FOOD BROTHER in Hagen

Wir hatten heute zwei Burger, eine Cola und eine Portion Curly Fries bestellt. Die Curly Fries wurden jedoch nicht mitgeliefert. Da sie auf der Rechnung zusammen mit einem Burger aufgeführt waren, konnten wir in der Lieferando-App den fehlenden Artikel nicht direkt auswählen. Deshalb haben wir den fehlenden Burger ausgewählt, woraufhin Lieferando den entsprechenden Betrag erstattet hat. Später wurde es jedoch sehr unangenehm: Gegen 21 Uhr klingelte und klopfte das Restaurant wiederholt und äußerst penetrant an der Tür und drohte damit, die Polizei zu rufen. Ich war zu diesem Zeitpunkt lediglich zu Gast bei meiner Freundin, während sie unter der Dusche war. Deshalb wollte ich als Gast die Tür nicht öffnen – zumal das Verhalten vor der Tür auf mich einschüchternd wirkte. Fehler bei einer Bestellung können passieren. Was jedoch gar nicht geht, ist dieses aufdringliche und unangemessene Verhalten gegenüber Kunden. Ich werde dort nie mehr bestellen und empfehle jedem, die Lieferung direkt nach Erhalt sorgfältig zu kontrollieren, damit es nicht zu einer solchen Situation kommt. Ausserdem führte mich das Essen direkt mal aufs Klo - vielen herzlichen Dank:)

Burger war richtig lecker und die Pommes auch. Alles war frisch und das Essen kam schnell. Komme gerne wieder!

Zu teuer! Der Burger war lecker, 10€ wäre er mir aber nicht nochmal Wert. Im Menü ist die Preisleistung besser

Wir haben zum Liefern bestellt, Essen kam warm an, das war gut, meine Süßkartoffelpommen waren leider nur Ok, das Burgerpatty war leider echt dünn, die Jalapenó waren gut, Geschmacklich waren unsere Burger aber nur Ok schade eigendlich, das letzte mal waren die wirklich besser.

Der Burger war sehr lecker, aber die Süßkartoffeln waren verbrannt.

Ich habe über Lieferando bei euch bestellt und muss sagen der Crispy Cheese Bacon ist einer der besten Burger die ich je gegessen habe. Einfach geil und saftig Bitte Bitte eröffnet eine Filiale in Hannover 🫶

Die Burger sind wie immer lecker und schön saftig. Personal auch immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Gehe gerne dort Burger essen. Sehr empfehlenswert. 5 Sterne verdient 👍

War heute bei Food Brother in Hagen und hatte ein Burger Menü. Richtig stark. Die Smash Burger waren genau so wie sie sein sollen. Schön dünn gepresst, außen richtig knusprig angebraten und innen trotzdem saftig. Geschmacklich echt on point. Auch die Pommes waren top, schön knusprig und gut gewürzt. Ich esse wirklich viele Burger und bin beruflich viel unterwegs, aber der hier gehört definitiv zu den besseren die ich in letzter Zeit hatte. Wenn man in Hagen ist, sollte man Food Brother auf jeden Fall ausprobieren. Für mich ein Muss für jeden Burger Fan. Preis Leistung passt auch. Komme gerne wieder 👍

Sehr enttäuscht von den Burgern. Seitdem die Filiale die 2 für 1 Aktion anbietet sind die Patties so dünn das man teilweise durchgucken kann.Ich hab versucht dem Ganzen eine Chance zu geben aber nach 3-4 mal hintereinander gebe ich es auf. Leider sehr schlecht im vergleich zu anderen Food Brother Filialen. Hoffe es verbessert sich da sie am Anfang garnicht so schlecht waren und sich auch mal Mühe gegeben haben, leider nur am Anfang….

The price doesn't match the quality. The portions are small and the food is so-so. For that price, you'd expect to be full. The waitress was very unpleasant and acted as if she were there out of kindness. It was Friday night, and the place was empty, for obvious reasons.

The waitress behind the counter was incredibly unfriendly and arrogant. The price is ridiculous in relation to the quality. I absolutely cannot recommend it.

The music was very loud and unusual. The food was very good and prepared quickly.

I ordered a simple chicken classic without mayonnaise and cheese. It came with mayonnaise and cheese. They can't even get something that simple right.

I came here after seeing it several times at Dilara faslaks story; she was right really delicious food! But the dine in area was not clean at all. The lighting might make it look like clean but this table and chair need a deep clean up, especially the baby high chair! (Very good brand!) The stuff should use sik degreaser and clean after every dining in client, since the burger and fries are oily food. We loved the burger and ordered another one to share.

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and the food was simply amazing. Fair prices for generous portions. Whether with your wife, friends, or family, highly recommended.

Food Brother is not recommended.

First, the good points. The food was very tasty and everything was cooked thoroughly. Unfortunately, the bacon was still almost raw and therefore inedible. The server responded in a manner reminiscent of typical street conversation in Hagen, using phrases like "Digger," "Hey, what's up?" etc. On the way there, you have to pay attention to which tram line you're taking. That's not the fault of the snack bar.

Had food delivered. Never again. Not even in person. We had terrible stomach problems afterward. The colleague on the phone was a bit annoyed because our cheesecake wasn't there. It was supposedly in the car. The cake took another 20 minutes.

The restaurant is very centrally located in the city and easily accessible by bus and train. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. My companion and I were both full after the meal. The meat, bread, and side dishes taste far better than at other well-known fast-food chains. The wait time is also perfectly reasonable, and the staff is friendly. It was also very positive that the tables were very clean.

The man auf the Cash disk was totally impolite and disrespectful he nearly fired us because we wanted to show our child the burger panel near him to choose , and when we asked him to apologize politely he said you can go , so we left the restaurant and our kids were really hungry , we went to another restaurant

Being lured by a "Best Burger In Town" sign in a new city is a tricky thing, but the Bacon Supreme was amazing. Prepared like a mashburger and seasoned to perfection. And a nice bunch of people – being moped riders, they immediately handed me a good pack of wet wipes to clean my visor. Great, thanks!

"The service is really bad. When I placed the order, it said it would be delivered in 29 minutes. Then the time was changed and suddenly it said 50 minutes. They didn't answer the phone, and when I refused the order because it was very cold, I was mistreated and treated in a certain way by the restaurant owner. They forced me to accept the order and pay for it.

The bread was old and dry, there was only one slice of cheese (the Supreme actually comes with three slices), the meat was very dry and unseasoned, the (one) lettuce leaf was also no longer fresh, and the extra topping was minimal. Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with the usual Food Brother quality.

Burgers are good, but I have to wait at least 25 minutes each time.

Bought kebab for the first time today. It was ok but not my case. Sauces were swapped, it can happen but the cocktail sauce tastes different, sometimes like curry or something. Bread is totally flat, vegetables are not quite as crunchy as in many other kebab stalls. Definitely not my taste. Service was good. Loading also looks great

Unfortunately, the quality of the meat in the patties isn't what it used to be! It's really gone downhill. Super disappointing, because the burgers were absolutely amazing. I think there was a change of ownership or something.

Unfortunately, this order wasn't like usual... start with the burger, cheese was burnt, very economical with toppings. The fries were cooked at the wrong point, so they were extremely soggy and inedible. There was no accommodating response to a complaint, they said it was normal for “delivery fries”, if you wanted crispy ones then only on site. It's a shame, because the quality has been better so far, for €17.44 I expect a lot more, because that's a lot of money. You can actually do better than that!

As you can see from the photo, there was a hair on my burger. When the order was delivered (delayed, ordered via UberEats), we expected that the food would no longer be warm or fresh. The sweet potato fries we ordered were soaked and cold, as were the burgers and unfortunately one burger was also inedible. I don't think we'll be ordering from Food Brothers again for a long time...

To be honest, I only had one french fry that I barely touched :D But I still wanted to leave a review because of the great service. The service is super nice and caters to all the wishes of our slightly larger group. We were allowed to set up the tables the way we wanted, and we were asked again and again if we needed anything else, etc, etc... These are things I don't expect from a "chain store" like this. Many thanks to the staff, I hope our boss left enough tips!

The delivery came 15 minutes later than announced. The burgers were okay, but the fries were a disaster. The Curly Fries we ordered were not even delivered. Never again!

Ordered, delivery was quick, food was lukewarm, fries weren't as nice as elsewhere. Tastes like a burger but never again for the price.

Had it delivered. The sauces were not included which was very annoying as they had to be paid for separately. We ordered 5 burgers, unfortunately it is not clear on the packaging which burger is in the pack, which is why each burger has to be inspected first and not well solved. Notes or stickers on the packs would help. At least the burger tasted good.

Ordered food. Therefore the ambience simply cannot be rated. Top food. Juicy burger with flavor. Maybe a little greasy, but still completely ok. A little tip... label the burger boxes. Had 2 similar burgers and didn't know which burger was which.

Attention not recommended!!! First of all, a delivery for 2 citizens takes more than 2.5 hours for 25€ and as a thank you and compensation you get a small piece of cheesecake/cheescake!!! Then the citizens aren't even wrapped up and just in a bag it's very unhygienic!!! Please do not leave the money there under any circumstances. !!!!

Burger itself is perfect, high quality ingredients, great taste, negative aspect is the price compared to the quantity. If you don't have a problem with change, I definitely recommend buying 2 burgers, as one wasn't enough to fill you up. What was positive was that the burger was neither cold nor soupy despite being delivered at 1 degree.

When I read again how you compare the Hans im Glück burger with the ones here... Hans im Glück gets a frozen patty, have fun! Here the burger is freshly prepared, nothing frozen! Great shop, great burgers, just the customers are sometimes stupid 😂 see you soon!

Ich war nun des Öfteren bei Food Brother Burger essen und war bis jetzt immer sehr zufrieden. Die Burger sind sehr üppig und die Curly Fries sind die besten die ich bis jetzt gegessen habe. Ich finde die negativen Bewertungen nicht gerechtfertigt. Man sollte einen Laden nur dann bewerten wenn man vor Ort war und im Laden gegessen hat. Durch den Verkehrschaos in Hagen, verlängert sich selbstverständlicher Weise die Lieferzeit, somit ist klar, dass die Burger nicht mehr frisch sind, diese dann negativ zu bewerten, ist unfair. Bedienung immer sehr freundlich. Immer wieder gerne. Danke
