We received a very warm welcome and service, and the food was also very good and plentiful. The gentleman who took our order, etc., was really very nice and had that typical Cologne attitude. You knew you were in Cologne. Friendly, courteous, and funny.

Oh dear, oh dear, I couldn't believe so many bad reviews! I still have fond memories of fox hunting. A place where half of Eller met again on Sundays for dinner. 7 days a week it was just “cheers, hustle and bustle.” Where the well-being of the guests is important to the host. This is how I remember fox hunting. So gather your strength, press the reset button and go back to the beginning if this is still possible. I wish it for you, Thomas!!!

Today we were at the Pelzer brewery. The conditions were very nice and also prepared for children (coloring pencils, I think also coloring books). The food was very tasty. I had a cream schnitzel xs (enough for me) with fries and salad. My partner a Jäger Schnitzel L. He couldn't finish the schnitzel. We heard the rest without question. We will visit the Bauhaus again and continue to teach it.

We were here again today for coffee and cake. At the weekend the café is very full and you have to wait longer - sometimes very long (more than 30 minutes) - for your food. During the week, things go much faster and are generally more relaxed because they are less noisy. We like to come here during a motorcycle tour because it is centrally located and there are enough parking spaces.

We played mini golf here. Neat course in green surroundings with the opportunity to eat or drink something.

I was there yesterday on my pilgrimage and received an incredibly warm welcome. Even though the kitchen had already closed 10 minutes ago, they still cooked something especially for me - that's true service! The homemade vegetarian schnitzel was by far the best I've eaten so far. The cream sauce with mushrooms, the homemade hash browns and the fresh salad were a poem - everything fresh, lovingly prepared and very filling. I was able to take the rest with me, perfectly packaged. The Spanish wine was also excellent and topped it off. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly and courteous staff – simply great! All in one: a culinary experience with star potential. I can only warmly recommend it and will come back to Freudenberg especially for it. Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Ambience: 5/

**Experiences with customer service - unfortunately disappointing** I have visited the restaurant several times, on different days and at different times. Unfortunately, I had the same negative experiences every time. **1. Rude service** The employee who is supposed to take the orders is extremely rude and not customer-oriented at all. I experienced a particularly negative example on August 17, 2024. I was there to buy a Manta platter to take home. As soon as I entered, I was rudely told: "It's going to take a while, I can't change it." This statement was repeated several times during the course of my order. When I asked how long it would take, I received a curt answer: "Yes, what do I know, probably 15 minutes or longer. You see, the sausage has to go on the grill first and the fries are still cold. " **2. Priority for seated guests** After I communicated that I wanted to take the food away, I was told: "Yes, then you can wait now, our seated customers have priority." However, there wasn't much going on that day, so the stress wasn't justified. **3. Repeated negative experiences** Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case. I have had similar experiences on several visits. This is a simple chip shop and not a 4-star restaurant, but the customer service should still be good here. **Conclusion** Unfortunately, due to these repeated negative experiences, I cannot recommend eating there. Customer friendliness should also be a given in a snack bar.

I'd like to comment on this kind reaction, as I find this kind of distortion of reality somewhat inappropriate. Firstly, I was very rudely asked to change tables, even though there were still four large tables available, but I happily changed them without, as they put it, any discussion. I don't think even polite people would mind the fact that I took off my shoes in a corner where no one could see me (and certainly not my bare feet) (in 30° heat). I was asked if I enjoyed the food, and I said it was okay and wasn't as enthusiastic as they portrayed it. The fact that my debit card didn't work is probably more because they didn't see the fee (as they themselves admitted) for card payments. The fact that the bank automatically sends you a combined debit and Visa card, even though the system isn't yet standardized (we discussed that too), is less my fault, I think. Apart from calling it skipping the bill, even though I paid my "bill" immediately after opening the next day, I think that explains the whole thing sufficiently (that, as someone who has been in a social work profession for 25 years, I certainly have no intention of skipping anyone's bill!!!). It's outrageous to call it that, since it's certainly never happened in my 45 years of life. I found it a bit presumptuous that I politely asked if I could bring some food and was initially told, in what I considered a very accusatory tone, that it would take at least an hour and a half, since they weren't cooking just for me. Just to clarify your very detailed comment!!! The fact that you have time to write such a long text, but some customers see a waiter/waitress for the first time a full half hour after they arrive, I think is a bit disproportionate in this context, but never mind. I think the lady at the next table felt the same way. Nevertheless, I wish you all the best for your restaurant. You certainly won't see me or my colleagues from the university hospital there again, and perhaps next time you'll be a bit more productive in dealing with your customers' complaints, because, to put it briefly, you're still service providers.

Yesterday, three of us visited the Keglerklause restaurant in Bad Fredeburg on a recommendation. The outdoor area is a great place to relax in nice weather. The owners/tenants, who only took over the restaurant a few months ago, are very friendly and accommodating. The menu offers traditional German and Russian cuisine. We ordered a schnitzel, a burger, and chebureki (fried dumplings filled with minced meat). The side dishes, such as fries, grilled vegetables, and various sauces, were perfectly matched and absolutely delicious. The prices for both dishes and drinks are also fair. The Keglerklause is definitely recommended and worth one or more visits!

The restaurant is a big disappointment! We had reserved a table for this evening 3 weeks ago because we wanted to have a nice meal there on our wedding anniversary. At exactly 6:30 p.m. we find ourselves standing in front of a closed door and everything in the restaurant is dark. Not a single notice on the door or on their website. It was extremely disappointing, that's not how you treat guests.
