This is a great spot for a relaxed visit after a walk or bike ride through the fields and on the paths nearby. There is also a playground for the kids if they get restless or bored.

Very tasty, traditional food, great atmosphere! We'd love to come back! The host couple was very friendly and told us the exciting family history of the coopers!

Well attended at lunchtime. Nevertheless, we got a table even without a reservation. Unfortunately, the menu on St. Martin's Day was very small. Unfortunately the sauerbraten was not a good choice. The meat was very stringy and fatty.

Despite making a reservation in good time, we only got an emergency seat, even though there were still tables available where guests without a reservation were given a seat. Will not visit this restaurant again.

Good atmosphere, friendly staff and good prices

Mass processing with stressed service staff, but honest cuisine in a charming atmosphere. You can do it!

The ambience is good, the waitresses are very attentive and friendly, but unfortunately the food is just ok. Price very good, quality not. Ready-made sauce, store-bought spaetzle, dry, tough schnitzel, cheese spaetzle, although cheesy - but just cheesy, dry and hardly seasoned, no salad with it. And the salad you buy extra is soggy and drowned in dressing.

Classic in Überlingen! Very good dishes (from classic to – my tip – the breaded chicken breast with mango curry sauce), great team!

Unfriendly service. Tight table configuration. Very loud. We didn't get to eat because both service people ignored us.

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is very inviting. You also receive a warm welcome and the boss also welcomed us to the table. The food is a bit expensive but still affordable. There is no cell phone reception in the basement, a good alternative to switch off and concentrate fully on the evening and the people.

Went here for dinner after my son's soccer training. The food was very good! The selection of food and the ambience is a good mix between a restaurant and a clubhouse! Definitely again!

This has to be one of the best German restaurants all around. Every dish was packed with flavour, starting with the soup, then the main dish and ending with dessert. Even the way they cooked a simple potato was exquisite! Highly recommend. The only thing is that the service was slow, but we were a huge group (~50 people) so I think that was the reason.

1a restaurant, food very good, staff very friendly and atmosphere very cozy. We are regulars. If you want a 5 STAR restaurant, this is the wrong place for you. It is good and tasty bourgeois and regional cuisine.

Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf einen Besuch aus Dezember 2022. Ein tolles Lokal mitten im Schwarzwald, üppige Portionen (bei großem Hunger auch Kilosteaks sehr zu empfehlen!) und die besten Spätzle die ich jemals gegessen habe. Wir wären bei unserem nächsten Urlaub im Schwarzwald gerne wieder gekommen, leider ist das dann nicht mehr möglich. Trotzdem vielen Dank für das tolle Essen und den Service!
