We were guests on New Year's Eve. It was 7 very entertaining, entertaining and above all enjoyable hours. A worthy reception on the terrace with fresh oysters, cold drinks, punch and a fire show. Followed by a delicious 6-course menu and finally the dessert buffet on the roof terrace with sparkling wine and a view of the Erfurt fireworks. ....and a service staff who absolutely enjoy their work. For my husband and I it was a really great, entertaining and delicious evening. We can only recommend this event. 👍🏻👏🏻🫶🏻

A typical German beer restaurant located in a large square in front of the dome. Just a drink is fine. For meals, you can enjoy local Thuringian cuisine. Standard beers such as Keller beer, Helles beer, and dark beer are available in barrels (draft). We also have a wide selection of mulled wine and spirits.

From the first moment I felt welcome - the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the staff extremely friendly and attentive. The food was a real highlight: fresh, tasteful and prepared with great attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the perfectly balanced flavors. The portions were also generous and the price-performance ratio was absolutely fair. A big compliment to the entire team – you can feel the passion for gastronomy here! I can unreservedly recommend Rule’s Restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you for the wonderful evening!

The “Treff am See” is convincing across the board. If you are looking for honest, down-to-earth home cooking of the best quality, you have come to the right place. Every dish is prepared with love, fresh, hearty and simply delicious. The family service is particularly noteworthy. You feel welcome and well looked after from the first moment. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, just like the food. For anyone who appreciates good food and genuine hospitality, the “Treff am See” is an absolute recommendation. Great, quaint location, nice employees

Highly recommended for sporting events, burgers are very tasty and fill you up. Unfortunately, when we were there to watch the football, there were only 2 waitresses, which led to long waiting times. Unfortunately, something like this can always happen unplanned.

Delicious and varied bowls with fresh ingredients – perfect for a balanced meal. The selection of food and drinks is large, so there is something for everyone. The service is friendly and quick. Only card payment is accepted. Still absolutely recommended!

Something great, right next to the new Evangelical comprehensive school on Eugen-Richter Straße... if you've survived the blizzer (permanently installed) and found a tree to tie up your car, you'll find a surprising gem with a cozy fireplace, a crackling fire, and a rustic ambience in the guest room and on the outside terrace. The fries, a poem, the burgers, full of meat (or chicken) and the draft beer or the daily menu always have fresh surprises in store... At the end, an ouzo on the house, I'll soon be back in this Erfurt insider tip, where mothers still cook themselves... and personally "check" whether it tastes good...👊😎🌹

Today I was at the soup kitchen on Mittelhäuser Straße again after a long time. An absolute disappointment. Staff unfriendly and rude. The pea soup was just a water infusion of a soup, the noodles were about to get hot and the sauce was full of gristle and over salted. When asked, no insight or anything like that. It's a shame, I used to be a fan of yours and recommended you to everyone, but that's over with today's experience.
