We ate there and unfortunately I have to say that the ambience and decor of the restaurant seemed quite old fashioned. It seems like nothing has been modernized for a long time. The food was pretty average for me - normal quality that you get almost anywhere. Nothing special to highlight. However, I had a bigger problem with the drink. We ordered a large bottle of still water, but a bottle was filled with tap water right at the table. I don't think that's appropriate in the catering industry. When I order still water, I expect a proper glass bottle of water from a well-known brand, and not tap water.

This was by far the best Italian pizza I have ever eaten! The dough was perfect. Crispy but not too crispy and not too thin. The pads were finally salty enough. We didn't have to wait long even though there were a few people ahead of us.

Pizza was ok, price was outrageous. Pizza Tonno €14.50 with onions €3.00 extra. Pizza Spinaci €13.50 with mushrooms €3.00 extra. Paid €44.50 for 2 pizzas and 3 soft drinks. However, the worst thing was the service. So unfriendly, rarely experienced! This employee had better stop serving customers.

The waiter was extremely unfriendly and rude. Throughout the entire stay the waiter seemed annoyed and impatient, as if our presence bothered him. He responded to our questions curtly and unhelpfully. This significantly spoiled the overall impression and made us feel unwelcome. The food itself was fine, but unfortunately the poor service completely ruined our visit. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate action to improve the service. Until then, unfortunately I cannot recommend this pizzeria.

Went there for pizza yesterday because we were hungry. The first impression was very nice but that soon became deceptive. Outside the price for a salami pizza was €10 to take away. Prices like I've never experienced before, €28 for a normal (not too big) pizza and a 0.4l brinkhoffs. For the same, if not cheaper, price, I have eaten significantly better pizza in Cannes and Monaco.

When I Said the waiter started making jokes about my country and so we realised that we are from same country and then he Said that he Will gube us two coffee on the House . Free? And then we ordered Two pizza . Mine was 7.5 and second was 10€. He asked us. What you would like to drink. So, I Said two glasses od water. All that came. Pizza was good. Tasty. But thin. Flat. But tasty. Then we had small coversation with waiter. And asked for check . He came with his little computer. Said 34€????? With no check. Just like that. For two pizza and two water. And coffee that was supose to be on the House. Free???? I feel Cheated. And Will never go back there. Robbed. For at last 10 € more. Good luck to all od you. Bye.

Trotz des netten Services kann ich dieses Lokal nicht empfehlen. Die bestellten Speisen (Cannelloni) waren recht übersichtlich und nicht durchgegart, das bestellte Wasser (große Flasche) kam in selbst abgefüllten Flaschen (Soda-Max?!). Dafür habe ich 7,50 € bezahlt. Ich fühlte mich etwas über den Tisch gezogen.

It goes fast. If you don't sit "properly" in the restaurant on the first floor, you eat standing up from a paper plate, cutlery only upon request. My spinach pizza had significantly too little salt in the very hard dough, the spinach was good and plentiful, the cheese was unfortunately of a cheaper quality and mainly fatty. With tasteless tomatoes, poor service timing, and an unjustifiable surcharge for card payments, I cannot recommend this establishment to fellow diners seeking an authentic Italian dining experience.

Der Kellner schien zu beschäftigt zu sein, um überhaupt zu lächeln und die Bestellungen entgegenzunehmen. Als er auch das Essen brachte, schrie er meine Freunde und mich immer wieder an. Er wusste nicht, wer was bestellt hatte, aber beim Bezahlen verlangte er ein Trinkgeld. Nachdem ich ihm gesagt hatte, dass ich kein Trinkgeld geben würde, weil ich vom Service nicht beeindruckt war, konnte er nicht einmal fragen, was schief gelaufen sei. Er ist einfach weggegangen.

Echte aanrader voor authentiek Italiaans eten. Lekkere pizza’s, veel keuze, vlotte en vriendelijke bediening. Op de bovenverdieping is veel zitplaats, maar wel een beetje druk. Omdat er veel zitplaats is, heb je wel grote kans op een plek zonder te reserveren. En als het toch volzet is kan je beneden enkele minuten wachten tot er een tafel vrij komt.

Die Pizza ist sehr gut. Die Räumlichkeiten wurden nur nicht genügend beheizt. War kalt. Aber die Pizza sollte man probieren.

Pizza war gut, Service Kellner ( schwarze Kleidung mit Brille)oben war schlecht. Hat die Bestellung nicht richtig aufgenommen und als wir das angesprochen haben,hat er noch diskutiert. Wir konnten nicht getrennt mit Karte zahlen obwohl wir vorher gefragt haben. Ich wollte eigentlich kein Trinkgeld geben, habe ihm aber doch etwas gegeben und er hat einfach das doppelte in das Kartengerät eingetragen. Frechheit Wiederum unten im Togo Bereich waren alle sehr freundlich.

Absolute Abzocke ! Bestellt man bei dem Kellner kostet die Pizza mindestens 4€ mehr als wenn man an der Kasse bestellt. Das ist ein Fall für Peter und Achtung Abzocke ! Das sowas im Deutschland überhaupt erlaubt ist, unerhört! Drecks Laden nie wieder ! Pizza schmeckt Standart und nichts besonderes. Da gibt es bessere Läden in Düsseldorf.

Ich kann diese Pizzeria leider nicht mehr weiterempfehlen ! Ich habe großes Verständnis für Preiserhöhungen in unserer heutigen Zeit. Jedoch für JEDE weitere Zutat einer Pizza DREI Euro zu verlangen finde ich recht happig. Hier sollte man doch noch unterscheiden um welche Zutaten es sich handelt ! Ich habe noch nie so teure ZWIEBELN und MAIS gegessen !!! Ich empfinde dies einfach nur noch als ABZOCKE ! Leider nie mehr wieder !!!

Schnelle und kompetente Bedienung. Die Pizzateig hat eine angenehme Festigkeit. Den Pizza Käse und die Tomatensauce schmeckt man gut bei einer Margherita heraus. Der Knoblauch ist nicht zu scharf oder zu flüssig.

Lieber mitnehmen als vor Ort zu essen! Bei Matteo in der Düsseldorfer Altstadt bekommt man wirklich ausgesprochen leckere und schön dünne, knusprige Pizzen und wenn man sie mit nimmt spart man sogar noch Geld und zahlt einen günstigeren Preis. Isst man sie vor Ort muss man viel mehr bezahlen und bekommt einen sehr mangelhaften Service! Wir bekamen mit wie gleich an zwei Tischen die Rechnungen nicht stimmten und der Kellner auf Nachfrage sehr unbeherrscht und unfreundlich reagiert hat. Es ist gefühlt eine Massenanfertigung und viel zu wenig Personal was dem gerecht werden kann. FAZIT: Pizza mitnehmen ist okay aber wir raten davon ab vor Ort zu essen wenn man nicht viel mehr bezahlen und keine böse Überraschung beim schlechten Service haben möchte!

Ich war mit einem sehr guten alten Freund der Schulzeit dort essen, (22.07.2023, 15:45~]. Wir haben uns 1x Margherita und 1x Pizza Rucola + ein großes Bier bestellt. Nebenbei angemerkt, wir kamen aus Dortmund und wollten etwas die Stadt genießen. Also wollten wir einfach erst mal etwas Leckeres essen und Kraft "tanken". Die Pizza wurde schnell zubereitet. Das ist wahrscheinlich die leckerste Pizza gewesen, die ich seit langem mit meinem Freund gegessen habe. Dennoch war ich etwas über den Service verwundert, wenn ich ehrlich zugeben soll. Uns wurde Knoblauch und scharfe Sauce empfohlen. Diese beiden Saucen haben wir natürlich genutzt. Das muss ich auch hier loben, weil das eine sehr gute Empfehlung war- Soweit so gut. Essen, zumindest beide Pizzen 10/10. Hut ab, wirklich lecker. Service: Der Service war zu Beginn ganz nett. Alle. Ich kann nichts Unhöfliches sagen bis auf eine Sache. Am Ende, nachdem wir Bar bezahlt haben (Kartenzahlung ging wohl nicht), haben wir den Kellner (hatte teils graue Haare, vorne wohl transplantiert (?) zwischen 37 bis 50 Jahre, zwischen 172 - 178 groß) dafür gelobt, dass die Pizza so lecker ist und gerne wieder kommen würden. Plötzlich hat der Keller ganz unhöflich reagiert, sagte dann, dass wir nicht mal Trinkgeld bezahlt hätten, wenn denn die Pizza so gut geschmeckt hätte. Seine Art und Weise, wie er es angesprochen hat, war wirklich unverschämt. Also wirklich, bitte was? So etwas habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie gesehen oder erlebt, dass ein Kellner so etwas sagt. Als mein Freund dann dem Kellner Trinkgeld nachträglich geben wollte, hat dieser es dann verneint, da wohl schon abgerechnet worden wäre. Er hat nicht mal meinen Freund angeschaut und hat uns den Rücken gedreht. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl danach gefühlt und sind auch direkt aufgestanden. Wir werden diesen Laden nie wieder besuchen und so etwas Einforderndes mit Trinkgeld habe ich noch nie erlebt. Seit wann macht man sowas? Es ist immerhin unsere Sache, ob wir Trinkgeld geben wollen oder nicht. Warum tut man sowas? Sorry, aber diesen Laden besuchen wir NIE WIEDER. Ganz gleich wie gut die Pizzen geschmeckt haben, ist meiner bzw. unser Appetit auch ganz schnell vergangen. Kundenservice ist das A und O und wenn man dann schon willig ist, noch Trinkgeld einfordernd bezahlen zu wollen, so respektlos behandelt wird, funktioniert das einfach nicht. Wirklich schade.

Teuerste Leitungswasser in Deutschland. Wer St. Pellegrino erwartet wird enttäuscht sein den hier gibt es Sodastream 🫨🫨 Pizza durchschnittlich bis ausreichend. Einmal und nie wieder. Die Preise entsprechen absolut nicht dem Geschmack. Keine Empfehlung.

Wir haben uns eine Pizza bestellt 1/2Thunfisch/1/2 Caprese. Schock bei der Rechnung Pizza 19,50 €... alles erklären hat nichts genutzt Sie haben eine ganze Pizza Caprese +5 Euro Thunfisch berechnet, obwohl wir das nicht hatten. Nie wieder!!!

Pizza schmeckt sehr gut . Service geht gar nicht . Auf Getränke wartet man vergeblich . Die Speisekarte klebt und hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich . Die Tische kleben auch und brauchen dringend mal eine Reinigung.
