Auf allen Tischen steht ein „Reserviert“ - Schild. Zufällig vorbeikommende Paare oder Gruppen finden sofort einen Platz und werden bedient. Ich als Sologast wurde des Platzes verwiesen.

En nuestro día de turismo por esta ciudad con mucho encanto me dejé aconsejar por la plataforma para ir al mejor restaurante de gastronomía alemana y local en horas de comida. Se ubica en un precioso barrio a orillas del río. El local es de estética tradicional y el personal bastante amable teniendo en cuenta el carácter de algunos alemanes. Servicio rápido en la comida aunque algo lento en el postre. Higiene correcta… Por lo que respecta a la comida, hay muchas opciones interesantes pero nos decantamos por dejarnos aconsejar por ellos, pues yo quería tomar comida típica. Todo estaba riquísimo. Las raciones son abundantes y no pudimos terminarlo todo. El postre que pedimos también estaba bastante bueno. A destacar: la pasta y el helado son caseros. Como aspecto de mejora he de decir que la mostaza me pareció muy fuerte, así como también el acompañamiento caliente de cereza con el que venía el postre. Las sillas, además, no son muy cómodas… Por todo lo demás, de 10.

Locale tipico quasi sulle rive del Danubio nel pittoresco quartiere dei pescatori. Si può mangiare fuori. Non so come facesse la signora che serve ai tavoli ad essere così tranquilla e sorridente nonostante il grandissimo affollamento. Cibo tipico buono e servizio veloce. Da consigliare

We actually just wanted to have an aperitif... The service was so great that we decided to eat there, which wasn't a mistake, even though the person sitting next to us was very special. The restaurant is very cozy and has a relaxed atmosphere. The ambience inside is really very lovingly and beautifully designed. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating. The food was incredibly tasty and came to our table quickly even though there were 5 of us.

Were there for lunch on Sunday lunchtime. Nice restaurant with great food and friendly staff. For dinner I had the veal schnitzel, which tasted excellent.

The food was quite good. You can't go wrong with schnitzel and fries. Only our table wasn't nice, right in the corner next to an old electrical box.

Very unfriendly male service! Wanted to cash in immediately outdoors. When I asked if I seemed dubious, I was immediately "dismissed!"...that's none of my business and "he" doesn't have to comment on it any further. So what is that???

The shipmen's guild house has a very rustic appearance. The food was good and the staff was mostly nice. We had problems with the voucher system because it was difficult to check without a voucher. But the emails were answered quickly and a solution was quickly found. Great beer is also offered.

Quiet location, friendly staff and great food.

As part of a choir trip to Ulm, we had dinner in the guild house. The entire process beforehand and the food itself were top notch. The medieval atmosphere is also very nice. Gladly again. We felt very comfortable.

A very good middle-class restaurant.

Very nice inn with delicious food. The crusty roast was perfectly crispy on the outside, as it should be. The Maultaschen were also very tasty. The boss and her girls were very nice and child-friendly. The food came very quickly despite being busy. Super organized operation, great ambience, nice staff and delicious food, what more could you want?!

They were full and we had to wait a little longer, but it’s okay

We were warmly welcomed and had reserved a table upstairs. Both the service and the ambience could be described as good. Drinks arrived quickly despite the restaurant being full, and the food was very tasty. I can't say anything about the price/performance, we were invited as business partners and didn't have to pay. I would recommend the restaurant because of the harmonious overall concept and the delicious food.

We went here for dinner with two adults and two children The food was absolutely excellent!! The children's plates were also very tasty and the quantity was perfect. The atmosphere is rustic and very cozy. We had a large table directly across from the counter. The service was great! Very friendly and accommodating. Dealing with the children was also great. I can only recommend the guest rooms in the guild house to everyone.

Great gastronomy on the edge of the Danube, in the middle of the fishing district! We were absolutely thrilled with the quality of the food and would come back at any time! We particularly liked the fact that even simple dishes are made by hand and do not come from the Maggifix cooking studio. Especially recommended during asparagus season!

Nice to sit outside in pleasant weather. Attractive ambience in the inner courtyard. Large selection of draft beers. For my taste, the beers I tried, Berg Helles and Gold Ochsen Kellerbier, lacked spice and depth.

One of the nicest local restaurants in Ulm. Germany has so much to offer when it comes to beer and great food, and this is definitely up there with the best of the best. The beer is delicious and the food is very well prepared... At the top range of the best traditional German restaurants I've tried. Definitely recommend.

I recently visited the dining rooms in the Shipmen's Guild House and was very satisfied. The food was delicious and the service was first class. The weather was beautiful that day and the view from the restaurant added to the enjoyment. The owner was very friendly and helped me choose a dish from the menu. This is now my favorite restaurant when I'm in Ulm for work. I recommend it to everyone!

We had dinner even late… around 9pm, they offered us the only dish they already had but they are well made and homemade traditional food from this area!

The food was super delicious. The choices were cheese spaetzle with spinach and the Allgäu schnitzel. Despite having a full reservation, the waitress freed us a table for an acceptable time slot. Great. The guest room made entirely of wood is a real stunner. Everything including toilets was very clean.

Service staff very friendly with a lot of humor, The food and white wine were extremely good. Ate in the restaurant and later had dessert outside. We were there for 3 hours. Price performance top. Highly recommended.

The building is very nice, rustic, the service was very friendly. It was pointed out that it might take some time, so the wait to eat was ok. The food was 50/50. Some were really good, others were average, e.g. the fries were like at McDonalds etc. They were happy with the venison goulash and Maultaschen, schnitzel was also ok, a bit expensive, the one fish dish was a bit low for the price and too dry. The pancake soup was still well received. The local beer was also praised.

The inn is located in the most beautiful part of Ulm, the Fischerviertel. It is an old half-timbered house and has a great ambience. We visit the guild house regularly and have never been disappointed. The food is of very good quality, beautifully presented and the prices are reasonable. The waitresses are friendly and on the ball. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Were in the separate room with 10 people. Quaint, cozy, rustic because it also has a historical background. Manuela from the service is absolutely top because she is always present and attentive. The whole team is quick, competent and attentive. Food: Pork roast - yummie!!! The rest of the group was also very satisfied with the food that everyone had ordered. Gladly again, but then without a car to be able to drink a beer! Thank you very much!!!
