So bad and unfriendly, ordered food and it never arrived

An absolute disaster! We waited over an hour for our food, even though we were only 5 minutes away… When we called to ask, the unfriendly man said it was the weekend and things like that could happen. I haven't experienced anything like this in a long time.

We ate here; the ambiance was okay for a place like this, the service was very friendly, and our pizza was incredibly delicious.

Whether for business or pleasure, I (we) always enjoy ordering here. Today we ordered an XXL bag and a Brussels sprout casserole. As always, delicious and fresh. I particularly like this. If you say you don't want onions, you don't get any. Unfortunately, I've seen it differently. Or they're quickly "taken down" by the food.

We had pizza and pasta here. Both were delicious. The staff was very friendly. The ambiance is a bit dated, but everything is clean. Relatively inexpensive.

The food was very bad! The kebab had hardly any meat and was burnt to boot...and there was also a piece of plastic in the kebab...I had diarrhea afterward...so I can't recommend it. I'd rather make a ready-made meal. 🙃

Seven of us ate there on the last day of our vacation. It's a cozy, clean, and nicely decorated restaurant. The food was plentiful and tasty. I highly recommend it. Friendly service. Thanks to the people who work there.

Very tasty food and friendly staff. The XXL kebab parcel with gratin is highly recommended! However, if you're expecting Michelin-starred cuisine, you're in the wrong place. The value for money is excellent.

I don't understand the bad reviews. It's a good, fast-food place, and the food is delicious. I've never had a stomach ache from eating it. And the staff are very friendly and attentive to special requests.

The food was fresh and tasted okay, but unfortunately nothing more. The big negative point, however, is the operation. I was treated unkindly, even though I am always polite and respectful. That doesn't work at all. In addition, the prices were not justified, especially considering the long waiting time. Unfortunately I don't recommend it.

Interior is very worn out. Staff very friendly. Table still with leftover food (crumbs from pizza and hard kebab leftovers). Doner pizza and doner bag XXL were unfortunately flooded with baguette sauce so that unfortunately there was no other taste left. Half of each was thrown away. Unfortunately not recommended.

Just don't eat there. Disaster.... Once and NEVER again!!! Difficult to make a pizza that tastes like nothing. But this pizzeria can do it perfectly! The gratinated gyros was tried and unfortunately went straight into the bin 😕

The food was very good. The menu was very extensive. The atmosphere was reminiscent of grandma's kitchen. Very old and worn. But we would still come back.

Unfortunately, I have to give it one star, but I'd like to give it a minus five... The prices on the board are completely wrong. A currywurst with fries costs almost €10, but the stomachache is included. I didn't know currywurst could be so messed up. But they put a thick board of currywurst in front of the place. I didn't finish it...

Unfortunately no picture of the baguette but it was soaked in sauce, you could barely see the baguette because of all the tzatziki, the salad as you can see was actually tomato & mozzerella with maybe 5 strips of cheese and 2-3 whole tomatoes, very sad.

During a short stay in the city center of Bad Harzburg, I discovered this delivery service with some seats on site. If you've already found what you want on the menu outside, you can say so at the front of the counter. Otherwise, sit on a raised area at the back and wait for the card. This can take a few minutes as many orders have to be completed over the phone. I took a 22cm Hawaiian pizza [€6.20] and 0.5 liter Alster [€4.70]. The quantity and taste was okay for me. A gourmet eats somewhere else anyway. So if you want to eat quickly (relatively) and cheaply, you're in good hands here. The furnishings are functional; However, most customers will have their food delivered. So an expensive facility is not worth it. Every little animal has its own pleasure :-) When I'm back in the city, my path will probably take me there again.

The food tasted like dishwashing liquid, the driver, who is also the owner, was very unfriendly but took the tip very confidently. Never again!

A few dishes taste good, but overpriced ready-made stuff is also sold here. Today I paid almost 8 euros for a gratinated feta cheese, but it was out of the packaging and tasted like it came out of the toaster, and it was relatively small. Overall, I can't recommend it.

This was our first time ordering there and our last time! Food was delivered cold. Yesterday's fries and stone hard! The kebab meat is black and like cardboard! That's a disgrace. Waiting time for almost two hours. Actually doesn't deserve a star at all. Disgusting

The inside of the restaurant looks very thrown together and the cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. My friend & I ventured there anyway. We were greeted nicely and asked to sit at the back. After about 10 minutes we received the menus and then we had to wait. After about 35 minutes we left the restaurant because no one had taken our order. We were very disappointed!

A huge menu with basically everything the fast food world loves. Cheap prices, but you have to be clear that not everything can be fresh. The Indian operator can't go wrong with a pizza 🍕. The seating outside is not inviting, the inside could also be much more inviting with fresh colors and cleaning. Most of the sales apparently come from the delivery service.

We have been eating there for many years. Always good value for money. Nice service.

Eine riesige Speisekarte mit eigentlich allem, was die Fastfoodwelt so liebt. Günstige Preise, aber es muss einem klar sein - das nicht alles frisch sein kann. Bei einer Pizza 🍕 kann der indische Betreiber nicht viel falsch machen. Bestuhlung im Außenbereich ist nicht gemütlich und einladend, auch innen könnte es mit frischen Farben und gereinigt viel einladender sein. Der meiste Umsatz wird anscheinend mit dem Lieferservice gemacht.

Pizzen haben garnicht geschmeckt mehr Tomatensose als alles andere der Teig war nicht mal ganz durch schade für den Preis echt pure abzocke die Pizza Würfen wir nicht mal unserem pitt bull geben

Es war sehr lecker für den Preis und nen vollen Teller und die pilssoße war sehr lecker die Bratkartoffeln ebenfalls. Toilette könnte etwas aufgefrischt werden aber sonst sehr gutes Essen.

Sehr sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal muss ich sagen. Unser esser war lecker, Bier schön kalt und frisch gezapft. Unser Hund hat sogar frisches Wasser bekommen.. was will man mehr für ein schönes Mittagessen.

Ich war das erste und letzte mal hier. Ich habe noch nie eine so schlechte Currywurst mit Pommes gegessen. Currysoße mit leicht ranzigem Geschmack, Currywurst weder heiß noch angenehmer Geschmack. Andere Speisen können nur besser sein.

Habe eine Pizza zum Abholen bestellt. Diese war schon vor dem vereinbarten Abholtermin fertig und wurde im Ofen warm gehalten. Die Qualität war sehr gut und wenn ich mal wieder im Harz bin, werde ich sicher wieder etwas zu Essen dort bestellen.

Sehr nette Bedienung und das Essen genau wie erwartet. Habe nur positives zu berichten.

Das Essen geht in Ordnung, Ambiente ist praktisch nicht vorhanden, die Bedienung ist sehr nett. Insgesamt ist alles okay aber der Besuch wird nicht lange in Erinnerung bleiben.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und flott bedient. Das Essen schmeckte sehr gut und das Bier war lecker. Sicherlich wirkt es doch etwas altbacken, jedoch sauber und empfehlenswert- zu moderaten Preisen. Hier kann man getrost einkehren. Toiletten waren sauber, Parkplätze sind nur wenige kostenpflichtig vorhanden. Man kann draußen sitzen. Lieferservice wird angeboten.

Freundliche, aufmerksame Bedienung. An der Straße stört der Verkehr manchmal, aber dafür zentral gelegenen. Abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte. Naan (steht nicht in der Karte) war sehr lecker. Die Vegetarier in der Gruppe fanden die Auswahl aber etwas zu klein. Die indische Küche empfehle ich weiter...

Unscheinbarer Imbiss und altbackende Einrichtung. Preis sehr günstig und riesen Portionen. Geschmacklich positiv überrascht. Leider sehr lange Wartezeit daher nur 3 Sterne. Trotzdem empfehlenswert für spontanen Hunger ohne Reservierung

Barzahlung! Nach Kartenzahlung nicht gefragt .. Das Bier war ok .. Die Pizza Hawaii hat einen sehr dünnen Boden , dieser war auf einer Seite leicht verbrannt und auf der anderen hell .. Für mich jetzt nicht so schlimm .. Pizza Hawaii hat geschmeckt .. Das Ambiente ist leider gar nicht ansprechend .. Irgendwie alles Ocker in Ocker .. Die Tische werden bei schieflage auch sichtlich korrigiert .. Mit Einwenig Mühe geht dies auch ohne das der Kunde es mitkriegt .. Die Tischdecken sind irgendwie auch seltsam, als lege eine abwaschbare Klebefolie vor einem .. Essen + Bier 4 Sterne war für mich ok Ambiente 1-2 Sterne

Würde ich in Bad Harzburg wohnen, wäre dies mein Pizzalieferant erster Wahl. Die Pizza stand denen aus italienischen Küchen in nichts nach und auch der Brokkoliauflauf meiner Freundin war sehr lecker. Möchte man vor Ort essen, darf man vielleicht nicht das typische Ambiente eines italienischen Restaurants erwarten, da die Einrichtung ein wenig einfacher gehalten ist. Dies wird jedoch durch den überaus sympathischen Gastgeber wieder wett gemacht, bei dem wir einen erstklassigen Service genießen durften. Sollten wir mal wieder in der Gegend sein, werden wir der Pizzeria Havana auf jeden Fall wieder einen Besuch abstatten.

Das Havana bietet internationale Gerichte - auch indisch. Der Service ist neutral nett und das Essen kam nach etwas Wartezeit war aber frisch zubereitet. Das Hähnchenfleisch war sehr gut und das Essen super abgestimmt und gewürzt. Leider passt mir die Menge nur, da ich vorher schon etwas gegessen habe. Es hätte also etwas mehr sein können. Die Preise sind in Ordnung - die Toiletten könnten sauberer sein. Zum fix Mal was Essen ist es vollkommen ok.

Das Essen war gut und der Preis okay. Ich hatte ein Gyrosplatte und meine Frau eine Pizza. Beide waren zufrieden.
