I have to say, Elias Pizza Eck sent my taste buds on a galactic journey! The vegan pizza is nothing short of a revelation - the combination of cashew must and yeast flakes, refined with a touch of garlic oil, is simply brilliant. And as if that wasn't enough, the house dessert - pizza with pistachio cream and chopped pistachios is simply divine. Here, traditional Neapolitan tradition and modern creativity combine to create a taste experience that is second to none. Elias Pizza Eck, you not only met my expectations but exceeded them - keep it up!

I had the exclusive opportunity to try the Neapolitan pizza from Elias Pizza Eck and I have to say, I absolutely loved it! The pizza was baked in a professional pizza oven, which gave it a unique and delicious taste. The dough was deliciously thin and crispy, just like a Neapolitan pizza should be. The ingredients were fresh and of the highest quality. The mozzarella was nice and creamy and the topping was generous and perfectly distributed. Among other things, I had the Margherita pizza and was impressed by the simplicity and intense flavors. Every bite was a delight! The pizza maker used very high-quality ingredients and created extraordinary flavor compositions that were completely unknown to me until then. The service was also excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive and very professional. The atmosphere in the pizzeria was cozy and inviting, which made the visit a completely successful experience. All in all, I can highly recommend the Neapolitan pizza from Elias Pizza Eck. If you're looking for an authentic and delicious Neapolitan pizza, with real family flair and deep conversation, then you've come to the right place! I will definitely come back to enjoy more of these delicious pizzas.

Here, the flour is ordered by the master baker personally, by hand from Amazon, in the centuries-old traditional Neapolitan style. Only the best tomatoes are used in the dough after strict selection. Tomatoes that were not harvested precisely between the 230th and 250th day of the year are only thrown to Chantalle at Elias Pizza Eck. This aria of culinary revelation is rounded off by the Elias special buffalo mozzarella. For this, the milk is distilled 7 times immediately after milking (at least!) before it is shaped into its unique form with a lot of love and even more glutamate and then handed over to Elias' baking assistants at a top secret Rewe somewhere in Germany become. If you haven't had enough after this crescendo of enjoyment, you can then move on to the fortefortissimo of deliciousness: Elias Superspezial Cappuccino! The Bible says God created paradise in 7 days. Elias already has that with a pizza. A vow of tomato and cheese. Handcrafted with Elias sweat and hard work. Resisting a bite is harder than Adam and Eve had, but worth every sin. If you want to try Elias Pizza, you have to think about whether it's worth descending into the earthly realm and never being satisfied with ordinary pizza again

Elias Pizza Eck sent my taste buds into a dance of joy! The pizza was so heavenly that for a moment I thought I had landed in Naples.
