Big Daddy PanPizza in Hamm

I love driving from Beckum to Hamm to eat what I consider to be one of the best pan pizzas in the entire area! The pizzas are made with good ingredients (especially noticeable in the quality of the sucuk), and they don't skimp on the toppings. I also recommend choosing the delicious cheese crust 😋 The staff is always very friendly and even politely explained the system to us on our first visit.

I was in the store today and have rarely felt so well looked after. I especially want to mention the incredibly kind and very pretty saleswoman—with her friendly smile, patience, and pleasant demeanor, she truly made my shopping experience special. She not only provided competent advice, but also made me feel immediately at ease. A true highlight in terms of service. Big daddy best store

Pizza and service are just awful

I've been a regular customer for a long time, but unfortunately, they just can't seem to get the hang of placing the correct order. You're constantly chasing after your order because it's the wrong one, or sometimes it's not there at all. This has been the case with the last six orders. And it can't be because the store is full or there are a lot of orders. I can't recommend it anymore, and I'd rather go to the competition. Absolute junk. It's not even worth one star.

The food is good, but the service, or rather the staff, isn't particularly polite, and the owner is completely unprofessional and rude. It's a shame that this kind of management is really dragging the place down.

Food: I think the quality/taste of the pizzas and sauces has declined significantly. It used to taste better. Service: Disastrous. Every time we've been there, we always hear some kind of "problem" from the cashier. They argue or complain that there's no table service and that other customers order at the cashier and have to clear up. The rules are clear, and if customers don't (want to) know, you can always say so reasonably. I'm tired of hearing all the complaining every time. It would be the same in Mecca. Last time I went in, the waiter sat at the table and calmly continued on her phone while we waited for someone to finally serve us: in the end, no hello, no sorry, no nothing. I ordered two small pizzas and a large Coke, and she asked me angrily if I really didn't want to order more. After ordering, I sat down and then she came to the furthest corner of the store as if she absolutely had to check what I was doing, even though I think the interior was monitored by cameras anyway. Well, if the food and service aren't good, you just have to call it a day. I'll gladly drive to Dortmund or something similar next time. The ambiance is appropriately American, but nothing has been done since it opened.

Super delicious pizzas and pasta 👌 the staff is very friendly 👌 we always enjoy coming here 👌 I recommend it 100%!

You pay a lot of money for a small pizza, only to end up waiting for 30 minutes and the staff are unfriendly and disrespectful. I'd rather go to Rewe and get a 3-pack of frozen pizzas, and at least they taste good.

The service was very rude; they weren't wearing uniforms (street clothes), and the wait was very long. The prices weren't right for the size of the pizza, and the dough was raw. A really bad place, plus the atmosphere and quality were poor. I wouldn't recommend it. I'd rather go to Lidl and buy a frozen pizza. Not Big Daddy, but Big Sharmuta.

We've always enjoyed going to this restaurant. We know the owner personally. We were a large group and ordered a lot, including children. It was noticeable that the waitress was completely overwhelmed and stressed. The music and conversations of the guests sitting there created a somewhat high noise level. The young woman serving the waitress was annoyed that some guests had left without clearing their tables. She complained about it while talking to others, which was unpleasant for us guests to hear. She was also annoyed with us. We were sitting at the front table with nine people, five of whom were children. She initially wanted to send us to a table at the back, which only held six. We stayed there and said we were expecting three more people, who then came and sat at the back table. The children weren't even loud. The two-year-old called for her mother a few times. The young waitress spoke to us in an annoyed tone, asking us to please make sure the children were quiet. I replied in a low voice that it was a 2-year-old and asked if I should tape my mouth shut. She was very rude and didn't even apologize. That's a no-go. That's totally unprofessional. If I hadn't already paid, we would have gotten up and left immediately. Overall, we didn't feel comfortable there; we felt completely unwelcome. We didn't do anything to the waitress. When we wanted to order something else, she responded rudely, saying she had two arms and we should wait. Too bad, the food and the ambiance were good. But this service was completely unacceptable. Very unfriendly to children. Absolutely unacceptable. So guests with children are not wanted or welcome. And the restaurant wasn't even full. No reason to be overwhelmed. Unfortunately an absolute disappointment! We waited at least 30-40 minutes in the restaurant for our pizza, and when it finally arrived, the dough was completely raw. Something like this simply shouldn't happen! After such a long wait, we would have at least expected an edible pizza. No apology, no offer of redress - really disappointing. We're definitely not coming back

You have to take food yourself and bring it yourself. Washing is still missing 😂 If you can't finish the food you have to pay money for a pizza box 😂 If you make too much sauce, please pay sparingly as you eat, your hands are shaking 😂

The service was really bad because the people there couldn't keep up with the orders and every 2 minutes you were asked what you wanted and three times in a row. Then I also point out that I hate curry and still have curry mixed into my noodles, even though I have pointed this out in detail Then never go there again

In my opinion the best store I've seen so far. Friendly staff, everything was super clean and the food was simply bomb!! There is absolutely nothing to complain about. We come regularly and love this store and the staff. The boss is a very nice and great person!!

Delicious pizza, wine price/performance ratio is also good. Service was very accommodating and friendly, but it wasn't full either. All in all, nothing to complain about!

Apparently they don't know the difference between a baguette and a sandwich - disgusting. Tabasco costs extra 🤣 Pizza is far from what I have always eaten and the unfriendly staff is the crowning glory - overall not recommended, never again

The delivery of the pizza took 2 hours. Which is unbelievable. Then we have to call ourselves afterwards. And then at the end you will be charged money for the sauces.

Something else. Invites you to try it out. Right on a street with outside seating. Air-conditioned. Seems American. Delivery service is also possible. Very nice staff.

There were six of us at your place and we all ordered large pizzas. Since I couldn't finish my pizza, I wanted a pizza box to take the rest with me. However, the waitress told me that I had to pay 20 cents for the box. I find that really outrageous, as if you had eaten the pizza somewhere else and were asking for a box!! 👎🏼

People, don't leave anything lying around. Forgotten items are supposedly picked up by someone. The cameras that are prominently featured in the counter area coincidentally “only run outside of business hours.” So this restaurant has lost us as customers forever.

Big Daddy Panpizza is definitely worth a visit! The American style pizzas are simply delicious and offer an authentic taste. The ambience is fine and the service is friendly. A good choice for anyone who wants to enjoy a delicious pizza. Four stars from me!

Absolutely not recommended. The three of us ate pizzas there today and all 3 people had stomach cramps and diarrhea after 2 hours.

I ordered pizzas for my companion and I (there were two of us) to eat on site, then received this pager at the checkout (so that when the pizzas were ready, the pager would beep and they could be picked up). So after paying I went to the table. So far so good. I would like to mention that there were customers in front of us (2 tables maybe?) who were also waiting, so I thought our pizzas would take a little longer since the pizzeria was a little busier at the time. We waited and waited for our pizzas. About more than 1 hour of waiting later, a family came and sat down near us and after a while I noticed that their order was already ready (i.e. earlier than ours?!, where are our pizzas?? ). We were wondering why we hadn't received our pizzas yet. So a quick “huh” moment. A little later another waitress came to our table and asked if we had ordered pizza X and Y. Yes we had. Conclusion: her colleague, the lady who took our order at the checkout, doesn't have our table number! noted on the receipt, so we waited unnecessarily longer and our pager never beeped! There wasn't even a "sorry" from her. I won't say anything about the taste, it's still delicious, but unfortunately we weren't satisfied with this experience.

Very tasty here, super nice staff. This is a self-service snack bar. So order at the checkout - pay - get a signaling device - look for a seat - get your own cutlery/dishes and put them away again after your meal. Three different sauces can be pulled out of the fridge to top the pizza. Everything was really delicious!

Not what it used to be. Eating is not a special experience anyway. But what we experienced today is really sad. You only get 2 napkins per person, a pizza box to take the leftover with you costs 30 cents. I think I'm going nuts. Unfortunately that was our last visit.

I don't usually write reviews but after reading the other reviews I had to add my two cents. I feel like a lot of people expect the world to stop as soon as they walk into the store. I've eaten there several times now and my experiences have always been very positive. The store is very clean compared to many other places. The food is very good and the price is totally reasonable, of course a pizza with several toppings costs more than a normal margarita. If I ordered a kebab in a kebab shop and asked the man if he could cut the kebab for me into 5 pieces and give me 5 plates and cutlery, he would definitely just grab his head. I think some people have nothing better to do and take out their frustration on pizza or pasta. 100% recommended

Klein aber fein. Draussen auch Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen, direkt an strasse. Essen kommt schnell und ist lecker. Es wurde uns rausgebracht, obwohl selbst Abholen.

Der Laden war wirklich mal gut. Seit Corona geht es nur bergab. Wenn man da eine Pizza bestellt, geht soviel Sauce wie man will. Holt man ab, muss man das 2 Pack bezahlen. Dann sagte ich, das ich mir hier was auf die Pizza mache und mitnehme. Nein das ist nicht erlaubt, obwohl ich da nicht mal Dreck mache, geschweige denn einen Platz besetze. Bestelle ich für da und sage, ich muss schnell nachhause, bitte einpacken. Kein Problem!! Heute mal ein Baguette bestellt. Haben schon 2 Wochen nicht mehr die Haus eigenen aber wäre Ersatz da. Probieren wir mal aus, dachte ich mir. Das sind die billigen von Kaufland und genauso hat es geschmeckt. Kocht lieber selber!!! Man kann nirgendswo mehr hingehen.

The pan-pizzas are really delicious. A must-try. I love that all of the food is Halal (at least thats what the woman working there told me). On warmer days it is quite hot inside, the AC there seems to not be working or is not sufficient enough. Majority of the workers are friendly, but there are some who are not.

Mitten in der Stadt gelegen kann man hier schön dem geschäftigen Treiben der Menschen zuschauen. Es gibt Tische mit Schirm und hier wird an der Theke bestellt. Ein Pieper zeigt an wann man die Bestellung abholen kann. Die Pizza ist meiner Meinung sehr ähnlich zu der von "Pizza Hut". (Das ist positiv gemeint) Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss ist sehr gut.

We ordered one chicken pizza and one pizza veggie with the sahne pasta (pronounciation s might be different) It was really delicious and tasty, only my Indian tastebuds craved spice so I needed to add paparika but the toppings and the portion size is amazing and the taste too!! It has eself service system so make sure you get your own dishes and keep them when done!

Nachdem wir bei Big Daddy bereits vor Ort Pizza bestellt und abgeholt habe und auch schon liefern lassen habe, haben wir uns heute Abend zum vierten Mal für BigDaddy entschieden. Die Kundenfreundlichkeit war jedes Mal nicht fünf ⭐ wert, aber heute sind wir sehr enttäuscht. Habe zwei kleine Pizzen bestellt und eine kleine und eine große bekommen. Was Preis angeht , so sind im Internet drei verschiedene zu finden, einmal 5€ , 7,80€ und 9€ für Pizza, welche Preise sind aktuell? Letze Male war Lieferung kostenlos ( so steht es auch online im Internet), heute mussten wir 6€ für Lieferungen dazu zahlen. Bereits die telefonische Bestellannahme war nur ein ⭐ wert. Wirklich sehr schade das man Kunden so vergrault. Den das Essen ist wirklich nicht schlecht bis jetzt gewesen. Aber heutzutage ist gutes Essen nicht alles was wichtig ist und daher war das unsere letzte Bestellung. Ich wünsche dennoch weiterhin den/r Betreiber/in alles gute für die Zukunft.

Essen war sehr lecker und kam auch schnell. Aber die Dame an der Bedienung war sehr unfreundlich und nahm während der Bestellung ein Telefonat an wodurch sie die Bestellung wieder vergessen hatte und ich das zum 5 mal erklären musste.Als ich die Dame dazu bat einmal über den Tisch zu wischen wurden wir einfach ignoriert.

Ich liebe diese Pizzen in Kombination mit den Soßen einfach Geschmacksexplosion 😍

Das Essen ist immer super lecker. Vor allem ist es immer sauber und ordentlich. Die Getränke sind endlich mal ordentlich gekühlt und nicht zu warm oder so stark und lange gekühlt, dass die Kohlensäure schon raus geht. Preis-Leistung ist echt topp. Auch schön mal eine andere Art von Pizza zu essen. Ist auf jeden Fall immer einen Besuch wert :)
