Restaurant Zum Park Cuxhaven in Cuxhaven

We stopped here on a Saturday and were thoroughly spoiled with culinary delights. The appetizer and dessert were particularly outstanding and tasted absolutely fantastic. If I happen to be in Cuxhaven again, this restaurant is a must-visit.

The creme brulee was very good. Lots of vanilla, a crispy caramel layer, and fresh berries on top. Good rump steak with a lot of focus on seasoning. In Turkey, that would be called hayat. Yallah.

We ate at the park on our last vacation and on previous vacations. One of the best restaurants for us. Large portions, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and excellent quality! 👍🏻 Among other dishes, we had the Balkan platter for two: highly recommended! It easily feeds three people. 😙

Highly recommended. We arrived spontaneously with seven people, and a table was quickly arranged for us in the cozy winter garden. The food was absolutely delicious. Everyone had something different and was very satisfied. Great, friendly, and welcoming service. Plus, great value for money.

If you want to eat really well, you're in the right place. "Am Park" is a great place to go. The steak was absolutely perfect, everything else was freshly prepared, and special requests are no problem. 😀 You have to try Yugoslavian cuisine. We will definitely be back. It's best to reserve a table, as it's always busy. They say that where it's busy, the food can't be bad. 😀

Great cuisine and a fantastic team

If there were six stars, this would be it. Exceptionally good. The food was exceptionally good, the salad with honey and mustard sauce was delicious, and then we had rump steak with Mediterranean vegetables, hot! Great! Perfect service. Simply the best restaurant in Cuxhaven. Very child-friendly too. We'd gladly return.

A nice selection of dishes. The taste is just like you'd expect from Yugoslavian cuisine. Good ingredients, superbly prepared, and excellently served by the friendly staff. The decor is a bit dated, but for me, it's all about the food, and it's perfect.

Located diagonally across from Ritzebüttel's castle park, you can sit in either the rustic dining room or the modern conservatory. Served by friendly staff, you can enjoy great Balkan specialties or a delicious burger. Despite the spacious dining rooms, reservations are definitely recommended. A visit is worthwhile!

Impressed again! A huge thank you to the entire team. A delicious platter, the leftovers were packed away, and our 11-year-old was thrilled and definitely wants to come next time. Great, attentive service, including a refreshing towel. THANK YOU, keep it up!

5 out of 5 stars, simply a fantastic restaurant! Very friendly staff, the food was excellent! I had homemade garlic bread for starters and a 220g fillet with fries for the main course. The meat was tender as butter and perfectly prepared, the fries were crispy, just as they should be. The homemade herb butter was also simply fantastic! The restrooms were very clean, and the restaurant also made a very good impression! A visit for meat lovers!

After making a phone reservation the day before, we had a table for three people at 6 p.m. on Sunday. When making the reservation, I was given the choice between the conservatory and the restaurant. I chose the conservatory. Parking was available in the hotel's own parking lot. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Balkan platter for two and a hamburger were delicious. The ambiance in the conservatory wasn't as good for my taste. Next time, I might prefer the restaurant.

As Cuxhaven residents, we had never eaten at this restaurant before! We'd heard both good and not-so-good things about it, so we decided to try it out for ourselves today. The waitress was friendly and very accommodating! The ambiance on the winter terrace was beautifully decorated. The food was delicious, and the meat was cooked to perfection. However, it was a bit too expensive for the price, which is why we're only giving it 4 stars.

The grill plate is well filled and there is enough for two people

I had the Balkan record. You could eat it but I had a steak underneath that just had pepper on it... Ok, there was salt and pepper at the table to season it, but I really expected more in terms of taste... my companion had beef liver which was great. The music was quite loud.

Even though our wedding celebration in the restaurant's winter garden took place six months ago, I would like to take the opportunity to thank the Bogdanovic family and the entire team from the bottom of my heart. Hospitality is very important here! We couldn't have imagined "the most beautiful day in our lives" being more beautiful. Our guests always rave about our great decoration (which was brilliantly implemented by the employees), about the fantastic food and the warm service, which left nothing to be desired. Even our wedding party's non-local guests have now returned to the restaurant because they share our enthusiasm.

Another delicious meal with friends.

It was always one of my favorite restaurants but today... Food cold and undercooked The service was inattentive and unfriendly, especially one lady who then coughed around so much that she coughed across the table with napkins and cutlery when setting up the neighboring table. Disgusting!! At some point we asked for the menu again for dessert... After a good 15 minutes, no one from the service came and we asked for the bill

Unfortunately the food was already quite cold. The cheese in the cordon bleu only melted slightly and the baked potato was drowned in quark. Bruschetta, however, was delicious. The service didn't ask if everything was OK or if we wanted a drink. After the main course I had to look for a member of staff because we wanted to order dessert. The menu was brought, but no one came to take the order. Since our motivation had waned, we skipped dessert after 15 minutes and I ran off again to ask for the bill. It's a shame, because Zum Park was previously one of the top three addresses in Cuxhaven for us.

During a spontaneous visit to Cuxhaven with 6 people, we didn't get a table in any restaurant. While walking through Cux we discovered the restaurant that was still closed. We quickly called and even though the restaurant was still closed we were able to come in through the winter garden and got a nice seat!! After a short time all seats were occupied. We were all very happy with the food, the staff were extremely nice and attentive. Thank you for the lovely, cozy evening.

The food is great, no matter what you order. With 6 different dishes, no one had anything to complain about. The service feels like it's constantly keeping an eye on you and the prices are absolutely reasonable. All in all, absolutely recommended.

We were there with a closed group, so there were only plates that everyone could help themselves to. In principle it's pretty cool because everyone can take so much and what they want. But from the starter to the main course it took almost 2 hours. That's too long, especially because you can plan it very well. Nevertheless, it was very nice and the food was great too.

A really nice, cozy restaurant with a great atmosphere. The menu is relatively small, but the quality of the food is really good. The only thing that struck me as negative is the fact that you don't get a small starter salad with a dish. You have to order it separately for €3.50. Otherwise really great.

I have enjoyed going to the park for many decades. The food is very good, even though I almost always eat Pljeskavica.

Particularly noteworthy is the cleanliness, which is noticeable everywhere, and the attention to detail in the design of the restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, which makes the stay even more pleasant. You feel welcome and in good hands here. The kitchen impresses with its excellent price-performance that leaves nothing to be desired. The catering service is also particularly practical for large celebrations in your own home. You can order in advance and then enjoy the delicious dishes in the comfort of your own home. We always enjoy coming here and feel completely at home every time. A place that can only be recommended!

Excellent restaurant with really great food

We are in Cuxhaven for 2 days and ate here today. My husband had a Balkan burger and I had the fillet plate. Both tasted fantastic. The meat was cooked to perfection. The remaining side dishes were also absolutely delicious. I can only recommend it to everyone. The service was extremely friendly and the food came in a reasonable amount of time.

We've been coming here since I was a child. It's delicious every time. For me there is no other restaurant in Cuxhaven that can keep up. 10/10 Try the homemade garlic bread, it's amazing!
