As Cuxhaven residents, we had never eaten at this restaurant before! We'd heard both good and not-so-good things about it, so we decided to try it out for ourselves today. The waitress was friendly and very accommodating! The ambiance on the winter terrace was beautifully decorated. The food was delicious, and the meat was cooked to perfection. However, it was a bit too expensive for the price, which is why we're only giving it 4 stars.

The grill plate is well filled and there is enough for two people

I had the Balkan record. You could eat it but I had a steak underneath that just had pepper on it... Ok, there was salt and pepper at the table to season it, but I really expected more in terms of taste... my companion had beef liver which was great. The music was quite loud.

Even though our wedding celebration in the restaurant's winter garden took place six months ago, I would like to take the opportunity to thank the Bogdanovic family and the entire team from the bottom of my heart. Hospitality is very important here! We couldn't have imagined "the most beautiful day in our lives" being more beautiful. Our guests always rave about our great decoration (which was brilliantly implemented by the employees), about the fantastic food and the warm service, which left nothing to be desired. Even our wedding party's non-local guests have now returned to the restaurant because they share our enthusiasm.

Another delicious meal with friends.

It was always one of my favorite restaurants but today... Food cold and undercooked The service was inattentive and unfriendly, especially one lady who then coughed around so much that she coughed across the table with napkins and cutlery when setting up the neighboring table. Disgusting!! At some point we asked for the menu again for dessert... After a good 15 minutes, no one from the service came and we asked for the bill

Unfortunately the food was already quite cold. The cheese in the cordon bleu only melted slightly and the baked potato was drowned in quark. Bruschetta, however, was delicious. The service didn't ask if everything was OK or if we wanted a drink. After the main course I had to look for a member of staff because we wanted to order dessert. The menu was brought, but no one came to take the order. Since our motivation had waned, we skipped dessert after 15 minutes and I ran off again to ask for the bill. It's a shame, because Zum Park was previously one of the top three addresses in Cuxhaven for us.

During a spontaneous visit to Cuxhaven with 6 people, we didn't get a table in any restaurant. While walking through Cux we discovered the restaurant that was still closed. We quickly called and even though the restaurant was still closed we were able to come in through the winter garden and got a nice seat!! After a short time all seats were occupied. We were all very happy with the food, the staff were extremely nice and attentive. Thank you for the lovely, cozy evening.

The food is great, no matter what you order. With 6 different dishes, no one had anything to complain about. The service feels like it's constantly keeping an eye on you and the prices are absolutely reasonable. All in all, absolutely recommended.

We came here for dinner for the first time based on a recommendation from friends. Super tasty and very friendly service, we will definitely be back. The only point of criticism: A small salad plate should automatically be included with the grill plate.

We were there with a closed group, so there were only plates that everyone could help themselves to. In principle it's pretty cool because everyone can take so much and what they want. But from the starter to the main course it took almost 2 hours. That's too long, especially because you can plan it very well. Nevertheless, it was very nice and the food was great too.

A really nice, cozy restaurant with a great atmosphere. The menu is relatively small, but the quality of the food is really good. The only thing that struck me as negative is the fact that you don't get a small starter salad with a dish. You have to order it separately for €3.50. Otherwise really great.

I have enjoyed going to the park for many decades. The food is very good, even though I almost always eat Pljeskavica.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, which makes the stay even more pleasant. You feel welcome and in good hands here. The kitchen impresses with its excellent price-performance that leaves nothing to be desired. The catering service is also particularly practical for large celebrations in your own home. You can order in advance and then enjoy the delicious dishes in the comfort of your own home. We always enjoy coming here and feel completely at home every time. A place that can only be recommended!

We are in Cuxhaven for 2 days and ate here today. My husband had a Balkan burger and I had the fillet plate. Both tasted fantastic. The meat was cooked to perfection. The remaining side dishes were also absolutely delicious. I can only recommend it to everyone. The service was extremely friendly and the food came in a reasonable amount of time.

We've been coming here since I was a child. It's delicious every time. For me there is no other restaurant in Cuxhaven that can keep up. 10/10 Try the homemade garlic bread, it's amazing!

We went there for lunch today and it was simply fantastic. First of all, a homemade soup and then a large, high-quality grilled plate. Everything for 13.50 euros. Very friendly staff. And everything was very clean and tidy.

As a guest or local in Cuxhaven, I can and could only recommend dining there, not only that I have been a customer there for years, I will recommend it with all my heart, and without lying, highly recommended, to put it briefly, a passionate restaurateur Second generation, stars say everything for me. Absolutely great! The food is very tasty and filling. Price performance is right here. On request you can bring a dog without any problems. Reservations generally make a lot of sense. Edit May 2024: Unfortunately, this restaurant has gone downhill. We no longer really felt welcome with a dog. One of the house specialties, beef liver, is no longer on the menu. When we asked, we received a very small portion of flattened mashed potatoes. There were no onions. A pity! It was probably our last visit.

Very tasty food. We were on business with a large group at the restaurant in the park. There was a buffet so there was a large and varied selection. The salmon and the various types of meat tasted very good. Everything was prepared well and tasty! Nothing was overcooked or undercooked. Great! The service was also very friendly and good! There is also a large selection of different drinks and a great selection of different gins! I can fully recommend the restaurant!

Very dark and we had to wait a long time for the food

We were there with 4 adults, a child and a dog. Everything was top class from A to Z, my aunt had liver, which seemed to be great, I had the Balkan burger, which was world class and the service was extremely friendly and took the time to communicate with the two-year-old despite the hut being full. Highly recommended

I have been to this restaurant many times and have always been impressed. Last time I was very surprised. The food was good, but the steak was smaller than usual and absolutely not as tender as always. Rather dry. That can happen, it's not that bad. But the fact that my meal has increased from 20 euros to 23 euros and that I now have to pay 3.50 euros for the side salad is something I cannot and will not accept. In the future I will eat at a restaurant where I still don't have to pay for the side salad. I have enough choice in Cuxhaven.

Rarely have I eaten such good fillet, the service is great, and the dessert is also incredibly tasty. This restaurant is definitely worth several visits!!!!! There is absolutely nothing to complain about.
