A lovely little restaurant. We were served friendly.
The menu was very manageable. Nothing special about it. Five types of schnitzel were offered. The food wasn't bad but not particularly good either. Schnitzel a little dry. I thought the fried potatoes were very good.
All in all a solid C+, I would say.
Favorite hotel in the Harz. We have been there several times and will be back because everything is just right. Great location, cozy apartments furnished with attention to details, great breakfast and nice staff.
Just ordered 3 citizens and all of them the burger patty was absolutely cold and still frozen in some places.. for €10.99 per burger it's really exorbitant!
The food was fresh and tasted okay, but unfortunately nothing more. The big negative point, however, is the operation. I was treated unkindly, even though I am always polite and respectful. That doesn't work at all. In addition, the prices were not justified, especially considering the long waiting time. Unfortunately I don't recommend it.
A counter, a salad bar, and some sushi. It's quiet and has a different feel than other buffet restaurants—a restaurant/rather than a hall feel—but nothing tastes homemade. It was refilled, but I would have thought that at least the cheese would be chopped. A lot of it is baked. More like a touristy Chinese restaurant. The price for lunch with a drink is around €18. There's a €4 surcharge in the evening.
Today we were in Port Louis again. We wanted to eat and drink there as usual, but this time we had our small (6kg) Yorkshire Terrier with us. We had a new dog blanket with us, which we carefully laid out in one of the beach chairs and placed our housetrained, clean dog on it. Since he is very well behaved, he lay quietly on the blanket. Then a service worker came and immediately asked if he was lying on the hotel's own blanket. We said no and pointed out that our dog was house trained. She said that the dog wasn't allowed to sit there because the management didn't want it. It's a shame that we will no longer visit this restaurant, which we enjoyed and frequented.
Thank God there is still San Marco, where the dog was allowed to sit on a chair on his blanket and we were able to eat food and drink in peace.
Great hotel and incredibly friendly staff! Individual wishes and needs were answered very pleasantly and accommodating. Very cozy and clean. Highly recommended.
Today was the first time my husband and I ate here since it reopened. It is highly recommended. The service is also very nice and friendly. The waiting time wasn't long either. So deserves all the stars.
The restaurant had a very well-known name, "Alberts Corner", and the concept was very successful.
The new operator of the restaurant has now closed the shop!
