I've been here 18 times now and it's always fantastic. In my opinion, they have the best burgers in Western Europe. The Real Deal Burger, in particular, is on a whole different level. The new homemade iced tea is also amazing. It's not exactly an everyday thing, but the quality is simply unbeatable. I'll definitely be back!

Since I'm a vegetarian, I opted for the veggie dish. It was absolutely top-notch. The fries were perfect; I have absolutely no complaints. The place is clean and the atmosphere is pleasant.

I've eaten burgers in the USA, in Canada, in Australia, and plenty here in Germany. And without exaggeration, I'm saying this: here in Moers near Duisburg, at Patties & Berries, I ate the most amazing burger of my life. I won't even try to describe it in words; come by and see for yourself. The whole package is simply perfect, including the fries. On top of that, the service is outstanding. Miki and the others are all incredibly friendly and professional guys. I don't live here, but I'll definitely be in the area more often from now on. P.S.: Don't hesitate to ask for recommendations on what to order the first time you're here.

I'm usually very skeptical about restaurants, but when my buddy and I gave this place a try, I have to say I was blown away. Ordered in-store for takeout: Maybe we were unlucky, but We didn't get what we ordered (2 hamburgers instead of one and a cheeseburger). The meat was good, but overcooked. The bunnies weren't toasted, so they were totally mushy. The sweet potatoes weren't tasty, But otherwise, they were good. Definitely worth another try 🤣

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. Aside from ordering the wrong thing, which can happen and isn't a big deal, we got cold, rock-hard fries and oil-soaked hamburgers. The hamburgers were so greasy that the plates were dripping with them. Sorry, but that's definitely very, very bad.

The burgers available, including the meatless version, and the homemade fries are highly recommended and truly delicious. Sauce for the fries is available free of charge at all tables. However, the menu is on the higher end of the price scale; three meals can easily cost a good fifty euros. I didn't think the ambiance was that great. Loud music (if you were sitting under one of the speakers on the ceiling, you could barely hear yourself) and, due to the apparently somewhat weak ventilation, the entrance door was left open the whole time, which noticeably cooled the place down. The sink in the dining room is a nice touch.

I had a beef bacon burger, which was very, very good, along with a large portion of sweet potato fries with 'juppi' sauce, which was served on the table so you could help yourself to whatever you wanted. With a Coca-Cola drink, the price was more than okay for €22. The atmosphere deserves three stars.

It seems to have become fashionable to offer burgers made with meat substitutes for people who don't like meat. I always enjoyed those veggie burgers; they always tasted so good. I wonder why they're rarely offered anymore. I just can't stand those veggie burgers. Otherwise, I see good quality here. The fries were also very good. The drink selection could be a bit better.

If you want to eat delicious and good burgers, then this is the place to go! The burgers are made fresh every day, and you can taste it. There are a few downsides: The sweet potato fries were unfortunately cold when I picked them up. There are no restrooms. And the biggest drawback: extremely loud music. It's really unpleasant when you sit inside, and I was really annoyed. Please, please, put it in the background; no music at all would be even better. The price/performance ratio is absolutely top-notch!

I ordered two burger meals and extra fries for the kids, for €47. Not a big fan of this place. Still, I wish you all the best and much success. 5Guys is even cheaper, and tastes better.

Patties & Berries – Our new favorite burger joint nearby! This burger joint has quickly become our favorite. Top quality, excellent taste – you can really tell the love goes into the burger! Nothing compares to simple frozen goods that are carelessly grilled. There's limited seating on-site, and a main road runs right in front, so the ambiance is a bit of a letdown. But that doesn't detract from the taste in any way. Patties & Berries also impresses with delivery: The fries arrive hot and crispy – unfortunately, that's not a given. That's why it gets two thumbs up! We recommend the burger without reservation.

I remember Patties & Berries from the days when there was only the food truck in the Kaufland parking lot – even then, I was absolutely thrilled. The burger here is the best I've ever eaten, and it's prepared with so much heart every time. I don't like vegetables and often feel a little awkward requesting them as an extra. But here, it's always been well-received – and at one point, the employee even remembered me and my order. I found that incredibly kind and personal. Whether it was at the food truck back then or now in the store: the taste, quality, and service are simply top-notch! ❤️🍔

The burgers really won me over this time – very tasty, especially with the sweet potato fries. The wait times are also significantly shorter than they used to be, which makes the visit much more pleasant. While a bit pricey, overall, it's a definite improvement – hence the 3-star rating!

The burgers are always great. The buns are excellent and not dry, and the meat is very flavorful. The fries are always very good, too. They accommodate any special requests. The only small drawback: there are no restrooms.

I ordered something from there for the first time today, but for takeaway. It tasted really good, unfortunately the buns were completely soggy on the bottom, so the burger fell apart. That could of course have been because of the drive home, so I won't rate that for now. I'll try eating in again. There is no service, unfortunately, which is fine - you order at the counter and pick up your food there. But the fact that no one even wipes down the tables and there are no napkins isn't so nice. All in all, it was OK. It's a shame that the sauces - free when you eat in - cost €0.80 to takeaway.

I've tried placing a delivery order on two separate days. The calls have gone nowhere! If that's supposed to be service, then good night. I can't really recommend this!

The experience there was very disappointing. You can eat either inside or outside. If you do choose to eat inside, after less than 10 minutes, your clothes will smell of grease and other things. Service is practically nonexistent; we waited almost 55 minutes for the food (one Real Deal and one Mexican, both on the menu). During this "waiting time," at least four people complained about the long preparation time. Apparently, the focus is on the delivery area, as bags were constantly being passed around for this. The place is so busy that even the tables can't be wiped down (of course, not their fault :-)). When the food arrived, the disappointment was complete: the fries were lukewarm, and the burger was already falling apart. The taste was okay to okay, but for the price, I expect more.

I went there for the first time today and thought it was okay overall, but I don't understand the hype. I was expecting a veggie burger—something with real, meat-free ingredients. Instead, I got a meat-substitute patty that tasted more like a vegan burger. That was disappointing for me, and I unfortunately didn't like it at all. The menu should be clearer about what exactly is being served—that can easily lead to false expectations.

I have to say, everything is really great, from the meat to the bread and fries. Plus, you get three free sauces at your table, which isn't something you get everywhere. However, I do have one negative point: you can't pay by card in the store, only by PayPal or cash. I hope this changes.

I've been going here for a long time. The food is always excellent. I've waited at least 45 minutes on each of my last three visits. Each time, customers who arrived after me and who had also ordered in-store were served before me, meaning they didn't pre-order. When you speak to the staff, they are friendly, but they tell you in colloquial terms that you've been forgotten and should please wait. It's a shame, but I don't think I'll come back! However, for anyone looking for a good burger and with a lot of patience, I recommend this place.

Very disappointing. The store was completely overcrowded, so our order took an unacceptably long time and then arrived incorrectly and incompletely. Even the good quality doesn't make up for this. This was certainly our last time here.

Simply terrible! We went there for the first and last time because it was recommended to us. The first impression wasn't the best - the tables hadn't been cleaned even though they had only just opened, everything was greasy and the sink in the middle of the room also looked dirty. I thought I'd see how it went. I placed my order and well, what can I say? The fries were too salty, the burgers were burnt and the mayo and sauce weren't chilled and were sitting on the greasy table. The price-performance ratio was completely off. We tried it and wanted to let the service know, but there was no sign of them. All in all, this questionable entertainment cost the three of us 42 euros and it was absolutely not worth it! We hoped that we wouldn't develop any health symptoms, but thank goodness we didn't. I don't recommend this restaurant. What a waste of money!

Disappointment all around. The ambiance is just about okay. You can sit outside, on a busy street, mostly in the shade in the afternoon, when the wind blows through quite a bit. Or you can sit inside and smell like the same burger after 10 minutes at the most, like old frying oil :) Service is practically nonexistent. After eating the burger dripping with grease, you can't even clean your hands with appropriate towels (napkins are provided, but they only dry the grease off); you have to stand at the sink in the middle of the store and wash your hands there. The food is a complete disaster. The fact that people are giving this place 4 and 5 stars suggests that they've probably only eaten Burger King and the like before. The buns are falling apart from the bottom, and they're greasy on top. The meat is dripping with grease, and you get it all over everything. It's either drowned in grease or it's just cheap ground beef. That would be speculation, though. The taste of grease overpowers everything else. It's completely pointless to keep eating after a few bites, and that's how I stayed. I left more than half the burger. I've read about "juicy" burgers in other reviews. I'd love for those people to explain to me how a smashed patty can still be juicy. But it also shows that people are simply writing nonsense. The fries are also abysmal, hard and practically cooked through by the grease. For me, they're even worse than the usual chains. I'd rather go to Piwys, Burger Nerds, or Tofinos.

Amazing... We're here in Moers for a weekend and stumbled across Patties & Berries online. The food is absolutely delicious. I've rarely eaten such a good burger. Payment is only possible in cash or via PayPal. PayPal worked perfectly. Highly recommended.

Great regular cheeseburger with chili cheese fries. Mega patties, great buns and fresh ingredients. The portion size is completely sufficient for an adult man. We visited the restaurant nearby today and were impressed by the quality of the food. The burgers were juicy and tasty, as were the fries and sauce. We will be happy to come back.

I had the Mexican burger with sweet potato fries. That was the best burger I've had so far. I ordered the burger to pick up. Since the store is always very busy, I had to wait 40 minutes, but since I was kindly told this on the phone beforehand, I was able to time my way there so that when I arrived I didn't have to wait at all and was able to take everything with me straight away. In terms of taste, the burger is an absolute 10. I came here from Bottrop (approx. 35 minutes there and 35 minutes back) just for this burger. The store also looks very nice and if you eat on site, ketchup and mayo are even free. Only recommended!!!

The tastiest burger far and wide. Really delicious meat and homemade rolls with lots of sesame. Ketchup, mayo and Joppie sauce are available for free with your meal on site, really great! The restaurant is quite small, but within minutes it became packed. The only negative point was the music, which was so loud that it was difficult to hold a conversation.

Very tasty burgers and fries with small drawbacks in the ambience and service We recently had dinner there and were positively surprised. The restaurant is relatively inconspicuously located on a street. We were there around afternoon on a holiday. The restaurant was busy at this point and therefore a bit hectic. You have to place your orders at the counter and then pick up your food there as soon as the transponder beeps. Unfortunately, the tables outside were still full of leftover food because the guests beforehand probably didn't manage to bring in their tablets and the staff didn't have time for it. We ate a Fatboy Burger and a Veggie Burger, the quality of the burgers was very good and tasty, and the fries were delicious. In my opinion the selection of dips could be better, for example I missed aioli or sour cream. All in all we were satisfied. We'll come back if we're in the area again.
