Was there today, February 7th, around 6 p.m. Ordered Baked schnitzel. The chef probably doesn't know what salt or spices are. A retirement home would love this. When asked about it, a waitress said this dish was an absolute hit. Probably all over 70. Was the last time!

Absolute classic. Have been recommended several times. The dumplings are simply tasty and very good. The service was friendly and accommodating. I will come more often from now on. Keep it up

The ambience of the restaurant as well as the food are quite good. Unfortunately, you have to make significant compromises when it comes to service. What was particularly noticeable during our visit were the deficits in the organization. In principle, it should not be the case that a guest has to eat his meal with his plate on his lap because the waitress was unable to provide an additional table to remedy the situation. In addition, after a complaint, the restaurant management denied this fact, even though 12 people could confirm this.

Went there for the first time this afternoon. I had a visit from my sister-in-law from Hamm. She was very happy with the food etc. We had sauerbraten which was very tasty and I had an onion soup before that which was also very tasty. The service was also very friendly. The Johannesklaus is a beautiful old pub with delicious food and relaxed service, who always has a saying on their lips. The only drawback were the fried potatoes, which could have used a little more time in the pan. Otherwise price performance really good

We only rate the restaurant. Super friendly service and very fast!!! Restaurant furnished in an uncomfortable and outdated manner. The food arrived after what felt like 5 minutes after we ordered. How does something like that work??!! Eat lukewarm, schnitzel well. Dry pork cheeks. Dumplings delicious!!! So we've eaten better there, but we won't eat there again in the future. What a shame!!?
