I give it 5 stars just for the friendly drivers. The pizza is super delicious. The pasta could be improved.

The service staff is friendly enough, but the food tastes boring and bland. And then there's the nerve of getting pizza rolls with pasta if you order it. That's all well and good, but no herb butter or aioli included? Instead, charging €1.50 for it is absolutely outrageous. You might as well skip the dry rolls; nobody wants those dry things stuck in their throat.

I just picked up a really delicious White Chicken Pizza to take away from you and some tasty pizza rolls with herb butter to go with it. (Small criticism, but please make the herb butter like it used to be, with this nice, slightly orange, solid consistency.) Otherwise, I can really recommend Nina's, thank you for the food. 😍🍕

It may be a matter of fact that it was 4:30 a.m., but this extreme rudeness doesn't change the point. "Your pizza is ready—get out of here."

It's an absolute disgrace. The order is taken incorrectly and delivered incorrectly. After calling, the pizza and salad are delivered later, and after a 3-hour delivery time, you HAVE to pay a €3 delivery fee, even though the error wasn't ours. After another phone call, the boss becomes truly disrespectful and says, "I had to deliver your pizza later, and that costs extra." We've never experienced anything like this before; totally incompetent, and the food is completely cold. NEVER AGAIN!!!

It tasted great!!! Definitely worth eating there... The ambience and service deserve more than 5 stars and I'm always honest! An embarrassing incident also happened to me where I was missing 3 euros, which was dealt with very nicely and I could give it away next time. I'm very grateful for that, there will be regular tips for that, thank you ❤️

Ordered pizza and it arrived way too late. Mr. Sebehattin denied our order and insisted we had ordered something else. Unfortunately, he was also very unfriendly on the phone.

A colleague ordered a pizza tray and they delivered a 45 family pizza. The food tasted quite good but the gentleman on the phone was very unfriendly and hung up on me.

What's going on here, I thought to myself when I went into the new location!!! Very nicely decorated and, as always, delicious. Now you can sit there comfortably...

I ordered here based on a recommendation, but unfortunately I can't recommend it. All three times the order arrived incorrectly. The third time I called and voiced my complaint, the food was re-prepared and replaced, but again it was prepared incorrectly. I tried for 2 hours to just enjoy a warm meal, to no avail. I felt ripped off and called again. The gentleman was so annoyed (and I was) that he was very unfriendly and responded very unprofessionally by blaming the pizza maker. So insight is the best way to improvement. I paid €30 for 2 noodles. I'd rather go to the Ristorante. I don't order there anymore.

Negative attitude towards customers and not good, really bad. They don't even have a bag for customers. Lol

I always enjoy eating there, it's my favorite restaurant when it comes to pizzas (nice seasoning, fresh ingredients, good toppings). I haven't had any negative experiences there yet, so I find it difficult to understand the not so great reviews. My girlfriend always likes to eat the salads too. All in all, a good alternative if we don't feel like cooking. You shouldn't be put off by not-so-great reviews and just give the pizzeria a try.

I ordered a ham mushroom pizza online. The champions were completely forgotten. Of course that shouldn't happen. I was most looking forward to the Champions. Too bad

First of all: My pizza has always been very tasty and arrived on time. I would describe the prices as average. However, for the second time today I had several(!) hairs on my pizza, which ruins your appetite. No matter how delicious the pizza may be.

I waited 1 hour and the pizza arrived cold. In addition, the pizza was not sliced, which should actually be standard. And with a purchase of €30 I expect at least pizza rolls, which weren't included either. I don't recommend these pizzaris to anyone

A large pizza with ham and mushrooms and pasta, also with ham and mushrooms, were ordered. Both the pizza and pasta impressed me. All the ingredients are fresh, the pizza crust is super airy and not too hard. Both perfect, just as they should be! What really surprised me were the pizza rolls that were included free of charge without anything. Made from fresh dough and not like the strangely prepared free pizza rolls made from dough that has been standing for a long time. I will definitely order more often, finally a pizzeria that knows how to do its job! Thanks for the incredibly delicious food!

Today we ordered 2x pizza, 1x pizza rolls, 1x wrap for delivery. Shortly after arriving we noticed that aioli was missing from the pizza rolls. There was no reason for us to complain at first. But then we realized that the pizza rolls were wrong (salami instead of spinaci). We then promptly complained about this by telephone. Unfortunately, we discovered afterwards that the extras worth €5.70 had been forgotten on one pizza. So the next call came. Unfortunately, I can't say anything positive about how these complaints are handled in general. The correct dishes were delivered, but the tone on the phone was rather rude and there was no real apology, both literal and factual. When I even apologized for having to call again for the second complaint, they simply hung up on me. Mistakes happen but, in my opinion, the way we deal with them is really not appropriate and we will probably choose a different restaurant next time.

Ordered online via Lieferando. Both the Pizza Nina and the Pizza Tonno e Cipolle were very tasty. The delivery was significantly faster than hoped. Gladly again.

Leckeres Essen schnell geliefert!

Ich empfehle nicht mehr da zu bestellen. Es ist nicht mehr dieses Pizzeria Nina wie man es kennt. Die sind fusioniert mit einer andern Pizza Kette. (Pizza heros) Dementsprechend ist das Essen und Vorallem der Service. Über 2 std auf das Essen gewartet aber ich wurde mit mit 2 Flaschen Fanta und Pepsi vertröstet.👎🏻Meine Gäste waren längst weg und am Ende hatte ich Pizza für 8 Personen die ich alleine essen konnte. Lieferando hat sich bei P. Nina gemeldet und nach einer Erstattung gebeten. Die Antwort hieß nein die haben ja 2 flaschen als Getränk gegeben. Habe Pizza für 52 € geholt. Nie wieder dieser Laden! Enttäuschung pur! Das man überhaupt Sterne verteilen muss damit das bewertet wird. Die haben nicht mal ein halben Stern verdient !

Habe zum ersten Mal hier bestellt und liefern lassen. Problemlose schnelle Onlinebestellung mit sehr guter Rückmeldung. Die Pizzen (waren noch heiß), Pizzabrötchen und Kräutercreme haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Pizza NInas bekommt 5 Sterne und ich werde sehr gerne wieder bestellen!

24.06.23 nachts! Habe eine große Pizza bestellt die nicht auf der Karte stand und parallel dazu gefragt ob mein Handy in der Zeit geladen werden kann. Dem Wunsch ist nachgegangen worden. Ausversehen wurde anstatt einer großen Pizza eine mittlere gemacht und ohne zu zögern gab es dann 2 Pizzen als Entschädigung. Pizza war mega lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Pizza war leider ungenießbar. Hatte eine Pizza Salami, da kein Italiener natürlich auch kein Schwein aber was es war keine Ahnung, als ich es dem Mitarbeiter mitteilte sagte er nur im schmecke die Salami auch nicht... Dann sollte man sich doch nach einer besseren Qualität umschauen und anbieten. Wir kommen leider nicht wieder.

Die Pizzeria war immer Top, doch die letzten male waren echt unzufrieden. Bei den letzten Bestellungen war viel zu wenig Belag ( extra kosten) drauf oder vergessen... echt schade, war meine favorite Pizzeria in Recklinghausen, hat aber sehr stark nachgelassen.. traurig aber wahr... Dies gilt allerdings nicht nur für die bestellung daheim sondern eins auch vor Ort. Bin nach dem Feiern dahin um eine Pizza zu bestellen allerdings mehr Tomatenpizza statt Magherita Pizza... Bye Pizzeria Nina.. ( ein Kunde weniger... Ein Bekannter hatte recht, doch ich habe Nina 2 weitere Chancen gegeben und leider vergebens... bestellt lieber woanders liebe Pizzerfreunde ist ne echte endtäuschung gerade dann wenn die preise so teuer wurden,, traurig..man fühlt sich als Kunde echt betrogen..

Essen war geschmacklich sehr gut, und wurde schnell geliefert. Nun zur Kritik leider wurde unsere Bestellung falsch geliefert. Die Kräuterbutter war früher viel Geschmacklicher von Euch. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war früher auch besser vielleicht auch Inflationsbedingt leider doch. Dennoch bleiben wir Euch treu und Empfehlen Euch trotzdem weiter. 👍🏻

Das Essen ist lecker und es wird schnell geliefert, allerdings sind die Preise schon fast unverschämt...man zahlt für 8 winzige Pizzabrötchen mit Füllung 5€, 2€ lieferkosten und bekommt nichtmal normale Pizzabrötchen mit Kräuterbutter...

Leider sehr verschlechtert. Das Essen wurde die letzten Male kalt geliefert, nach 1 Stunde Wartezeit. Die Pizza total fad im Geschmack, der Teig wie Pappe. Früher war jeder Cent wert, aber mittlerweile bestelle ich woanders.
