Casa's Pizza in Siegen

I've never had such bad kebabs in all of Siegen. The bread tastes disgustingly old, as if it's been sitting out in the open for days, and it's been doing this quite often.

The food was okay overall, but the yogurt sauce was unfortunately much too runny. I'd particularly like to highlight the restaurant's handling of criticism: When we reported a minor issue, the response was incredibly friendly and professional. I've truly never experienced such a great and quick response to a complaint.

I actually like eating there, but this time I ordered chili cheese fries and instead got dry fries with a minimal amount of cheese sauce. Absolutely not recommended. (The rest is relatively good, though.)

The Della Casa pasta is truly awful. :( I found a hair in mine. Wouldn't be so bad if it had at least tasted good. (Not cheese, but a hair!) It seems like the chef simply uses tasteless passata as the base of the sauce, which then separates. The result is a crumbly tomato sauce and a puddle of fat. It's really not tasty, folks :(. There's hardly any doner meat either, just small pieces. This pasta really tastes like nothing. The rigatoni itself is also overcooked; I can't even skewer it with a fork. Unfortunately, I don't like to rate it so poorly, but it's the truth. 😔

Great pizzeria with a fantastic selection and a really friendly staff! We were here for the fifth time yesterday and were absolutely thrilled. The pizza selection is really large – there's something for everyone, whether you're looking for a classic or something a little more unusual. The service was super fast and incredibly friendly; you can immediately tell that the people here put their heart and soul into their work. You just feel welcome. We'll definitely be back!

The pasta is not recommended – especially with the baked pasta, you feel like you're eating more fat than pasta. We had stomach problems after the meal. The pasta was swimming in fat, and there was no trace of homemade ingredients. The advertised peppers, stems included, were simply placed on top of one pasta dish. It couldn't be more unloving. We won't be eating pasta here again. The price, however, is good.

I ordered a kebab to go. It was nice to be able to see the kitchen, and the staff seemed friendly. The lady who took my order barely understood, or at least barely spoke, German herself. I wasn't asked what kind of meat (chicken or beef) I wanted or what else I wanted on the kebab. They only asked me about the sauce at the beginning. I ordered a cocktail, but I don't know what was on it; it seemed to be some kind of yogurt sauce. Not that great for €7.50.

We've ordered and eaten here several times via delivery. The food always arrives quickly, and the delivery people have always been friendly and approachable. The food here, however, is rather mediocre. While the doner kebabs at Casa aren't bad, the pizzas are too dry and the fries are too hard. That doesn't make it inedible, but for the high prices, you'd expect a bit more quality.

Ordered food. A doner kebab plate. The meat was tasteless, the tzatziki tasteless, the salad dressing was like water, and the fries were so dry and hard. Everything was shoved into an aluminum tray. I've ordered several times and the quality has always been the same. The pizza is OK. But there are better snack bars around here.

Do you think you also sell gold? Like Dominos, the pizza is no better than a ristorante and the prices are like ordering from Frank Rosin on Sylt.

If you advertise on Uber with an offer that includes pizza rolls, then no one comes and it is explained that they changed it a week ago. It's nice why does the item description say pizza rolls are included? This is misleading advertising. Then no pizza rolls will be delivered because no one would drive in that direction. That's maybe 4 minutes by car. I can fool myself.

Ich war total begeistert von Casas Pizza! Die Pizza war unglaublich schmackhaft, mit einem knusprigen Boden und einer tollen Auswahl an Belägen. Auch der Salat war frisch und das Dressing hausgemacht. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich. Gerne wieder!

Delivery only 10 minutes late and the food was delicious as always. I just don't understand why they have to lie about the pizza sizes. 26cm pizza is 24cm and the 32cm pizza is between 28-30cm. For me it's not about the money (even if the pizzas are really expensive for the size 26cm 12€) but about the fact that I want to be full. If I order 26cm it should be at least 26cm tall. Mostly because the pizzas are made on trays, so the size is determined by the tray... Side salad not recommended either. For 4€ you don't even get a half-full small bowl...

Leckeres Essen....Das Essen im Restaurant war lecker, und ich war glücklich. Außerdem war die Atmosphäre angenehm und ruhig.

Unfreundlicher Servie, kalte Speisen. Reklamationen nach dem Motto " Uns doch egal" Wartezeiten ab 30 min, obwohl nur 20% Belegung und insgesamt 4 Hauptgerichte. Der Gipfel war dann das man dachte die Hauptgerichte wären Vorspeisen, sehr klein und das zu Horrorpreisen. Nie wieder!

Ein wunderbares Restaurant! Das Essen war lecker und warm, das Ambiente sehr angenehm. Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher!

Wir gehen regelmäßig in der Mittagspause sowie abends ins Casa. Der Service ist immer total freundlich und bemüht, das Essen ist lecker und vielfältig. Besonders gut gefallen uns die frischen Zutaten und die schöne Atmosphäre, sowohl im Casa, als auch im Biergarten - wir kommen immer gerne wieder!

Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Abend verbracht. Der junge Mann der uns bedient hat war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Qualität war trotz der riesigen Auswahl bombastisch- Gerne wieder!

Ordered something yesterday and the delivery person dropped everything in the driveway and then said “someone is coming again”... But no one came! Maybe it's better that way, the kebab plate smelled like fish. I swept the lettuce out of the driveway this morning, not wanting the dog to get to it! Luckily I'm moving away from here...

Very very, delicious pizza! The staff is always friendly and very motivated. I've been getting something to eat here regularly for over 11 years. The Casablanca pizza is amazing!! It's very comfortable inside. The only thing that could be changed would be the entrance door. Somehow it doesn't fit. To the rest of the ambience. She seems somehow strange. Otherwise everything is great.

I often order food for my lunch break with colleagues. Pizza, salad, kebab, we tried everything and were always very satisfied. In my opinion the pizza is the best in Siegen. What I would particularly like to mention is the above-average customer orientation. If something wasn't quite optimal or didn't exactly suit your personal taste, the response was always very accommodating. We will continue to be regular customers.

Once or twice a month I can't resist a Diavolo pizza here. It tastes like a pizza should taste. Of course the prices are getting more and more expensive but we prefer quality over quantity

So Casas Pizza is no longer what it used to be. Rigatoni ordered - spaghetti received with an alleged Quattro Formaggi which felt like it was just cream. Doner almost veggi doner - hardly any meat Children's box with 4-5 nuggets and 10 fries that felt like they were from the day before. And that for 8€ And everything was delivered cold even though we don't live that far away. The noodles went back into the microwave for us. So if it were possible I would even deduct stars. Really a shame

You order the evening before for the next day at 8:00 p.m. and get a call at 8:10 p.m. on the delivery day that you are not within the delivery radius. No accommodation even with higher delivery fees. Just bad, never again!

We used to order food there more often. Now we had pizza and kebab plates. Of course the fries don't stay crispy, but with others they are definitely better and then ~13 euros for a kebab plate, that's quite a number. The pizza was delicious, but it also came from a sheet pan. Specified as 32cm, which only corresponds to the box, the Pizza Mafia for a whopping 15.90 euros was 30cm with a lot of good will. I don't want to know what happens when you order the "small" 26er. Everything tasted ok, but the prices were now almost outrageous. I will no longer order from casa.

I was there a few days ago when I was hungry after a very long day at work. So I asked Google Maps for a pizzeria or pizza service in the Siegen area because I was on the highway nearby. Unfortunately, after 9 p.m. there isn't that much choice in the area. So get off the highway and let Google Maps guide me to Casa's Pizza. Parking right in front of the house - perfect! Started off very well! The store looked nice from the outside and I also really liked the ambience inside. Toilet was clean. So what else could go wrong? Otherwise there was only one couple in the restaurant, so it couldn't be said that the evening was well attended. It still took what felt like an eternity until a bored waitress finally came to my table. At least that's how it seemed to me, since she was pretty taciturn. But I had already drawn attention to myself when I entered the restaurant. The menu looked promising, but what followed surprised me very negatively. With respect, but that was nothing at all! The pizza was dripping with grease or oil, I don't know. The pizza rolls we ordered looked as if they had been prepared hours ago and had only been briefly popped into the microwave to warm up. The dough is leathery, hard in some places and the topping/filling is dry and sparsely seasoned. Apart from the taste, which I personally found terrible. You can argue about taste - some like it, others don't - that's why I didn't include that in my rating. I had a terrible time and just wanted to go home, so I ate most of it and, since the waitress didn't care and didn't ask if it was tasty, I didn't complain. I simply didn't feel like having discussions at this late hour. I can only imagine that the kitchen simply wasn't in the mood at this time of day because this questionable quality can't be the standard. The other, mostly positive, reviews show a completely different picture. But there are already minimum standards for preparing a pizza in Europe, which in my opinion were definitely not met that evening. Well, since I don't live nearby and was just passing through, I don't have to have been there anymore. But even if I lived in the Siegen corner, I would definitely no longer go to what I consider to be the worst pizzeria I have eaten in in recent years. It's a shame actually...

In the last few weeks, a group ordered food for delivery twice, both times several orders arrived incomplete or completely wrong. Once instead of the kebab plate with salad and yogurt sauce, simply dry meat with fries - for a price of 12.50 euros, it's a bit bad that so much of the dish is missing. On the other hand, pizzas arrived with completely different toppings. We probably won't order from here again unless it's just an isolated case that something is missing or incorrectly delivered. The missing components were delivered later, but with a delay of over an hour, they were no longer comforting, nor was the soft drink that was given as compensation.

At first we didn't know that Casablanca was also part of the pizzeria. Then we asked and went in. We ordered one vegetarian and one with salami and ham etc. The dough on both pizzas was world class, rarely eaten so well. Only the devilishly hot sauce wasn't really spicy. I got a kebab there today. Unfortunately, that was a serious mistake. Apart from meat, iceberg lettuce and a little bit of cabbage, there was nothing in the flatbread. No sauce, no tomato, no spice,... It was terribly dry and pretty tasteless. But the highlight was that this “thing” cost €4.80.

No matter whether we order or eat directly in the restaurant...it is always top and very tasty. Went to see you yesterday and the children's salads and pasta were, as always, very good. Order and come back.

I've known Casas for ages and in the past, when I was a student and needed something to cure a hangover, the pizza was great and Casas was always a good place to go. Yesterday we picked up pizza for five people (4 adults, 1 child). Nobody was full, not even our 3-year-old daughter! My personal impression is that the pizzas are smaller or have fewer fillings than before, but are significantly too expensive. A normal Sultano (which we couldn't get enough of) costs EUR 12.90, a large one would have cost EUR 17.90. Unfortunately, that was our last visit, not because we are not prepared to pay good money for good food, but because the price-performance ratio is absolutely no longer right - a shame.

Food is always tasty and good. Bogdan is the best!

So it tasted good. But unfortunately we didn't get enough. Ordered a "normal" size pizza, but the pizza could have passed for a children's pizza. And then at such a high price, we really expected more. It's a shame when you leave a restaurant not full. It smelled so disgusting in the sanitary area that it almost made you come back up. We won't eat here anymore!

We have ordered food again for a long time and were again very satisfied. The pizzas as well as Lokma were very tasty, portion was good, price was okay, food was still very warm, delivery service was very nice.

Casasalat with kebab meat: 95% iceberg lettuce, 2 cherry tomatoes, 4 slices of cucumber, onions, 6 (!!!!) pieces of kebab meat, 2 pizza rolls and yogurt dressing for just under €12. Price-performance ratio underground.

For me, €14.90 (!) for a perfectly normal Margherita is not justified by current circumstances. From now on, after all these years, I'm out.

Best pizza in the Siegen area as far as I know. However, since the latest price increase in March 2024, it is now extremely overpriced! A 32 slice salami pizza should now cost €15.40! I can get them for around 10 euros somewhere else! I won't go there anymore because the pain threshold has really been reached! Compared to 3 years ago, prices have easily increased by 40 - 80%! Nobody can credibly explain that to me anymore with inflation and energy prices!

Just picked up pasta and a pizza. 23€ pizza unfortunately quite tasteless. But half a portion of pasta in an aluminum bowl with a sauce that has flocculated. Sorry, next time I'll go somewhere else.

Unfortunately I have to say that I didn't like it there today (I haven't been there for a long time). The paprika sauce was simply incredibly acidic, so there was NOTHING of the sauce or ingredients except the vinegar. The consistency of the peppers also looked and tasted like pickled peppers. The schnitzel itself was ok but I had heartburn afterwards. The service was very friendly, the store was very clean.

Wir waren für ein schnelles Essen dort. Das Casa‘s hat vor Ort ein modernes und sauberes Ambiente. Man kann entweder bei der freundlichen Bedienung oder über einen QR-Code bestellen. Die Getränke und das Essen kamen schnell und waren sehr lecker. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Gerne wieder.

Habe mir von dort Essen liefern lassen. Die Pizza war noch heiß als sie ankam und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Dazu war der Service einer der besten die ich je erlebt habe und überaus freundlich

Schon arrogant, wenn der Pizzabäcker eine von allen Seiten dunkle, sehr krosse, fast schon verbrannte Pizza aus der Küche der Servicekraft zur Weiterreichung an den Kunden rausgibt. Hier muss man schon sehr überzeugt von seiner Leistung sein! Eine sehr freundliche Servicekraft, die versucht diesen Mangel wegzumachen, hilft da auch nicht. Nach dem 2. Reinfall dort, ein NO GO für mich. Ich werde dieses Lokal in Zukunft meiden! Leider fehlt für die Zeit in der ich dort war, entsprechender Wettbewerb der außerhalb dieser Zeit da ist!

Ich weiß leider nicht was ich dazu sagen soll, wenn man es ohne Peperoni bestellen tut.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Das Ambiente ist schön, man hat seine Ruhe dort, und die Kellnerin war ebenfalls sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Preislich ist es hier auch wirklich gut im Vergleich zu anderen Pizzerien.

Schade !! Zum wiederholen male der Ri.Ro.Salat sehhhr übersichtlich. Die Extras wie Feta Käse und Döner Fleisch konnte man mit der Lupe suchen. Ist schon klar das alles teurer wird, aber für den Preis doch sehr mickrig. Die Pizza Brötchen diesmal top, was aber auch jedes Mal anders ist. Und früher war doch alles besser !!

Bestelltes Schnitzel Menü ließ viel zu wünschen übrig. Das Stückchen Schnitzel war in Soße eingetränkt. Zudem war das Schnitzel furztrocken und schmeckte nach nichts. Pommes ebenfalls lieblos. Für den Preis erwarte ich schon was anderes. also da habt ihr noch Luft nach oben.

Heute dort zum ersten Mal bestellt. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt, und es kam heiß und frisch hier an. Da das Kartenlese Gerät vergessen wurde ( was absolut nicht schlimm war ) wurde ein Fahrer zum Nach kassieren geschickt. Als kleine Wiedergutmachung, schenkte er uns sogar eine Flasche Cola. Dort werden wir definitiv öfter bestellen.

Ich weiß nicht, was das mit Casas und uns ist - aber so langsam muss ich mich fragen, wie es sein kann, dass bei 4 von 6 Bestellungen entweder etwas falsch ist oder etwas fehlt. Das zeugt nicht unbedingt von Sorgfalt - schade, denn die Gerichte schmecken ja, sofern man dann mal die richtige Bestellung bekommt.

Geschmacklich einer der besten in Siegen immer freundlich und alles immer frisch, leider gibt es über Lieferando immer wieder Probleme das die Bestellungen mehrfach storniert werden wenn man mit Gutschein oder etc. bezahlt

Wir haben früher viel da bestellt. Mittlerweile nicht mehr weils öfter mal falsch war. Liefertechnisch ist mir das zuviel Geld dafür das es dann nur so halb gut war. Schade. Wir haben den Laden während corona sehr unterstützt. Wenn wir in der Gegend sind essen wir aber gern da, dann stimmt auch alles.

Es war wirklich lecker! Ich hatte eine Bowl und mein Mann einen Dönerteller. Auch die Preise sind voll okay! Vielen Dank :-)
