A rustic, solid restaurant serving Thuringian specialties, some with a new look or a more traditional twist. The outdoor area, along with the indoor area, offers plenty of space. Ample street parking is available at the right time.

A thoroughly successful evening. The dumpling roulade was prepared to perfection – tender, aromatic, with a rich, finely balanced sauce. The dumplings were light and had just the right consistency. The half duck was impressive with crispy skin and succulent meat, expertly prepared. Add to that attentive, unfussy service and an ambiance that combines warmth and down-to-earthness. A place where traditional cuisine is served with care and skill – highly recommended.

Was kann man am Schnitzel falsch machen? Alles. Schnitzel war zäh und fest. Sah aus, als wäre es in der Fritteuse zubereitet. Auf der Karte standen als Beilage Pommes frittes. Waren es nicht. Es waren diese belgische ( breien) Fritten und die waren nicht knusprig. Schade. Die Bedienung war nett.

After many years we had lunch again at the Allesmann in Erfurt. The reunion was extremely warm. In this beautiful weather we were the FIRST to treat ourselves to the beer garden. Nice stay with good food! We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We stopped by the restaurant at short notice today. We were lucky to get a table. Nice restaurant with good seating. We all ate the Erfurter Stadtsäckel. Very tasty, nice portion that fills you up and therefore recommended.

Nice restaurant with home-style cuisine, table reservations recommended, but there was still enough space outside of peak times. Food selection is good, there are also daily specials next to the menu. The dishes were served quickly and very tasty, and the staff was friendly and committed. Credit card/debit card payment not possible due to missing accessories, but EC card payment possible!

Es gibt einige interssante fleischfreie Gerichte auf der Karte und das Essen war sehr gut. Auch die churros, eine südspanische Spezialität die man in Erfurt eigentlich nicht erwartet waren auch sehr gut. Gerne wieder

Es gibt in Erfurt alles an Speisen, was der Planet so her gibt. Wer aber richtig gutes regionales Essen haben möchte, sollte unbedingt das Jedermann aufsuchen. Tolle Küche und soooooo lecker. Die Wirtin macht einen echt guten Job. Wir hatten gestern ein legendäres Würzfleisch und das Schwarzbiergulasch mit Knödel und grünen Bohnen. Mega. Was es heute gibt wird sich dann noch zeigen. Wir haben direkt wieder reserviert. Ehrliche, Bodenständige und regionale Küche.

I visited Allesmann for the first time in December 2023 because I was looking for a location for our class reunion. I found exactly what I was looking for there. I come from Thuringia and love Thuringian cuisine. Here my love was returned. (Feed like a mother) My decision was made immediately. Our class reunion took place on March 16, 2024 in the Allesmann: Food top, service top, ambience top, prices correspond to the loving and excellent preparation of the dishes. We were visiting Erfurt and looking for delicious food in the evening. The dumplings lured us here and the entire meal was very convincing. Fresh, regional, delicious, the roulade like my grandma's and homemade Kaiserschmarn. Just mhhhh! There was even something for a friend of veggie cuisine. The service was very friendly and attentive. I'm still excited. I've walked past many times and now I've finally stopped in. The pre-order via the website worked perfectly and the reception and service was very friendly, warm and accommodating, which continued throughout the evening. Always attentive and concerned about the well-being of the guest. And now to the other highlight: the food. It was extremely tasty. For a long time I have missed what this restaurant conjured up on the plate. Here we cook with love and you can taste it. NO ready-made food from the hot air oven or weighed ingredients stirred together in the pot. Hearty, down-to-earth home cooking is served with joy. Rustic atmosphere where it's fun to go out to eat. You haven't seen the last of me, because I want to try the other dishes too. A visit that made you happy, full and satisfied and is recommended. Keep it up and thank you very much for that!!!

This restaurant is really awesome! As soon as I walked in I felt like I was at home. The atmosphere is really cozy and the decor has a rustic charm that is just cool. And the food? A dream! It tasted just like my mother's at home - fresh, full of flavor and made with love. Every bite was a delight. The service was also great! The staff was extremely attentive and totally friendly. I felt really pampered during my stay. All in all, my visit here was really amazing! Authentic restaurants like this are really a rarity. I can't wait to go back and I wish there were more of them in the area.

You have to like the concept of everyman

We were actually happy to be guests again because it was just perfect on our last visit, before Corona, coming from Chemnitz and now visiting Erfurt again. Restaurants on Saturday evening were moderately full, service was uncertain and the wrong food was promptly given, but it was sorted out. The quality, as I knew the dish, was simply not good, old gray sauerkraut, the toilet rolls with bratwurst, not good and the rest of the plate was not good for the eye and the palate and the crowning glory of it all, a cup of bitters for digestion, I'm a fan, catastrophe, brightly colored and thin, I'm completely disappointed and will never be a guest again, it's a shame. I would have liked to confirm my very good impression from the first visit, no, sorry!

After the great reviews so far, we were unfortunately disappointed. First the positive: Thank you for having vegan dumpling dishes on the menu, that's not a given in Thuringia. The service is quick and does what it's supposed to do. You can also easily redeem the Erfurt voucher here. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio was quite poor. For more than €20 per dish (even the vegan one!) you expect at least fresh and homemade ingredients. Unfortunately, we each had a sour ready-made sauce that was mixed with a lot of sauce thickener, and most of the salad side dishes were from a can. According to the delicious description, both the city bag and the filled dumplings fell well short of our expectations. The draft beer was also rather stale. The ambience is kept cool and unfortunately we didn't notice a real smile or joy from the waitress. Debit cards are not accepted. With a little more taste, freshness and pizzazz, the Allesmann restaurant might also be an address for us.

Bewirtung war super Leider war ich mit dem Essen nicht zufrieden. Hatte Pulled Pork Burger. Hat geschmeckt wie Roulade. War kein Sauerkraut dabei. Hatte das Gefühl, Bürger bestand aus Rester.

Wir hatten uns für den Abend mit 15 Personen im Garten angemeldet. Alle waren sowohl mit dem Essen als auch dem Service sehr zufrieden! Das Restaurant kann von uns allen nur empfohlen werden!

Mal eine andere Art die Thüringer Küche zu genießen. Tolle Ideen, wie man z.B. eine Bratwurst kreieren kann. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam, auch den kleineren Gästen gegenüber. Parkplätze gibt es leider kaum vor der Tür. Die Toiletten sind nur über eine Wendeltreppe im Kellergeschoss zu erreichen.

Freundliche Bedienung, das Ambiente ist m. E. nostalgisch, wer es mag, dem wird es hier gut gefallen. Das Essen war ok, wir hatten einen Burger und Hähnchenroulade. Zum Nachtisch gönnten wir uns zu zweit den Kaiserschmarren, der war wirklich gut. Doch der Grund, der die Bewertung dann leider stark beeinflusst hat, war die gesonderte Berechnung einer Portion Mayonnaise für 1,60 €, der üppige Burger kostete 14,90 €. Das Preisverhältnis ist reichlich unpassend.
