We visited on November 25th and had a very pleasant experience. The young woman serving us was exceptionally friendly and professional, and she took the time to explain the dishes to us in detail. We especially appreciated that she immediately provided the halal certificate when we asked about the food's halal preparation. The food was tasty. Despite only one other group being in the restaurant, the wait was a bit longer than usual, but perhaps that was intentional to whet our appetites – who knows? All in all, rnbeef impresses with its pleasant atmosphere and excellent service. For that reason alone, we would definitely return.

The food arrived almost an hour late! In total, we waited two hours and a half minutes. Honestly, we live less than 10 minutes away by car, and yet the entire meal was completely cold. I even called ahead: The employee seemed completely overwhelmed, didn't even ask for my name, just for the app. Then she said the driver was on his way and hung up immediately. With customer service like that, things can easily go wrong. Unfortunately, a very bad experience. This will probably be our last order.

The responsibility was shifted to Uber Eats, even though the driver waited 10-15 minutes for the food. During the subsequent conversation, I was told that a surge in orders was responsible for the delay. I was also told that the manager would contact me, but I haven't received a call to this day! It seems like they're trying every trick in the book to annoy their customers. However, I must also point out that the driver took a very long time after picking up the food because he had another order. Therefore, I see the blame as 50/50 with RnBeef. The burgers and fries arrived shortly afterward, but everything was only lukewarm, and the fries were even cold. The burgers were completely soaked, barely edible, as the bun was already disintegrating. And you can imagine how cold fries tasted.
