Burger Brothers GmbH in Hagen

Burger chicken meat was very small. Salad was more/bigger than the meat. For the money (14€/burger without side dish, drink) they would have preferred to offer something different..

It was good experience. Food quantity was more than enough. The staff was well behaved.

Five of us went to Burger Brothers in Hagen today and thought it was really good! Very nice staff and the food was prepared quickly. We are not from Hagen but would definitely come by again. It was really delicious! - Thank you 🙏🏼

Absolute juice shop. Waited 2 hours for the order and nothing came. Was contacted by a cell phone number to adjust 50% of the order because half was no longer there, but the driver was there in about 15 minutes. An hour later, no food and no one can be reached on the phone number. Phone number on the homepage from a completely wrong location (Bochum). Money was requested back via Lieferando. It's a shame that I have to give 1 star to rate it.

The food was super tasty and the employees were super friendly. We really enjoyed it and would definitely come back.

Was here for the first time today, I like to give new shops a chance. The shop was empty when we were there. The burgers were made completely wrong, the sweet potato fries were soggy and cold. Then you go to the staff and tell them that the order is wrong and then you just get sorry next time instead of offering the guest to redo the order. To be honest, the store no longer sees us as a group of 3 as being so outrageous and then the prices.

Unfortunately, 2 of the 3 menus were wrong, wrong buns, wrong fries or cold and limp The shop was empty when we were there It's all the more sad that then only sorry came next time. The carts where you put the tablets were full and the deep fryers were also dirty

I was there today around 9 p.m. and wanted to try out the store. When we got there the store was completely empty. My wife and I ordered burgers from the menu. When the burgers arrived they were made completely wrong, the fries were cold and my wedges were hard. When I went to the gentleman behind the counter and said that the burgers had been put together completely incorrectly, the incompetent gentleman just said sorry next time what next time I won't set foot in this store again. Normally the guest is king and I would have thought he would offer to redo the order but there was no insight in sight so we had to pay the full price for everything . NOT RECOMMENDED

The service is catastrophic. The employees are very unfriendly and don't take the customers well. When you order, you feel like you have to shout so that you can be heard. The employees are constantly busy with their colleagues. In addition, you are not asked about your choice of bread or dip and you are simply served whatever. The bread was very dry and the fries were too salty. The. The only thing that was okay was the meat. The location isn't nice either, they didn't pay any attention to the order and everything looks sloppy. The tablets are very dirty and are only covered with a sheet of paper. Furthermore, the food is far too expensive and you can find much better and cheaper alternatives. In summary, I would like to say that the design of the burger business is no worse.

The atmosphere is modern and cozy, ideal for a relaxed evening with friends or family. Price-performance ratio is great - absolutely appropriate for the quality and portion size. The side dishes were also excellent. The fries were crispy and the homemade sauces were a real highlight. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. You feel completely comfortable and in good hands. I can recommend Lil Bro Burger, I also found the staff to be very nice and helpful. For dessert there was also ice cream on the house, thanks again very kindly

Today we had a family day and wanted to eat at Burger Brothers and were in the branch in Hagen for the first time. We were greeted politely and the food came quickly and was very tasty. All the employees were super nice, we felt very comfortable and watched the European Championship football game. In the meantime, the employees politely asked if everything was OK and we even got a free dessert. Many thanks again to the great team, we'd be happy to do it again :)

You can't find the store where it's just bad

The only thing I have to complain about is that there isn't enough meat for a burger...otherwise everything is great, it just has to keep up the standard, in terms of taste 😋.
