So I got the burger delivered and by far the best burger I've ever eaten, without exaggerating. Absolutely on point in terms of taste. A deluxe culinary delight. It was my first order here and definitely not the last 😄🍀Just perfect👍

We ordered 4 burgers. A cheeseburger should come with sesame bread. We paid extra for that. However, the burger came with the standard bread.

So I ordered this for the first time, everything came within 15 minutes, fries were really fresh, better than Bürger King or MC donlads. Citizen is highly recommended, be careful, increases the risk of addiction because it tastes so good. I can recommend it to everyone

Advertising at 2:1 and then not delivering and cold. Very bad service

I am taking part in the Vytal program for reusable packaging. I wanted to return some packaging there. The employee rejected this with the comment “we don’t have it”. When I pointed out that the app clearly says that they offer this and will take exactly this container back. Another “we don’t have it” came up. It couldn't be more unfriendly. Update We tested Burgermee again and I have to say, perfect. Good burgers, fast delivery times.....great. This has to be tested, we said when we had the flyer in our mailbox. So on Saturday evening we placed the order, 3 burgers, a finger food box according to our ideas and other small items. Since we live on the other side of town, they picked up the order and didn't have it delivered. When we arrived home, we were first disappointed. The finger food box was put together incorrectly, so it wasn't what we had ordered. Well, it can happen, but the world won't end because of it. Then get to the burgers, unfortunately I have to say, you can eat them, but you don't have to. The Black Angus patty had a strange taste, please don't come with it, it tastes like a steak, no, steak doesn't taste like that. In addition, water (no, not meat juice) ran out of the patty. The regular beef patty was ok but not really good. Chili cheese, cheese, yes, but I didn't find any chili. Burger buns, mhhhhh no, were nothing either. I know a lot is a matter of taste, but I know a lot of better burgers from restaurants that don't have BURGER as their product in the name...

Ordered a burger on Friday. The salad was brown and inedible. Then called support and complained about the burger. Replacement was delivered. The salad from the replacement delivery was also brown and inedible. Then called Burger me support again and asked for a refund. This was rejected by the branch. Today (Sunday) I received a call from the branch shift manager. She yelled at me on the phone and asked if I was trying to "kid" her and why I wanted a refund. I finally received a replacement. I was also criticized because I only rated Burger me with one star on Lieferando. I tried to explain the fact that the second burger was also inedible. But the shift manager continued to yell at me, so I ended the call. Bad service! Never again"

This Burgerme branch is completely incompetent! My girlfriend applied to be an employee and at first no one answered and after I called at least 3 times, I got the answer that the job was already taken!!?? What's that supposed to mean??? And to top it all off, the ad is up!! The store is absolutely dubious!

Unfortunately it couldn't convince me...

I pre-ordered for 1 p.m., about 90 minutes in advance. At 1 p.m. my phone rings that my order would still take some time. If you advertise a delivery time of 25 minutes and then get a pre-order when you can plan better anyway, you should stick to it. This snack is very, very bad!!

I really enjoy ordering there when I visit Duisburg. Unfortunately, there is no delivery to the address, but you can get there quickly by car - the drive there is worth it every time! Food hot and tasty. Employees are friendly. Collection time is adhered to every time. The place is very clean.

The ambience was modern and cozy, which contributed to a pleasant dining experience. Now onto the food itself - the burgers were simply amazing! Every bite was a real taste explosion. The meat was juicy, perfectly seasoned and tender. The burger buns were fresh and delicious. The combination of different ingredients and toppings was well coordinated and ensured a taste explosion. I had a hard time choosing a favorite because all the options were so tempting. In addition to the burgers, I would also like to praise the fries and the finger food box. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned - just the way I like them. The finger food box was a great complement to the main course and offered a variety of snacks, all of which were delicious. It was a great way to explore and enjoy different flavors. What really impressed me was the speed with which the food was served. Everything was ready in less than 6 minutes, which was very convenient for me since I didn't have much time. Despite the quick preparation, the quality of the food was in no way compromised. Everything was fresh, hot and perfectly prepared. The selection of drinks in the Burger Me Restaurant was also great. I tried a few different options and they were all delicious and refreshing. It was nice to see that they also attach great importance to quality when it comes to drinks. Finally, I would also like to mention the fair prices. Given the excellent quality of the food and service, I found the prices very reasonable. I have to mention Bahzad, who served us and prepared our food. He really makes the best burgers!!! Thank you again Bahzad. Plus, I felt like I was getting great value for money. Overall, my visit to the Burger Me Restaurant in Moers was an absolute pleasure. The food was outstanding, the service was friendly and efficient, and the prices were fair. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes from the extensive menu. Very deserved 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I would even give 7 stars but unfortunately that's not possible. The food tastes great 10/10. The quality of the food is honestly A1 and it really fills you up! The waiting time is also good, the orders are made carefully and brought to you quickly. Service also 10/10: the staff really think of every little detail. Good hygiene is also available 👍🏻.

Have ordered for delivery. Delivery time of 25 minutes was not kept to the minute but at least 33 minutes. Ordered for the first time. It was ok, but really nothing special. My friend had the extra jalapenios and there were a whopping 3 slices. It's ok for free, but if you had to pay for it, it wouldn't be. The fries are not my taste, taste like paper fries and I found the mayo disgusting. It tasted kind of sour. Then I used our own mayo. I find the prices very high there. We had plenty of fries. And everything was complete. But I prefer other burger shops in our city.

We were taken for a ride. Get 2 burgers for one deal and only get one! After calling we were told that no one could do anything and we were just unlucky! Disastrous service!

Bürger sehr groß und lecker, Bedienung freundlich und nett. Preise zu vergleichen wie andere Bürgers Bistro.

Es war eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung, der Hamburger schmeckte sehr lecker und die Pommes waren absolut gut, ich kann es nur empfehlen

Ich habe hier Burger und Pommes für eine Geburtstagsfeier bestellt und bin mit allem sehr zufrieden! Es wurde pünktlich geliefert und allen Gästen hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Ich bekam sogar eine ganze Packung Fingerfood geschenkt und mir wurde auch nochmal telefonisch gratuliert. Besser geht es garnicht, vielen lieben Dank!!!

Super Essen und schnelle Lieferung.

Essen ist ganz ok, aber die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Mitarbeiter kassiert vorne & flitzt auf einmal währenddessen nach hinten um einen Burger fertig zu machen den er vergessen hat. Ohne Hände zu waschen oder Ähnliches. Kommt dann wieder nach vorne, kassiert weiter & macht dann mit seinen dreckigen Händen mit denen er das Geld kassiert hat die jalapenos auf die Pommes. Also das geht gar nicht!!

Eigentlich bin ich zufrieden wäre da nicht dieser Slogan in 25min geliefert ……Jedes Mal wenn man bestellt bekommt man kurze Zeit Angaben die einen hoffen lassen schnell sein Essen zu bekommen …. Aber das man dann insgesamt doppelt solange wartet wie angegeben macht einen dann doch sauer 😠. Wenn man dort dann anruft bekommt man noch einen unangenehmen Ton mit jedes Mal der gleichen Aussage : der Fahrer ist hier vor 12min los gefahren …. Wenn es doch eh länger dauert dann gibt direkt spätere Lieferzeiten und macht nicht so eure Werbung…

Das war die schnellste Lieferung überhaupt. In ca 25 Minuten bei mir, wirklich lecker und obendrein heiß. Erwartung vollstens erfüllt. Ich vergaß zu erwähnen dass der Lieferjunge auch sehr freundlich war😉👌🏽

Also ich gebe GUTE 4* für die netten Mitarbeiter und für den Burger, hatte Chesse und Bacon Burger die echt gut waren, leider Fleisch war kalt obwohl ich sofort bekomme und gegessen habe. Würde den Laden weiter empfehlen.

War immer sehr lecker kann mich nicht beschweren . Aber der Big Angus Truffle hat nicht mal einen Hauch von Trüffel Geschmack gehabt .
