Ordered food over 2 hours ago and nothing has arrived so far and no one can be reached by phone to cancel. Not recommended!!! Was the first and last time

I'm pretty disappointed with the customer service. Advertise that if you order over 30, you get a cola. Had an order value of EUR 31 via lieferando. Didn't get any coke. Supplier asked the boss. He replied that since we ordered online, there was none. But he also couldn't explain to me why the free Coke was always included with past online orders. And no, I'm not mixing anything up because I've always ordered from them online. Well, the end of the story is that you lose a customer to the competition because of the lack of cola.

As always, delivered quickly and warm to the table. Very good customer service. If something isn't right, you'll always be accommodated. I've been ordering for years and am very satisfied.

I have to admit, it used to be much better. Price adjustment? Can you see past it? Lukewarm pizza when you order for half an hour? I can still live with it. What you can't do, however, is canned tuna when you order a seafood pizza. That simply has no place there. Nowhere can you get tuna on pizza if you order it with seafood. I can imagine the reason for this. I hope that these things turn out well, then it will be my number one choice for pizza delivery services again!

We have been a Spicy customer for months. Everything was always wonderful. Until recently we ordered with a voucher (which was followed by phone terror from the boss) and today we ordered again with a voucher and then we received an SMS with the words, We shouldn't order there anymore!!! "You've definitely lost us. What a shame!

Completely cheeky shop, waiting for over 2 hours then wakes up one of the drivers because you're sleeping which is usual at 12 o'clock. I'll get my money back and if you don't have your drivers under control I'll come to your shop for a few days and then we'll take a look you disgusting ones
