The burgers were very tasty and the rolls were fresh, the sauces all tasted different. We tried a few👌😋 All in one great delicious chicken and burgers. Today we ate at this restaurant with family but unfortunately the staff was very rude and uninterested. We were treated disrespectfully when ordering and customer friendliness doesn't seem to play a role here. Additionally, both the burger and fries were of poor quality and disappointing in taste. I definitely won't be coming back!!!

I used to really enjoy eating it, but if you've had a bad experience the last two times, then you don't feel like it anymore. A week ago I pre-ordered for a specific time to break the fast. When I got there, there was still more than 10 minutes left. I waited in line for another 5 minutes. Then it was my turn and had to pay and then they took my food, which had already been ready on the side the whole time, given. Unfortunately it was cold and I told the cashier that. But she hadn't really cared. I just tried it again. I traveled here from Bünde and have been calling for half an hour just to say that I just want a bowl that I'll pick up in half an hour. Nobody answered the phone. Then I was there after half an hour and then ordered on the spot. The cashier (I think even the boss) said it would take half an hour. I said I've been calling almost non-stop for half an hour, couldn't you answer the phone for even a second? I then went out. I can understand the stress, but they always give me the feeling that they don't care whether the customer is happy or not. That's why I'm avoiding this store now. Even that won't interest them 😂😂
