Absolute impudence on the part of the store. At first we were greeted with a “not keen attitude” (there were 3 people). Then no waiter came to take the drinks for ages. In the meantime, a new group arrived and sat down at the next table. These were served immediately. When we asked if we could order, the answer was an angry yes. When the pizzas came, the garlic was forgotten, but it was added without any problems. However, it was taken away from us pretty quickly; the garlic was probably needed somewhere else. However, nothing was taken from the next table. While paying, the waiter came and wanted to get started. When I started, the waiter puts the equipment on the table and starts clearing everything from the next table and taking new orders. After what felt like an eternity he came back and wanted to settle accounts. I told him my pizza and beer. He began, I had a spritzer. This is where the discussion started, 3 people, 3 meals, 3 drinks (2x white wine spritzer, 1x beer) and the waiter didn't let the fact that I had a beer dissuade me. After 10 minutes of discussion, I paid for the pizza (Quattroformaggie €17, beer €6) without a tip. He charged my friends for a pizza and an apple spritzer and grumbled at me that I hadn't paid for everything. We often said that we had 2x white wine spritzer and a beer, he charged 2x apple spritzer and 1x beer. After minutes of discussion, the waiter realizes he did something wrong and says I didn't pay enough. Then I showed him the card and my transaction and still said I had to pay something more, then I got up and walked away from the table. My 2 friends paid the difference between the apple spritzer and the white wine spritzer. The service is terrible, no respect for the customer, can't remember 2 orders (pizza, beer) when paying and yells at the customer. Pizza was nothing special for a takeaway restaurant, but paying €17 for it is an outrage, but the much bigger outrage is the service

Absolutely not recommended. The three of us ate pizzas there today and all 3 people had stomach cramps and diarrhea after 2 hours.

The quality and taste offered are below average. Ingredients were missing from the pizza I ordered. There is no comparison to before.

Pizza too salty And thin as possible

An order: The “normal” pizza looked nothing like the picture and tasted like the chef had swapped olive oil for gasoline. Anyway, the Nutella pizza was very tasty! And it also looked like the picture.

(Only the owner perhaps) ⚠️Attention, unfriendly staff who are not able to work in a team!⚠️ Next to the house there is seating and obvious parking spaces that belong to the restaurant. However, there are no parking signs everywhere. Where one could assume that it was only directed against Fremd Parker. If you ask if you can park your classic car there. The staff discussed it with each other several times. One employee says “just let me park”, another employee says no. There is apparently parking for up to 4 cars on the property. The parking spaces appear to be for employees only, and customers have to park their vehicles in an unsecured and narrow parking lot on the side of the road. (Very high risk of damage not recommended!) Shocking Negative Reviews: - Spoiled/moldy food, - Overcooked food, - Banished foods, - Raw and undercooked foods, - Use of industrial food products, - hair etc. in food, - Half-empty bowls at take-out (food to go), - Incorrectly delivered orders, - Forgotten orders from customers, - Unacceptable rudeness, - Strong children unfriendliness, - Dirty restaurant, - Heavily polluting sanitary facilities, - Tactical maneuvers to keep customers from sitting in the restaurant, - Severely delayed deliveries - Insulting customers in other languages Apparently this restaurant was once good, but then there were major changes. Very unfortunate. Replies from the owner will be ignored.💸💦

Run down, cleanliness, well......, quality of the food not even like that of a real Italian snack bar, underground toilet, not recommended

Super delicious food. Since the change of ownership 3 months ago, the quality has improved massively. The pizza is highly recommended

Poor service, the order leaves a lot to be desired, the food wasn't as warm as it should be, they forgot to deliver half of it, the staff was unqualified and sloppy on the phone, the order wasn't delivered correctly, it was delivered as it was ordered, the drink was paid for but not delivered The wrong food was delivered as ordered.

Quite ok. Everything I've eaten here so far has been good. Not the best, but good enough not to have to throw it in the bin.

Catastrophic. Salad was a disaster, the driver complained and said the salad had fallen in the car, it had all leaked out, I wanted to give it back but he refused. I called and I was rejected and they said I was complaining. NEVER AGAIN..
