All in all it was ok that our conditions weren't that great, the store itself can't be blamed.

I would have loved to give it six stars! Very nice location, the food is an absolute dream, very well-kept beers and a waiter who really enjoys his job. It couldn't be better, keep it up!👏🏻

A very nice and cozy place near the river. Unfortunately, I found a few hairs deep in my food. Still, this didn't affect my impression, even though the restaurant staff didn't apologize and didn't offer any discount.

The service was a bit crazy, I ordered something else and she brought me something else, well my two men had sausage salad and roast pork with spaetzle but my son said there wasn't enough sauce and the roast was far dry, I had schnitzel with fries which was good. But the shandy they offer is not good. I had a sweet one but it wasn't good at all. The best thing is just the location there

On my last visit to the Lochmühle restaurant, I was particularly impressed by the quality of the food. The schnitzel I ordered was cooked perfectly: crispy, tender and juicy. There were also Kässpatzen, which were not only wonderfully creamy but also wonderfully hearty. The combination of these two dishes was simply heavenly and made my visit a real culinary experience. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service rounded off the evening perfectly. If you're in the area, you definitely shouldn't miss a visit to the Lochmühle!

The food is very tasty and the location right on the stream is also great. Unfortunately, the service wasn't that good during our visit, the service was relatively lackluster and the criticism that the spritzers were without sparkling water (but with tap water) was simply said that this was what it said on the menu. This can be done even better.

The Lochmühle is a lovely restaurant in an excellent location in the Gerberviertel in Ulm. The beer garden is largely covered and protected, which promotes a cozy atmosphere. The dishes were mostly classic German cuisine and were all delicious. Many local specialties can be found on the menu. The meat and fish dishes were all delicious and are definitely recommended. The desserts are also excellent. The outside area is directly on the blue as can be seen in the photo.

With our friends we wanted to taste German cuisine here in Ulm...after a few unsuccessful attempts due to failure to book, we managed to find a place outdoors in this place, thanks also to the friendly and welcoming staff...an excellent dinner with Typical dishes of abundant, quality meat at a good price along with pleasant mugs of beer... congratulations to all the staff

Great location in the fishing district on the Blau with a beautiful outdoor area. The food was good, but we had higher expectations for the price. Unfortunately the dessert was disappointing. Mountain beer on tap is very tasty!

Restaurant with a great location by the stream in the Fischerviertel....beautiful outdoor terrace! Food came very quickly... which is generally not a good sign and was fine... but nothing more: sauerbraten with little taste... spaetzle with it was very tasty. From the breading, pork schnitzel seemed as if it had already been "lying around" prepared... so unfortunately it was more like a chip shop level. So not a recommendation.

Eat like your mother eats. We sat outside and despite the light rain, it was a nice atmosphere. The food was good and the portions were more than sufficient. We will be back next time we visit Ulm.

Very good, sumptuous, home-style food. Really attentive staff even though the place was completely full. The restaurant itself is very nice, true to the name and rustically furnished.

Insanely delicious food. The older lady with curly blonde hair made my stay a disaster. I hope this lady will receive training in dealing with guests soon, I have very rarely experienced something so unfriendly. It's a shame, such employees can ruin the entire company reputation

Extremely poor or better said no service at all, even though there wasn't much going on. We then ate somewhere else. The restaurant next door had great service and delicious food.

We ate dinner there as a group of 6 We were given a table quickly. The table was large, but the seats were a little bit uncomfortable but overly so. We mostly ordered variations of the wiener schnitzel. The normal schnitzel was good, but the Monaco one was absolutely amazing. All in all i cannot recommend it enough.

I can't say anything about the food as we didn't even get the menus. When we arrived there were several free tables without reservation cards. We sat down and waited. After 10-15 minutes, no one came, even though the four waitresses were standing around doing nothing. It was obvious to us that we were being ignored. So the atmosphere was gone. You really don't have to put up with such an impudence...

Quaint, rustic inn in a great location directly on a stream. The food is just as good as the ambience. It is served quickly and tastes great. The waitresses are quite stressed, but do a good job. We can highly recommend it.

Nice and nice restaurant with a great location. The restaurant is right next to a small river which makes it very cozy. The food was very tasty and the beer was tasty too. Service was ok, had to ask on and off. Otherwise we were very satisfied.

The ambience is very nice. Located right on the water with nice outside seating. I was there on Friday with two friends for a cozy girls' evening - it was also the start of the European Championships. There was a large television set up outside and at the start of the game the outdoor area was full of guests. Nevertheless, the service staff was very attentive and always friendly. People kept asking if everything was OK and if there was anything else they wanted. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the cellar who took care of it all evening. But we felt like we were in good hands with him. The food was very tasty and the portions were sufficient, so we had to take a short break before we ordered dessert. It was a lovely evening all around and I can only recommend the Lochmühle!

We ordered boiled beef with fried potatoes. The meat was very tender, the horseradish sauce was very tasty and so were the fried potatoes. It was a large portion and definitely good value for money, especially since there was a lot of meat on the plate. The service was also perfect, fast and friendly. Very happy again 👍👍👌👌👌

Exactly what we were looking for. Overall (food and drinks - 2 people) a little more expensive at €54, but that's normal for German cuisine. Still highly recommended!

The historic house offers a beautiful ambience in the old town of Ulm. The service was extremely attentive and friendly. We were a group of ten people. We all received our ordered dishes promptly. These were very well sized and extremely tasty, even for adults. We'd love to come back.

We had dinner with a group of 53 people. The communication was good right from the start, the service was super friendly and very attentive. Our food was served within a very short time and the price-performance ratio was completely reasonable. Thank you for this lovely evening in a traditionally cozy atmosphere.

I was in the restaurant on Saturday afternoon for sauerbraten, which was so delicious over a year ago. Was disappointed this time. The meat was all gristly and fatty, couldn't eat most of it. There was far too little sauce on the plate. I reordered, but no sauerbraten sauce was brought here. I let most of it go back. For the price of 28 euros, the food should at least be tasty. Am very disappointed.

Very tasty food, we had Ticino Rösti and schnitzel with spaetzle, the shaved spaetzle was great! We will be back. The waitress with the white/light hair is super nice and has a great sense of humor.
