A truly fantastic restaurant that impressed me very positively. German and Asian cuisine in one place. You can also sit outside. The owners are super friendly. Top!

I would now like to say something about this nice reaction, as I find a distortion of reality of this kind a little inappropriate. On the one hand, I was asked very harshly to change the table, even though there were still four large tables free, but I happily changed it without, as they call it, discussing it. The fact that I took off my shoes (at 30°) in a corner where no one could see me (and certainly not my bare feet either) shouldn't bother polite people, I think. I was asked if the food was tasty and I said it was okay and wasn't full of enthusiasm like they make it out to be. The fact that my debit card didn't work is probably because they don't understand the fee (as they themselves admitted) for the card payment. I think that the fact that the bank automatically sends you a combined EC and Visa card, even though the system has not yet been standardized (we discussed that too), is less my fault and apart from calling it cheating, even though I paid my “bill” immediately after it opened the next day, I think that explains the whole thing sufficiently (that as I have been in a social profession for 25 years, I certainly have no intention of cheating anyone!!!). It's an impudence to call it that, as it has certainly never happened in 45 years of life. I found it a bit presumptuous that I asked politely if I could take some more food with me and was initially told, in what I thought was a very reproachful tone, that this would take at least an hour and a half, since after all they weren't just cooking for me. Just to clarify your very detailed comment again!!! The fact that you have time to write such a long text, but that some customers see a waiter/waitress for the first time half an hour after they are with you, I think is a bit disproportionate in this context, but so be it. I think the lady at the next table felt the same way. Nevertheless, I wish you all the best for your restaurant, I and my colleagues from the university hospital will certainly not see you there again and maybe next time you will be able to deal with your customers' complaints a little more productively, because in short, they are still service providers.

The Asian dishes are particularly impressive. The ambience outside is great, the inside and the outside facade urgently need to be renovated or reworked.

Delicious Westphalian and very good Asian food. Very generous portions. You can have the unfinished food packed up. The boss and his wife cook themselves and are always nice and friendly.

Unfortunately, the very good food has a bitter aftertaste: the owner is rude and not very service-oriented. E-mails are ignored or answered rudely, calls are brushed aside. It would be better for him to stay in the kitchen and leave customer contact to others.

Clearly 5 stars because huge, delicious portions. The burgers are hard to make on your own (but you can pack them in). You can pay by ec-cash. However, a tip is extra. The service is extremely friendly and accommodating. Gladly again.

A very pleasant restaurant with freshly prepared food and generous portions. We liked them so much that we ate there again the next day of our stay. Absolutely recommended, also because of the quiet location and the very committed hosts, the excellent quality of the food and the good price-performance ratio. Thank you very much.

Two cuisines are offered. The portions are very generous and absolutely delicious! Be careful with dessert, if you want to order the combination ice cream and mouss au chocolate, you don't need a main course beforehand 😉

Wir waren heute auf Anraten einer Bekannten zu Dritt hier. Das Essen war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Abgerundet wurde der tolle Abend durch den bezaubernden Charme und überaus tolle Freundlichkeit der Chefin. Selten habe ich jemanden gesehen, der mit so viel Freude bei der Arbeit ist. Ein Lächeln, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Also alles in Allem ein toller Besuch mit gutem Essen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

The best schnitzel with fried potatoes I have ever eaten! And what a schnitzel it was! Here you get something for your money, you definitely won't leave hungry, the portions are huge! The restaurant is small and unassuming from the outside, but the space and the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Since it is a very small restaurant, reservation is the safe option as capacity fills up quickly.

Das Vocatio ist meine Lieblingsadresse für frische gekochte asiatische Küche. Auch die Kombination mit guter deutscher Küche finde ich sehr gelungen. Das Restaurant wird von einem Ehepaar ohne weiteres Personal betrieben, dadurch kann es schnell schwierig werden einen Platz zu bekommen. Aber die nette Bedienung und das tolle Essen machen das wieder gut.

Tasty food and drinks, huge portions. The couple who run the place were helpful and working hard. The Tom Yum thai soup was exceptionally good. Loved the duck with 6 Köstbarkeiten and the duck mini wok. Next time I'll go for the schnitzel.

Was ein freundlicher Empfang und lecker das Essen!

Familiengeführtes Restaurant mit deutscher und chinesischer Küche. Hört sich zunächst sehr ungewöhnlich an, aber alle Gerichte waren sehr lecker. Freundlicher und sehr aufmerksamer Service.

Es stimmt alles! Richtig gutes Essen, gepflegte Getränke (Riesling trocken!!) und freundliche Bedienung! Hier wird mit frischen Zutaten auf Bestellung gekocht-so muss es sein! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Diesmal wieder die vietnamesische Küche (Ente aus dem Wok) genossen: Sehr lecker und üppig! Der Service -wie immer- freundlich, frisch und aufmerksam!

Wir haben zu viert dort gegessen. Man wird sehr freundlich und aufmerksam bedient. Die Speisen sind sehr schmackhaft zubereitet. Die Peking Ente ist der Hammer ! Zum Abschluss gerne Asiatischen Schnaps wählen. Sehr freundlich, sehr lecker, sehr gut !

Leckeres Essen, große Portionen

Waren dort mit Freunden und haben einen schönen Abend dort verbracht. Essen war sehr lecker, die Eigentümerin ist sehr bemüht und nett. Saßen draußen bei schönem Wetter, war zwar an einer Straße gelegen, doch durch Bäume und Sträucher verdeckt/abgegrenzt. Werden dort wieder hin gehen. 👍😊

Sehr gutes Essen, sehr nette Bedienung, sehr gute Preise zum Verhältnis. Sehr zu empfehlen.

War eingeladen. Es gab Schnitzel mit verschiedenen Saucen, dazu Salzkartoffeln und Pommes. Gemüse, Blumenkohl und Erbsen und Möhren. Die Schnitzel waren in Ordnung. Die Saucen waren Fertigsaucen, in der Jägersauce waren frische Champions. Pommes waren frisch und heiß, mir aber zu salzig, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Die Erbsen waren überzuckert. Ebenfalls Geschmackssache Man wird satt. Ambiente, es war eine größere Gruppe. Der Raum kalt eingerichtet, Essen Trinken fertig. Gemütlichkeit, naja. Das WC, siebziger Jahre. Keine Möglichkeit die Hande abzutrocknen. Keine Papierhandtücher vorhanden. Die Bedienung, war sehr freundlich.

Netter Service und sehr leckeres Essen in wirklich großen Portionen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke.

Hervorragende westfälische und asiatische Küche. Immer frisch zubereitet Toller Service, nette Gastgeber Update: jetzt habe auch mal einen Hamburger riskiert. Und ich muss sagen: Einen besseren und üppigeren Hamburger habe ich bis Dato in MS noch nicht gegessen

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant in der Nähe. Der Service war toll. Das Essen war sehr lecker, es wurde alles frisch zubereitet und wir fühlten uns willkommen.

Am einem Mittwoch - Pizzatag -, dort sehr gut gegessen. Vorab ein Gruß aus der Küche 😃. Zu der Pizza gab es kostenlos einen guten und frischen Salat . Hier stimmt Preis Leistung auf jeden Fall. Komme bestimmt wieder.

Haben heute nach einiger Zeit zum Abholen bestellt. Meine Frau war zufrieden. Vegetarisch. Die acht Schätze allerdings einen herbe bzw "süße Enttäuschung. Es war nämlich süß sauer, was ich gar nicht mag. Stand auch nicht so auf der Karte. Nach Reklamation erklärte man, das es so immer gemacht wird und nicht sűß sei. Sonder es sich um eine Chilli Sauce mit leichter Schärfe handele und man keinen Zucker hinzugefügt habe. Wahrscheinlich eine Sweetchilli Sauce wie man sie überall fertig kauft. Mich mich unerträglich süß. Statt dem mediterranen Gemüse, würde ich mir grundsätzlich z. B Soja Keime, Shitakepilze und Bambus Sprossen wünschen, also asiatisch und kein Broccoli oder Möhren. Das Schweinefleisch war trocken und hatte Discounter Qualität. Zwei Stücke Ente bloß ein klein wenig Rindfleisch und Huhn. Leider bestand es zu 75 %aus Schweinefleisch. Ich bin jederzeit bereit für Qualität mehr zu zahlen aber das Gericht heute war das Geld nicht wert. Fast alles ist im Biimüll gelandet. Leider wurde die Reklamation nicht ernst genommen.

Ich hatte eine Ente ala Vietnam. Konnte leider nur ein Viertel davon essen. Die Sauce war dermaßen malzig süß, dass ich nicht weieressen konnte. Unabhängig davon, finde ich es sehr sehr schade an Gemüse nur Karotten, Papier, Broccoli etc zu finden. Sehr wünschen würde ich mir z. B. Morcheln, chitakepilze, Sojasprossen /Keime, Chinakohl, Austernpilze etc. Wir haben heute das Essen abgeholt. Leider war ich sehr enttäuscht.

Waren zu einem Geburtstagsessen mit 8 Personen dort. Um 19.30 h Tisch bestellt. Erste Bedienung um 19.45h. Nur eine Kellnerin bei fast vollem Laden. Das Essen war lieblos angerichtet und die meisten Teller (Schnitzel) völlig überladen. Bratkartoffeln sehr pappig, Schnitzel fad. Aufs Essen ca 1 Stunde gewartet. Am Ende durfte nur die Chefin abkassieren. Schon etwas seltsam alles.

Die Gastfreundlichkeit wird sehr groß geschrieben. Die Küche ist vietnamesisch orientiert, kann aber auch alles andere sehr gut! Wir hatten Schweinefilet und konnten echt nicht meckern. Wir kommen beim nächsten Familientermin sehr gerne wieder!
