Unfortunately, I remember that you have to walk over a bridge to the restaurant that has steps and that unfortunately excludes me because I walk with a walker and can't climb stairs with it and unfortunately there are still many restaurants in Erfurt that are for people with disabilities Rollator or wheelchair cannot be reached. I would be very interested to know when we locals with disabilities will be integrated into our city? Many toilets in many restaurants in Erfurt are also not handicapped accessible. We talk a lot about integration, it would be very nice if we, people who have always lived and worked here, could finally go out to eat and not always be excluded because of stairs or impossible toilets

A beautiful building with a lot of atmosphere, friendly and attentive service, a convincing menu that offers something for everyone, good bistro cuisine prepared with fresh ingredients and a wine list with a good selection of wines from the region (Saale/Unstrut). We had a lovely evening and will be back at the next opportunity, as it was unfortunately too uncomfortable to sit outside, so we'll do that again.

We've been there several times now and have almost always gotten a table because not only is the cuisine excellent, but the staff also makes everything possible possible. Very good regional and cleverly combined cuisine of high quality. Keep it up!

Unfortunately very inflexible service! 4:55 p.m., two tables occupied, the rest reserved. You are offered a table in the drafty passage. When I asked when the reserved tables would be occupied, the answer was 6:30 p.m. Over 1.5 hours in advance, you can't flexibly book the tables. 2 people after about 70 euros less sales! What a shame! Then please don't complain if the guests stay away!

A restaurant in the building of an old mill directly on the Gera. In summer you can also sit outside here. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. The menu has something to offer for every taste. We had different burgers and they were simply delicious.

We haven't experienced such nice, attentive staff in a long time. We love going out to eat and it tasted great at Pier 37. The salad was colorful and lovingly prepared, the ox cheeks with the spicy sauce were so delicious. The staff was really cute, in a good mood and always on hand. We'll definitely be back.

Very good food and excellent service

Maybe we had a bad day, but somehow things didn't go so well. It was said in advance: the table is reserved from 6:30 p.m., I said jokingly that if the food isn't ready shortly before then 2 hours should be enough (reserved for 4:30 p.m.) Without giving any spoilers it was 5:50 p.m when we got the food and that's why everything was a little rushed. It was also cold at times - we didn't want to complain about that anymore because we had had a few complaints beforehand, warm beer, the wrong soda... But the most annoying thing was the waiting time. We had a starter, so of course that changes, but there was easily 50 minutes between serving the starter and the main course. We were 7 people. Well, unfortunately that led to a mixed feeling, so we decided not to have dessert because of the time.

Service is nice and the atmosphere is ok. The food looks fancy but is medíocre at Best.

Always a pleasure to be here. The food is absolutely great and so is the service. We eat here regularly as a large group and are always satisfied. The service is always cheerful and friendly. The only tip here would be if the meal takes a little longer (which was announced to us) to give a little update every now and then. Makes waiting somehow more relaxing. Because it was cold, we sat inside this time, but you can also eat outside right by the river like you're on vacation.

Reserved for a class reunion with a few people. Great ambience, good location on the river, fast, friendly service. The menu is regional with good quality food in all of our orders. Top for me : the beef tartare! Unfortunately, it is rarely found in restaurants anymore. We would be happy to come by again at the next meeting in Erfurt.

Since Google informed me yesterday that a lawyer was demanding that my review be deleted due to no customer contact and that I now have to prove that I was there, I would like to briefly describe my visit. I was there for a Christmas party. The service staff was unfriendly and rude from the start. The food was carelessly prepared and really nothing special. There was a strong toilet smell at our place and overall neither the table nor anything else was nicely decorated. Ultimately, as the organizer of this event, I found it shameful. You talk about quality in your company, something that I and my colleagues did not feel and you should accept criticism and grow from it. I think it would be cheeky to claim that I was never a guest at your place. It's just a good thing that we as a company were with you and that an invoice was issued. No matter what excuse or hostility you use to respond to a review, it is still important to accept it and take it seriously. I came to you because of the good reviews and unfortunately I was disappointed, maybe my expectations were too high, maybe you were just having a bad day. I was your guest and these were my impressions and I ask you to respect this.

We came to Pier 37 in a large group with great expectations. Neither the tilapia fillet nor the roulade came close to our expectations, nor did the dessert. The roulade was pale, the sauce was thin and tasteless and the red cabbage tasted more like sauerkraut. The dessert, a white chocolate mousse, was just a sweet pudding, but definitely not a chocolate mousse! We cannot make a recommendation!

Visit to Pier 37. Very friendly service. Order took a while. This means that all dishes were actually freshly prepared. There was nothing to complain about in terms of taste. So it wasn't the last visit either. I would be happy to recommend it.

I had made a reservation from home and was assigned a nice table on the ground floor as one person. The photos show without words that I felt very comfortable both as a guest and in terms of cuisine. Gladly again 👍

The three of us were there in the afternoon and had a great time with delicious food. The service was very friendly. We had the small salad, which wasn't so small, the tartare and the 4 delicacies. Everything was very good and nice and relaxed.

Not recommended, the food was cold and didn't taste good either. You know what, I know what I'm talking about, I'm a restaurateur myself and I know how to serve food at the table and how warm it should be and not something like that.

Was at Pier 37 for the first time today. The food was great, there were four of us and everyone had something different, everything was very tasty. I had the impression that the staff really enjoyed working, were very friendly and considerate. For example, we were asked several times whether everything was OK and whether we would like anything else, something that doesn't happen that often in Germany. I can only recommend this restaurant, again and again.

We were here for a company event and the food and drinks were simply fantastic. The Vitello Tonnato was particularly delicious. The service was quick and good and even if your nerves were understandably frayed at some point due to the horde of people, people were still mostly friendly. I can highly recommend the restaurant!

Very, very friendly service 👍🏻 the food was also good but unfortunately too expensive…. 18.90 for a schnitzel, which is actually the size of a children's schnitzel, is simply too much... Unfortunately, even after intensive searching, you cannot find a map on the Internet.

The only small point of criticism regarding the example of the chicken burger: Given the price, it really wouldn't hurt anyone to put a few more potatoes on their plate. We recently went to Pier 37 with a large group of people for a birthday. The food and service were okay, but unfortunately nothing more. The service staff did their job so far, but was not nearly as friendly or service-oriented as I would expect in a hotel in this price range. There was something to complain about with all of the dishes (over-salted potatoes, dry savoy cabbage roulade, watery tomato sauce, limp duck leg) and overall the portions were rather small. We really expected more. A pity!

Eines der wenigen Restaurants, in dem die Stimmung unter den Mitarbeitenden sehr harmonisch, ausgelassen und freundlich ist. Man fühlt sich wohl, gesehen und einfach gut. Essen ist super, Karte ist übersichtlich und saisonal, Preis-Leistung ist auch prima. Kommen natürlich wieder! :-)

Schade, mit Würzfleisch als Vorspeise ging es eigentlich ganz gut los. Leider konnten die Hauptspeisen nicht überzeugen. Der Fisch war sehr gut gebraten, innen glasig, krosse Haut, allerdings war das ganze Gericht fad und nahezu geschmacksneutral. Beim Beilagensalat wurde das Dressing vergessen, die Kartoffeln waren nicht ganz gar. Schnitzel sowie Bratkartoffeln schwammen in Fett, sodass die Panade matschig war, auch dieses Gericht war völlig unterwürzt und schmeckte nach nichts. Die Bedienung hatte sich für die Kritik nicht wirklich interessiert und ließ einen auch nicht ausreden, es stünde ja Salz und Pfeffer auf dem Tisch. (Allerdings sollte ein gewisser Grundgeschmack da sein, sonst hilft auch Pfeffer und Salz nix)

Wir waren heute am 2. Weihnachtsfeiertag. Es war total lecker. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Obwohl wir schon satt waren, haben wir uns noch einen herrlichen Nachtisch gegönnt und haben es nicht bereut. Auf gar keinen Fall. Der Service war hervorragend. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Ich kann es wirklich empfehlen.

Wir hatten gestern im Zuge unsere Weihnachtsfeier in einem wundervollen Ambiente einen wundervollen Abend mit tollem Service (Dank an Fr. Fischer und Fr. Hoppe) und trotz der größeren Personenanzahl zeitlich auf den Punkt serviert sehr leckeres Essen. Immer wieder gerne...

Tischbestellung online oder telefonisch funktioniert sehr gut. Sehr gute aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Essen schmeckt gut. Gut für größere Gruppen geeignet.

schöne Lage am Wasser, innen auch gemütlich eingerichtet. Dazu ein aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Wir haben Rotkohl-Cremesuppe, Wildlachs und Pulled Goose Burger gegessen und die Gerichte waren lecker, die Portionsgröße gut und die Preise angemessen. Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern, volle Empfehlung!

Vegan/ vegetarian options are horrible. Somehow egg is considered vegetarian and the salad was soaked in vinegar.

Wir waren hier zu Weihnachtsfeier. Da wir 20 Personen waren hatte der Service gut zu tun. Unser Hauptkellner war sehr bemüht und freundlich die anderen waren eher sichtlich gestresst. Die eine Dame würde ein Lächeln mal gut stehen. Zum essen,auch wenn es länger gedauert hat ( bei 20Leuten verständlich) war es gleichzeitig am Tisch und heiß. Burger war sehr lecker leider ein sehr kläglicher Haufen Kartoffelspalten dazu. Die Gänsebrust ziemlich trocken und die Nudel mit Garnelen hätten etwas mehr Soße oder Pesto vertragen können. Punkte gab es bei der Dessertvariation die echt gut war. Das Ambiente war durchschnittlich aber nicht so richtig gemütlich. Also es ist Luft nach oben.

Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Personal - mega Küche.... Preislich intensiv aber es hat sich gelohnt. Dankeschön ans Team für den gelungenen Abend.

Liebes Team vom Pier 37, wir möchten DANKE sagen 🙏, wir waren am Donnerstag Abend bei Ihnen zu Gast und hatten einen schönen ruhigen Tisch im ersten OG hinten rechts in der Ecke. Speisen und Ambiente ließen keine Wünsche offen, wir waren die letzen Tage immer zum Abendessen in anderen Restaurants.....Pier 37 war der Gewinner, vor allem herzlichen Dank an den super Service von Frau Hoppe👍, lustig, kompetente Beratung und fachlich eine Wohltat. Es hat rundum Spaß gemacht 👍.

Das Essen war ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Für den Preis müsste es besser und ein wenig mehr sein. Zu lange auf das Essen gewartet.

Essen sehr gut gewürzt und schmackhaft. Preise der Lage entsprechend. Bedienung etwas reserviert. Sitzplätze im Erdgeschoss an den kleinen Tischen etwas beengt. Alles in allem haben wir einen schönen Abend verbracht.

Netter Service, keine Frage. Aber: ultimativ laut! Schlechte Akustik. Hatte einen Rucola-Salat bestellt. Dieser bestand ... tatsächlich NUR aus Rucola. Für DEN Preis hab ich zumindest einen "normalen" Salat plus Rucola erwartet, wie ich es aus anderen Restaurants kenne. Die anderen Portionen waren auch alle recht überschaubar. Deftige Preise. War jetzt nix Außergewöhnliches oder so. Nicht nochmal.

Sehr lecker Essen sieht man auf den Fotos ☺️. Service sehr freundlich, nett und lustig. Was nicht so schön war das es im unterem Bereich und Treppe nach oben nach Toilette gerochen hat. Beim Essen am Tisch Gott sei Dank nichts bemerkt. 🤪 Bitte in Griff bekommen 😉 ansonsten kann man zu 10% empfehlen. Gerne wieder😘

Besuchte vor Kurzem Pier 37 und genoss die malerische Lage am Flussufer, besonders die Aussicht auf die Brücke ist beeindruckend. Das Ambiente ist besonders im Sommer sicher ein Highlight. Das Essen war optisch ansprechend angerichtet, aber geschmacklich könnte es noch etwas Feinschliff vertragen. Der Küchenchef scheint ein Fan von Chili zu sein, jedoch könnten klassische Gewürze wie Salz, Pfeffer sowie Kümmel oder Fenchel bei Gerichten wie der Wirsingroulade nicht schaden. Insgesamt eine schöne Erfahrung mit Luft nach oben bei der Würzung der Speisen.

Das Lokal kann man nur empfehlen und ein Muss bei einem Besuch in Erfurt. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und reichlich. Bedienung sehr sympathisch und gut drauf 👍👍

Der Service war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Leider mussten wir eine Stunde ab Bestellung warten bis das Essen da war. Dieses war schlecht zubereitet (ungewürztes Gemüse, verkocht) und lieblos angerichtet. Die Quiche war leider auch relativ gewürzarm und hat fast nur aus Ei bestanden.
