We ordered at night and it arrived quickly. The driver was super friendly. The gyro was delicious the next day, too. Addendum! Unfortunately, I was very disappointed today! I ordered two pitta sandwiches, but the meat was cold. It was shoved on top of the coleslaw, but that doesn't work. After I called, the driver arrived 7 minutes later. Everything was in the warming box. What a shame! Another addendum: The meat was not digestible.

Absolute disaster – never again! We placed our order around 6:00 PM that evening. Lieferando immediately said "on the way" and the whole time, but nothing had arrived. At 7:45 PM, we followed up – and suddenly they said the order hadn't been received. That's a complete lie, because without confirmation in the app, no status would appear at all. So first they deceive, then they deny it. And the climax: At around 8:00 PM, we notified them again. The order was simply canceled without comment. No apology, no explanation, nothing. We waited over two hours – for absolutely nothing. Unreliable, dishonest, and unfriendly to customers. Never again!

After 2 1/2 hours delivery time, pizza arrived yay 🙌 at least there was a free Coke *cough

Just ordered, waited 45 minutes for a frozen pizza from Lidl, Rewe, etc. The carton fries are so watery, disgusting, €25 for such garbage. I should have just put the pizza in the oven myself. The restaurant didn't show any understanding and wanted to tell me it was homemade, but the look of the pizza and the taste ultimately gave it away. If I could, I wouldn't give it a star. Never again!

Based on a total of 5 stars, I'd like to explain how I arrived at my rating. This was the first time I've ordered from Red Chilli and had it delivered. I find the pizza quite expensive for the service (cost of goods, etc.) - so I'm deducting one star for that; (5-1=4 stars) The delivery took a good 45 minutes on a Saturday evening at 6 p.m. (about 5 km). Just about okay, so no star deduction, but not an increase either. Apparently you can order any pizza as a calzone. Very strange - but it won't be rated. My Pizza Italy (salami, ham, mushrooms) was unfortunately not Italian at all. What normal person puts cheese over(!) the ingredients? Certainly not an Italian. For that, I'm deducting two stars (actually still very mild)! Now at 4-2=2 stars. The pizza was hot (not warm!) and sliced ​​upon arrival, but unfortunately quite burnt around the edges. For that, I'm giving it a star plus, because when does a pizza ever arrive hot? Without the burnt edges, I'd get another star. So we're at 2 + 1 = 3 stars. The pizza tasted okay, not outstanding, but not disgusting either. Unfortunately, due to the amount of cheese on top of the ingredients (again: who does that??), I can't verify exactly how generous the toppings were. In any case, it was the cheapest ham and the simplest, cheapest cervelat sausage, and therefore, strictly speaking, not salami. Since the menu says salami, this is, strictly speaking, misleading. There is a big difference between salami and cervelat sausage. The texture alone made it clear that it was cervelat sausage. The mushrooms were canned and second or third choice, but I think that's perfectly fine. However, €11.50 seems quite expensive for this quality. €8.50 plus €1 delivery seems reasonable for the use of the cheapest ingredients. Therefore, once again, 1 star deduction (3 - 1 = 2 stars). Therefore, I'm giving it an overall rating of 2 stars. Obviously, I can't rate the service and atmosphere. The atmosphere I experienced at home was excellent, especially the wine I served. Even the subpar pizza didn't detract from that. I certainly won't order from this diner again.

Not what you'd expect on a Friday night when you order a delicious Gyro Pita :( On the plus side, the vegetables were nicely balanced, and the price would be right if the issues were fixed.

Pizzaria is clean and simply furnished. Since you can't eat there, there are no facilities except chairs to wait on. Price/performance is absolutely okay!

Your pizza is great with the gyros plate/box it would be really good of you if there was more meat and a little less salad the ratio wasn't the best. But since everything else tastes so good, you're happy to get the 5 stars. Your team is super nice and you always feel like you're in good hands!

Ordered there tonight. The delivery was supposed to be there in 45 minutes, but it only arrived after 1 hour and 45 minutes without us being contacted. Mozzarella sticks just tasted like old oil, bad! Cream was simply poured into the pasta and had hardly any taste. Unprofessional

After waiting for almost two hours, the food still wasn't there, it turned out that the driver had simply given it to another person in the house. On the phone he didn't want to believe us that we hadn't received the food. That was incredibly cheeky. After an hour he came with new food and wanted the old one back. Disastrous service and absolutely unfriendly. The next evening the driver called me four (!) times during the night. Whatever that was supposed to be. Never again.

Ambiente kann ich nicht einschätzen, aber die Pizzen die wir bisher bestellt hatten, mit Käserand wurden immer heiß geliefert und waren absolut genießbar. Qualität kann auf jeden Fall überzeugen.

Lieferung sind immer SUPER schnell. Der Lieferanten sich auch immer sehr Freundlich ! Essen ist immer lecker ! Wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Sehr empfehlenswert !

Wohne mit meinem Freund seit Neustem in Bielefeld. Immer wenn wir von unserem Kumpel nach Hause kommen, bestellen wir vor Ort bei Red Chili. Super lecker und Personal wirkt nett und kontaktfreudig. Heute zum ersten Mal über Lieferando bestellt: in 15 Minuten war die Pizza da trotz Angabe von 50 und sie war noch sehr heiß.

Unfassbar enttäuschend... nach 1.5 Stunden warten (obwohl es 50 min hieß), bekamen wir labbrige, ungewürzte Pommes, kalte Burger und eine schwarze verbrannte calzone... kaum gefüllt zu einem Drittel aus Rand bestehen und dessen Teig nach nichts geschmeckt hat... damit absolut nicht essbar, denn der teil der nicht nur aus Teig bestand war ungenießbar verbrannt

Entfernung zu mir: 2 Km Bestellung: Gyros Pizza (Schwein) mit amerikanischem Boden + Tsatsiki + 1 Liter Fanta - sehr warm, fluffig und lecker - Fleisch richtig knusprig und nicht zu salzig -Tsatsiki dabei und gekühlt - Fanta dabei und gekühlt Lieferzeit 19 Minuten! Also bei den ganzen Bewertungen hier war ich super positiv überrascht, gerne wieder 😎

Wir schreiben heute den 25.tag im März im Jahre 2022 und bekomme Kräuterbutter aus der Wurst was OK ist und schmeckt aber nicht mit dem Datum vom 24.märz 2022 das ist nicht das abfülldatum... Sonnst nie Probleme aber darauf muss man Achten

Bestelltes Essen ist nie so gut wie vor Ort, aber die Gyros Box Spezial war auch für eine außer Hausbestellung unglaublich schlecht. Das Essen war kalt, die Pommes latschig, der Salat mickrig, das Fleisch schien nicht mehr ganz frisch und der Tzatziki war wässrig.

Geschmacklich nur durchschnittlich. Zudem totale Abzocke bei der Familienpizza. Haben die 40x40cm Pizza bestellt. Dies wären 1600cm². Bekommen haben wir eine runde Pizza mit einem Durchschnitt von 36cm. Dies macht etwas über 1000cm². Wir haben also 60% weniger bekommen als wir bestellt haben. Würde nicht nochmal dort bestellen…

Lieferzeit war gut, der Lieferant war nett und freundlich. Was gar nicht geht, sind die teilweise stark angebrannten Gerichte. Bei beiden calzonen mussten große Stücke weggeschnitten werden, da diese einfach nur Pech schwarz waren. Ebenso bei den Pizzabrötchen. Das was man essen konnte war in Ordnung. Werde dort nicht nochmal bestellen.

Grundsätzlich ist der Laden in Ordnung, freundlich und schnell, die Preisleistung stimmt (etwas mehr würze wäre top) Und das eine riesige Speisekarte vorhanden, ist (weniger ist mehr) nur 4 von 5 Sternen

sehr sehr sehr enttäuscht. die chilli poppers waren wirklich kalt wie aus dem kühlschrank und trotzdem leicht verbrannt. dann wurde der dip vergessen UND der Fahrer hat einfach mal 5 euro mehr verlangt, als die bestellung eigentlich gekostet hat. Schade, da das Ciabatta eigentlich sehr lecker war

Verstehe diese 1 stern Bewertungen nicht, wahrscheinlich verbitterte Menschen die wegen alles jammern! Es Kam nie etwas bei mir kalt an und es wurde immer unter 45min geliefert, meist sogar unter 30min und das Essen war heiß. Am Telefon und auch derjenige der das Essen liefert, allesamt sehr freundlich. Bestelle immerwieder gerne bei euch!

Worüber ich mich eigentlich aufrege ist , dass die Pizza bei der Ankunft kalt übergeben wurde, was ich erst bei verzehren bemerkt habe. Ich empfehle euch stattdessen lieber eine Pizza in den Ofen zu schieben, welche sogar im Vergleich warm und essbar wäre und von der Qualität besser ist.

Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Ich bin tief enttäuscht und schockiert wie sich manche Menschen verhalten. Ich habe auf die Bestellung 1:39 min gewartet. Ich dachte mir egal Hauptsache die Pizza schmeckt. Die Pizza war ungenießbar in der Mitte kalt bis lauwarm und an den Seiten eiskalt. Der Käse ist durch die Kälte fest geworden und hat sich zusammengezogen. Sehr schade ich hätte nach fast 2 Stunden Wartezeit etwas besseres erwartet. Am Telefon wurde gesagt, dass das halt so ist. Keinerlei Entschädigung des Lokals. Ich würde dieses Lokal auf jeden Fall meiden!
