A good burger that tastes good. Not as good as homemade, but still solid. The place has a nice atmosphere. The staff was very friendly.

I've been here several times now, and we've ordered from there quite a few times! The burgers are always exactly how I imagine and want them! Sure, it's sometimes busy, but better that than finding a worm in the salad at other chains in Moers! Keep it up! You're doing a really great job!

There were two of us and we each only had one cheeseburger. It was really tasty, but mine wasn't warm anymore. Too bad. And two drinks. Not exactly cheap.

Patties & Berries – Our new favorite burger joint nearby! This burger joint has quickly become our favorite. Top quality, excellent taste – you can really tell the love goes into the burger! Nothing compares to simple frozen goods that are carelessly grilled. There's limited seating on-site, and a main road runs right in front, so the ambiance is a bit of a letdown. But that doesn't detract from the taste in any way. Patties & Berries also impresses with delivery: The fries arrive hot and crispy – unfortunately, that's not a given. That's why it gets two thumbs up! We recommend the burger without reservation.

I remember Patties & Berries from the days when there was only the food truck in the Kaufland parking lot – even then, I was absolutely thrilled. The burger here is the best I've ever eaten, and it's prepared with so much heart every time. I don't like vegetables and often feel a little awkward requesting them as an extra. But here, it's always been well-received – and at one point, the employee even remembered me and my order. I found that incredibly kind and personal. Whether it was at the food truck back then or now in the store: the taste, quality, and service are simply top-notch! ❤️🍔

I had a beef bacon burger, which was very, very good, along with a generous portion of sweet potato fries with Juppi sauce, which was served on the table so you could help yourself to whatever you wanted. With a Coca-Cola drink, the price was more than okay for €22. The ambiance is three stars, not because I didn't like the look of the place, but simply because of the lack of a restroom.

The burgers really won me over this time – very tasty, especially with the sweet potato fries. The wait times are also significantly shorter than they used to be, which makes the visit much more pleasant. While a bit pricey, overall, it's a definite improvement – hence the 3-star rating!

The burgers are always great. The buns are excellent and not dry, and the meat is very flavorful. The fries are always very good, too. They accommodate any special requests. The only small drawback: there are no restrooms.

The food is fantastic, the burgers are unbelievably good, however I found the fries almost too much, they are best shared and the service was also very good, however you can tell that it is a chain, everything works like a runway, which is why the ambience is not perfect but still very nice.

I ordered something from there for the first time today, but for takeaway. It tasted really good, unfortunately the buns were completely soggy on the bottom, so the burger fell apart. That could of course have been because of the drive home, so I won't rate that for now. I'll try eating in again. There is no service, unfortunately, which is fine - you order at the counter and pick up your food there. But the fact that no one even wipes down the tables and there are no napkins isn't so nice. All in all, it was OK. It's a shame that the sauces - free when you eat in - cost €0.80 to takeaway.

The experience there was very disappointing. You can eat either inside or outside. If you do choose to eat inside, after less than 10 minutes, your clothes will smell of grease and other things. Service is practically nonexistent; we waited almost 55 minutes for the food (one Real Deal and one Mexican, both on the menu). During this "waiting time," at least four people complained about the long preparation time. Apparently, the focus is on the delivery area, as bags were constantly being passed around for this. The place is so busy that even the tables can't be wiped down (of course, not their fault :-)). When the food arrived, the disappointment was complete: the fries were lukewarm, and the burger was already falling apart. The taste was okay to okay, but for the price, I expect more.

I've tried placing a delivery order on two separate days. The calls have gone nowhere! If that's supposed to be service, then good night. I can't really recommend this!

I went there for the first time today and thought it was okay overall, but I don't understand the hype. I was expecting a veggie burger—something with real, meat-free ingredients. Instead, I got a meat-substitute patty that tasted more like a vegan burger. That was disappointing for me, and I unfortunately didn't like it at all. The menu should be clearer about what exactly is being served—that can easily lead to false expectations.

Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated considerably recently. The patties are very oily. It's a shame, but I hope that changes. The new prices are therefore unjustified, in my opinion. All burgers are €2 more, even though the quality has dropped.

Very good burgers and fries, always happy

I have to say, everything is really great, from the meat to the bread and fries. Plus, you get three free sauces at your table, which isn't something you get everywhere. However, I do have one negative point: you can't pay by card in the store, only by PayPal or cash. I hope this changes.

That's all there is to it? The bun looks like an industrial burger bun... ...but as soon as you touch it, you can tell it's not. Quote: "It's so soft." And to cut a long story short, the burger tastes perfect! We had a beef bacon, a Fatboy, and a cheeseburger for the kids. All of them were "suckingly delicious." The pictures don't even begin to convey the taste. Definitely the best burger in Moers and the surrounding area by far 😎

I've been going here for a long time. The food is always excellent. I've waited at least 45 minutes on each of my last three visits. Each time, customers who arrived after me and who had also ordered in-store were served before me, meaning they didn't pre-order. When you speak to the staff, they are friendly, but they tell you in colloquial terms that you've been forgotten and should please wait. It's a shame, but I don't think I'll come back! However, for anyone looking for a good burger and with a lot of patience, I recommend this place.

This place takes burgers to a whole new level – juicy smashburgers with crispy edges, perfectly seasoned, and prepared with love. The fries? Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside – simply a dream. The atmosphere is particularly noteworthy: You're greeted with a smile and a warmth, as if you were coming home. No stiff "guest" attitude, but a genuine feeling of well-being – almost as if you were part of the family. The music fits, the team is well-coordinated, and despite the crowds, the quality remains consistently high. You can tell: The work here is done with passion. Every visit feels like a short vacation for the soul – and for the palate, too. In short: If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out. 5 stars isn't really enough.

Simply terrible! We went there for the first and last time because it was recommended to us. The first impression wasn't the best - the tables hadn't been cleaned even though they had only just opened, everything was greasy and the sink in the middle of the room also looked dirty. I thought I'd see how it went. I placed my order and well, what can I say? The fries were too salty, the burgers were burnt and the mayo and sauce weren't chilled and were sitting on the greasy table. The price-performance ratio was completely off. We tried it and wanted to let the service know, but there was no sign of them. All in all, this questionable entertainment cost the three of us 42 euros and it was absolutely not worth it! We hoped that we wouldn't develop any health symptoms, but thank goodness we didn't. I don't recommend this restaurant. What a waste of money!

Very disappointing. The store was completely overcrowded, so our order took an unacceptably long time and then arrived incorrectly and incompletely. Even the good quality doesn't make up for this. This was certainly our last time here.

Amazing... We're here in Moers for a weekend and stumbled across Patties & Berries online. The food is absolutely delicious. I've rarely eaten such a good burger. Payment is only possible in cash or via PayPal. PayPal worked perfectly. Highly recommended.

I can only agree with the positive reviews. The guys behind the counter do a fantastic job. The burgers and fries are absolutely amazing, and the prices are practically a bargain.

Disappointment all around. The ambiance is just about okay. You can sit outside, on a busy street, mostly in the shade in the afternoon, when the wind blows through quite a bit. Or you can sit inside and smell like the same burger after 10 minutes at the most, like old frying oil :) Service is practically nonexistent. After eating the burger dripping with grease, you can't even clean your hands with appropriate towels (napkins are provided, but they only dry the grease off); you have to stand at the sink in the middle of the store and wash your hands there. The food is a complete disaster. The fact that people are giving this place 4 and 5 stars suggests that they've probably only eaten Burger King and the like before. The buns are falling apart from the bottom, and they're greasy on top. The meat is dripping with grease, and you get it all over everything. It's either drowned in grease or it's just cheap ground beef. That would be speculation, though. The taste of grease overpowers everything else. It's completely pointless to keep eating after a few bites, and that's how I stayed. I left more than half the burger. I've read about "juicy" burgers in other reviews. I'd love for those people to explain to me how a smashed patty can still be juicy. But it also shows that people are simply writing nonsense. The fries are also abysmal, hard and practically cooked through by the grease. For me, they're even worse than the usual chains. I'd rather go to Piwys, Burger Nerds, or Tofinos.

Great regular cheeseburger with chili cheese fries. Mega patties, great buns and fresh ingredients. The portion size is completely sufficient for an adult man. We visited the restaurant nearby today and were impressed by the quality of the food. The burgers were juicy and tasty, as were the fries and sauce. We will be happy to come back.

The tastiest burger far and wide. Really delicious meat and homemade rolls with lots of sesame. Ketchup, mayo and Joppie sauce are available for free with your meal on site, really great! The restaurant is quite small, but within minutes it became packed. The only negative point was the music, which was so loud that it was difficult to hold a conversation.

I had the Mexican burger with sweet potato fries. That was the best burger I've had so far. I ordered the burger to pick up. Since the store is always very busy, I had to wait 40 minutes, but since I was kindly told this on the phone beforehand, I was able to time my way there so that when I arrived I didn't have to wait at all and was able to take everything with me straight away. In terms of taste, the burger is an absolute 10. I came here from Bottrop (approx. 35 minutes there and 35 minutes back) just for this burger. The store also looks very nice and if you eat on site, ketchup and mayo are even free. Only recommended!!!

But no, it's the best burger I've ever eaten. I ordered the Mexican. So tasty, so juicy it has become my number 1 burger shop. Please go and try it yourself. Unusually delicious, I'm still melting 😍

Very tasty burgers and fries with small drawbacks in the ambience and service We recently had dinner there and were positively surprised. The restaurant is relatively inconspicuously located on a street. We were there around afternoon on a holiday. The restaurant was busy at this point and therefore a bit hectic. You have to place your orders at the counter and then pick up your food there as soon as the transponder beeps. Unfortunately, the tables outside were still full of leftover food because the guests beforehand probably didn't manage to bring in their tablets and the staff didn't have time for it. We ate a Fatboy Burger and a Veggie Burger, the quality of the burgers was very good and tasty, and the fries were delicious. In my opinion the selection of dips could be better, for example I missed aioli or sour cream. All in all we were satisfied. We'll come back if we're in the area again.

By far the hottest smash burger we have ever eaten! The restaurant is relatively small but very modern and attractively furnished. There are places to sit outside too! My little highlight was also that there is Joppie sauce on the tables where you can help yourself (yes, I love Joppie sauce and for me personally there is no such thing as too much sauce 😄) Will definitely go there more often. A small drawback: unfortunately there is no customer toilet, but that is probably because the store is not that big and there was simply no more space for it.

The burgers really taste great – that’s why I would generally recommend them. Unfortunately, the entire experience is greatly marred by the unfriendly service. As someone who was there for the first time and didn't know their way around - be it the ordering process or paying - I didn't receive any assistance or friendly communication from the staff. Questions are answered reluctantly, if at all - instead you are looked at askance, which leaves you with an uncomfortable feeling. There are also a few things that go wrong when ordering: you don't ask what sauces you want with the side dish, and if you don't say anything, you just get dry fries to take away - without anything. This seems careless and not very customer-oriented. I strongly recommend that the operator hire staff who are customer friendly and interested in making guests feel welcome. Unfortunately, I have had this negative experience twice now - and have also received similar feedback from my circle of friends.

The only thing you can blame them for is that they're so easy to miss :) fresh meat, no frozen stuff, which already sets this place apart from 95% of all burger shops. Good product. A top product for German standards.

We were very satisfied! Burger juicy, fries crispy - perfect portion with a cola is enough. The atmosphere and music were great. Not much choice, but I think that's a positive because the focus is on quality. Parking a bit tight and no toilet, but a sink is available. Burgers are delicious, they're just different from the usual burgers, because they have smasch patties, fries are probably strong with potatoes, that's why they're so crispy, not my taste but still good, in peak times I found space after a short wait. The waiting time is okay when the store is so full, and the price isn't worth complaining about either.

The new burger (beef bacon) is by far the best burger me and my friends have EVER eaten. This is really a different level. I would be happy about a fried chicken sandwich because I can imagine that you would do it perfectly too.
