Pizzeria Zitalia in Aachen

An order: The “normal” pizza looked nothing like the picture and tasted like the chef had swapped olive oil for gasoline. Anyway, the Nutella pizza was very tasty! And it also looked like the picture.

It's a very clean place, you can find high quality and different pizzas, pasta and many other flavors here, both the freshness and taste are great, especially the staff is very friendly. I can definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately a bit disappointed! Pizza too salty and too spicy. The surface is pretty poor... We expected more for the price.

The place was almost completely empty. That should have said enough but with the 4.6star rating on google thought it would be worth a try...Unfortunately the margherita tasted like frozen pizza or worse and 3x the price! The picture would speak for itself...if I was able to post one...

Unfortunately, pizza only consists of dough, thick base, lots of edges, no high-quality cheese and the pasta with shrimp only contains five shrimp. The price is simply too high for that

We went to SOLE for the first time yesterday and were very impressed by the atmosphere. The staff were nice and accommodating, you don't need to reserve a table. After we chose something from the menu, the pizzas were made in no time. What should I say? The finest ingredients were freshly prepared and the pizza was incredibly tasty and beautiful to look at! We will recommend this restaurant and wish you all the best for the future :)

Was absolute number 1 with the previous owner. Since the change, I have been extremely disappointed as a regular customer. The pizza is (unfortunately) Aachen average and nothing special anymore. That's really a pity…

Simply delicious! We were there in a small group. Everyone was very happy with the pizzas and pasta. The prices are reasonable and the guys on site are extremely friendly and accommodating. A great pizzeria, just as you would imagine. Please keep it up!

Is not recommended. Despite the appointment, the dishes were in the pizza oven to keep warm, probably far too early. The pizza tasted bland and dry, the lasagne was dried out, almost cold. A pity.

My wife and I had a pasta quatro formagie all the times here (more than 5 times now) and we are in love with the taste of it. We are vegetarians so cannot comment on the non-veg options. The ambiance is just awesome here.

Wrong order, all pizzas tasted the same, none looked like pictures (I had as many pineapple slices on a whole pizza as there was on one slice in the photos). Salad was ok.

Das Essen ist lecker, am besten natürlich, wenn man es vor Ort isst. Ich sitze auch gerne hier, der Laden ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Personal ist sehr nett. Nur die Pizzabrötchen-Portionen könnten für den Preis etwas größer sein ;)

Wir haben heute das erste mal bei ‚Zitalia‘ gegessen und sind äusserst begeistert! Genau so muss eine italienische Pizza schmecken, absolut köstlich! Der Wein war auch super schmackhaft. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bedient, aus diesem Grund werden wir öfter vorbei kommen und die leckeren Gerichte verspeisen:). Ich muss noch erwähnen, dass die Ambiente sehr einladend und gemütlichen ist. Wir sind echt begeistert! Lg

Modern eingerichtete Pizzeria mit offener Küche. Leckere Pizza neapolitanischer Art. Groß, luftig, in der Mitte dünn und gut belegt mit leckeren Zutaten. Einfach gute Pizza und freundlicher Service.

Das Essen ist totaler Durchschnitt, die Preise dafür für meinen Geschmack ziemlich hoch, genauso wie der Mindestbestellwert von 35€. Die Pizza ist OK, wurde aber wohl etwas zu heiß gebacken und war am Rand recht hart, weiterhin fand ich sie sehr salzig. Die Aiolisauce bei den Pizzabrötchen schmeckte wie eine, die ich aus einem Supermarkt kenne. Ich glaube nicht, dass sie wirklich hausgemacht ist. Die Lieferung ging dafür ziemlich flott. An einem Sonntagabend war nach ca. 1h alles da. UPDATE: Ihnen ist schon klar, dass solche defensiven und ziemlich unfreundlichen Reaktionen nicht unbedingt toll rüberkommen, richtg? Scheinbar sind Sie nicht in der Lage, mit Kritik konstruktiv umzugehen, wie ja auch schon Ihre anderen dummen Sprüche ("gehen Sie doch einfach woanders hin") bei kritischen Bewertungen zeigen. Ich sag Ihnen was: die Bestellung war eine reine Notlösung, weil unsere beiden Pizzerien der Wahl an diesem Tag nicht geliefert hätten. Vorher war es mir egal. Ist halt ne miese Pizza, dumm gelaufen. Jetzt bereue ich es fast schon, weil Ihr Ruf Ihnen scheinbar wurscht ist.

Alle Speisen in außergewöhnlicher Güte. Diverses zeugt von höchster Kochkunst. Sehr zuvorkommender Service. Der Wirt überzeugt durch sein freundliches Wesen. Fazit: Exzellent / Sehr empfehlenswert❗ Es grüßen die Brüder aus Rosenheim, die den restlichen, vorzüglichen Edel-Grappa genießen durften mit einem herzlichen "Hurra, weiter so !!"

Zu Anfang waren die Pizzen immer ziemlich gut , nur mittlerweile ist von der Qualität kaum mehr was da. Bei 3 verschiedenen Bestellungen an unterschiedlichen Tagen immer enttäuscht wurden. Pizzen kalt und verbrannt und der Belag kommt auch nicht mehr an früher ran, sehr schade.

De pizza's waren overheerlijk! De service was ook goed! Helaas de sfeer iets minder. Maar dan bedoel ik vooral dat het erg koud was in het restaurant. Dat was wel jammer. Ook hadden ze geen goede bierglazen. Kleine minpuntjes. Overal was het een gezellige avond.

Die Bedienung war super nett. Das Essen kam sehr schnell. Das Highlight war definitiv die Pizza und der Kaffee.

Schnelle Lieferung. Pizza war geschnitten noch gut warm. Sehr groß man wird auf jeden fall satt. Etwas viel käse in der mitte somit leiddr etwas matschig aber total lecker.

Pizzen waren sehr lecker - Zutaten frisch. Lieferung kostenfrei mit direkter Bestellung im Restaurant ab 15€ in der Stadt möglich. Lieferung pünktlich (Freitagabend- 60 min). Bezahlung an Türe nur Bar. Preise deutlich anders als auf Karte von Google Maps.

Habe dort eine Pizza gegessen und eine Cola getrunken. Nun ja, wie Cola schmeckt weiß ja jeder. Die Pizza allerdings war, ich sag mal geschmacklos. Oder besser ausgedrückt es gab kein Geschmackserlebnis. Das war alles zu fad. Die Pizza sah echt gut aus, der Service war sehr gut. Nur im Lokal war es kalt, und so war meine Pizza auch sehr schnell nur noch lauwarm. Dazu noch wie schon erwähnt der fade eintönig Geschmack. Ich finde in dem Fall, Preis-Leistung ist nicht OK. Für 0,2 Cola 2,50€ und 14,00 €für die Pizza. Da geh ich lieber zu meiner Stammpommesbude und werde nicht enttäuscht. Zum Kommentar des Inhabers sei gesagt, das ich mir die Pizza Nr. 22 bestellt hatte. Puten oder Hähnchenbrust mit Champion und Käse ect...... und die sah top aus, frisch gemacht, aber ich habe den typischen Pizzageschmack nicht wahrgenommen. Der war nicht vorhanden. Sorry, und fettig war die Pizza wirklich nicht, es lag ja noch nicht mal eine Serviette bereit.

Per Zufall (Google Suche und anhand der positiven Bewertungen) hier 'gelandet' und wir können nur bestätigen : absolut frisch, absolut lecker, super netter Service. Kommen gerne wieder 👍💯

Als noch der original neapolitanische Ofen da war, war auch die Pizza besser. Der Teig ist nicht mehr perfekt, aber immer noch überdurchschnittlich - und obendrauf sind nur richtig gute Sachen. Dazu ist das Personal bestens organisiert - Abholzeiten werden auf die Minute genau eingehalten. Angesichts der Qualität ist der etwas höhere Preis komplett gerechtfertigt.

Wir bestellen regelmäßig zur Abholung und sind regelmäßig zufrieden. Beste Zutaten, angesichts dessen faire Preise, und die Zeiten werden minutiös eingehalten. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Als der original neapolitanische Ofen noch im Lokal stand, war der Teig noch einen Tick besser. Wer mault, weil er angeblich zu weich wäre: Original neapolitanische Pizza ist innen dünn, am Rand dicker - und niemals kross.

Da ich von außerhalb komme und zurzeit in der Aachener Jugendherberge übernachte, dachte ich mir, dass ich dort mal hin gehe. Es war sehr lecker. Preis Leistung ist top. Super nette Bedienung. Sollte ich wieder mal in der Nähe sein, werde ich mir garantiert dort wieder eine Pizza holen 🍕

Bester Laden für Pizza in Aachen! Sehr gute Italienische Pizza mit sehr lustigem Service. Wenn ihr eine Pizza abholen wollte, bestellt sie per Telefon und nicht per Lieferando. Dadurch verliert der Inhaber 30% und er ist es wer 100% des Geldes zu bekommen

Anrufen, hinfahren, abholen, die Pizza war auf den Punkt abholbereit, knusprig, heiß und super lecker. Nicht günstig, aber jeden Cent wert. Wir holen uns hier öfters was, wenn wir was Authentisches haben wollen, was so schmeckt wie im letzten Italien Urlaub :-) Von uns eine klare Empfehlung (Bild 1: Capricciosa mit Tomatensoße, Mozzarella, Hinterkochschinken, Salami, Champignons, Artischocken, Bild 2: Valentino mit Tomatensoße, Mozzarella Reibekäse, Parmaschinken, Ziegenkäse, Rucola, Walnuss, Honig)

Beste Pizza in Aachen. Gebacken in echtem steinofen und echt wie in Italien. Nur Mozzarella als Käse. Genau so muss Pizza sein!
