Ordered on a Thursday evening and the food was delivered after a full 2 ​​hours and 14 minutes. In the meantime, I built a small kitchen in my office building site and could have cooked myself. Not only was the burger incorrectly topped (it can happen, it's really not a bad thing) but there was nothing left warm. The fries and sweet potato fries were cold and very soggy, therefore inedible. Next time I would rather not eat at all instead of ordering from Hungry Poet. Paid around €32 only to unfortunately end up throwing the food away. It's a shame for the earth's resources, which are being wastefully wasted by such unprofessionalism.

I tried to order from Farmburger at 2:20am today - the website says it's open until 2:30am. So it shouldn't really be a problem. But just as I was about to submit my order, the page suddenly disappeared. No more access, nothing worked anymore. I thought, okay, maybe there's a technical problem - so I'll call. Several times. No answer. Not even a “Sorry, we’re closing,” just total radio silence. If you say you're open until 2:30 a.m., you should be available and operational by then. Everything else is simply dubious. If you pull the plug ten minutes before the end and leave customers out in the cold, you don't have to be surprised about bad reviews. I would understand if I arrived at 2:31 a.m. – but not ten minutes before! Service desert Germany sends its regards again – thanks for nothing. For me that was definitely the last time. Customer friendliness looks different.

It used to be better. Have the owners changed? Unfortunately the price/performance ratio can no longer be justified. I had the goat cheese burger. In the past, just the right amount of goat cheese with walnuts was portioned onto the burger. But now I couldn't believe my eyes. There was just a 1.5cm thick slice of goat cheese on my burger! What's that supposed to mean? It took longer to search for walnuts. The chili mayo didn't taste like mayo at all but rather like a slightly spicy tomato sauce. The sweet potato fries were largely burnt. All in all a disappointment for a huge price (around 18/19 euros just for the food without drinks). However, the ambience and service are good.

Unfortunately, things have gone downhill a lot. There are new people in the kitchen and the staff don't know the prices and are extremely rude.

Ordered via Lieferando. Waited 2 hours for the food. After I called, someone yelled at me on the cell phone that I had no patience. The worst thing is that the food never arrived and I still haven't gotten my money back. Would definitely not recommend this. Better go to FOODBROTHER which is around the corner and have 1000 times more delicious burgers

I can't say much about the ambience because I always ordered via Lieferando, but the food is really delicious, always arrived warm + it always arrived on time :) Currently my favorite burger shop 🩷✨

I ordered food today. I'm horrified. Burger looks like it was bought from McDonald's and wrapped in foil. Fries are just disgusting and dry. Not even salted. The whole thing for €16. Never again! This is really a disgrace, dear boys and girls! Attached photos. For that money I would really have been better off going to McDonalds. ADDENDUM: I spoke to the owner again on the phone. They apologized to me and offered a voucher. I think that’s customer-oriented and good! That's why I'm changing the stars again.

Ordered for the first time today via UE (Uber-Eats) and was absolutely disappointed. Both sides of the burger burnt. Meat dry and salad tastes stale.. That was also the last time. At least the driver was nice.
