VERY CHIC Hotel! Check in from 3 p.m. totally easy. Everything online!! Fits today. Got the code for the main door at 2:50 p.m. Check-in & release 🙃. The room was a dream. We got a table at 8 p.m. when we booked the room 17 days beforehand. The food was great! The service staff are awesome! We'd love to come back

Wir waren schon einige Male in diesem tollen und, ja, nicht sehr großen Restaurant. Aber genau das macht den Charme auch aus. Aber wie vieles Geschmacksache. Und genau da gibt es nichts zu kritisieren. Die warmen Speisen fantastisch, die kalten a la Sushi und Sashimi vom Meister sowieso. Liebevoll zubereitet und geschmackvoll. Wer noch Platz hat unbedingt ein Dessert probieren, da ist eine absolute Passion vom Küchenchef der warmen Küche zu erkennen! Was Weine und Sake angeht gibt es ausgezeichnete Tropfen, die immer passen. Und natürlich immer wichtig zu erwähnen sind die Bedienung mit fachkundigem Wissen und toller Beratung.

The food was very good. But the service processes weren't quite right. Food came in the wrong order. If your jacket is taken away at the entrance, you should get it back at the exit without having to remind you, etc. In a ritualized cuisine like Japanese, this is not unimportant.

The Nashi in Erfurt is an extremely great, hospitable and absolutely high quality restaurant. There are not many good restaurants in Erfurt and only very few very good ones, NASHI is absolutely one of the very good restaurants. The quality of the warm dishes and the sashimi, sushi and nigiri is excellent. Associated wines and sake up to date with associated explanations. The service is always nice, helpful and well informed.

A new attempt after more than a year: unfortunately things haven't changed for the better. Sushi is still good, cauliflower too bland and over-seasoned with a ready-made paste, mushrooms too bland and not prepared skillfully, drinks ok, service ok, dining room full, guests sitting close together, three of us were seated at a table for two, jackets Fortunately, they could be hung on a coat rack accessible to everyone. All in all: nice, but very overpriced overall and doesn't live up to expectations.

Ein neuer Versuch nach über einem Jahr: leider hat es sich nicht zum Besseren geändert. Nach wie vor sind Sushi gut, Blumenkohl zu lasch und mit einer Fertigpaste überwürzt, Pilze zu lasch und nicht gekonnt zubereitet, Getränke ok, Bedienung ok, Gastraum voll, die Gäste sitzen dicht an dicht, wir wurden zu dritt an einem Zweiertisch platziert, Jacken konnten zum Glück an einer für alle zugängigen Garderobe aufgehängt werden. Alles in allem: nett, aber für das Ganze doch sehr überteuert und entspricht nicht den geweckten Erwartungen.

Wow, two really great kitchen artists. An absolute enrichment for the gastronomy scene and not just for Erfurt. And I write this review not just as a friend but with all my heart. Keep it up guys. Didn't expect anything else. The service is of course also the finest. We'll definitely be back. The guests who have the chance to get a table immerse themselves in Japanese cuisine and enjoy it to the fullest. It is also a place of enjoyment for wine lovers. When politely asked for a table, the unfriendly lady at the entrance said that there was nothing free today and that several tables were still unoccupied

What was that!?? The good reviews attracted us yesterday. The first impression, however, was highly unprofessional. We were immediately turned away at the door by a young woman in a baggy look who appeared to be a temporary worker at a student bar, quite bluntly and without any understandable reason as we passed by. I have never experienced so much hospitality in the simplest bistro. So the store isn't worth a star for me.

Was war das!?? Die guten Bewertungen hatten uns gestern angelockt. Der erste Eindruck war dagegen höchst unprofessionell. Wir wurden an der Tür sofort von einer jungen Frau im Schlabberlook, die wie die Aushilfskraft einer Studentenkneipe erschien, ziemlich schnodderig ohne nachvollziehbare Begründung im Vorbeigehen abgewiesen. Soviel Gastunfreundlichkeit hab ich im einfachsten Bistro noch nie erlebt. Damit ist mir der Laden keinen Stern wert.

An exceptional place to enjoy food. It was a pleasure from start to finish. The team pampered us completely. No matter whether fish, meat or vegetarian: the food is celebrated and the flavors are brought to the point. There could be a little more choice on the wine list, but that's not a problem in the end.

Fine Japanese cuisine in a tasteful ambience and with attentive and friendly service. Of course there is an extensive wine list, but I would like to emphasize that there are also quality alternatives for people who do not drink alcohol, e.g. B. 2 aperitifs, homemade lemonade and of course really good Japanese teas. I tried the vegan tasting menu and it was excellent. Others in our group had vegan starters, which were also particularly delicious. The restaurant is also highly recommended if you don't want to eat animals.

Definitely this is one of the most amazing places in Erfurt. The Atmosphere, the quality of the ingredients, the staff, everything is just perfect. We ordered Prawns as starters, Apple Cider, 2 Nigiris as part of the chef creation, Spicy Tuna, the suggestion for pairing the food was just perfect, so just ask the waiters and definitely they make you the best recommendation. The dessert was just the topping for the perfect night with a Sesame Crème Bullere… as you heard it, Sesame, don’t be scared to go for new things … if you don’t feel confident enough then go for the Strawberry dessert, classic flavors but with a little surprise than can take you back to childhood in a second. Thanks for all guys, we really enjoy it, and this is a must every time when we are in Erfurt.

I had the pleasure of visiting Nashi Restaurant in Erfurt and all I can say is that it was an absolute delight. From start to finish everything was perfect. The advice from a nice lady was excellent. Every employee was extremely friendly, attentive and competent. They helped us choose the best dishes and were always available to answer questions or make recommendations. The food was not only a highlight in terms of taste, but also a visual delight. Every dish was beautifully presented and you could see and taste the attention to detail in each dish. The flavors were harmoniously balanced and the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. The prices are more than fair for the quality offered and the excellent service. It is rare to find a restaurant that impresses at such a high level both in terms of cuisine and price. All in all, I can highly recommend Nashi Restaurant. It was an unforgettable experience and I am already looking forward to my next visit. 5 out of 5 stars! PS: The Wagyu beef is my personal recommendation! Treat yourself.

Highly recommended, a delight for the palate

In the heart of the city is the restaurant "Nashi", which, although it does not yet have a Michelin star, cooks at a level that is in no way inferior to it. The quality of the ingredients used fully justifies the cost. Anyone who dines here is investing in a culinary experience that will be remembered for a long time. The drinks are also really special and the wine list is very well selected. The service is also incredibly good. By the way, there is also a vegan menu. All in all, a real insider tip.

It's been a while since we ate here but the good feeling still resonates. The restaurant is very nicely decorated, small but nice. We had the perfect table, right behind the bar. So everything was perfect here. The service was attentive but not intrusive. We had the menu, which was ordered frequently and gave you a very nice overview of the menu on your first visit. There was a bit of everything there. The ingredients were high quality and very tasty, everything was beautifully prepared and presented at the table. The courses on the menu were neither undersized nor oversized, so that at the end we were completely full after a wonderful 4-hour stay. The timing of the individual courses was also perfect, so we were always served the next course at the moment when we first thought we could continue. It couldn't have been done better. We never had the feeling of being rushed to free the table for the next guest. Of course, an evening here won't be cheap, but you don't expect that when you eat here. So we really liked it and we would like to come back. LG to the team... keep it up!

I have never eaten as well in my hometown as I do here. I usually avoid Japanese restaurants or sushi shops. But here we all have something other than a “booth” and someone here really knows what’s going on. In addition, he obviously has the right instinct as well as the necessary knowledge. Local products are also processed here in such a way that it meets the requirement of presenting Japanese cuisine. It was a lovely evening in a lovely restaurant with friendly and competent staff. The prices are completely commensurate with the value of the food, and are probably even a bargain. Thanks to the team. We would love to come back the next time we visit home.

Authentic Japanese restaurant, delicious food and outstanding service. Even dishes that are not on the menu can be ordered if ingredients are available. Nashi is the new top dog on the square. Make sure to book a table in advance. It’s usually sold out with maybe a few seats left at the bar.

For us it was an experience like a vacation to paradise

We dined here for a private anniversary and got a table by contacting us by phone. The atmosphere was simply wonderful, small but nice with great, calm music. We were greeted in a very friendly manner by Maximilian (thanks for the super friendly company throughout the entire evening, whether it was small talk, advice on drinks and explanations of the individual courses (we had the top menu, extremely casual, fresh and simply delicious in terms of cuisine). We Come back as promised and try out the sushi offer :), which some guests found delicious. We felt very comfortable with you, see you soon, you are great :)

In summary: Wow! What's on offer at Nashi is hard to find anywhere and is probably the best restaurant I've been to so far. However, it is not aloof or snobby, which is why you can spend a really nice evening here, which is characterized by hospitality, a harmonious ambience, excellent quality of food and its preparation as well as a very good selection of drinks. We were able to taste our way across the menu and there is nothing that we couldn't recommend. The quality that the kitchen team offers here at a fair price can hardly be found in any other restaurant. The service was super nice and always tried to make sure we had a unique evening. The selection of drinks also leaves nothing to be desired. No matter whether it's an aperitif, the right wine accompaniment to the meal or a digestif. Everything just fit together and rounded off the food combination perfectly. A big thank you to the Nashi team for what is on offer here! We will be back definitely!

Seldom eaten so aromatic and to the point in recent years. The drinks were incredibly good and the small restaurant was simply decorated in a really stylish way. Would I deduct a point for the fact that I sat too close to the next table and the person sitting next to me kept throwing her hair in my face? But that's only on the sidelines. Small and nice! Very nice atmosphere. The food was delicious, fresh, interesting, varied and absolutely recommended. We had taste menu and ala card. Very nice compilation and selection. The service was very courteous and friendly. The ambience is elegant and modern. All of this has its price, but in my opinion it is justified. I'd love to come back! Reservations are essential, especially on weekends.

Dieses Restaurant ist wirklich der absolute Hammer. Angefangen vom perfekten Service, der unglaublich guten Beratung, den Sonderwünschen, die sehr gerne angenommen wurden , bis hin zum angenehmen Raumklima war alles perfekt. Die Qualität der Speisen war absolut überragend. Wir waren circa dreieinhalb Stunden dort. Die Zeit ist so schnell verflogen, dass wir es nicht mal gemerkt haben. Sehr gerne wieder!

In diesem Restaurant bekommt man eine unglaublich kulinarische Qualität der japanischen Küche geboten. Die sehr sorgfältig ausgewählten Zutaten führen zu einem geschmacklich außergewöhnlichen Ergebnis. Begleitet wird das Erlebnis durch guten Wein, oder bswp. sehr leckeren Gisaho. Zu jedem Gericht gibt es eine detaillierte Beschreibung bezüglich der Zubereitung der Speisen oder ihrer Geschichte, wodurch der Besuch auch zu einem lehrreichen Highlight wurde. Das Team- bestehend aus Service und Küche leistet eine herausragende Arbeit, welche ich zuvor noch nicht erlebt habe.

Tatsächlich noch nie besser gegessen! Super freundlicher Service und eine ästhetische Ambiente haben unseren Abend abgerundet.

Durch Zufall kamen wir auf dieses schöne Restaurant in der Erfurter Innenstadt und konnten glücklicherweise einen Platz direkt an der Theke ergattern. Hervorragendes Handwerk trifft hier auf qualitativ hochwertige Produkte und das in einer sehr stimmigen, warmen Atmosphäre. Das sehr zuvorkommende Personal erfüllte zudem all unsere Wünsche. Das Essen ist ein kulinarischer Genuss. Der Sushi Meister Rico erklärte uns beim Zubereiten der köstlichen Speisen die Philosophie des Nashi Dining. Danke für dieses besondere Geschmackserlebnis mitten in Erfurt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von Freunden zum Dinner. Dort und viele von uns hatten das Tasting Menü gewählt. Es startete mit einem exzellenten Gruß aus der Küche, und jeder Gang war ein neuer, kulinarischer Genuss. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, stets zugewandt und rundete den sehr positiven Eindruck ab. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch in Erfurt und werden hier definitiv wieder speisen.

Diese japanische Restauranterfahrung war eine außergewöhnliche Geschmacksreise mit einer besonderen, wenn auch nicht allzu umfangreichen, Karte. Die kulinarischen Grüße aus der Küche haben den Abend perfekt eingeleitet und das zuvorkommende Personal hat den Besuch besonders angenehm gestaltet. Das gemütlich gehobene Ambiente schafft eine perfekte Atmosphäre für einen besonderen Abend. Obwohl sich das Restaurant in einer höheren Preisklasse befindet, wird jeder Cent durch die herausragende Qualität der Speisen und den exzellenten Service gerechtfertigt. Ein Ort für genussvolle Stunden und unvergessliche Gaumenfreuden. 4,5 von 5 Sternen!

Das Essen und der Wein sowie der Hausgemachte Eistee waren eine Köstlichkeit und nette Mitarbeiter*innen haben sich gut um uns gekümmert. In diesem Restaurant gab es wirklich nichts auszusetzen, da der Preis durch sehr gute Qualität vernünftig gewählt ist.

Zweite mal dahin. Beides mal Top Essen aber 2. mal ausversehen habe ich an falschen Tag reserviert, also statt 08.11. habe ich 09.11 reserviert. Aberrrr wenn ich vor ot war hat Kellnerin für uns Platz gemacht. Danke schön !

Wir hatten einen wahnsinnig schönen Abend mit einer (vegetarischen) Auswahl, die sich nicht nur für Erfurt sehen lässt!

Das Problem der Bewertung ist, dass bei 5 Sternen Schluss ist! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend, genossen den Moment, Service, Essen…die Bilder sprechen für sich!

Kurz mal abtauchen in Tokio. Ja so könnte man es nennen. Kulinarisch versteht sich. Neu in Erfurt und eine echte Bereicherung. Ich war selten geschmacklich so begeistert wie am gestrigen Abend. Die Fotos sprechen für sich.

Endlich ist der suhimeister Rico wieder zurück in Erfurt! Er hat mit Max einen fantastischen Koch, der ebenfalls in verschiedenen Küchen der Welt zu Hause war, als Partner gewinnen können. Die Einrichtung und Flair im Nashi ist mega schick und gemütlich. Sushi: Bestes Sushi ever! Wagyu Rindertartar: OMG so lecker. Japanisches Rinderfilet: unfassbar lecker eingelegt. Tolles Personal, tolles Team. Wir sind jetzt Stammgäste 😀

Großartiges Essen und eine sehr aufmerksame und gut informierte Bedienung. Sehr edles und modernes Ambiente. Wir waren zu viert Essen und hatten so die Möglichkeit uns durch einen Großteil der Karte zu probieren. Es gab weder ein Gericht, noch ein Getränk, welches uns nicht geschmeckt hätte. Sehr gerne wieder.

Wir sind super begeistert! Danke für hervorragenden Service und außergewöhnliches Sushi! Wir haben uns für das Menü entschieden und waren rundum zufrieden. Tolles Ambiente, leckeres Essen, freundlicher Service und sympathische Chefs :) wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Ein wundervoller Abend mit hervorragendem Essen und Service gekrönt mit einem Glas mit Rico-san . Danke wir kommen wieder und werden die Karte weiter genießen . Endlich ein ***** Restaurant auf dem Ambiente, Qualität und Gefühl auf dem obersten Level zusammenkommen ! Ein echtes Highlight 👍
