of 4 times during our holiday on the North Sea. No matter what dish you ordered, it was always a pleasure. The service was also excellent. The next time we are in the Cuxhaven area, a visit will be at the top of our to-do list.

We were there to make a reservation for the family for the 3 course menu on Christmas Day, The staff was very friendly despite working full time in the restaurant and made a note of our reservation, unfortunately the boss didn't have time as he was also a chef and had a lot to do, but he will get in touch with us over the next week, the impression is very nice and is recommended as a restaurant.

The boss has been cooking himself for a few weeks now and the food has gotten even better. Pork loin with chanterelles, juicy meat and delicious sauce. We were finally here again today. The new beer garden is really awesome! Everything well thought out and very comfortable! The meal included Argentinian rump steak with freshly fried chanterelles and fried potatoes. So simple, but just a poem! The meat was super tender and, like everything else, fried to perfection!!! Very, very tasty!!! We keep coming back!!!!

Had a very good meal there today, I thought the fried potatoes were great. The service staff was very attentive and polite, even the boss asked how we were doing. It's best to call in advance, the three of us with dogs were lucky and there was a lot of reservation. The restaurant also seems to be popular with locals. The parking lot is large enough and when the weather is nice you can also sit outside. We will definitely come back again.

We celebrated our wedding with Andre and his team. They all went the extra mile to give us a truly beautiful celebration! From setting up the location, to the outstanding food (almost no convenience products; good home cooking), to the excellent service, to dismantling, no wish was left unconsidered. We celebrated our wedding there. From the discussion of the evening to the end of the celebration and beyond. Andre is a super friendly host who leaves nothing to be desired and, together with his team, gave us an unforgettable evening. The food is - as always - outstanding! Also highly recommended for in-house events such as asparagus dinners and Á la carte food - for example the beef bouillon. A dream. Big thanks again to André and his team!

We were invited to our children's wedding. The whole service was great. The landlord Andre was a warm person who knew what we wanted 👍🥂 Everything was right. I can recommend it 100 percent

On June 25th, 2024 we celebrated the wedding of our son and daughter-in-law there. The dishes overall were finely prepared and very tastefully coordinated. From the extremely successful wedding soup to the currywurst at midnight, everything was lovingly served by the ever-present, attentive staff. The Oxststeter Hof is recommended as a destination for cyclists and other hikers, as well as for eating mussels or the Christmas goose in winter. Everything was great, again and again.

We were there two evenings. The service was very friendly and very attentive. Super great food. Also great with children. Our child liked the homemade nuggets and rice best. We had the hot burger, the asparagus with scrambled eggs and the turkey steak with rice. Everything was super tasty. We'd love to come back.

The kale, the meat and the potatoes in fries and fried potatoes style were very tasty! The best kale I've eaten so far. The food was nice and fresh and warm, the service was quick and friendly. Schnitzels are extremely tasty. Not pressed cardboard schnitzel but freshly beaten. Really great. Service is very accommodating. We would be happy to come back again.

Wir waren das erste Mal im Oxstedter Hof und waren sehr zufrieden. Eine gute Speisekarte wo die Auswahl nicht einfach ist. Das Ambiente mit Essen im Saal mit einer Bühne ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Essen war sehr gut mit einem kleinen Gruß aus der Küche vorab. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und der Chef hat an jedem Tisch gefragt, ob auch alles in Ordnubg ist. Wir kommen wieder, und das auch öfter. Der Weg lohnt sich. :-)

Wir waren mit Freunden für einen gemütlichen Abend dort. Das Essen war wirklich top und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auch super. Einzig die Ausstattung (Stühle, Tische) könnten etwas gemütlicher gestaltet werden. Gerade wenn man doch etwas länger verweilt. Wir werden aber auf jeden Fall wieder vorbeischauen.

Wunderbarer Landgasthof. Heute Martinsgansessen einfach hervorragend und sehr reichlich. Bedienung sehr bemüht und aufmerksam.

Das Essen war bei allen wirklich sehr gut und absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr guter Service. Leider hat man durch den großen Saal ein wenig Kantinenfeeling. Eine Anmerkung muss ich leider machen - Liebes Oxstedter Hof Team, ihr MÜSST euch mit den Muschelgericht etwas einfallen lassen. Es mag ganz bestimmt sehr gut schmecken ( wurde bei unserem Besuch 2 x bestellt ) aber der Geruch dieser Speise ist dermaßen unangenehm und war - zumindest für uns 4 Personen - wirklich sehr sehr störend und penetrant. Aber trotzdem war der Besuch eine runde Sache 👍🙂

Also ich komme aus Gummersbach jedes Jahr hier in den Norden und der Oxstedter Hof wurde mir empfohlen von einem Bekannten. Ich kann nur sagen das diese Empfehlung noch untertrieben war.....man muß sich dort wohlfühlen der Gastwirt ist ein sehr netter Mensch und so wie ich es kennengelernt habe seine Mitarbeiter auch, hervor zu heben die Küche 1a . Ich werde mich wieder einfinden sobald ich wieder im Norden bin

Dort ist sehr schön und lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und kümmern sich um ihre Gäste. Die Atmosphäre ist bombastisch.

Sehr gutes, schmackhaftes Essen. Freundliche Bedienung und super netter Inhaber, immer sehr zuvorkommend. Haben noch nie Beanstandungen gehabt. In jedem Urlaub gibt es für uns nur den Oxstedter Hof. Absolut Spitze. Könnte man mehr Sterne geben, kämen noch einige dazu.

Super freundliches Personal, nettes Ambiente und leckeres Essen. Hunde erlaubt (haben wir vorab telefonisch abgekläet). Tolles Lokal und wenn wir noch mal in der Gegend sind kommen wir gerne wieder! Absolute Empfehlung.

Es ist immer wieder super lecker und alle Wünsche werden superfreundlich erfüllt. Sehr Kinder und Hunde freundlich.

Ich bin sehr begeistert, war zum Spargelbuffet und zum Pfifferlingessen. Beides war so etwas von gut. Der Service ist sehr gut. Zum Muschelessen sind wir wieder da. Weiter so.

Wir kamen um 21:00 Uhr bei Küchenschluss ausgehungert dort an und hofften auf ein Abendessen, da wir eine lange Reise hinter uns hatten. Der Chef und die Bedienung waren außerordentlich professionell und freundlich und so erhielten wir ein super leckeres Essen, was unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertraf. Wir danken dem Personal noch einmal für diese zuvorkommende und nicht selbstverständliche Bewirtung. Wir empfehlen jedem, der in der Gegend ist, diesen Gasthof anzusteuern. Einfach super. 👍

Guter Gasthof wo es diverse Tische auf der überdachten Terrasse gibt. Es sind die massiven Sitzgruppen nur teilweise so dicht zusammen gestellt,dass wenn man ein etwas dickeren Hintern hat sich durchzwengen muss ,nicht so gut. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Bedienung sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider war die Bedienung alles andere als motiviert. Wir kommen seit Jahren, diesmal mehr als enttäuscht. Waren im Biergarten und freuten uns auf selbdtgebackenes Brot mit Dip. Kam aber nicht. Sind dann rein weil es zu kühl war. Drinnen wurden die Tellerchen abgeräumt mit der Begründung im Biergarten gibt es kein Brot und jetzt kommt das Essen. Wir haben 91€ bezahlt, es geht nicht um das Brot sondern ums Prinzip und guten Service. Leider fühlte man sich nicht wirklich willkommen. Das Essen in seiner Qualität war sehr gut,dennoch werden wir nicht wiederkommen. Trotz allem haben wir unserer männlichen Bedienung 4€ Trinkgeld gegeben, er war wirklich freundlich. Die Kollegin sollte Ihre Jobauswahl nochmal überdenken

Frühstücksbuffet wird einmal im Monat angeboten. Es ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Preis-Leistung top. Freundliches Personal. Der Saal wurde vor einigen Jahren renoviert = Ergebnis sehenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gerne nutzen wir das gute Wetter, um im liebevoll gestalteten Biergarten zu sitzen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht es jedem Gast recht zu machen. Wir haben lecker Hamburger gegessen, da ist alles selbst gemacht. Wo gibt es so etwas noch. Im Winter sind wir seit einigen Jahren immer mit einer großen Gruppe ( ca. 80 Leute) zum Grünkohlessen dort und jeder ist begeistert. Auch vom Ablauf her klappt es bestens. Wer den Oxstedter Hof noch nicht kennt, sollte es mal ausprobieren. Es lohnt sich.

Wir waren Gäste einer Hochzeitstags-Gesellschaft. Das Essen war geschmacklich sehr gut und schien qualitativ auch hochwertig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und um die Gäste bemüht. Nur die Lichtfarbe der Beleuchtung im Saal fanden wir für die Augen sehr ermüdend. Alles in allem ein schöner und gelungener Tag!

Sehr schönes Ambiente in diesem Restaurant. Die Bedienungen sind alle nett und zuvorkommend und fein gekleidet. Das Essen ist ein bisschen teurer aber jeden Cent werd. Sollten wir nochmal in den Norden kommen ist das meine erste Wahl!

Schönes Restaurant und Ausflugsziel mit lecker Speisen und Getränken

Wir haben auf der Fahrt nach Cuxhaven aufgrund der Empfehlungen hier bei Google in diesem Restaurant Rast gemacht und waren mega begeistert. Das Restaurant war wohl eine Scheune oder Tanzsaal und ist sehr ansprechend umgebaut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich wohl aber nicht verloren in dem großen Saal. Unsere Wahl hatten wir schnell getroffen und bestellt. Das Servicepersonal macht einen tollen Job. Es macht Spass, wenn man als Gast merkt, dass sich gut ausgebildete Mitarbeiter um das Wohl des Gastes kümmern. So wurde z.B. der Fisch am Tisch vorgelegt, toll. Alle bestellten Speisen waren hervorragend zubereitet und auch optisch ein Augenschmauss. Wir waren froh, dass wir den Oxstedter Hof gefunden haben und können nur empfehlen hier einzukehren und es sich schmecken zu lassen.

Sehr nettes Personal und Chef. Man kann auch mit Rollstuhl gut ins Lokal kommen. Der neue Wintergarten ist super geworden, er bietet Sonnen-, Wind- und Regenschutz. Das Essen war sehr lecker, auch die Burger können wir empfehlen. Vielen Dank, bis bald.

Ein sehr nettes hübsches Restaurant mit einer super freundlichen Bedienung. Das Essen war auch sehr gut und preislich angemessen. Hier war ich nicht das letzte Mal!

Grünkohl "Buffet" Trockenes Fleisch, trockene Wurst und semig säuerlicher Grünkohl... Echt gar nicht lecker... Es macht den Eindruck als ob alles nur erwärmt war.

Etwas überteuert, aber ganz gemütlich.

Freundlicher Service. Der Grünkohl war sehr lecker mit Pinkel, Kohlwurst, Kassler, Bratkartoffeln und Salzkartoffeln. Der eigentliche Gastronomieraum ist gemütlich eingerichtet, der daneben liegende, der für Gruppen genutzt wird, ist eher schlicht und kühl eingerichtet. Insgesamt ein lohnenden Aufenthalt.

Leckeres Essen, tolle Auswahl, da ist für jeden was dabei. Es gibt sogar vegane Speisen. Der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Besonders Highlight war das bergische Landbier aus der Heimat.

War im Juni 2022 für 3 Wochen zur Kur in Cuxhaven. Im Oxstädter Hof war ich ca. 13 Mal zum Essen. Ich habe jedesmal sehr gut und reichlich gegessen und bin hervorragend bewirtet worden! Kann man nur bestens empfehlen!

Hervorragend gekochte, gutbürgerliche deutsche Küche! Vorweg gab es einen hausgemachten, sehr leckeren Gruß aus der Küche. Die Bedienung ist überaus professionell: freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Eine absolute Empfehlung!
