I have never experienced such cuisine (exquisite). It was super tasty, of course the dishes aren't huge portions, but that's not what you want because you want to taste a lot and it's 5 courses. Of course, all of this has its price, but it is worth every cent! Absolute, unconditional recommendation!

Wow, two really great kitchen artists. An absolute enrichment for the gastronomy scene and not just for Erfurt. And I write this review not just as a friend but with all my heart. Keep it up guys. Didn't expect anything else. The service is of course also the finest. We'll definitely be back. The guests who have the chance to get a table immerse themselves in Japanese cuisine and enjoy it to the fullest. It is also a place of enjoyment for wine lovers. Actually everything was great The fact that we weren't allowed to take our dog with us to breakfast is a decision by the hotel that I cannot understand. Even at the breakfast buffet, the dog stays at/under the table... In addition, there weren't that many guests for breakfast that weekend. It's a real shame because now we had to go into town for breakfast☹️

That dinner changed everything. The rich aroma of roasted chicken filled the air, paired with creamy mashed potatoes and fresh greens. As we savored each bite, the conversation deepened. By dessert, a warm apple pie. Could only recommend anyone to try 🤤

Very nice restaurant with consistent implementation of a “seafaring/fish” motif and great food. Located at the entrance to a swimming pool. Barrier-free access, parking garage just a few meters (estimated 70m) away.

There is no better food in Erfurt. Here we cook with a lot of love and knowledge. The landlady is super friendly and always keeps an eye on her guests, who sometimes have very special requests. All I can say is, we'll go here again and again, thank you to the innkeepers.
